Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
1Password's Solutions Marketing team is responsible for the stories, use cases, competitive narratives, and go-to-market (GTM) assets that sellers rely on every day. Solutions Marketing is building an AI-native service for Sales. Instead of asking sellers to search static playbooks and personalize assets for each of their accounts themselves, the AI service will create signal-driven guidance, personalized messaging, and always-current content for each selling situation.
You’ll build and operate the internal AI services that help sellers find current market intelligence, create tailored sales assets, and respond to deal signals without relying on static playbooks. This role is responsible for designing, building, and running the agent systems that support sellers across account planning, active deals, campaigns, competitive positioning, and sales enablement. You’ll work with large language model providers, coding agents, retrieval systems, and modern agent frameworks. Current examples include Claude, Codex, and other tools selected for reliability, security, and fit.
This is an internal product engineering role. You’ll treat Sales and Marketing teams as users, build against their real workflows, and turn successful solutions into maintained capabilities that can serve the broader organization.
You’ll sit within Solutions Marketing and work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing Operations, Data, Security, and central IT. You’ll own product and workflow decisions for Solutions Marketing systems while partnering with central IT and Engineering on shared infrastructure, access controls, security reviews, and production operations.
If you've been building with agents, workflows, and production AI systems and want to do it inside a company that ships AI to production, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What you will build:
- Discover and define workflows: Work directly with sellers, product marketing managers (PMMs), and campaign managers to map how they work today, where time is wasted, and what good output looks like. Begin with direct observation and conversations with the people doing the work, then turn those insights into clear technical requirements.
- Define the agent runtime and application architecture: Design how the system manages context, state, tools, permissions, retrieval, evaluation, and human review. Define how it ingests account signals and playbook intelligence, routes requests to specialist agents, and surfaces outputs in the tools teams already use.
- Design trusted knowledge flows: Define how the system finds, evaluates, and uses account, persona, product, competitive, and campaign information. Make thoughtful decisions about source-of-truth systems, information freshness, conflicting sources, structured and unstructured data, and provenance.
- Build routing and specialist agents: Build the routing and execution system that selects the right tools, data sources, and specialist agents for each request. Cover sales asset generation, campaign briefs, competitive responses, copy production, and field support for active deals.
- Integrate with Sales AI and go-to-market platforms: Connect the AI layer to the platforms 1Password runs on, including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack. Ensure it works alongside existing Sales AI tools and workflows, with permission-aware tool use and clear boundaries for what each agent can access and change.
- Design for trusted access and safe autonomy: Design and test permission-aware retrieval, source-level authorization, audit trails, provenance capture, prompt injection defenses, retention and deletion controls, and safe handling of customer and account information. Define where agents can act independently, where human approval is required, and how the system records those decisions.
- Evaluate and improve agent behavior: Tune agent behavior using representative evaluation sets, seller feedback, usage data, and output quality signals. Measure accuracy, relevance, consistency, editing effort, adoption, and other workflow-specific outcomes. Improve prompts, tools, retrieval, models, and agent behavior as the go-to-market motion and product landscape evolves.
- Build quality and reliability guardrails: Build evaluation frameworks, regression pipelines, release checks, and escalation paths that keep outputs accurate, useful, on-brand, and consistent. Define how workflows handle uncertainty, failure, and human review. Production output is valuable only when it is trustworthy and useful to the teams receiving it.
- Operate and evolve the system: Own the roadmap and the full lifecycle of the systems you build, from prototype through reliable production use and eventual retirement. Monitor system performance, usage, quality, latency, and cost. Identify what to build next, deprecate what is not working, and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve failures and improve reliability.
How success will be measured:
- Measure time to find relevant account and persona intelligence across defined seller workflows.
- Generated assets take less time to produce and require less manual editing.
- Agent outputs include current sources and clear provenance.
- Track unsupported claims, stale-source usage, citation coverage, and manual editing effort over time.
- Track adoption and repeat usage among defined seller and product marketing manager cohorts.
- Time-to-response, cost-per-request, and output accuracy tracked against defined thresholds for each workflow in production.
What we are looking for:
You have shipped AI-enabled software that real users rely on.
- You have 6+ years of experience in Marketing, GTM, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related systems roles.
- You also have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating workflows that use large language model APIs, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent patterns. Two or more years of direct experience is preferred.
- Agent-system architecture: Experience designing workflows with clear agent boundaries, context and state management, permission-aware tool use, evaluation, observability, failure handling, and human escalation. Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Dust, LangChain, or LangGraph is useful but not required.
