- Highly collaborative, with a passion for partnering across Sales, Engineering, Growth, and Legal.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced startup environment where you will help define the role as the business grows.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on the Startups team at Anthropic, you will be a trusted technical advisor to the top AI-native startups building in the physical world, across robotics, semiconductors, aerospace, manufacturing, and civil infrastructure, as they grow from early product to scale. Some of these companies build the hardware itself and want Claude woven into how they design, test, and operate it, and others build the software that engineers everywhere use to design, simulate, test, and scale, and this role works with both. You'll lead deep technical engagements, partnering directly with startup software and hardware engineering teams to help them build their products on Claude and run their own engineering with it, advising on implementation and agent design as they build what is newly possible with AI in the physical world. You will bridge the gap between what Claude can do and what it takes to build real things, working alongside some of the strongest teams in the field on problems that matter and helping mechanical, electrical, and process engineers get the kind of step change that software engineering has had from agentic coding with tools like Claude Code.
Working closely with Applied AI Architects, Account Executives, and Anthropic's Product, Engineering, and Research teams, you'll help startups build at the edge of what is possible with Claude. You'll leverage your AI engineering expertise and your engineering domain knowledge to develop custom evaluation frameworks, design scalable architectures, and create the technical resources that enable physical AI startups to succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Serve as a deep technical advisor to high-potential startups building in the physical world, whether Claude sits inside the product they sell or inside the way they design, test, and run their own hardware, working alongside them to push the boundaries of AI in engineering, manufacturing, operations, and more
Work hands-on with startup software and hardware teams through pair programming and architecture reviews that accelerate their development, and understand their engineering workflows end to end, from design and simulation through test, production, and operations, so that your guidance fits how real hardware gets built
Develop prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation suites, benchmarks grounded in real engineering tasks, AI engineering techniques, and architecture diagrams, that enable startups to build, operate, and scale with Claude
Create reference implementations and sample code that many companies can adopt without starting from scratch, for example integrating Claude with CAD, simulation, design tools, or industrial automation
Collaborate closely with Applied AI Architects to maintain context and continuity across customer engagements
Identify patterns across engagements, including what is hard about applying AI to physical systems such as reading drawings, 3D geometry, board layout and routing, GD&T, latency and on-premise constraints, and physical safety, then build repeatable evaluations and solutions and contribute insights back to Product, Engineering, Research, and the broader Applied AI team
Create technical content for startup audiences including documentation, tutorials, and sample code
Foster community engagement through hackathons, webinars, technical office hours, and startup-focused events
Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementation guidance, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have
Deep engineering experience in a physical discipline such as mechanical, electrical, aerospace, robotics, semiconductor, manufacturing, or civil engineering, gained by designing, building, or operating real hardware, along with strong opinions of your own about how to bridge the gap between what AI can do today and how physical things get built
4+ years of technical experience as a software engineer, ML or research engineer, robotics or controls engineer, hardware or systems engineer, or technical founder, with either production experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale, or a track record of successfully applying AI to real engineering work in design, simulation, test, or production
Experience with startups or high-growth companies and a love of working with founders and small teams that move quickly
Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into architectural decisions and actionable implementation plans for both software and hardware engineering audiences and to run technical workshops, hackathons, or developer-focused events
A collaborative approach to working across teams, the range of a generalist who can context-switch from robots to chips to rockets to factories and get up to speed on a new domain quickly, and a passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you'll own the technical strategy and validation of joint work with GitLab's strategic partners: hyperscalers, artificial intelligence (AI) labs, AI-native companies, and development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) vendors. You'll work with partners, Product, and Research and Development (R&D) to turn partner and customer needs into integrations, influence product design, and build the business case for each joint effort, from the first architecture review to a shipped integration. In this role you will also own the AI model evaluation process with our model partners, working closely with our R&D teams to assess new models ahead of release and ensure GitLab is built on the best-performing models for our customers. Unlike a customer-facing Solutions Architect role focused on adoption, you'll work with partners to make GitLab better. This role has no sales quota or variable pay.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. Our platform doesn't just bring people together-it unites teams and organizations, breaking down barriers and redefining what's possible in software development.
What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned strategic partners, connecting technical requirements with joint business objectives.
Turn partner technology and roadmaps into integration, architecture, and product opportunities across the GitLab platform, from planning to monitoring and AI agents and model integrations.
