How we’re using AI today
On the Strategic Operations team, we’re using AI to cut through complexity, stay aligned, and move quickly. AI supports how we manage and execute programs by bringing together signals from across the business and turning them into decision-ready summaries, project plans, and executive briefs. We expect every team member to build at least one AI-powered workflow, and we’re committed to growing together through shared best practices, regular learning sessions, and team resources as we scale and collaborate across 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 7–9+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, program management, or a related field, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing senior or executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong ability to translate broad objectives into practical plans, roadmaps, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Sound judgment and confidence working through ambiguity, resolving dependencies, and constructively challenging assumptions when needed.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to turn data into clear recommendations and concise status updates.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining accountability from planning through delivery.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), cybersecurity, technology, product operations, or a similarly fast-moving environment, along with experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
What you can expect:
• Build and manage programs that improve service and outcomes for high-priority customer accounts.
• Support company planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), objective tracking, and other operating rhythms that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Create clear roadmaps, status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations that improve visibility and accelerate decision-making.
• Bring teams together to resolve blockers, align priorities, manage change, and deliver shared outcomes.
• Use modern tools, including AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation, to generate insights, identify risks and dependencies, and scale program execution.

Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the role
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Manager to produce the real-world experiences where traders, creators, partners, and builders meet MetaMask. You’ll lead production, help shape event strategy, and sharpen the creative execution.
What You’ll Do
You’ll join the Experiential & Global Events team within MetaMask’s Creative Studio and report to the Director of Experiential Marketing. We concept, design, and produce the ways people meet MetaMask in real life across global conferences, community events, VIP experiences, co-branded activations, and more. Our calendar runs across the world with priorities across APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
You’ll lead production, taking each event from brief to on-site to recap. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams, rallying people from planning through production and on the ground. Your focus will be experiences for our most active users and co-branded work with brands and creators, alongside community events for the builders who create on MetaMask.
Our formats are expanding to include live trading competitions, viewing events, product launches, and private experiences for VIP traders and creator partners.
How You’ll Do It
Produce events and experiences end to end: venues, run of show, fabrication, AV, F&B, and staffing, working alongside our production agency partners.
Own timelines, workback plans, and budgets for multiple events running in parallel across regions.
Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, venues, and vendors in APAC, the US, Europe and LATAM.
Run registration and guest management, from guest lists and approvals to VIP access and arrival.
Build programming for events and panels, including formats, session flow, and speaker coordination.
Keep the operational side tight: source-of-truth docs, trackers, internal team staffing, and on-the-ground comms during conference weeks. Build playbooks that make each event easier to run than the last, using AI tools to move faster.
Partner with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, business development and more to turn briefs into event plans with clear audiences, objectives, and success metrics tied to product and business goals.
Help develop and refine concepts with the creative team. Bring a point of view on formats, venues, and cultural trends, and work with designers and copywriters on decks and creative deliverables.
Work with content capture teams so every event produces strong stories and shareable content.
Track post-event results, including attendance, registration data, and social reach and sentiment, and write recaps that show what worked and what to change.
Over time, help source and manage co-hosts and sponsors for our owned franchises.
We’re looking for someone with
5+ years in event production, experiential marketing, or brand activations, ideally in fintech, crypto, consumer tech, esports, or entertainment.
Experience producing large-format or competitive live events, such as tournaments, launches, or live viewing events.
A track record of delivering multi-city or international events on time and on budget.
Experience managing agencies and vendors and negotiating contracts under tight deadlines.
Experience producing premium or invite-only experiences for high-value guests.
Strong initiative. You spot what needs to happen and do it before anyone asks, and you stay steady when the plan changes.
Strategic and creative judgment. You connect an event to a product or business goal, and you bring ideas that sharpen a concept.
A systems mindset. You turn one-off events into repeatable processes.
Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership. Partners, vendors, and colleagues want to work with you again.
Based in the US or EU, and willing to travel internationally up to 20% of the year, typically 1 to 2 weeks per quarter across several markets.
Curiosity about money, markets, and how people trade, save, and spend. Finance experience isn’t required, but interest is.
It’s a bonus to have
Experience in crypto, whether producing events for digital asset audiences or at global conferences such as Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, EthCC, or Devcon.
Experience sourcing or managing event co-hosts and sponsors.
Relationships with brands, creators, or communities that could become MetaMask partners.
An existing network of production vendors, agencies, and venues across multiple regions.
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Luma.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Mysten Labs is looking for a hands-on Security Engineer with strong application security fundamentals and a track record of finding and fixing real vulnerabilities. You’ll own bug bounty programs and external audits, secure our code and software supply chain, and build tooling that protects Mysten’s products and users across the Sui ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Run Mysten's bug bounty programs: triage, severity, responses, internal escalations, fix validation, and the budget and payouts. Turn recurring report classes into automated checks.