- Technical judgment: Choose the simplest reliable approach for the problem. Know when to use deterministic code, a workflow, retrieval, a single agent, multiple agents, or human review. Avoid adding agentic complexity where it does not create meaningful value.
- Builder's instinct: you'd rather put a working prototype in front of a seller today than write a spec about what's theoretically possible next quarter.
- Evaluation: Experience building evaluation frameworks to measure agent output quality through prompt evaluations, output scoring, and regression testing against verified examples.
- User-centered delivery: Prototype quickly with users, learn from real feedback, and turn what works into documented, reliable production systems.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Translate workflow needs and feedback from PMMs, sellers, and campaign managers into clear technical requirements.
- Technical communication: Explain system architecture and technical tradeoffs to engineers, then translate workflow constraints and user feedback into clear decisions with PMMs and sellers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Go-to-market fluency: Working knowledge of business-to-business software as a service (B2B SaaS) marketing and sales workflows, including personas, buying stages, positioning, competitive narratives, campaigns, sales enablement, and content governance. Able to translate feedback from PMMs, sellers, and campaign managers into clear product requirements and measurable improvements.
- Sales, marketing, and data platforms: Familiarity with Seismic, Salesforce, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, or Slack APIs; experience with integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools for cross-system automation; exposure to B2B SaaS or enterprise go-to-market environments.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role overview:
North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform for enterprises: a secure, customizable environment where companies can use AI across their real workflows while maintaining control over sensitive data. North connects AI agents with workplace tools, applications, and business context, helping users delegate complex work, build automations, inspect outputs, and collaborate with AI in production environments.
As North becomes more capable, one of the most important questions is also one of the hardest: how do we know whether the model is actually getting better for the workflows customers care about?
This role is about being the voice of North inside modelling. You will build the evaluation systems, feedback loops, and applied modelling workflows that make sure model progress translates into better product outcomes for North users. You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing teams, and modelling teams to define what “good” means across the product surface, turn real usage and product direction into high-quality evals, and use those evals to guide model selection, patches, and regular model updates.
This is neither a pure research role nor a conventional product engineering role. It is a rigorous applied MLE role for someone who cares deeply about measurement, model behavior, and real-world product quality. You should be excited by the craft of building careful evals: evals that capture messy agentic workflows, reflect actual customer needs, resist superficial benchmark hacking, and provide useful signal for where the product and models need to go next.
Please note: this team works closely across Europe and East Coast North America time zones. We are open to candidates who can collaborate effectively within those hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the eval strategy for North: define what we need to measure across agent workflows, tool use, enterprise knowledge work such as deep research, document creation or editing, and other human-AI interactions.
- Build high-quality evals from the realities of the product: user feedback, production failures, privacy-preserving usage logs, internal dogfooding, customer needs, and forward-looking product goals.
- Create systems that continuously turn what North is learning from users, customers, and feature teams into evals, so measurement keeps pace with the product rather than becoming a static benchmark.
- Be the voice of North inside modelling: extract clear insight from eval results, customer-derived data and product context, then turn model failures, capability gaps, and North-specific needs into actionable recommendations for the central modelling teams.
Qualifications:
- You have improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, prompting, model adaptation, or model selection.
- You care deeply about evaluation as a craft: representative tasks, precise rubrics, clean data, failure analysis, regression tracking, and knowing when a metric is giving false confidence.
- You have strong applied MLE judgment and can reason clearly about model behavior, eval validity, product outcomes, and production tradeoffs.
- You are comfortable working close to users and product teams, while translating messy qualitative signals into measurement that other modelling teams can act on.
- You are self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems where the right answer requires both technical depth and product understanding.
- You care about making AI systems genuinely useful in real enterprise settings, not just better on abstract benchmarks.
If some of the above does not line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If jobs are viewed on other sites then please verify these through our official careers https://cohere.com/careers page.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is looking for an Enterprise Developer Advocate to build a new motion from the ground up: education-first technical sessions inside our largest accounts. Most enterprise customers know LaunchDarkly for one thing. Inside those same companies are teams shipping AI features, running experiments, and managing risky releases who have never met us. You'll design and run sessions that teach those engineers something genuinely useful, build internal champions alongside our account teams, and surface expansion opportunities the field can act on. This starts as a pilot, and how it scales will be shaped by what you prove. It's a role for someone who wants to own a motion, not a queue.
