LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the health, wellness, and financial benefits programs that support our growing, distributed workforce. You will be the senior subject matter expert on benefits within People Operations, owning the strategy and delivery of our programs end to end, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and ensuring our offerings are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will work independently on complex, ambiguous problems, influence decisions across People, Finance, Legal, and IT, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders. You will not have direct reports, but you will guide and coach teammates and external partners through your expertise.
We are looking for someone who pairs deep technical benefits knowledge with sound business judgment, a bias for operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the benefits strategy and roadmap, covering medical, dental, vision, life and disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), leave of absence, mental health and wellness, and global/international offerings, and recommend changes backed by data and market benchmarking.
Lead the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle: plan design analysis, funding and cost modeling, carrier negotiation, communications, system configuration, and post-enrollment audits.
Manage broker, carrier, PEO/EOR, and third-party administrator relationships, holding vendors accountable to service levels, pricing, and employee experience standards.
Partner with Finance to forecast, budget, and report on benefits spend, and identify cost containment and plan optimization opportunities without compromising employee value.
Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, state and local leave laws, and non-discrimination testing; own required filings, notices, and audits, partnering with Legal and outside counsel as needed.
Administer and optimize benefits technology (HRIS, benefits administration platform, and carrier feeds), including integrations, data accuracy, and reconciliation of invoices and eligibility.
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee benefits, leave, and accommodation cases, and coach People Operations teammates on resolution.
Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees make informed choices.
Evaluate benefits for new geographies and acquisitions, and support the integration of new employee populations.
Build scalable processes, documentation, and metrics (participation, cost per employee, utilization, satisfaction) and report insights to People leadership.
Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging benefits solutions, and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including significant ownership of renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management in a high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environment.
Deep working knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state/local requirements) and of health plan funding models, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze plan data, build cost models, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Experience with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar) and with managing carrier and eligibility integrations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of improving cost, service, or employee outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to employees and executives alike.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
High standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting benefits for a multi-country workforce or through M&A integration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR.

9-Month Contract Position
About the Job:
We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and paid channels, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional Sales. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook.
You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ.
Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting.
Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns.
Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets.
Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes.
Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend.
Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership.
Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets.
Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ.
Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales.
Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets.
Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching

- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Developer Relations team, you’ll grow our presence where developers learn, share, and connect—especially on X, Reddit, and other relevant online communities. You’ll create technically accurate content, build relationships with technical creators, support product launches and events, and turn developer conversations into measurable audience growth and product interest. Your work will help advance 1Password’s mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this role is remote within the United States, with the San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in developer marketing, technical social media, community growth, or developer relations.
• A track record of growing a developer or technical audience, with a clear understanding of your contribution and results.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to follow developer documentation, try tools or integrations, and collaborate comfortably with engineers.
• Experience coordinating creator partnerships or marketing campaigns involving multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Preferred: Experience marketing developer tools, security products, infrastructure, or artificial intelligence (AI) tools; an existing network of developer creators and community builders; or experience with employee advocacy, paid social experiments, or campaign attribution.
What you can expect:
• Grow 1Password’s developer audience through campaigns and ongoing engagement across X, Reddit, and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, threads, and short-form content about developer workflows, product capabilities, security, and AI agents, partnering with engineers and developer advocates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and build relationships with technical creators, coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables, manage approved budgets, and track performance.
• Support product launches with creator partnerships and social content that help developers understand new capabilities and get started.
• Build an employee ambassador program that helps engineers share technical insights, projects, and lessons learned in their own voices.
• Participate in developer communities by contributing useful answers, identifying relevant conversations, and bringing developer feedback back to the team.
• Amplify developer events, experiment with new formats and messaging, and use engagement, qualified traffic, and attributable signups to improve the program and connect campaigns to product adoption.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 USD and $186,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $125,000 CAD and $175,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Fullstack Engineer - Grafana Analytics
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business via general data analytics. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on data from across the enterprise. We build systems that help users make sense of their sea of data through AI-driven features in use cases like product analytics and sales data. These capabilities lower the barrier of domain expertise and surface meaningful signals from messy data.
The Grafana Analytics team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. This new team works like a startup within the company: you'll wear multiple hats and won't rely on cross-functional teams that typically support other teams inside Grafana Labs engineering. You will design, develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that can manage dealing with large datasets, while also expanding the capabilities of analytics-focused AI agents to assist users with information retrieval. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build and deliver full-stack user experiences: Take ownership of developing delightful, high-performance AI features to help users discover, organize, and optimize access to large datasets.
Rapid experimentation and iteration: Implement a highly iterative process where you quickly prototype, test, and validate with real users, including shipping and evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
Collaborate: Work with the rest of the team to shape AI-driven product features, including the integration of agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alerting systems while engaging with internal data teams for dogfooding.
Utilize AI tools effectively: Use AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and your own development workflows.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Product mindset: You understand what problems users have and develop solutions to address those with proficiency and taste.
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Track record of building user-facing experiences that strike the right balance between utility and delighting the user.
Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada the Base compensation range for this role is $
164,490 - $197,389 CAD.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

