ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
Field marketing is at the heart of how we build demand, foster community, deepen customer relationships, and accelerate growth. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Field Marketing Manager to build the engine that fills the funnel for our North America GTM team, focused on two to three priority industries: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail and e-commerce.
Your expertise in industry-led field marketing strategy, regional program execution, and GTM partnership will be pivotal in creating the moments that bring enterprise buyers to the table, from executive dinners and roadshows to industry conferences, roundtables, and account-based programs aimed at named buying committees. Collaborating closely with the North America GTM team and the broader marketing team, you will own every stage of the field motion, from territory and account strategy through budgeting, on-site execution, and post-program pipeline attribution.
ElevenAgents is being evaluated today by customer experience and contact center leaders at the largest health systems, banks, carriers, and retailers in North America. Your ability to think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, and run multiple industry programs at once will ensure we get in front of them first.
What you’ll do
- Build the engine that fills the funnel for your industries, a repeatable program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter
- Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries, from territory and account strategy through budget, execution, and attribution
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists. Agree the targets, fill the room, drive the follow-up.
- Design the program mix: executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and 1:few account-based plays
- Create the vertical narrative with Product Marketing. Invite copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences that speak to a healthcare, banking, telco, or retail buyer, not a generic one.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, and report pipeline created and cost per opportunity, program by program
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data and give an honest read on what worked. Recommend what to scale and what to retire.
- Follow up with participants in collaboration with the GTM and growth teams
- Work with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs before and after they run
- Own end to end execution, with support from the North America events team on venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery
Requirements
We are more focused on hiring for potential than past experience, but the person who thrives here will bring most of the following.
- 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue
- Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce
- Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven figure deals
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution. You can defend your numbers in a pipeline review.
- A peer relationship with GTM. You have pushed back on an account executive and been right.
- Comfortable running an executive dinner, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Sharp judgment on what to cut. Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines.
- Willing to travel roughly a third of the time across North America
- Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions, or call out obstacles
- An AI-first working style, and a passion for ElevenLabs technology
- Bias toward shipping

Represent Mistral at major industry events through keynotes, panels, and roundtables. Build a public presence that generates inbound interest from enterprise executives and the wider AI community.

- You are comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders across multiple verticals on technical architecture and business strategy, in the same conversation.
- Cross-vertical fluency, you can credibly engage across financial services, manufacturing, defense, and energy without being a domain specialist in any one of them.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Great Forward Deployed Engineers make deployments succeed. The Forward Deployed Engineering Team Manager makes the whole team succeed. In this role you will lead a team of FDEs and own delivery outcomes across your book: clean builds, on-time milestones, and healthy, growing accounts. You set the quality bar for everything the pod ships and turn what works into standard practice
This is a management seat with real autonomy. You decide how the pod runs and own the results. You will work closely with Account Partners, Implementation Engineers, and Product, so your focus stays on your whole book of business, the development of the people delivering it, and the systems that make your team run. The role reports to the VP of Solutions and is the proving ground for delivery leadership at Tennr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own your team’s key metrics: time to first outcome from go-live, delivery predictability on key milestones, and adoption and health across all accounts.
- Hold the quality bar: review scoping and architectures before they are built, require dry runs for high-stakes moments (architecture reviews, demos, UAT), and sample live customer calls to coach execution.
- Hire and develop every FDE in the pod through weekly 1:1s, evidence-based reviews, clear 30/60/90 ramp expectations, and documented growth plans.
- Act as first line of defense on escalations: diagnose root causes, set direction, and coordinate the fix through the team, then coach so it does not recur.
- Serve as the technical solutioning partner for FDEs working through hard architecture and workflow problems.
- Act as the final scoping gate on pre-sales engagements, catching post-sale risk before contracts close.
