An overview of this role
As a Senior Executive Assistant in GitLab's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) organization, you'll support the VP, Global Solution Architects and the VP, High Velocity Sales & Sales Development. You'll help both leaders stay focused on delivering customer value by managing shifting priorities, anticipating logistical needs, and following through on commitments. In your first year, you'll build trusted relationships and establish reliable processes for scheduling, meeting preparation, travel, events, recruiting coordination, and expenses. This is a partnership that goes beyond calendar management: you'll participate in team discussions, identify next steps, and keep both leaders informed as work moves forward.
This role is US-based, with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones. Candidates in Pacific time are also welcome, with flexibility to support leaders and teams across global time zones.
What You’ll Do
Own complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones for both VPs, adapting to changes and advising on prioritization, delegation, and time management.
Prepare recurring leadership meetings and all-hands, coordinate agendas and presentation materials, confirm attendance, and participate in team calls to identify and follow through on action items.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, ground transportation, lodging, security needs, and documentation; anticipate disruptions and arrange alternatives when plans change.
Plan and execute off-sites, team-building activities, and company kickoffs, coordinating with event partners and confirming reservations, deposits, and logistics through completion.
Partner with Recruiting and hiring teams on interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding logistics.
Prepare accurate monthly expense reports for both leaders, including receipt collection and reconciliation.
Use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline research, drafting, and recurring administrative work, checking outputs for accuracy, context, and usefulness rather than relying on automated summaries alone.
Provide temporary coverage for other executive support partners and lead special projects and ad hoc requests across the CRO organization.
What You’ll Bring
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders or VP-level executives simultaneously in a technology company, with the ability to learn their working styles and business priorities.
Bias for action and ownership
:
recognize what needs to happen, act independently within agreed priorities, and communicate progress and completion without repeated prompting.
Experience managing complex calendars across time zones, exercising judgment about competing requests, and checking scheduling details and attendees.
Skill in coordinating domestic and international travel and team events, anticipating dependencies, responding to disruptions, and confirming arrangements rather than stopping at an inquiry.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, Claude and GitLab, alongside experience with expense reporting, recruiting coordination, and onboarding logistics.
Clear, approachable communication across functions and levels, sound judgment with confidential information, and the ability to build trusted working relationships.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve administrative work, with the judgment to validate outputs, capture context, and retain responsibility for the result.
An organized, reliable approach to balancing priorities across two leaders and their teams. We welcome transferable skills from different executive support backgrounds; prior go-to-market experience isn't required.
About the team
You'll join GitLab's CRO organization, supporting two leaders whose teams span Global Solution Architects, High Velocity Sales, and Sales Development. You'll work alongside a globally distributed group of executive support professionals who collaborate asynchronously through clear documentation, shared processes, and cross-functional partnership. The focus is dependable support for both VPs: keeping priorities clear, coordinating global travel and events, and ensuring commitments are completed and communicated as plans change.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
OKX is hiring a Head of Tax Information Reporting to build and run our global tax information reporting function. The function covers the OECD Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF), the EU's DAC8 directive, the amended Common Reporting Standard (CRS 2.0), FATCA, and US Form 1099-DA across multiple reporting entities and a large global user base, with annual reporting across the EU, Brazil, and other CARF jurisdictions.
Most of the work is data: getting the right user, transaction, and balance data out of our platform, reconciling it, and turning it into accurate filings. You will own the relationship with our reporting vendor, the data specification that feeds it, and the quality checks that decide whether a file goes out.
You will run a central function that owns policy, data, vendor, QA, and submission for every entity in scope. Each reporting entity names an accountable signatory. Local compliance and entity leads are consulted on local requirements and support registration where the law requires a local filer. You will work closely with Product, Data Engineering, Finance Operations, Group Tax, Legal, Data Privacy, and the local entity leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the end-to-end CARF, DAC8, CRS 2.0, FATCA, and 1099-DA reporting cycle for every OKX entity in scope: population definition, self-certification coverage, data extraction and reconciliation, file production, QA, filing, corrections, and tax authority queries.