Resolve complex technical issues across GitLab and partner systems, including cloud architecture, tool integrations, and AI model and agent evaluation and integration. Build working prototypes to validate concepts with partners.
Manage the end-to-end AI model evaluation process with our model partners, coordinating with R&D to secure early access, align on evaluation criteria and timelines, and translate results into partnership and product roadmap decisions.
Design and facilitate partner workshops, architecture reviews, and cloud financial management (FinOps) sessions, bringing in the right participants and documenting outcomes and next steps.
Build business cases for joint technical efforts, defining expected gains, costs, and resources, and securing agreement from partner managers, R&D, and leadership.
Bring partner requirements and technical feedback into Product and R&D discussions to influence product design and the roadmap.
Coordinate Engineering, Product, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing with partner technical teams to move joint work from evaluation to delivery.
Track cloud, AI, and DevSecOps developments to advise partnership investment, and share reusable findings through documentation, the handbook, reference architectures, and technical content.
What You’ll Bring
Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect, Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role. Experience with technology partners or alliances is strongly preferred.
An end-to-end understanding of the software development lifecycle, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps, with the ability to use GitLab in depth.
Hands-on cloud architecture experience with at least one hyperscaler: Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. Cloud cost or FinOps experience is a plus.
Working knowledge of AI model evaluation frameworks and agent technology, including large language model (LLM) application programming interfaces (APIs), agent frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), and how they fit into developer workflows.
Experience designing and facilitating technical workshops with senior technical and business stakeholders, and building business cases that scope work, estimate gains and costs, and size resources.
An autonomous, ownership-driven approach: you identify work and move it forward without waiting for a project backlog.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication, adapting technical and commercial trade-offs for audiences from engineers to executives.
Ability to travel about once a quarter and work hours that overlap with Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). If you're on the US West Coast, expect to start around 7 a.m. Pacific Time; when the day ends is flexible.
About the team
You'll join Strategic Partnerships and report to the VP, Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships. The team manages GitLab's relationships with hyperscalers, AI companies, and select DevSecOps companies, acting as the business owner and coordinating work across hosting contracts, product integrations, go-to-market activities, purchasing, and partner-specific marketing. Partner managers and directors lead each relationship; you'll own the technical side across partner types and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, FinOps, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. The role is remote, with Eastern Time preferred and other US time zones possible.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
LangChain is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to help keep our growing go-to-market organization informed, enabled, and ready to execute as our products and company evolve.
We operate in one of the fastest-moving areas of technology. Our products evolve quickly, new capabilities launch frequently, and the knowledge our GTM teams rely on is constantly changing. As we scale, we need a strong operating system that ensures sellers understand what we're building, why it matters, how to talk about it, and where to find the information they need.
This role will own three critical areas of our enablement engine: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications.
You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to turn product changes and company knowledge into scalable training, resources, communications, and systems for GTM.
Working with cross funtional subject matter experts, your job is to turn messaging, trainings, and artifacts into field readiness—making sure GTM can learn it, find it, understand it, and use it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
OWN PRODUCT ENABLEMENT
- Own the product enablement engine. Stay closely connected to Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand what's changing, determine the impact to GTM, and partner with these SMEs to build practical field enablement.
- Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes. Build the enablement plan from initial intake through launch, including training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and ongoing maintenance.
- Build and maintain product training. Create and continuously improve product curriculum in our LMS and Content Hub so sellers have a clear learning path across our platform, products, use cases, positioning, and value.
- Run live product enablement. Determine when asynchronous learning isn't enough, coordinate the right SMEs, and facilitate live sessions, workshops, demos, and deeper product training.
- Measure readiness and close gaps. Use feedback, participation, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals to understand where GTM needs additional reinforcement.
OWN GTM KNOWLEDGE & CONTENT
- Own the GTM knowledge system. Make it easy for sellers to quickly find accurate, relevant, and current information across our Content Hub, LMS, and other GTM systems.
- Build scalable information architecture and governance. Establish clear taxonomy, templates, ownership, review cadences, freshness standards, and archival processes that keep GTM knowledge organized and current.
- Manage the content lifecycle. Ensure training, product resources, competitive guidance, FAQs, recordings, and other enablement materials stay current as the business changes—and remove or archive information that is no longer relevant.