- Turn patterns across the pod’s accounts into a clear signal for Product, and close the loop with the team on what ships.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading and developing a team of implementation, solutions, or technical delivery professionals
- Track record of successfully delivering complex customer implementations, healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred
- Strong technical judgment on architecture and workflow design, with the ability to guide a build without taking it over
- Comfort inspecting work and holding a high bar, including when the work looks fine
- Clear communication with customers and executives, and the ability to surface risk and trends upward early
- Experience partnering with Product to turn recurring field patterns into roadmap priorities
- High ownership mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer-funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents https://sierra.ai/blog/meet-the-ai-agent-engineer: You'll build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central, mission-critical and drive revenue directly to Sierra's growth. These aren't prototypes—they are powerful, scalable systems running in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle (ADLC): You'll have complete ownership and autonomy from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration. You'll be responsible for building, tuning, and evolving AI agents in production environments, defining the standard for ADLC best practices along the way.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: You’ll work directly with leaders at some of the world’s largest enterprises to understand their most pressing business challenges, and build AI agents that transform how they operate at scale. You'll also partner with the most cutting-edge startups in Silicon Valley, embedding AI agents across their entire business stack to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Build the future of the platform: Your direct work with customers will guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform. You'll surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform to shape the future of AI agent development and Sierra's product.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are some examples of projects that engineers on our team have worked on recently:
- Design and build AI agents for large telecommunications and media companies that consistently outperform human agents in managing subscription churn
- Develop and refine AI agents capable of navigating complex customer interactions, like troubleshooting a broken device and personalizing product recommendations
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks tailored for industry-specific use cases. See some examples in our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services!
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives, such as new agent architectures, self-service capabilities, and generative agent development
- Experiment with the latest voice models and figure out how to integrate them at scale to enterprise-grade customers
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand their needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM systems in production
- Have been a founder or founding engineer - you know what it means to balance craft, ownership, and speed
- Familiarity with tools that power today's AI agents: eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Prior experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Go
- Previous roles where you interfaced with customers or led technical projects with external stakeholders
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

LEVEL
Associate / Sr Associate
EXPERIENCE
1+ Yr / 3–4 Yrs
LOCATION
Gurugram (Onsite)
SHIFT
Night (US Hours)
Two openings, one team —
Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US healthcare AR calling; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years with denials depth. Apply to the level that matches your experience.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare MSO serving 270+ provider organizations. Our AR team works US insurance receivables end-to-end — following up with payers, resolving denials, and driving collections for physician groups and specialty practices.
Associates own payer follow-up and claim-status resolution on assigned buckets. Senior Associates handle complex denials, appeals, and aged AR, and act as first-line quality support for the pod.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Work assigned AR buckets — call US payers on claim status, underpayments, and non-payment, and document actions clearly in the billing system.
Analyze EOBs/ERAs, identify denial reasons (CARC/RARC), and take corrective action — rebill, reprocess, or escalate.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets (claims worked, resolution rate, call quality).
Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI at all times.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complex denials and appeals — draft appeal letters, track appeal TAT, and follow through to overturn.
Work aged AR (90+/120+) with root-cause notes that feed prevention, not just recovery.
Support the TL on quality — spot-check documentation, coach new associates on payer-specific nuances.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US healthcare AR calling (provider side). Sr Associate: 3–4 years with hands-on denials and appeals work.
Working knowledge of the US revenue cycle — claim lifecycle, EOB/ERA reading, denial codes (CARC/RARC), and timely-filing rules.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena Health preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Multi-specialty physician-group experience.
Exposure to both government (Medicare/Medicaid) and commercial payers.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Voice-facing role — excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident US payer-call handling, plus good written English for accurate documentation.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable working in billing/EHR platforms and MS Office; good computer proficiency and clear note-writing.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Claims worked per day (productivity target).
Resolution / collection rate on assigned buckets.
Call and documentation quality score (from QA audits).
Aged-AR (90+/120+) reduction and denial-overturn rate (Sr Associate).
Hiring Process
HR Screening
2 Technical Interviews
Assessment Round
HR discussion (fitment, shift, salary).

ABOUT THE ROLE
As we build out our internal accounting function, we are hiring an Accounting Manager to serve as its operational anchor - owning full-cycle accounting and establishing the processes and controls needed to support the company at scale.
Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will lead the monthly close, own the Order to Cash life cycle, and help carry the company through its first financial-statement audit toward audit-ready, repeatable operations. This is a high-ownership role for an experienced accountant who can operate hands-on while building for scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Month-end close: Own the end-to-end close, continuously improving cycle time and accuracy while reducing reliance on manual work and external support.
- Revenue recognition: Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, deferred revenue, and usage-based billing; reconcile billing systems to the general ledger and resolve variances.
