ABOUT US:
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Restaurant owners generally aren't on LinkedIn and they don't read e-books. They ask friends, search Google, and more and more often, they ask ChatGPT. We need someone who can find new ways to reach them and get those ideas live quickly.
We're hiring a Growth Marketer to build and ship our organic and non-paid growth experiments. This role is for a builder, not a strategist. You'd rather ship a working test today than a polished deck next week. You'll take ideas from the backlog to live, measure them honestly, and double down on what works. Using AI and no-code tools, you'll build pages, tools and campaigns yourself instead of relying on agencies and six-figure budgets.
You'll report to the Head of Marketing, who sets direction and priorities. You'll work in deep collaboration with our other growth marketers, product marketing and creative teammates, plus embed yourself in the wider org of Sales, Account Management, RevOps, Product, and more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Ship growth experiments, fast: Take ideas from our growth backlog and get them live: landing pages, tools, ads and content. Run plenty of them, keep what works and kill what doesn't.
- Get Tebi recommended by AI: Own our visibility in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews. Create and update content built to be cited, not just published, and track how often we show up compared with competitors.
- Build tools operators actually use: Build free tools, calculators and templates for restaurant owners, and scale our programmatic landing pages. Use no-code, AI and vibe coding tools to ship without waiting on engineering.
- Run creative campaigns: Help launch scrappy, unconventional campaigns across markets, from competitive campaigns to guerrilla and partner media, with the support of our Marketing team.
- Turn word of mouth into a channel: Test referral and sharing ideas that turn merchant word of mouth into a steady flow of demo requests. Work with our Product Growth team to build the winners into the product.
- Keep paid and organic working together: Support our performance agency with landing pages, creative tests and tracking.
- Measure everything: Keep the experiment log up to date: hypothesis, cost, result and next step. Set up tracking and UTMs properly so we know what actually drove each demo.
How we'll measure success:
- Experiments shipped each month, and what we learned from them
- Demo requests from organic and other non-paid channels
- How often Tebi appears in AI answers for our category, by market
- Demos from free tools, the reservation widget and programmatic pages
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Think like a growth marketer but move like a hacker. You know what drives results and how to build just enough to prove it
- Ship rather than spec. A working prototype today beats a polished plan next week
- Have built and launched things yourself, like pages, tools, automations or campaigns, and can tell us what happened, including what didn't work
- Already use AI to work faster and have a point of view on how it's changing the way people find products
- Are hands-on with no-code and AI tools (Framer or Webflow, Zapier or Make, Claude or ChatGPT, Cursor or similar), without being precious about the stack
- Are comfortable with data and honest about results, in GA4, HubSpot, Looker or whatever gets the answer
- Have creative, sharp ideas and the discipline to ship the unglamorous parts too
- Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do. No task is above or beneath you
- Speak fluent English. Another European language is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SEO, and with AEO or getting a brand cited by AI tools
- Experience marketing to small businesses, or a background in hospitality
- Vibe-coding projects you're proud of
We don't have a minimum number of years for this role. We care more about how you think and what you've built than how long you've been doing it. If this sounds like you but you don't tick every box, we'd still like to hear from you.
Benefits:
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
WHAT IS RESTAURANT SOFTWARE?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
HOW WE USE AI AT TEBI
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Interaction Design Lead
In a Nutshell
IDEO London is seeking an
Interaction Design Lead
with a passion for creating human-centred experiences and helping teams do their best work. You’ll lead and co-lead multidisciplinary teams, stay close to the craft, and guide clients from complex questions to tangible products and services. Your work will span digital and physical experiences, including new ways for people to interact with AI.
About IDEO London
We're a global design consultancy where curiosity, empathy, and solving complex challenges drive us. For over 40 years, we've partnered with clients to innovate in healthcare, mobility, education, retail, and beyond. Here, every challenge is a chance to grow, connect, and create impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO's work?
Interaction Design is at the heart of creating meaningful human-centred experiences that meet people’s needs and help businesses move forward. As an Interaction Design Lead, you’ll bring together craft, creative direction and project leadership to help teams turn strategy into experiences people can use. As AI becomes part of everyday products and services, you’ll help us explore how people understand, trust and stay in control of systems that can act on their behalf.
Once Here You Will
Lead and co-lead multidisciplinary project teams from research and framing through design, prototyping and delivery, balancing people’s needs, client goals and technical possibilities
Set a clear design direction and stay hands-on with journeys, flows, interfaces and interaction details, connecting individual touchpoints to a coherent product or service experience
Build and guide prototypes at the right fidelity to answer the team’s questions, using Figma, code and AI-assisted tools to make ideas tangible early and test them with people
Partner with researchers and technologists to plan experiments, test usability and accessibility, and use qualitative feedback and product data to refine designs and assess their impact
Explore conversational and agentic UX: design how people express intent, approve actions, understand what an AI system is doing, redirect it and recover when things go wrong
Own project plans, resource needs and delivery milestones; brief and delegate work clearly, spot obstacles early, and help the team navigate ambiguity while maintaining creative quality
Be a main client point of contact, facilitate working sessions and present compelling design narratives; align stakeholders on decisions, trade-offs and next steps
Help scope client challenges and shape proposals and follow-on opportunities with senior colleagues, drawing on project learnings and collaboration across Europe and beyond; travel as projects require
Mentor designers, give actionable craft feedback and build an inclusive team culture; share methods and learnings across our London community, including thoughtful use of AI that protects client and participant information
We're looking for someone with
6–8 years of professional experience in interaction design, digital product design, UX/UI or a related discipline, including 1–2+ years leading projects or multidisciplinary teams
Strong interaction design craft and a portfolio showing how you turn complex requirements into clear experiences; advanced expertise in one or more areas of digital, visual, service or systems design, with fluency across others
A strong grounding in human-centred design, research and usability testing, with the ability to guide a team from evidence to design decisions and measurable outcomes
The ability to scope, brief and delegate design work, manage timelines and resources, and empower a small to medium team to take ownership of different parts of a project
A keen eye for visual hierarchy, responsive interfaces, motion and micro-interactions, and the ability to critique work and offer clear, actionable feedback
Strong prototyping skills in Figma or comparable tools, and confidence experimenting with AI-assisted ideation and prototyping while checking outputs and making your own design judgements
A commitment to accessibility and inclusive design, and thoughtful judgement about privacy, bias and people’s agency when designing with AI
The ability to connect interaction details to wider service and system needs, and work with engineers to understand technical constraints and bring designs to life
Excellent storytelling, presentation and facilitation skills; confidence building trusted client relationships, aligning stakeholders and helping others succeed with empathy and openness
An Interaction Design qualification or equivalent work experience, alongside curiosity, self-awareness and a willingness to give and seek feedback
It's a bonus if you
Have worked closely with product managers and engineers to take digital products or services from concept to launch and learn from their use
Have used product analytics and experimentation to evaluate design decisions and improve outcomes
Have designed conversational or agentic experiences, including human approval, transparent system behaviour, error recovery and hand-offs between people and AI
Have built functional prototypes with code or AI coding tools, and can explain where these tools improved your process and where your judgement changed the outcome
Have helped shape proposals, scope engagements or develop repeat client work
Have contributed to design systems or reusable interaction patterns, or explored emerging technologies through creative experimentation
What does IDEO offer you?
