Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in production MLOps, model deployment, and system scaling to drive ML engineering initiatives for a top-tier life sciences client. This role sits at the critical intersection of production ML infrastructure, life science research, and manufacturing process engineering.
In this position, you will own the architectural design and hands-on execution of production ML systems, model integration APIs, and scalable MLOps pipelines. You will bridge complex domains—from computational biology, small and large molecule research, and clinical trial analytics to active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing processes, batch optimization, and industrial automation ML. Operating in a 3-day onsite hybrid capacity in Indianapolis, you will collaborate directly with process engineers, life science researchers, and platform engineering teams to build robust, low-latency ML systems that scale across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Production MLOps & Systems Architecture
Design, deploy, and maintain robust, production-grade MLOps pipelines and infrastructure for continuous model training, deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
Implement automated model drift detection, performance monitoring, and self-healing inference pipelines in high-reliability environments.
Process Engineering & Manufacturing ML Integration
Operationalize and integrate production ML models into operational technology (OT), API manufacturing workflows, and chemical process control systems.
Deploy predictive models for batch processing, process control optimization, real-time quality assurance, and facility automation use cases.
Scalable Inference & System Integration
Build low-latency, high-throughput microservices and serving architectures (FastAPI, Triton Inference Server, TorchServe) for model deployment into live production applications.
Containerize and orchestrate ML workloads across distributed cloud and edge systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and modern pipeline engines (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Technical Leadership & Domain Alignment
Partner directly with chemical engineers, computational biologists, and software architects to translate operational friction into production-ready ML engineering solutions.
Establish enterprise MLOps standards, model governance, and CI/CD best practices across the full machine learning operational lifecycle.
Requirements
Experience & Mindset
Experience: Senior-level proficiency (10–20+ years) in software engineering, MLOps, production ML system deployment, and infrastructure scaling.
Domain Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain production ML systems across non-standard, highly specialized domains (e.g., transition between process/chemical engineering ML and clinical/scientific research applications).
Location & Work Auth: Must hold unrestricted US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available) and be able to work 3 days per week onsite in the Indianapolis, IN area.
Culture & Communication: Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, strong collaborative drive, and the ability to articulate complex MLOps architecture to cross-functional engineering teams.
Must-Have Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks: Advanced Python, C++, and deep proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity

Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Your Purpose
At Bitso, the Software Engineer on the Nexus Squad owns the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our mission-critical pay-in and pay-out systems, the financial backbone that moves billions of dollars worldwide.
You will design and deliver event-driven, high-throughput solutions that ensure every pay-in and pay-out is fast, accurate, and resilient.
Working closely with product, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of a domain where the bar for quality is exceptionally high, resilience is built through continuous learning, and every millisecond of performance matters — for the millions of retail users and the businesses that rely on Bitso to power their financial operations.
Reports To
This role reports to the Nexus Engineering Manager.
Who You Are
You are experienced in Java backend development, with a proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
You are familiar with event-driven architecture patterns (event sourcing, CQRS, sagas) and have hands-on experience operating Apache Kafka in high-throughput, real-money environments.
You have designed and implemented distributed, fault-tolerant microservices that handle financial or similarly critical transactional data.
You have solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
You are comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or equivalent), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
You communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English, written and spoken, to engineering peers, product managers, and senior leadership.
You work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership — you identify problems, propose solutions, and see them through to production.
You are familiar with AI-assisted development flow and tools (Cursor, Claude, CodeRabbit).
You have a strong sense of urgency and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes fintech environment.
Financial Domain (nice to have):
Familiarity with payment rails, reconciliation or idempotent transaction processing in financial systems is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
Own pay-in and pay-out systems: design, build, and maintain the core infrastructure that processes financial transactions and moves billions of dollars worldwide.
Architect event-driven solutions: design Kafka-based pipelines and workflows that guarantee correctness, ordering, and resilience at scale.
Drive technical decisions: lead architecture discussions, define and use patterns, and set standards for the pay-in and pay-out domain in collaboration with the Nexus team.
Deliver high-quality code: write clean, well-tested, high-performance Java code and champion engineering best practices through code reviews.
Embrace AI-assisted development: leverage tools like Cursor, Claude, and CodeRabbit as part of your everyday workflow, contribute to skills and guardrails development, and apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to ensure solutions are well-defined, reviewable, and aligned before implementation begins.
Ensure system reliability: proactively monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents with a focus on root-cause analysis and lasting fixes.
Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Product, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sound technical solutions.
Mentor and uplift: share knowledge with fellow engineers, contribute to internal tech talks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the squad.
Improve observability: instrument services with comprehensive metrics, logs, and traces to enable rapid diagnosis and confident deployments.
Research
in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria. At Bitso, we value diversity and your unique strengths could be just what we're looking for. If this role excites you but you don't match every point in the description, we still want to hear from you.