- Accounts receivable & collections: Manage collections and DSO and develop the AR function, including coaching junior team members.
- Accounts payable: Oversee AP, vendor payments, and expense management, with disciplined approval workflows and clear vendor accountability.
- Payroll & equity: Review payroll and support equity and stock-based compensation accounting.
- Audit & compliance: Lead audit preparation and the PBC process for the financial-statement and 401(k) audits; support sales-tax and multi-state payroll compliance.
- Systems & process: Design scalable, well-documented processes and controls, support the company's ERP migration, and identify and implement automation.
- Team leadership: Mentor team members, coordinate with external accounting partners, and grow into leadership of the in-house accounting team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle ownership across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
- Strong command of US GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), with the ability to own the close independently.
- Experience at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, ideally with usage-based or consumption billing models.
- Proficiency with modern ERP and billing systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience supporting or preparing for a financial-statement audit.
- A track record of building and documenting scalable processes and controls and of automating manual work.
- High ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Based in the New York City area and able to work onsite 4 days a week.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Active CPA
- Big 4 or public accounting background
- ERP implementation experience
- Multi-entity or international accounting experience (the company is establishing an international entity)
- Comfort working directly with data (e.g., SQL)

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mistral AI's corporate legal team is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal function in Paris. This is a newly created role designed to centralize and streamline the administrative backbone of our corporate legal operations as we scale internationally.
This is a high-autonomy role. You will own several critical workstreams end-to-end — from KYC and entity housekeeping to cap table management and contract administration — and you will be expected to exercise sound judgment, escalate when needed, and drive automation wherever possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Cap Table & Share Register
Own the cap table across different systems with rigor and precision. Record all share movements — issuances, transfers, ESOP/BSPCE, funding rounds. Maintain the legal share register and reconcile against articles, shareholders' agreements, and board minutes. Produce cap table extracts, shareholder lists, and ownership reports for KYC, audit, board packs, and investors — always under NDA and with judgment on what can be disclosed. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation) are essential.
2. Entity Management, Corporate Formalities & Notarisation
Handle entity creation from incorporation to corporate maintenance across jurisdictions (SAS, Inc, Ltd, Pte, GmbH, etc.) with confidentiality and attention to detail. Manage the annual formalities calendar, board/shareholder minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and the entity housekeeping file for each group company. Coordinate notarial formalities — share transfers, capital changes, statutory modifications, pledges. Handle apostilles, legalisation, and certified translations for documents used abroad via the Legal Vision Platform. Maintain up-to-date KYC packs for each entity: Kbis, articles, directors, beneficial ownership, administrative certificates. Respond to inbound KYC requests from banks, clients, and investors. Log every formalité for a complete and auditable record.
3. Insurance & Document Management
Manage insurance policies, certificates (COIs), and the renewal calendar. Handle COI requests by checking them against contractual requirements and following up with brokers. Keep a register of policies and claims. File and archive documents with naming conventions and versioning in our document management tools. Manage e-signatures (DocuSign). Maintain the contract register with expiry dates and notice periods. Provide up-to-date insurance certificates and policy summaries as part of KYC documentation for each entity.
4. Procurement Contracts
First-level review of NDAs, order forms, and simple SOWs against Mistral templates, flagging deviations for escalation. Version comparison and clean redlines. Understand the procurement policy to know when legal review is mandatory. Coordinate with Procurement, business teams, and Finance to move deals to signature. Complete supplier onboarding questionnaires (anti-bribery, sanctions, ESG, security) and supplier portals (Ariba, Coupa) as part of the vendor KYC process. Comfortable with tools like Ironclad, Notion, and Slack; keen to automate and reduce manual work.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of experience in a legal field, with a strong preference for corporate law (M&A, banking, funds, or large corporate groups).
- Experience in a law firm (corporate/M&A/banking), investment fund, bank, or a large multinational group (e.g., CAC 40).
- Proven experience with KYC processes, questionnaires, and administrative certificates.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, data protection (GDPR), and the judgment to know what can and cannot be shared externally.
- Hands-on experience with cap table management tools (Ledgy, Axiocap) or share register administration.
- Familiarity with French corporate law (SAS) and international entity structures (Delaware Inc, UK Ltd, Singapore Pte, German GmbH).