Define and own the data specification that feeds the tax platform vendor: which users, which transactions, which balances, how they are aggregated by user and jurisdiction, and how they reconcile to the ledger. Work with Product and Data Engineering to build and test the pipeline.
Build and run the QA framework. Reconcile every file to source, validate it against the OECD XML schema and local variants, sample-test self-certification reasonableness checks, and run cross-entity consistency checks for users who hold accounts with more than one OKX entity. Nothing files without your release.
Manage the tax platform vendor: contract scope, delivery calendar, test cycles, output validation, issue resolution, and the annual renewal decision.
Set the group reporting policy and interpret the regimes for OKX: reportable crypto-assets, transfers to unhosted wallets, staking and reward income, retail payment thresholds, residency tie-breakers, and TIN rules, exercising independent technical judgment, supported by Legal and external tax advisers.
Own the global tax self-certification design in onboarding, including validation rules, refresh triggers, and the backlog remediation program for existing users, working with Compliance and Product.
Define the process for restricting undocumented accounts under DAC8 and CARF, including reason codes and customer communications, with restrictions applied automatically in Product and monitored by the central team.
Maintain the entity-by-entity readiness tracker covering domestic enactment, registration, self-certification coverage, and deadlines. Report weekly to the CCO and monthly to the CARF steering committee.
Hands-on leader. Build a small, senior team, scaled through the reporting vendor and outside advisers. Coordinate with and train local compliance and entity leads.
Support independent testing by Compliance Monitoring, Risk, and Internal Audit, and support tax authority examinations with complete, reproducible records.
What We Look For In You
7+ years in tax information reporting, tax operations, or regulatory data reporting at a global exchange, broker, bank, fintech, or digital asset platform, including at least 3 years leading a team.
Hands-on experience in a global, distributed digital asset business: you have worked with exchange or wallet transaction data, multiple legal entities, and users spread across many jurisdictions. This is required.
Strong data skills. You can write SQL, define data specifications for engineers, reconcile large transaction datasets to a ledger, and find the gap when the numbers do not tie. You have built or run data quality controls on reporting output.
Working knowledge of CARF, DAC8, CRS, and FATCA, including due diligence rules, self-certification requirements, reportable transaction categories, and the XML schemas used for exchange. Direct CARF or DAC8 implementation experience is strongly preferred given live DAC8 obligations and upcoming CARF reporting.
Experience managing a tax reporting vendor or reporting platform, including scoping, testing, and holding the vendor to a delivery calendar. the tax platform vendor experience is a plus.
Experience building a function from a small base: writing the policy, designing the controls, hiring the team, and running the first cycle.
Ability to explain data and tax issues plainly to executives, engineers, and local compliance officers, and to run a steering committee.
Judgment on when to escalate, comfort working across US, EU, and Asia time zones, and a record of meeting hard filing deadlines.
Nice to Haves
Experience with US Form 1099-DA or 1099-B production, backup withholding, or Qualified Intermediary reporting.
Experience with the DAC8 60-day account restriction process or equivalent undocumented account remediation at scale.
Familiarity with GDPR requirements for sharing customer data with tax authorities, including data protection impact assessments.
Python or similar scripting for data validation, and experience with data warehouse tools such as Databricks.
Experience working inside a Three Lines Model, including supporting second-line monitoring and Internal Audit.
A CPA, chartered tax adviser, or equivalent; or a degree in data science, computer science, or accounting.

See yourself at Twilio
Join the team as Twilio’s next Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Memory.
About the job
This position is needed to build and scale the pipelines that turn raw conversation data into structured, searchable customer memory, and the evaluation systems that keep that memory accurate as the product evolves.
You'll join the Conversation Memory team, which builds the memory layer behind Twilio's Conversational AI platform: the systems that extract what matters from millions of conversations, resolve it to the right customer, and retrieve it in milliseconds when an agent needs it. Memory that is wrong, stale, or crossed between customers is worse than no memory at all, so quality measurement is a first-class part of the work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Build the extraction pipeline that turns raw data into structured memory, tuning the LLM prompts and schemas that decide what an AI agent remembers about a customer and what it forgets.
