- Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
-
- Experience working with infrastructure as code and developer enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Background in cloud security or incident response.
- Exposure to building translation or localization platforms to support multi-language content delivery.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, alerting) in production environments.
ABOUT YOU
- You thrive on ownership and want to shape the foundation of WHOOP’s platform.
- You automate everything you can, always seeking to replace manual work with scalable tooling.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and can communicate complex infrastructure and security topics clearly.
- You believe reliability, security, and visibility are just as important as speed and scale.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

We're looking for an experienced, driven Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across the Nordic's largest enterprises, with a specific focus on Industrials and Telecommunications. Our ideal candidate has a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major industrial and telecom organizations in the Nordics — and is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology.
In this role you'll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage our industry-leading models and ElevenAgents — our end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents — to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.
In this role you will:
1. Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across the Nordics, with a primary focus on Industrials and Telecommunications, to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
2. Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents, can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency for industrial and telecom organizations.
3. Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends, particularly as they apply to the Nordics industrial and telecom organizations.
5. Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
6. Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Nordics industrials and telecom sectors, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
7. Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Nordics industrials and telecom landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Nordics, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
- A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish or Danish; strong English for internal collaboration.
