HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB ⭐️
We are growing our Sales team and hiring for an Account Executive ideally in Barcelona or Madrid who will be primarily responsible for engaging with prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
What is important for us is the mission : as an Account Executive, you will find leads, understand the needs of our prospects, present our delightful product, drive sales and manage key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
At the same time, we expect you to understand, embrace and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method. This method stems from the concept that the prospect experience is an inseparable piece of the overall Alan customer experience. You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

An overview of this role
As an Engineering Manager, Gitaly at GitLab, you'll guide a deeply technical team focused on building, maintaining, and providing expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. The team's work spans development of Gitaly, support for teams across GitLab, new tooling, scalability improvements, new data formats, and ongoing maintenance of the Gitaly codebase.
This role is a good fit for you if you can guide senior and staff engineers through complex, long-horizon technical work while building a culture of technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership. You'll help the team balance roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities, especially as much of the team's work is centered on scaling Git storage and adjacent foundational work. Clear written communication and thoughtful technical judgment are central to how this team succeeds.
Project areas include:
Scaling Git storage
Gitaly-related infrastructure and foundational performance work
What you’ll do
Manage a team of senior and staff engineers working on Gitaly and Gitaly-related infrastructure.
Build a team culture where technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership are the norm.
Drive execution on complex, long-horizon work across performance, scalability, maintainability, and core Gitaly architecture.
Guide the team in balancing roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities.
Support your engineers' growth through feedback, mentoring, career development, and stretch opportunities.
Foster strong written communication and asynchronous alignment across a fully distributed team.
Partner with teams like Git and other stakeholders who rely on Gitaly expertise for performance, feature design, and roadmap clarity.
Represent the team credibly with cross-functional partners and in stakeholder conversations about Gitaly direction, performance, and scalability.
What you’ll bring
Experience managing engineering teams with direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
A management philosophy centered on building engineer agency and ownership, with credibility grounded in consistency, follow-through, and technical judgment.
Proven ability to guide highly specialized engineers through ambiguity, structured debate, high-stakes technical tradeoffs, and the realities of operating a service that is critical to GitLab.
Strong written communication and remote, asynchronous collaboration skills across distributed, multi-timezone teams. You're comfortable moving work forward in documents, issue threads, and asynchronous reviews, not just in meetings.
A track record of delivering under pressure on ambiguous, long-horizon technical projects with clear outcomes, and of reasoning from fundamentals about maintainability, technical debt, and long-term platform viability.
Hands-on background in version control systems, distributed systems, storage engines, or other low-level infrastructure domains, with the ability to engage credibly with systems code and architecture, ideally in Go or similarly performance-sensitive environments.
About the team
On the Gitaly team, we build, maintain, and provide expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. Our core work includes development of Gitaly, supporting teams across GitLab, and ensuring the long-term viability of the project. We are a deeply technical team that balances long-running technical work with practical delivery. Strong collaboration with partner teams is central to how we succeed.

About the Team
Regulatory Change sits within OKX's central Compliance function, with a global mandate covering how OKX anticipates, shapes, and responds to regulatory developments across all markets in which we operate. The team acts as a strategic partner to the business and Compliance teams, translating the regulatory landscape into clear guidance and action.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Change & Policy to own and drive the regulatory change agenda globally. This person will bring vision, strategic judgment, as well as the ability to execute, translating a complex, fast-moving regulatory landscape into a clear strategy that protects and enables the business.
You will need to operate across multiple dimensions simultaneously: understanding our product landscape deeply to assess regulatory impact, engaging credibly with regulators and industry bodies, and building internal alignment across legal, risk, and local compliance teams. You will also build and lead a team, establishing the processes and judgment that junior team members will execute against over time.
This position calls for a seasoned regulatory change leader with a demonstrated track record of owning a comparable mandate — prior experience in a similar role in a complex matrix organization is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regulatory change: own Compliance’s regulatory change log, assess the implications and business impact of evolving regulatory requirements on OKX's product landscape and partner with the Change Management team to ensure regulatory change is translated into business-ready action and the relevant policy framework is put into place (assign policy owner, deadline and feed content into Compliance obligation register)
In coordination with internal Risk and Compliance stakeholders manage, oversee and maintain a global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning capability
Support local Compliance Teams, where required, with building and maintaining relationships with regulators and policymakers and in representing OKX in industry consultations and regulatory engagement efforts to ensure aligned positions across jurisdictions
Build out the Regulatory Change function, with the potential to add one compliance analyst within the first six months, subject to the function demonstrating measurable output and business value.
Set the operating model, priorities, and quality bar for the function
Coach and develop team members as the function scales from strategy design into steady-state execution
Build strong, trusted working relationships with Legal, Risk, and local Compliance teams across regions
What We Look For In You
Significant experience (at least 10+ years) in regulatory change, regulatory affairs, or a comparable senior compliance/ policy role, ideally within crypto, fintech, or another heavily regulated financial sector
Demonstrated experience building or significantly reshaping a regulatory change function, not just operating within an existing one
Global exposure to crypto-specific regulation, with working knowledge of multiple regulatory regimes
Track record of influencing senior internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Compliance) without formal authority over them
Experience building and leading a team, including hiring and developing junior talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating at executive level internally and externally
Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset — able to move from strategic vision to operational detail

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

- Location: Tokyo, Japan
- Type of Contract: Permanent
- Working model: On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
As an Electrical AIT Engineer, you own the electrical/avionics side of production at ICEYE end to end -- integration, debugging, continuous improvement, and adapting processes as new designs come through. You will lead satellite-level verification and validation campaigns for power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC subsystems, integrate electrical hardware with satellite systems, and own functional and system-health testing to ensure flight readiness. You will act as the primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues and drive continuous improvement across AIT methods, test efficiency, and build reliability -- ensuring every spacecraft meets ICEYE's standards for mission success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Execute unit-level and satellite-level verification and validation (V&V) campaigns, focusing on power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and CDH/OBC functional operations and system health
- Lead the integration of electrical/avionics hardware with satellite subsystems (power, propulsion, GNC, GPS, C&DH/OBC, RF, thermal), ensuring seamless interoperability
- Test and validate the hardware/software interface -- telemetry and telecommand behavior, CDH bus interfaces, and OBC-driven subsystem responses -- without owning flight software development or debugging, which sits with the Software AIT team
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance efficiency, repeatability, and coverage across functional and environmental test campaigns
- Act as primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies
- Support production readiness and design reviews (PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on software testability, hardware-in-the-loop requirements, and system configuration
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation including RF test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/avionics integration, testing, or production of complex systems, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability hardware industries
- Deep technical understanding of satellite electrical architectures including power systems, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and/or CDH/OBC
- Hands-on experience with anechoic chamber testing (antenna pattern measurement, radiated performance verification)
- Working proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments with a focus on system-level validation
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, environmental testing (EMC, vibration, thermal), and configuration management

- Proficient English (written and spoken) for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to haves:
Experience with Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Lean and Six Sigma experience
- Experience with SAR payload calibration or comms link-budget analysis beyond routine test execution
- Experience writing or improving Python test scripts beyond routine execution
- Proficient Japanese (written and spoken)
Application Process