Own the retrieval path that answers "what do we know about this person?" in milliseconds, working with embeddings, vector search, and ranking
Contribute to the eval systems that tell us whether memory is actually getting better, turning a fuzzy question of quality into benchmarks and regression gates that run before every change ships.
Diagnose production issues across the ingestion, extraction, and indexing path using logs, metrics, and traces.
Partner with Product and ML teams to translate customer problems into system changes and evaluation criteria.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience building backend services, and a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools as the problem demands.
A curious approach to service management: ability to investigate how systems actually behave in production, and desire to continuously learn how to operate them with rigor and accountability.
Experience building or working with evaluation/quality-measurement systems, such as regression detection or quality metrics, or the desire to learn.
Solid grounding in observability practices: structured logging, metrics, and using them to debug distributed systems in production.
Fluency with AI-assisted dev tools (e.g. agents for code generation, review, debugging), applied with deliberate direction and critical thinking.
Desired:
Experience with Go and/or Python.
Experience with event-streaming systems (e.g. Kafka).
Experience building LLM-backed products.
Practical experience applying ML, e.g. building, evaluating, or productionizing models.
Location
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role
GiveDirectly gives cash directly to people living in poverty and in emergencies. Both depend on the same question: did this person live in this place, at this time? We ask it when we target the poorest households, and when a disaster displaces a community overnight. Location records held by Mobile Network Operators (MNO) can help us estimate an answer to this question at scale. We work with MNOs so they can infer, from their own records, whether a subscriber was resident in a target area over a defined period. Robust residence location inference from MNO data requires in-depth analytical work, and the methods we design have to run on an operator's systems - most often implemented by their engineers - under strict data protection and confidentiality rules.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to progress our work on location inference from MNO data, and to make it repeatable. Your job is to improve and extend our library of method templates, adapt them to each new operator and setting, and design new elements when an intervention requires it. You'll assess what can be inferred from a given operator's data, specify the analysis clearly enough for their data engineers to implement, then test it with them remotely or on site. You'll support introductory meetings with MNOs, describing methodologies at a high level, and inform the work of data privacy and cybersecurity teams to ensure only necessary data are shared securely. You'll also help colleagues across GiveDirectly understand the strengths and limitations of this data source, so we design programs around questions it can best answer.
This work is live in several countries, and we're expanding it across the countries where we have offices and to low- and middle-income countries anywhere in the world when a crisis hits.

Location:
At this stage of GiveDirectly’s growth and scale, we’re prioritizing hiring in the countries below, where we can employ you through a GD entity or an established employer of record: Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, DRC, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Rwanda, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Uganda, United Kingdom, and United States. This list reflects where our employment infrastructure is established today, and may evolve as we grow. If you’re based elsewhere and not open to relocation, we may not be able to consider your application for this role right now, but we’d encourage you to check back.
Please note that we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas in the U.S. or U.K. at this time.
Travel Requirement:
Substantial international travel, roughly 25 to 50% of your time depending on emergencies, sometimes at short notice - for workshops with operators to support programs and emergency responses.
What you’ll do:
Improve and extend our library of analytical method templates for establishing where people live from MNO data, and depending on circumstances, for detecting displacement or estimating poverty. Design novel methods when an intervention requires it.
Support colleagues in technical conversations with operators, bringing clarity on the data we need and why, and steering discussions toward technical designs that make the analysis workable.
Assess the information that can be inferred from each operator's data given data types and sparsity, and for each geography and targeted area. Support intervention design to account for data quality.
Write tests and method specifications for MNO data engineers to implement: steps, parameters, pseudocode, validation criteria.
Guide operator engineering teams through implementation, in writing and in person. Adapt methods to accommodate large data volume and computational constraints, balancing accuracy and operational needs.
Run in-country workshops with operators to support the set-up of new analyses and - where feasible - tune parameters based on statistical tests and distributions.
Feed every new analytical and implementation element back into standard templates, so the next country or intervention starts from a better position than the last.