Responsibilities:
Build the motion: design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement
Run sessions inside target accounts: deliver education-first technical sessions (agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, runtime control) tailored to each account's stack and use cases
Build champions with the field: partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts, find and develop internal champions, and hand off what surfaces cleanly to the teams who should own it
Keep it credible: protect the non-promotional, education-first nature of the sessions; this motion works because it isn't a sales pitch
Prove it with evidence: instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with reps, and make the scale, adjust, or stop recommendation based on what the data shows
Shape what comes next: as the motion proves out, define how it scales, including the playbook future advocates would run
Qualifications:
A background spanning at least two of: developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, technical marketing
Comfortable in enterprise rooms: you can teach a technical session to fifty engineers and handle hardball questions from a skeptical principal architect
Hands-on technical credibility: you build, demo, and teach, and senior engineers take you seriously
Strong operational instincts: you can run a repeatable program, prioritize incoming demand, and keep commitments to the field
Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
(Bonus) Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling
(Bonus) You've built a customer-facing technical program (workshops, DevDays, office hours) from scratch
(Bonus) Deep enterprise software background: you understand how large engineering organizations make platform decisions
Pay:

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years in technical pre-sales as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect, selling infrastructure software, developer tools, or security products into complex enterprise or government accounts.
- 3+ years selling into US Federal, covering DoW, Federal Civilian, or both, with a demonstrable record of technical wins inside federal acquisition cycles.
- Working knowledge of federal security and accreditation frameworks: FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DISA STIGs, DoW Impact Levels, and the ATO process.
- Strong experience running competitive PoCs and PoVs with clearly defined success and exit criteria.
- Solid understanding of containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, and modern application architectures, plus the major cloud platforms including their government regions.
- Ability to engage credibly with both senior government stakeholders and the engineers who will use the product.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, including public speaking to technical government audiences.
- US citizenship. Many of the agency environments and facilities this role supports require it for access.
- Willingness to travel to agency sites, industry days, and partner events, up to 25%.
PREFERRED
- An active US security clearance. TS/SCI preferred. Docker does not sponsor personnel security clearances.
- Experience with Docker specifically, or adjacent container and supply chain security ecosystems.
- Experience with software supply chain security, SBOM tooling, artifact signing and attestation, or hardened image programs.
- Experience with AI governance, secure AI or agentic development workflows, or MLOps in a regulated setting.
- Experience selling through or alongside federal system integrators, resellers, and contract vehicles.
- Prior military, civil service, or government contractor experience.
- Experience supporting air-gapped or classified deployments.
- Based in the Washington DC metro area.

Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific at Cohere, you will own Solutions Architecture across the region. Our customers here are banks, telcos, industrials and governments who cannot send their data to someone else’s cloud, and who are past experimenting and into production. You will lead the team that makes those deployments real, and you will be accountable for the technical win across the region.
This is a build. Today a Solutions Architecture team covers Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own that team, grow it, and build the in-region depth this market needs. You will be expected to open doors on your own credibility and network from your first weeks, set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for the Americas and EMEA, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regions.
- Open Doors Across the Region: Bring industry knowledge, technical credibility and an existing network to get Cohere into strategic accounts quickly. This is the central expectation of the role and you should expect to be measured on it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy, coverage model and operating rhythm for Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture across three markets that buy differently and regulate differently.
- Architect Sovereign and Regulated Deployments: Lead customers into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments, which is where much of this region’s demand sits.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership: Own territory, coverage and pipeline jointly with the Asia Pacific sales leader, and be accountable for the number together.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate Asia Pacific customer needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. You will be one of a handful of people who can tell our product organization what this region actually requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology and the public sector.
- Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and make the case for where the team grows next.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance, data residency and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the region by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- Regional Depth and Network: You have built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market, you understand how enterprise technology is actually bought in each of them, and you have a network of senior technical and executive relationships you are willing to be measured on.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, including building a team in-region from a small base.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You have put real AI systems into production, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. We care far more about what you have deployed, and what broke, than about which models you can name.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders as well as a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer, and you can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building an AI, machine learning or data science function inside a large regulated enterprise, and taking it into production.
- Depth in Asia Pacific financial services, telecommunications or the public sector.
- Experience deploying into environments where the customer controls the infrastructure, including on-premises, sovereign and air-gapped deployments.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- Working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role Overview:
Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them.
In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues.