As part of 1Password’s Performance & Paid Media team, you’ll help grow our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Self-Serve business across Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences. You’ll manage paid marketing programs across the funnel, turn performance data into clear decisions, and help build efficient ways of working—including through artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows. Your work will help more people discover and adopt 1Password as we build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. Reporting to the Director, Performance & Paid Media, this role is remote in the United States and Canada.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or user acquisition, ideally supporting PLG or Self-Serve business models.
• Hands-on experience managing paid marketing channels such as paid social, affiliates, display, programmatic, app-focused, influencer, or other emerging channels.
• Ability to use advertising platform data and marketing analytics to evaluate performance, make decisions, and improve campaigns when attribution data is incomplete.
• Experience connecting marketing activity to outcomes such as signups, trial starts, activation, paid conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention, or revenue.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, creative partners, and other stakeholders.
• Experience supporting B2C or prosumer audiences, SaaS products, or self-serve customer journeys, along with familiarity with lifetime value (LTV) and CAC analysis.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automated workflows to improve campaign execution, reporting, analysis, or decision-making.
What you can expect:
• Contribute to the PLG and Self-Serve performance marketing strategy across B2B and B2C audiences.
• Manage assigned paid channels and programs from awareness through conversion, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns, evaluate channel performance, and identify opportunities across audiences, messaging, creative, and funnel stages.
• Build productive vendor relationships, manage account partnerships, and negotiate for stronger performance and value.
• Monitor leading indicators such as clicks, signups, trial starts, activation, and cost per acquisition, as well as outcomes including paid conversions, subscription volume, revenue, and retention.
• Design, run, and document experiments across channels, audiences, creative, offers, pricing pages, and other parts of the customer journey.
• Use AI agents and automated workflows to improve execution speed, reporting efficiency, and the quality of performance insights.
• Collaborate with campaign managers, Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and other partners to share learnings and make informed recommendations.

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Mural Compose team is ambitious and fast-moving. We are passionate builders who love to experiment and iterate. Our project is seeking to leverage the latest technology in AI to acquire new customers and expand our revenue base as broadly as possible. This team is at the front of our product strategy and future growth.
YOUR MISSION
You'll lead the team behind one of Mural's most important bets. In the near term, you'll take our AI native product from early access to a product that customers rely on every day, raising quality, reliability, and speed as more users come on board.
Expect a very hands-on role. You'll review PRs, set the technical standards the team builds to, and stay close to the code and architecture decisions. You'll also keep the team's pace high and sustainable while building a high-performing team in a remote-first way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, hire, and grow a team of full-stack engineers through regular 1:1s, clear expectations, coaching, and performance management.
- Own delivery end to end with a fast, experimental loop: ship early to real users, measure what works, and iterate quickly without losing reliability.
- Partner with Product and Design as co-owners of the Compose roadmap, using customer feedback and usage data to decide what to build, cut, or double down on.
- Raise engineering craft across testing, observability, and AI-assisted development, and model Mural's remote-first, work-in-public culture at a sustainable pace.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2+ years managing software engineers directly, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- 5+ years of prior experience as a software engineer building and operating production applications, with hands-on technical work in the last 3–4 years.
- A solid technical foundation, enough to lead architecture discussions and review code with credibility.
- A bias for experimentation: you make sound calls quickly, learn from data, and change course when the evidence says so.
- A people-first approach: you lead with empathy, listen first, and build the trust and psychological safety that help each person do their best work.
- Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to product, business, and customer stakeholders.
- Experience leading a team that shipped LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation, quality monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience building AI agents, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, or familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Experience leading communications and programming for large-scale GTM forums such as Sales Kickoff, new hire onboarding, leadership meetings, or similar events.
- Strong understanding of Business-to-Business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) organizations, including how partners, resellers, distributors, and service providers contribute to a go-to-market motion.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including experience preparing and coaching senior presenters.
Bonus points for:
- Experience partnering with Product Management and Product Marketing to translate product strategy and positioning for customer-facing audiences, along with strong editorial judgment and operational rigor.
What you can expect:
- Own the strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels in partnership with GTM leadership.
- Translate company, product, market, channel, and GTM priorities into relevant communications tailored to different audiences.
- Lead monthly global GTM all-hands, including agenda and narrative development, content curation, presenter preparation, presentation development, and facilitation.
- Own the weekly GTM newsletter and short-form video update, synthesizing inputs, supporting message development, and maintaining a clear communications archive.
- Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders—including Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel, and Workplace Experience—to develop high-impact messaging.
- Lead the GTM communications and role-based breakout experience for Sales Kickoff, including session design, materials, presenter preparation, rehearsals, and speaker coaching.
- Own the GTM curriculum and facilitation for live new hire onboarding, using participant feedback and changing priorities to improve the experience over time.