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and e-signature platforms.
- Exposure to procurement contract review and vendor onboarding.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

About the Team
You will join our global Web3 growth and ecosystem team and support the global growth and ecosystem development of broader Web3 initiatives.
This is a global role working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and regions to identify opportunities.
Responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Role Overview
This is a global Web3 growth and ecosystem role, based in Hong Kong and operating across markets. We are looking for a globally minded operations professional who is deeply involved in the on-chain ecosystem, understands diverse on-chain user communities, and can independently plan and execute campaigns across regions.
You will work around X Layer and OKX Wallet to connect ecosystem projects, communities, and users worldwide; bring high-quality applications to real users; and turn campaign participation into sustained on-chain usage and ecosystem growth.
This focuses respectively on public blockchain ecosystem partnerships and operations and global Wallet user growth and campaign operations. Both require strong ecosystem knowledge, cross-market user insight, and end-to-end campaign execution capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Ecosystem Research and Opportunity Identification
: Continuously track leading public blockchains and sectors such as DeFi, on-chain trading, and consumer applications across global markets. Identify projects with product value, an established user base, and growth potential, and develop actionable partnership and operational plans.
Ecosystem Partnerships and Development
: Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners across regions. Drive globally scalable co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education, while continuously tracking post-launch activity and growth.
Global User Insights and Operations
: Engage deeply with on-chain user communities across markets to understand the motivations, decision-making habits, and barriers faced by different user segments. Establish user segmentation and feedback mechanisms, and optimise the conversion journey from first-time experience to ongoing usage.
Campaign Planning and Execution
: Independently lead global and regional ecosystem co-marketing campaigns, on-chain quests, trading campaigns, community incentive programs, AMAs, and online/offline events. Own target-setting, campaign mechanics, budget planning, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Growth and Data Analysis:
Define metrics around qualified new users, first on-chain interactions, activity, retention, and partner-project growth. Evaluate performance using on-chain and product data, and continuously optimize participation requirements, incentive mechanisms, and operational investment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to turn user feedback into product and operational improvements, ensuring a seamless connection between campaigns and the product experience.
What We Look For In You
Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations. Able to provide complete case studies of projects personally led, with verifiable results.
Long-term, hands-on participation in the on-chain ecosystem. Proficient in using wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream DApps; understands core concepts such as token approvals, gas fees, slippage, and liquidity; and can independently conduct product-experience and user-journey analysis.
Familiarity with on-chain users and their communities. Understands behavioral differences among trading-focused, DeFi-focused, and task-driven users, and can distinguish short-term, incentive-driven participation from needs that support sustained usage.
Understanding of public blockchain ecosystem-building dynamics, including project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities. Able to design partnership proposals that create value for both project teams and users.
Proven experience independently planning and executing campaigns. Able to clearly articulate campaign objectives, target audience, mechanics, budget, execution process, and final outcomes, and propose improvements based on post-campaign reviews.
Strong data mindset, with the ability to analyze operational conversion funnels, user retention, and campaign costs. Accountable for genuine user growth and business outcomes.
Strong communication, project-management, and execution skills; able to drive projects in a fast-paced, globally distributed, cross-functional environment. Professional English communication and copywriting skills are required to work effectively with international projects, communities, and internal stakeholders. Additional language capabilities and experience operating across multiple markets are advantageous.
Preferred Global Experience
Deep involvement in on-chain ecosystems such as RWA and Meme, with an understanding of user personas, community culture, asset issuance, and trading mechanics across different sectors. Relevant project operations or growth experience is preferred.
Ongoing attention to and hands-on experience with emerging protocols such as Tapeout. Able to analyze product mechanics, user participation journeys, and growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete partnership or campaign proposals.
Experience in Meme community operations, trend-based campaign planning, or on-chain trading campaigns. Able to manage communication timing and drive community participation and user conversion.
Experience in user education, ecosystem partnerships, or campaign planning for RWA projects. Able to translate complex product mechanisms into clear, easy-to-understand content and participation flows.
An active global network of on-chain users, project teams, trading communities, or content creators, with the ability to independently drive cross-market partnerships and produce verifiable growth results.
Demonstrated success in converting early momentum around emerging sectors or protocols into Wallet usage, on-chain interactions, and sustained retention.