- Operationalize canonical GTM content. Partner with Product Marketing and other subject matter experts to ensure approved messaging, competitive guidance, objection handling, and other core GTM knowledge is consistently structured, maintained, and accessible.
- Build for humans and AI. Structure GTM knowledge so both sellers and AI-powered tools can reliably retrieve and use accurate context. Explore ways AI can improve content discovery, maintenance, gap detection, and enablement workflows.
OWN ENABLEMENT COMMUNICATIONS & CADENCE
- Own the GTM enablement communications engine. Manage Weekly Trace and other recurring enablement communications, consolidating product, program, and company updates into clear guidance for the field: What changed? Why does it matter? Where can I learn more? What do I need to do?
- Run our recurring enablement cadence. Own the operational execution behind weekly enablement, including the calendar, SME coordination, materials, recordings, recaps, and follow-through.
- Create signal from noise. Build predictable ways for GTM to stay current without requiring sellers to monitor dozens of Slack channels, documents, and product updates.
- Improve the enablement operating system. Identify breakdowns in how information moves from Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and other teams into GTM—and build scalable systems rather than continually working around them.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role in a B2B technology company.
- Experience owning product enablement programs, including product launches, training, ongoing curriculum, and field communications.
- Experience building or managing product training for Sales or broader GTM audiences.
- Strong technical curiosity. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should want to understand technical products deeply enough to explain them clearly and accurately.
- Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance: what it is, why it matters, who it's for, how to position it, and when to use it.
- Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system—not just creating individual pieces of content.
- Strong understanding of content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn a large volume of information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
- Strong program management skills. You can manage multiple workstreams, SMEs, launches, deadlines, and recurring programs without losing the details.
- High ownership and follow-through. You don't wait for someone to tell you that a launch isn't ready, information is outdated, or a process is broken—you proactively drive it to resolution.
- A builder mentality. You're comfortable starting with an imperfect system, creating a V1, learning from users, and continuously improving it.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
- AI fluency and curiosity about how structured knowledge can power agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.
- Experience with knowledge-management platforms such as Notion and learning-management systems such as WorkRamp is a plus.
- Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI is a plus.
Compensation: $150,000-180,000 base salary + options

About Peec AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $17M ARR in 22 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
About the role
We're looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to help our sales team ramp faster, sell better, and win more deals. You'll own how our Account Executives and SDRs are onboarded, trained, and coached, and make sure they have the playbooks, content, and market knowledge they need in every deal. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
This role is for someone who holds a high bar on execution and moves fast. We use AI to speed up our GTM work, and we expect you to do the same. We also expect you to be the person who catches generic, low-effort output before it reaches a customer. Our brand and our customer experience matter too much to ship anything less than excellent.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for new Account Executives and SDRs: build a structured ramp program with clear milestones and certifications that gets new hires productive fast
- Design and deliver ongoing training on our product, the AI search market, our sales methodology, and competitive positioning, for new and tenured reps alike
- Embed our sales process into day-to-day execution: train and coach reps on qualification, stage exit criteria, mutual action plans, trial management, and negotiation
- Standardize SDR-to-AE and Sales-to-CX handoffs, with clear expectations for qualification, documentation, and ownership
- Partner with Product Marketing, who own core positioning and messaging, to translate these into practical sales playbooks, training, and customer-facing materials: discovery guides, talk tracks, objection handling, battle cards, email templates, decks, one-pagers, proposals, and case studies. Work with Design to keep them accurate, on-brand, and easy for reps to find
- Coach reps alongside sales managers: review calls, run role plays, and use call and deal data to spot skill gaps and sharpen messaging
- Run competitive intelligence: track what competitors ship and say, turn it into battle cards and training reps use in live deals, and flag what matters to Product and leadership
- Measure what works: track ramp time, win rates, conversion, and content usage with RevOps, report on the impact of enablement programs, and cut what isn't working
- Drive adoption of our sales tools (HubSpot, call recording, and AI tools), and build workflows and automations that save reps time
- Translate new features and market shifts into training and materials within days, not weeks, so Sales, CX, and Growth all work from the same story
What we're looking for
- 3 - 5 years in GTM or sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
- A track record of designing and running onboarding and training programs with measurable results, such as shorter ramp time or higher win rates
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills: you can run an engaging workshop, give direct feedback on a call recording, and adapt to reps at different experience levels
- Working knowledge of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message, and experience building one into training and process
- Data-driven and comfortable with tools: you work confidently in a CRM (HubSpot ideally) and call recording software, turn performance data into training priorities, and have built workflows and automations