Design for privacy from the start, so that as little data as possible has to be shared: aggregation, minimization, and where useful, privacy-enhancing technologies such as private set intersection or homomorphic encryption.
Protect the confidentiality of what operators share with us and improve internal data security processes and tools as we grow.
Build internal training material so that our technical and non-technical teams understand the strengths and limits of this data, and design interventions accordingly.
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Strong mathematical modeling, machine learning and statistics. You choose methods for the question rather than for their sophistication, and you value being able to explain a result over squeezing out the last point of performance.
Deep comfort with spatio-temporal data: temporal filtering, GIS, probability distributions, combinatorial reasoning, and working with sparse, irregular observations. Direct experience with Call Detail Records (CDRs) or latching data is a strong plus. Comparable experience with mobility, transport, sensor or remote-sensing data counts.
The ability to reason without ground truth. Much of this work has no validated answer to check against, and you're comfortable setting parameters by reading the shape of the data and defending that choice.
Pragmatism about the trade-off between accuracy and implementability. You've deliberately simplified a method to fit an operational constraint, and you can say what it cost you.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can explain a method and its limitations to an operator's engineers, to their data protection officer, to their leadership and to colleagues with or without technical background. You write well and are comfortable presenting to these multiple audiences. You build trust with counterparts you don’t manage, and they want to work with you again.
Experience writing technical specifications that other teams implemented, clear enough that people you don't manage could follow them correctly.
Able to read and review SQL and Python written by others, and to find the logical error in someone else's query. Writing production-quality code yourself is welcome but not required. Enough understanding of large data volumes and databases to judge when analytical simplification is required.
Commitment to privacy by design as a foundational value and starting point rather than a compliance step: designing analyses so that less personal data has to be shared. Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies for shared computation (private set intersection, secure multi-party computation, homomorphic encryption) is a strong plus.
Commitment to confidentiality. You've handled a partner's commercially sensitive data and can describe the habits you built around it, not just the clause you signed.

What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Extensive experience in strategy, management, business, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic leadership and opportunity shaping:
The ability to enter client conversations without a predefined problem or solution, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward the right strategic direction and business outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking:
A natural instinct to ask questions, dig beneath the surface, investigate root causes, and understand what truly matters to clients. You're comfortable respectfully challenging their thinking when it leads to better outcomes
Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
Strategy through execution:
Experience translating strategic direction into practical roadmaps, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. You understand how to connect business strategy with delivery

As a Strategic Account Executive for our Mumbai territory, you'll drive GitLab's growth across large Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) institutions, alongside leading enterprises and conglomerates headquartered in the city. It will be a blended territory of Enterprise and Conglomerates slightly more BFSI heavy. You'll help these organisations adopt, implement, and expand their use of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, guiding them through modernisation and DevSecOps transformations while building a pipeline that translates into measurable Net ARR and long-term expansion.
You'll bring an understanding of the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation, secure development practices, and infrastructure modernisation. You'll apply it to the realities of regulated industries, where security, compliance, auditability, and data residency shape every technology decision. You'll connect customer stakeholders with GitLab's field organisation so GitLab is seen as a trusted, long-term partner across the full sales cycle.
In your first year, you'll be expected to build a strong BFSI and Enterprise portfolio across your territory, create repeatable sales motions aligned to how regulated financial institutions and large enterprises buy and adopt platforms, and consistently forecast and report on deal progress and account health.