Key Responsibilities:
There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will:
- Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas
- Train and evaluate agents in those environments
- Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers
- Work across modeling and product to identify gaps in agent performance, and improve both the agents and the environments
- Work with external vendors to create high-quality, expert-built RL environments, and build tools to ensure high task, data, and verifier quality
- Automate the discovery of model capability gaps, and systematically measure agent performance during evals and training
Qualifications:
You may be a good fit if:
- You have engineered agents and optimized them for specific industry use cases
- You have spent dozens of hours reviewing agent trajectories to pinpoint exact failure points and fix them with model training or harness engineering
- You obsess over measuring agentic capabilities and turning that into a repeatable process
- You have had many debates about what a good outcome from an AI agent should look like, you translated that into verifier implementations and tuned the reward designs
- You have designed and run annotation workflows to surface insights into agent performance and verify data quality
- You have built synthetic data pipelines to scale eval and training efforts
- You use agents yourself in your daily work, and have stories about how you improved your setup to 10x your productivity
- A plus: you have experience with training with RL: scaling, troubleshooting and tuning the environments
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
Youtube Creator & Educator | NY Preferred, or Remote | Full-time
*Preference to hire based in New York but open to hiring remote across the US/Canada — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a YouTube Creator & Educator to build and own our YouTube channel. You'll be on-screen, behind the camera, in the edit and in the tools, teaching filmmakers, advertisers and storytellers how to do real things with generative AI.
This isn't a talking head in front of slides. You'll show people how to make a real ad, cut a real short film or build a real production workflow using Runway's full media toolkit, and you'll own everything from concept to publish.
You'll build the channel from the ground up, inside the company making the tools you're teaching, with early access, direct relationships with product and real creative latitude. Not a brand content factory, a home for craft and experimentation.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Set the channel strategy with the creative team: topics, formats, cadence and audience, grounded in what creators and marketers actually want to learn
- Own growth, watch time and retention, and iterate on what works
- Write, film, edit and finish every video, including screen recordings, on-camera segments and custom motion graphics
- Use Runway's generative tools as a core part of your workflow, both to teach them and to produce with them
- Ground tutorials in real outcomes, a polished product ad, a short film on a lean budget, a VFX shot, and teach production technique rather than button presses, for beginners through working professionals
- Build a viewer community, find guest collaborators and partner with Product and Marketing on launches
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Required: An active YouTube channel or substantial body of published long-form video work.
- Expert editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent), plus filmmaking fundamentals. You know how to shoot, light and direct, even simply
- Advanced hands-on Runway experience and fluency with other generative AI video tools
- A point of view on filmmaking, advertising or visual storytelling that comes through in the work, and the instinct to teach it without losing the audience
- The ability to run the full production cycle alone, without a crew
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the founding Channel Partner Manager for Canada, you will build the partner motion that helps Canadian businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt Ramp through trusted advisors and ecosystem partners.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. The right person is a hands-on builder: equally comfortable opening a new relationship, running a partner meeting, solving an operational blocker, and turning early learnings into a repeatable playbook.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operating rhythm from the ground up.
- Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.
- Drive revenue for Ramp through generating referrals
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and operators inside partner orgs
- Educate partners on Ramp’s Canadian capabilities, value prop and updates.
- Own partner onboarding, activation, pipeline generation, and regular business reviews.
- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
- High agency, urgency, and resilience
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
- Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds
- Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong operating discipline and comfort using data to improve performance.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work, fast
- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
YOUR IMPACT
Help Scout has earned something most software companies never get: genuine trust. 10,000+ businesses use us because we've always believed that customer relationships are the business, and that every interaction should feel like it came from someone who cares. That trust took a decade to build, and now it's the foundation for something bigger.
The support industry is changing shape. AI will take on more of the tedious work so humans can lean into the relationship part. At Help Scout, the place where that relationship actually happens is the Conversations product group, which spans two product lines. Inbox is the workspace: every channel and every conversation in one place, built for the people who spend their whole day inside it. Copilot is AI working alongside them: drafts ready to review, context at their fingertips, and the tedious parts handled so every reply is faster and better.
Conversations is the most-used surface we have. This is where every user spends most of their day, so speed, reliability, and craft are the product. It's also where the rest of the platform becomes real: Agent hands conversations to humans at the right moment, customer context shows up right where the work happens, and every one of those moments either builds trust or spends it. You'll be accountable for bringing it all to life with clarity and impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own the Conversations product group end to end: vision, roadmap, monetization, and results for the Inbox and Copilot product lines. You'll report to Scott Rocher, our Chief Product Officer, and you'll be accountable for the revenue growth of the group. This is a player/coach role.
