As a Backend Engineer on Coder's Enterprise Experience team, you'll build the features that help large organizations run Coder in production with confidence. The team owns what administrators and operators need to run Coder well. That covers how it scales, how it's upgraded, how reliably it performs, how it's observed and reported on, how activity is held accountable, and how it's secured.
You'll join a cross-functional team of backend, platform, and QA engineers who own the operator experience end to end. You'll ship features from design through production and partner with product and design to solve real operator problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
- Build features end to end, from a design you write within the team's existing approach through production rollout.
- Write database migrations that follow the team's patterns for schema compatibility and safe upgrades.
- Build the observability, reporting, and audit features administrators rely on to see what their deployment is doing.
- Build features that keep enterprise deployments secure, following the team's security practices.
- Help investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks under production-like load, from database access patterns to concurrency in coderd.
- Help resolve backend issues surfaced by Coder operators and administrators.
- Document the features you build so a reviewer and the next engineer do not have to decode them.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to RFC-style design discussions, and join the on-call rotation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Professional experience writing and shipping Go.
- Working understanding of Go's concurrency model, including goroutines, channels, and the sync package.
- Comfortable with SQL, schema changes, and writing migrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including surfacing blockers and uncertainty early.
- Solid debugging skills and the persistence to work a problem, and to escalate early when stuck.
- A self-motivated, analytical engineer who enjoys difficult technical challenges.
BONUS TACOS IF YOU HAVE
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Experience investigating performance under real-world load, including debugging race conditions.
- Experience with observability, audit, or security features in an enterprise product.
- Experience with major cloud providers, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience building or operating distributed systems at a meaningful scale.
- Curiosity about the latest developer tooling.
OUR TECH STACK
- Backend: Go, Postgres, Kubernetes, gRPC
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
- General: GitHub, Slack, Discord, Notion

We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.
CODER IS A PROUD EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform
Location: Remote US
Compensation: $190,000 to $220,000 base plus bonus and equity
About The Role:
We are building a product management organization to own and drive our product strategy, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to own a new team focused entirely on Security tooling for the Huntress SOC.
Our SOC is the cornerstone of the Huntress Security Platform, serving SMB and mid-market clients through MSP/MSSP and Reseller channels. It delivers premium, human+AI services at a scale most companies can't match — Rapid Response, Tactical Response, and Hypercare together accounted for roughly 150 engagements in a single recent month. Much of that delivery still runs on an internal SOC platform that does not match analysts' current needs - this includes spreadsheets, Slack threads, and per-engagement documents. Our analysts work on a surface that has never had a first-class experience.
You will own the internal security experience: the surface our SOC works in every day, the tooling that makes our response services repeatable, and the shared investigation and evidence model the rest of the SOC platform is built on. This is the delivery engine behind the margin thesis — the work that enables us to grow the business without growing SOC headcount linearly. It is also the foundation layer, so the interfaces you publish are consumed by our agentic automation team and our partner-facing product team.
Your users are professional security analysts, and they are down the hall. You will get direct, immediate, unfiltered feedback on everything you ship from people who do this work for a living.
You will work closely with SOC leadership, engineering leaders, support, and other Product Managers. To be successful in this position, you need real fluency in how a SOC actually operates — how analysts triage, investigate, escalate, and report — and the judgment to tell the difference between a workflow that needs product support versus not. You will be building internal-facing systems where the return is measured in analyst throughput and time-to-close rather than ARR, and you will need to make that case clearly to executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Work with the Director of Product, the Head of SOC, and other relevant stakeholders to set the SOC tooling vision and strategy, and clearly articulate the business value so that everyone understands where we are headed
Own the roadmap for analyst UX, Rapid Response and Tactical Response tooling, product support and operations, and SOC platform
Serve as the primary steward of the shared investigation and evidence model — canvas, queues, triage package — and publish the interface adjacent product teams build on
Partner with SOC leadership, analysts, and Tactical Response to turn manual, out-of-product processes into standardized, automation-first internal workflows
Take ownership of the Portal Enhancement Kit and drive analyst-built improvements into the native product so the best of internal tooling becomes the best of product
Demonstrate an ability to decipher and articulate potentially ambiguous operator needs and mold them into successful, innovative solutions
Work with designers, engineers, and architects to create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories that will be used to shape product specifications and architecture
Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development, from discovery to launch
Protect a capacity floor for resiliency and technical debt, and hold the line on it against feature pressure
Serve as the intermediary between engineering and senior management and other non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to break down and translate highly technical information into layman's terms and vice versa
Work with design and engineering teams to produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to assess the validity and strength of a new capability
Define and report operational metrics — time-to-close, throughput per analyst, repeatability of delivery — to track and evaluate the success of the strategy
What You Bring To The Team:
5+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for cybersecurity products; bonus for MDR or SOAR products
Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products
Demonstrated experience building internal-facing or operator-facing tooling where the users are professionals doing skilled work, not consumers
Strong working knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, and investigation lifecycles - Excellent UI/UX and design skills
Prior experience as a security analyst, incident responder, security engineer, or software engineer, or equivalent hands-on depth
Experience owning shared services or platform interfaces consumed by other product teams
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
Comfort with operational metrics and the ability to make an investment case that is not denominated in new revenue
Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
Leverage excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering that align engineers with intended outcomes
Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
Mid-market and MSP or MSSP experience is a significant benefit
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office

Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY

Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- The product changes frequently. If you need a stable, predictable environment, this isn't it. If you like learning new things every week, it is.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry's SDKs instrument dozens of platforms and our ingest pipeline takes in billions of events every day. The Telemetry Experience team owns what happens next: the product surfaces and APIs where that telemetry turns into something a developer can actually debug with.
As a Senior Software Engineer on Telemetry Experience, you'll own that experience across the sentry.io http://sentry.io product - Python/Django and Postgres on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend. You'll work upstream with our SDK teams on what gets sent and with our ingest teams on how it arrives, then own the part customers actually touch: the APIs, the workflows, and the interfaces where it all lands. Your job is to make that feel native to every developer who uses it, whether they ship a backend service, a mobile app, or a game.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own projects end to end. Take a problem from a rough customer complaint through scoping, design, implementation across the stack, rollout, and measurement. You'll write the design doc, cut the work into shippable pieces, and stay with it until the numbers move
- Work across the full stack of the Sentry monolith. React and TypeScript in the browser, Django and Postgres behind the API. Most projects here touch both, and the interesting decisions live at the seam
- Partner closely with SDK and ingest teams. Telemetry arrives exactly as the SDKs send it and as the pipeline shapes it. You'll shape those contracts together with the engineers who own them, rather than working around what shows up
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other product engineers. You'll bring the technical perspective that makes a design better, explain constraints in terms of what they cost the user, and sweat the details other people skip: empty states, error messages, loading behavior, the edge case that only bites 2% of accounts
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather own an outcome than a ticket. You take ambiguous problems, decide what to build, drive it across team boundaries, and follow through after launch. Nobody has to hand you a spec
- You're obsessed with making an experience smooth. Friction offends you. You notice the extra click, the confusing label, the query that takes 400ms too long - and you fix them instead of filing them
- You solve problems for customers, not for the codebase. Sentry's users are developers, so you can read their bug reports, sit in their tooling, and tell the difference between what they asked for and what they need
- You communicate well in writing. Working across SDK teams, ingest teams, product, and design in a distributed company means your docs, PR descriptions, and updates do a lot of the work
- You like being full-stack. You don't need a handoff to change an API and the component that calls it, and you enjoy holding the whole path from event payload to rendered pixel in your head
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL - depth in one side and real competence in the other is fine
- A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end, including the parts that require getting other teams to agree with you
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with the application monitoring and observability space
- Experience building developer-facing products, SDKs, or public APIs
- Experience with high-volume data stores or streaming systems (ClickHouse, Kafka)
- A track record of contributing to open-source projects
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 60,844,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV). The salary that Sentry offers you is adjusted to the current market situation and will be above the IT-KV.
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

If you are a sales pro who knows how to spot a mistake in a quote from a mile away, your expertise is needed to shape the future of AI in business.
Key Responsibilities
Create realistic, high-difficulty sales prompts based on real-world scenarios a sales manager, customer, or business owner would encounter.
Develop complex tasks including tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and converting QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline/forecast reports.
Run prompts against frontier AI models and perform "manager-level" reviews of the output to identify errors in logic, math, or professional tone.
Author objective scoring rubrics for each task, ensuring that other reviewers can consistently grade the AI's output based on pass/fail criteria (e.g., "The quote does not exceed the 15% discount cap").
Produce working deliverables such as spreadsheets, proposals, and email sequences that serve as "Gold Standard" examples for the AI to follow.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations with a proven track record of hitting targets.
3-4+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.
Precise attention to detail and excellent written English skills.
Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for a high-intensity 2-week engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex sales workflows into objective, checkable steps.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience in AI data annotation or prompt engineering.
Experience in sales coaching or managing junior reps (reviewing their work for accuracy).
Technical proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and data visualization.
Location: Remote
What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that.