Innovation and creativity: Dive into a variety of projects from creating breakthrough digital products and experiences, to designing new customer interactions, to building innovation capabilities – working alongside talented individuals across disciplines.
Learning and growth: Whether it’s strengthening your project leadership, deepening your interaction design craft or exploring new technologies, we’re here to support your journey.
Community and well-being: Collaboration and community are central to what we do. We foster moments for creativity, connection, and reflection, respecting the need for work-life balance.
Projects with purpose: We partner with clients to use design as a means of realising their purpose and making a positive impact. We work 'upstream,' from defining the problem, designing possible solutions, and exploring what, why and how they might be brought to life.
Compensation

We’re looking for a
Staff Product Designer
to join our
Ventures
team in London. You’ll be the senior design voice on an early-stage product, taking it from first concept to a test-market launch and shaping it for global scale.
About Ventures
Ventures is DoorDash’s internal incubator, where we build the next generation of businesses adjacent to our core. We fund small teams with a strong sense of ownership and grow the investment as they hit clear milestones. Early on, teams build a Minimum Lovable Product and prove product-market fit in a single country. Successful initiatives graduate to new resources and new markets, with the chance to become the next billion-euro businesses at DoorDash. Ventures teams are scrappy and ambitious, chase goals that almost feel too ambitious, and thrive on a startup mentality and a high tolerance for ambiguity. We’re now placing bigger and more diverse bets than ever, and we need people with equal ambition and drive to build and scale, or sunset, some of our biggest experiments yet.
What You’ll Be Doing
Direction & Influence
Set the design direction for a new product, turning customer and business inputs into a clear point of view and roadmap, deciding what to build.
Become an expert on local market needs, shaping the experience around how customers and partners behave in each place.
Partner with product, engineering, operations and commercial leaders as a trusted advisor who shapes the roadmap.
Build like a founder: shape success metrics, share weekly updates and present at key business reviews.
Craft & Delivery
Build a differentiated experience that competes with the best in a crowded market where customer expectations are high.
Design a scalable foundation for complex journeys such as payments, onboarding and matching supply with demand.
Turn regulation into design, working with legal, finance and operations to make complex constraints feel simple.
Raise the craft bar by mentoring designers, hosting critiques and building reusable systems and AI-assisted tools.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
0-1 Ownership:
Proven experience taking at least one product from 0-1, across a new product, market or startup.
Craft Mastery:
A portfolio of high-fidelity, shipped work that moved measurable outcomes.
Product Thinking:
You balance customer needs, business goals and feasibility, and frame ambiguous problems.
Bias for Action:
You’d rather ship and learn than polish in isolation.
Systems and AI Fluency:
You design reusable systems, prototype with AI and coach peers to do the same.
Strategic Influence:
You mentor designers and win over partners with differing priorities.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:

About the role
We're looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs' growth across Consumer Brands: the household names that millions of people call, shop with, order from, and fly with every day. That means everyday retail, grocery, CPG, quick-service restaurants, travel, hospitality and airlines. These companies win or lose on customer experience at massive scale, and their customers increasingly expect to talk, not type.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative possibilities of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping Fortune 500 and large-scale consumer companies reimagine how they serve, sell to, and sound to their customers.
In this role you will:
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals
- Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer facing and internal agentic workflows, such as customer care, qualification and bookings, helpdesk, learning and development, brand voice across marketing and localization and many more.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends like agentic commerce
- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and creative content
- Develop and execute account strategies across the whole buying group (CX and Operations, Digital and Product, Marketing and Brand, Technology), landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across business units, brands, and markets
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high impact use cases, manage a successful Proof of Value with end customers, and set up customers to scale successfully in production
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice, and help shape the Consumer Brands playbook: ICP, messaging, and references
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus
- Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, marketing and brand), and translating complex technology into business value
- Adept at deeply understanding a customer’s business and unique requirements for success, and translating ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver against their needs
- Proficient in enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively as a cross functional partner
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level, and willingness to travel frequently and proactively for onsite client visits and conferences
- Comfort in an early-stage, high-growth environment, where ambiguity is the norm and the state of play changes rapidly
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States, however the ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST timezones is required. There is a preference for candidates to be based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work out of our office.
#LI-remote