What you'll do
Lead and grow GitLab's largest and most strategic BFSI, Enterprise, and Conglomerate prospects and customers in Mumbai, focusing on organisations that run mission-critical software delivery at scale
Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through qualification, evaluation, negotiation, and close, including the longer procurement, vendor risk, and security review processes typical of regulated financial institutions
Provide hands-on account leadership throughout the pre- and post-sales process to ensure a smooth customer experience and strong adoption of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform
Position GitLab against regulatory and compliance priorities (for example RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI guidelines on IT governance, outsourcing, cyber resilience, and data localisation), working with Solutions Architects and Security specialists on deployment options such as self-managed and GitLab Dedicated
Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, system integrators, and strategic channel partners to generate qualified opportunities, co-sell, and execute account strategies that drive new business and expansion
Develop and maintain detailed account plans for priority customers, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement across engineering, security, risk and compliance, platform, infrastructure, procurement, and business leaders
Tailor your approach to each segment: a compliance- and risk-led value story for BFSI, and a modernisation-, productivity-, and consolidation-led story for enterprises and conglomerates with multiple business units
Coordinate and facilitate the involvement of cross-functional GitLab team members, including sales leadership, marketing, product, legal, and support, to progress opportunities and deliver an excellent customer experience
Prepare activity and forecast reports, contribute to forecasting and pipeline reviews, and share root cause analysis and lessons learned from wins and losses with account managers, marketing, and technical teams
Act as the voice of the customer by contributing product ideas to our public issue tracker, and by preparing and delivering customer-facing and internal presentations, quotes, proposals, and formal sales documents that address BFSI and enterprise business challenges and clearly communicate long-term value and outcomes.
What you'll bring
Deep experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with large enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS and infrastructure solutions that support the software development lifecycle
A track record selling into BFSI institutions in India, with an understanding of their buying behaviour, long evaluation cycles, vendor risk assessments, and procurement processes (experience across both BFSI and large enterprises or conglomerates is a strong plus)
Ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business while expanding strategic relationships within large accounts across Mumbai
Strong understanding of modern software delivery, including CI/CD, secure development practices (DevSecOps, supply chain security), and cloud and infrastructure modernisation, with the ability to connect platform capabilities to customer outcomes
Working familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape for Indian financial institutions, including data residency, audit, and security expectations, and comfort discussing on-premises, private cloud, and hybrid deployment models
Proven ability to navigate and influence complex organisations, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, heads of engineering, and technology risk and compliance leaders
Experience creating and executing account plans for priority accounts, including opportunity mapping, multi-threaded engagement, and disciplined deal and account management
Experience working with system integrators and channel partners to co-sell and deliver in the Indian market
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort leading customer presentations, negotiations, and executive-level conversations, and coordinating internal resources to move opportunities forward
Capacity to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment while staying aligned to shared goals, processes, and forecasting expectations across the broader GitLab team, with the flexibility to meet customers in person across Mumbai
Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting, including sharing learnings from wins and losses to improve repeatable sales motions
Some examples of our projects
Building and growing a territory plan for Mumbai that balances large BFSI institutions (banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers, payments and fintech) with high-potential enterprises and conglomerates, from new logo prospecting through long-term expansion on GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform
Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and partnering with Solutions Architects, Sales Development, Customer Success, system integrators, and channel partners to position GitLab as a trusted platform for modern software delivery, security, and compliance in regulated and large-scale environments
Helping BFSI customers consolidate fragmented toolchains and modernise legacy delivery pipelines while meeting regulatory, audit, and data-residency expectations
About the team
The Strategic Account Executive will join our enterprise sales team, which focuses on driving GitLab adoption with large customers in the India market. The team is responsible for the full relationship lifecycle with enterprise accounts, from initial engagement through long-term expansion and advocacy, ensuring customers realize value from GitLab’s DevSecOps platform. Team members work in an all-remote, distributed environment and collaborate asynchronously across time zones with sales leadership, solutions architects, customer success, marketing, and channel partners. The team is currently focused on maintaining and growing our existing footprint in the region, executing a consistent global sales motion while adapting to local customer needs and partnering closely with strategic channel organizations to reach and support key accounts.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
Location: remote available, with a strong preference for the US or EU. Some travel to OKX offices.
What You'll Be Doing
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand.
We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results.
The Role
The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action.
You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results.
We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Three immediate priorities will define the role:
Transform lifecycle marketing:
Move inKind from calendar-driven, ad hoc campaigns to automated, behavior-based customer engagement that increases activation, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Launch and scale consumer subscriptions:
Build and execute the go-to-market, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs needed to establish a successful subscription business.
Integrate brand into B2B performance marketing:
Evolve inKind's transaction-focused restaurant acquisition channels by incorporating stronger brand storytelling, differentiated positioning, and creative that builds trust while improving commercial performance.
Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth.
What You'll Own
Build an Automated Lifecycle Marketing Engine
Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation.
Audit existing customer communications, journeys, segmentation, and engagement performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
Build and execute automated customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation.
Use behavioral data, transaction history, customer preferences, and predictive signals to trigger relevant, personalized communications.
Work directly with Braze, Snowflake, and internal teams to improve audience segmentation, orchestration, and campaign automation.
Develop testing frameworks across messaging, creative, timing, offers, and channels.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automated agents to improve personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization.
Establish clear performance dashboards and continuously improve conversion, engagement, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value.
The outcome:
A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation.
Lead the Launch and Growth of Consumer Subscriptions
Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering.
Partner with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering to develop and execute the subscription go-to-market plan.
Translate the subscription value proposition into clear positioning, messaging, creative, and customer-facing experiences.
Build the acquisition strategy across existing users, paid channels, referrals, restaurant partnerships, and owned media.
Develop conversion journeys that move existing inKind customers into paid subscriptions.
Execute subscription onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and retention programs.
Test pricing presentation, promotional offers, trial structures, messaging, and conversion flows in partnership with Product.
Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments based on behavior, frequency, and potential subscription value.
Monitor subscriber acquisition cost, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and subscription lifetime value.
Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement through automated lifecycle programs.
The outcome:
A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine.
Bring Brand Storytelling Into B2B Performance Marketing
Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel.
Evaluate current B2B paid acquisition campaigns, messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel performance.
Develop compelling stories that communicate why restaurants partner with inKind, beyond the immediate financial transaction.
Build campaigns that highlight restaurant success stories, operator experiences, hospitality expertise, and the broader value of the inKind platform.
Work with Sales and Business Development to understand restaurant decision-making, objections, and buying motivations.
Introduce brand-led creative and messaging into existing paid channels without sacrificing lead generation performance.
Develop and execute structured tests comparing transactional, educational, and brand-led messaging.
Build content and creative that can be reused across paid acquisition, landing pages, email, sales enablement, and partner communications.
Improve conversion through stronger positioning, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing-page optimization.
Measure the impact of brand-led marketing on lead quality, acquisition efficiency, conversion, and partner engagement.
The outcome:
A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results.
Drive Consumer Growth and Marketing Performance
Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey.
Build and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and owned channels.
Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences.
Work with Product to improve customer journeys and reduce friction in the app and purchase experience.
Identify opportunities to use inKind's restaurant network as an acquisition and engagement channel.
Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives demonstrating the strongest incremental impact.
Maintain clear accountability for customer acquisition cost, conversion, frequency, retention, and lifetime value.
Build Scalable Marketing Systems and Automation
Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution.
Identify repetitive marketing activities that can be automated or simplified.
Leverage Braze, Snowflake, AI tools, and other technologies to improve campaign execution and decision-making.
Partner with Engineering and Data to improve the availability and use of customer data.
Develop reusable campaign frameworks, audience segments, reporting dashboards, and experimentation processes.
Introduce AI-driven workflows where they can meaningfully improve productivity, personalization, or performance.
Create processes that allow the marketing function to execute more effectively as the business scales.
Lead Marketing Execution and Cross-Functional Delivery
Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization.
Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined owners, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Lead and develop marketing team members while remaining directly involved in execution.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and deliver results.
Manage agencies, creative resources, vendors, and marketing technology partners where appropriate.
Establish clear operating rhythms for campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and performance reviews.
Maintain visibility into what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next.
Balance longer-term marketing improvements with immediate commercial priorities.
Qualifications
7+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning and executing growth initiatives.
Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, subscription, or e-commerce business.
Demonstrated success building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs.
Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze or similar.
Experience launching or scaling consumer products, subscription offerings, membership programs, or recurring-revenue initiatives.
Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, retention, and LTV.
Ability to use data and analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance.
Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement marketing initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and test brand-led creative within performance marketing channels.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing resources.
Strong communication, prioritization, and project execution skills.
Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, AI-powered marketing workflows, or other technical marketing capabilities is a plus.