Inbox and Copilot are the surfaces our customers touch most, the core of the business today and the front door to everything we build next. You'll do the strategic product work on them yourself: deciding what needs to get built next, how the workspace and its AI evolve together, and where investment in craft pays off. As the group grows, you'll hire and manage a team of PMs.
Note: This role is open to US-based applicants only.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the vision and strategy for the Conversations group, and decide how Inbox and Copilot evolve together as one experience where AI makes every support pro faster without breaking their flow.
- Drive the Inbox roadmap hands-on: the workspace where every channel comes together and where our users spend their time in the product. This surface is held to a bar where speed, reliability, and polish are a differentiator.
- Drive the Copilot roadmap hands-on: integrations, contextual summaries, suggestions, and in-the-moment assistance that make each person on a support team meaningfully better at their job.
- Own how your products are monetized. Conversations spans seats and AI usage, and you'll design the packaging that makes each seat more valuable as Copilot does more. You'll collaborate with partners across Help Scout to model the impact of the products you ship.
- Partner deeply with the Autonomy group. Significant parts of Copilot run on the agent platform, and likewise, Agent hands conversations to humans in your workspace. The seams between the two groups are owned jointly, and making them invisible to customers is part of the job.
- Spend real time with customers, understanding how support pros and their leaders actually work, where AI helps, and where it gets in the way
- Partner with GTM and CS so the Conversations story is clear, the adoption motion is tight, and customer feedback loops back into the roadmap
- Build and manage the Conversations PM team as it grows, coaching for judgment and raising the bar for product craft across the group
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've owned a core product at scale, the kind people spend their whole workday in, and you're as fluent in the commercial side of product as you are in features and user experience
- You've shipped AI-powered products and you understand how they succeed and fail
- You collaborate well across ownership lines. Copilot ships on technology the Autonomy group builds, and you know how to co-own a product surface with a peer and keep the seams invisible to customers
- You think in outcomes. Time to resolution, drafts accepted, teams that get more efficient as they use more of Help Scout .
- You care about craft. You notice the details that make daily-use software feel fast, calm, and reliable, and you hold a roadmap accountable to them
- You have strong monetization instincts. You can package a product line that spans seats and outcomes, and explain the tradeoffs.
- You've managed product managers before and still love doing the work yourself. You know how to coach without taking over, and you know when a decision is yours to make
- You're data self-sufficient. You pull your own data, run your own analyses, and use numbers to pressure-test direction
- You're technically fluent enough to build genuine trust with engineers. You can hold a meaningful conversation about system architecture and make better decisions because of it
- You're fluent with AI tools and treat them as part of your craft, for research synthesis, strategy testing, rapid prototyping, and customer signal analysis. You have a point of view on where these tools are heading and how they're changing the shape of product work
- You understand that when execution is cheap, judgment is the bottleneck. Your highest-leverage hours go to strategy and prioritization, defining what's next and what's not
- You're an excellent writer. Help Scout runs on writing, and you make your thinking visible in one-pagers, briefs, and narratives that move decisions forward
- You've worked in B2B SaaS and understand the difference between building for support teams and building for end consumers
COMPANY VALUES
HAPPY TO HELP
Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we’re invested in the team’s collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community.
CRAFT OVER CONVENTION
Our success relies on the quality and craft https://paulstamatiou.com/craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won’t work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight.
PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION
Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better.
OWN THE OUTCOME
Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.

- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment
- Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room
- Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

Join us!
About North:
North https://cohere.com/north is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionize the way enterprises utilize AI. It offers a secure and customizable environment, allowing companies to deploy AI while maintaining control over sensitive data. North integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, providing a trusted platform that connects AI agents with workplace tools and applications.
Why this role:
The Data Abstractions & Tools team is the group inside North responsible for how users bring their data into the platform and put it to work. We own the systems that let users upload, organize, and share their files and knowledge bases, the framework for extending agents with skills and third-party integrations, and the data-sync pipeline that connects enterprise data sources to North's agents.
North connects to a growing set of external tools and data sources so its agents can act on a user's real workflow. This role owns the integration pipeline end-to-end: adding new integrations to the platform, helping other engineers do the same, and becoming the owner of the process that makes that repeatable. You will also create the evals and tests that make sure those integrations work as expected and keep working as the platform evolves.
In this role, you will:
- Build new integrations (tools) on the North agentic platform, and maintain the ones already in production.
- Own the integration pipeline: the process for adding a new tool, from design to shipping to ongoing maintenance.