- Own audit engagements: scope and schedule external audits, act as the technical counterpart during the engagement, and track findings through remediation and fix validation.
- Conduct code and design reviews of systems built by Mysten, its subsidiaries and partners (Rust, TypeScript, Move). Drive issues to conclusion, including investigation and incident response, and run variant analysis so each bug class is closed everywhere it occurs.
- Own software supply chain security: dependency and CI/CD malware defenses, Endor Labs, the code security service (GitHub controls, merge bots), and the ongoing code security self-auditing service. Detect and respond to compromised packages, maintainers and build pipelines, and secure the provenance and signing of what Mysten ships.
- Build and improve anti-scam and anti-abuse tooling for the Sui ecosystem: detect phishing sites, malicious dApps, drainer contracts and other threats that target Sui users, and work with wallet teams on mitigations.
- Build security tooling: LLM-driven triage and review agents, and static and dynamic analysis (taint, call graphs, fuzzing) wired into CI and code review. Build in known-clean checks so people trust the results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, application security or product security, with a track record of finding real vulnerabilities (bug bounty reports, audit findings, CVEs or published research).
- Strong Web2 security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, SSRF, authorization flaws, injection, deserialization, software supply chain failures, cryptographic failures.
- Proficiency in one or more of Rust, TypeScript, Python or Move, and experience reviewing and writing security-sensitive code.
- Hands-on knowledge of software supply chain attack surface: package ecosystems (npm, crates.io http://crates.io, PyPI), CI/CD (GitHub Actions workflow injection, token exposure, unpinned actions), and build provenance.
- Solid understanding of applied cryptography fundamentals and the common ways cryptographic systems are misused in practice.
- Experience on either side of a bug bounty program or an audit engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to influence teams you have no formal authority over.
- Interest in the web3 space is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Smart contract or wallet security: Move, Solidity or Rust-based chains; Sui's object and capability model is a plus.
- Static or dynamic program analysis: CodeQL, Semgrep, taint analysis, fuzzing, symbolic execution.
- Experience building security tooling with LLM agents (Claude Code skills or comparable), and a clear sense of where models help and where deterministic tooling has to do the work.
- Anti-phishing, anti-fraud or trust & safety experience: domain and content monitoring, crawling, classifiers, threat intelligence.
- Knowledge of recent crypto incidents and the defect classes behind them: drainer kits, DeFi frontend compromises, package-registry compromises.
- Notable bug bounty rankings, CVEs, publications or conference talks.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re hiring an Intermediate Frontend Developer to join our Device Security team. 1Password helps people use technology safely, and our Device Security initiative is expanding that mission to the devices where work happens. As a mid-level Developer, you’ll help build administrative experiences such as device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools while contributing to a new product initiative from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and infrastructure partners to make complex security information easier for enterprise administrators to understand and act on.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development, including building web experiences with React and TypeScript.
- You have experience developing clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces for complex product requirements.
- You have worked on products serving large user bases and understand how frontend decisions can affect scalability, performance, and optimization.
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
- You ask thoughtful questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and use challenges and mistakes as opportunities to improve your technical judgment.
- You’re comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted development tools thoughtfully and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend focus, composable design system components, or security, administration, or device management products.
What you can expect:
- Build and maintain administrative interfaces for enterprise customers, including device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools.
- Develop intuitive experiences that help administrators understand device security posture, identify risks, and take action.
- Contribute to a new Device Security initiative that is still being shaped, with opportunities to influence product direction and technical solutions.
- Initially contribute to client-side work in related product areas before transitioning more fully to Device Security as the initiative develops.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners through planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Grow your technical judgment and ownership through mentorship, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and feedback.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About this role:
We believe technology will play a critical role in enabling the next generation of cash delivery operations: from identifying recipients without needing to knock on doors to a modern payments infrastructure that gets dollars in recipients’ hands faster and more scalable. We are seeking a Technical Program Associate responsible for implementing and managing the technology used across our programs - including systems for recipient data collection, verification, payments, and monitoring.
In this role, you will own all technology-related aspects of new project launches: working with our operations team to define and implement program requirements, project managing the implementation across multiple stakeholders, and analyzing, structuring, and acting on program data. You are a systems thinker who is comfortable assessing tradeoffs and deriving and communicating data-driven insights. You enjoy learning about technology in a variety of business contexts. You naturally take ownership, can navigate unfamiliar settings, and enjoy both building and managing ops. You can excel at both 10,000 feet as well as in the weeds of complex problems.

ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
