Tines is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst reporting to the Revenue Operations organization. The role involves managing day-to-day deal operations including processing deals, creating and managing quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ accurately and within SLA. The analyst will route approvals through the approval matrix, track status, and engage the right approvers to keep cycle times low. They will support sales reps by being the first point of contact for pricing, packaging, and process questions, advising on alternate contract options to drive deal closure. Maintaining deal hygiene and accurate opportunity and quote data in Salesforce is required.