- Help other engineers add integrations of their own, and raise the bar for how the team does it.
- Create evals and tests to make sure integrations work as expected and alert on regressions.
- Tune tool descriptions to improve performance based on feedback and evals.
- Use AI actively in your work, while staying accountable for the quality and reliability of what you ship.
You may be a good fit if:
- You have shipped production code and are comfortable building integrations against external APIs.
- You have a background in evaluating agentic systems (ideal), or at minimum know what an eval is and are comfortable with prompt engineering and tool-description tuning.
- You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities are a moving target.
- You bring high agency: you learn quickly and drive change without waiting for perfect instructions.
- You've owned things end-to-end before and care about the quality of what ships, not just that it shipped.
- You enjoy helping other engineers succeed, not just shipping your own work.

Feature management and experimentation have converged into a single market, and the buying dynamic at the top has shifted. Engineering teams are no longer the sole evaluator — data scientists and data-focused PMs now carry equal weight on the largest deals. The bar for statistical depth, warehouse ergonomics, and experiment-first workflows is rising quickly.
In traditional experimentation we have built the foundation: a trusted runtime control plane, a growing experimentation engine, and early warehouse-native capabilities. We are winning lower-maturity buyers at healthy rates. We are not yet consistently winning the most sophisticated data organizations. Closing that gap is the job.
In AI experimentation, we have an early lead: the AI-native tooling category has invested in evaluation and conceded production experimentation, and we already have the primitives (statistical significance, multi-armed bandits, experiment-aware guardrails) that no AI-native competitor ships. Extending that lead is the other half of the job.
This leader will own whether LaunchDarkly becomes the definitive experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world.
Responsibilities:
Own the Experimentation pillar.
Direct leadership of the Product team. Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts in a triad model. Accountable for the pillar's strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes. Make the investment case across the in-product experimentation experience, the warehouse-native analysis layer, and the infrastructure that scales them.
Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC.
Partner with our AI product, observability, and core feature management leaders to productize the capabilities we already have as AI-native primitives. Build a closed loop from offline evaluation through production experiments, to automatic promotion and rollback, to a self-improving feedback loop for agents.
Win the high-maturity buyer.
Earn the technical confidence of senior data scientists and data-focused PMs. Decide what statistical depth, warehouse coverage, and experiment-first workflow capabilities are non-negotiable, and get them shipped on a timeline that wins pivotal reference deals.
Make warehouse-native a weapon.
Expand coverage across major data warehouses and query layers. Deliver parity on analysis-only mode, variance reduction, ratio and percentile metrics, exposure validation, and arbitrary-window analysis.
Operate a high-performing function.
Run a disciplined roadmap, ship predictably against quarterly commitments, drive AI-assisted engineering productivity inside the org, and hire where gaps exist.
Be the external face of the category.
Credibly represent the product with Data scientists, PMs, experimenters, analysts, and partners. Translate the strategy to the field and equip sales to win head-to-head.
How you'll be measured:
Win rate on experimentation-involved deals, especially head-to-head competitive evaluations — step change in the first year, sustained improvement thereafter.
Reference-grade customers at the top of the maturity curve, including named strategic logos.
Monthly active customers and active-account ARR growth against plan.
Experimentation attach rate on new and expansion enterprise deals.
Engineering throughput — roadmap delivery velocity and AI-assisted development adoption inside the function.
Qualifications:
Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record of owning a product line that competes on statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
Deep, operator-level fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, exposure design, multi-armed bandits, and composite/multi-objective metrics — and the realities of running these at scale against production data warehouses and against non-deterministic systems where output variance, not just user variance, drives sample-size and significance decisions.
Has earned credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations — and can recruit them.
Has led a function that includes engineering, design, and data science. Comfortable setting a multi-quarter roadmap, championing investment allocation, and reporting results to an executive team and board.
Clear, direct communicator. Decides fast with incomplete information. Prefers shipping and learning to requirements documents.
Opinionated about where experimentation is going in an AI-native world — and specifically, how agents and autonomous systems will use experimentation infrastructure differently than human teams do.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have built or scaled experimentation at an organization where it was core infrastructure, not a secondary analytics capability.
You have personally won competitive evaluations where a sophisticated data-science organization was the deciding voice.
You have shipped warehouse-native data products and understand the operational realities of running experiments directly against customer data infrastructure.
You see experimentation as how software teams prove that any change — whether built by a person or an AI agent — actually worked. That evidence layer is core infrastructure, not a reporting afterthought.