- Strong stakeholder management: you work across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, and CX with different goals, and keep reps up to date on process and product changes without slowing anyone down
- Strong product sense: you pick up a technical product and a new market quickly and can explain both simply
- Clear judgment on AI-generated content: you use AI to move faster, you know when it makes the work worse, and you push back when quality slips
- A strong eye for quality: you notice off-brand colors, inconsistent fonts, and misaligned elements, and you're comfortable making clean edits in Figma, Google Slides, or similar
- Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, where priorities change weekly
- An ability and willingness to travel between our two offices (New York and Berlin) once a quarter
- Excellent written English. You write clearly and cut anything that doesn't earn its place
Bonus points
- Prior quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive or SDR
- Experience with an enablement platform or LMS, such as Highspot, Seismic, or WorkRamp
- Some exposure to SEO, GEO, or marketing tech, or the curiosity to get up to speed quickly
- Experience building competitive intelligence or a customer story program from scratch
- Experience at an early-stage company during a period of rapid scale
- Fluent German, French, Spanish, or a Nordic language
What we offer
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define ICEYE's global L&D and talent development strategy and operating model, and decide what to build internally, what to buy or enable through technology and partners, and what to keep lightweight
- Design and launch leadership and manager development, from first-time managers to senior leaders and executives, and facilitate workshops yourself, especially in the early stages
- Partner with People Business Partners and business leaders to build learning paths, career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning and internal mobility for technical, commercial, operational and corporate teams
- Create a consistent global onboarding experience focused on time-to-productivity, connection and belonging, and set up the learning technology and measurement to show what is working
- Coach senior leaders through organisational change, and help them build resilience, psychological safety and sustainable ways of working without losing accountability or performance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES

- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, engineering, hardware or scale-up environment, working in a matrixed organisation
- Strong executive presence, exceptional facilitation skills, and the confidence to challenge leaders and influence without formal authority
- A data-informed approach to measuring learning impact, such as manager effectiveness, internal mobility, retention of critical talent and time-to-productivity
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience selecting and implementing learning technology and external partners

- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.

- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM.
To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency:
DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT
- Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support.
- Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations.
- Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together.
- Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team.
OWN DOGFOODING & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
- Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation.
- Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster.
SCALE AI FLUENCY & COMMUNITY
- Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles alongside the People team and help calibrate what fluency means across different functions.
- Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams can learn from what others have already created.
- Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading the emerging Guild and helping automation knowledge spread across the company.
ENABLE SAFE, REUSABLE AUTOMATION
- Act as product owner for our internal “safe playground,” partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements.
- Turn outputs from workshops and office hours into reusable templates and resources that teams can easily discover and adopt.
- Actively help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them, making automation more accessible and scalable across n8n.
- Check whether the things built are still in use four weeks later; provide evidence that teams reuse existing assets and can make routine changes without handing everything back to the Automation team.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🛠️ Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others.
- 🎓 Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.
- 🤝 Non-technical audience expertise: You have a strong track record of helping non-technical teams understand, adopt, and confidently use technical tools.
- 🏗️ Cross-functional ownership: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Data teams to define and own requirements around access, credentials, and environments without needing to implement the infrastructure yourself.
- 🌍 CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin.
- 💬 English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🌱 Champion programs: You’ve helped build or run an internal ambassador, champion, or community program.
- 📊 Fluency measurement: You have experience running capability, fluency, or adoption surveys and turning the results into actionable programs.
- 🔐 Access & governance: You’re familiar with access or governance models and have worked with stakeholders responsible for secure environments and tooling.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to build a brand-new enablement function from the ground up and shape how AI and automation become part of everyday work across the company. You’ll have a direct line to the Head of AI & Automation, high visibility across functions, and genuine autonomy to design an enablement model rather than inherit one.
As n8n scales, you’ll become a key connector between the people building our internal automation capabilities and the teams putting them to work. You’ll help create a culture where teams don’t just learn about automation — they confidently build, experiment, share what works, and help others do the same.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company that values autonomy, experimentation, and builder culture, with the opportunity to influence how we scale AI fluency across the organization.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.
