We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is rapidly building the leading ecosystem of generative models, bringing the best models from AI labs around the world to our users alongside our own. We are looking for an IC to source, activate, and scale relationships across Runway's growing portfolio of model partners. This is a role for someone who wants to own whatever needs owning, take new models from first conversation to launch, and write the playbook where none exists yet. You will work closely across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a broad portfolio of model partners end to end, across modalities
- Track the model landscape relentlessly: spot new labs and releases early and bring the strongest ones to the team as candidates for integration
- Take new partners from zero to launched: source, structure and negotiate commercial terms, then close with Legal and Finance
- Be the partner's main point of contact through launch, working closely with our engineering team
- Build deep, trusted relationships with founders, BD leads and research teams at our partners, and turn those relationships into early access, better terms and joint launches
- Run the portfolio with rigor: set check-in cadences, monitor relationship health, and spot and escalate risk early
- Track usage, spend and margin by partner and model, and use that data to decide where to invest, renegotiate or step back
- Partner with Marketing and our partners on co-marketing for model launches
- Build the frameworks and tools that let the function scale as the ecosystem grows
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience across some combination of partnerships, business development, GTM, consulting, or founding/operating, with a track record of having owned outcomes end to end
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, ideally usage-based, API or platform deals
- Genuine obsession with generative AI: you know the labs, you try new models the day they ship, and you have opinions on what makes one good
- Demonstrated range: you've done the deal and the integration and the launch
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn usage and spend data into a clear recommendation
- Ability to manage many relationships and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment without dropping threads
- Clear, concise communication, from a startup founder to a big-lab partnerships team to a Runway engineer in the same day
- A strong bias towards action and belief that no task is too small for you
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to create structure and work autonomously amid ambiguity
- New York-based preferred
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Exceptional versatility across genres—ranging from hyper-tech sci-fi and supernatural magic to gritty urban environments and stylized creature design.

Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We're taking Keet to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up at global scale.
You lead the teams that build Keet's features: the API team, which adds feature-focused APIs to Keet's core, and the frontend team, which builds the React app on top, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product.
You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for distributed, local-first systems, so you can work fluently on top of a P2P engine without needing to build it yourself.
Responsabilities
Engineering
Run the API and frontend teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.
Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.
Own the technical design of features and the API surface between Keet's core and the app.
Make sure the API team works closely with our deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches the engine.
Product Partnership
Work alongside Keet's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.
Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.
Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially where P2P opens doors that centralized apps can't.
Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.
Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.
Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally in chat, calling, or social apps.
Strong product sense: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. Offline-first and eventual consistency should feel natural. You don't need P2P protocol expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
Deep JavaScript and React.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to give and receive direct critique.
Bonus: experience with local-first apps, CRDTs or sync engines, offline-capable mobile or desktop apps, or open source.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; Cairo, Egypt; Helsinki, Finland

: At the intersection of technology and human potential, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting a future where innovation and human capabilities merge in powerful, unprecedented ways.
Why Join Us?

About Peec AI
Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As search rapidly evolves with AI changing how people discover information online, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they perform, and where new growth opportunities exist. Peec AI helps teams track their visibility, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence in an increasingly complex search landscape.
About the role
We're looking for a Visiting Brand Designer to join our team for a minimum 3-months internship and get hands-on with real design.
From week one you'll ship real assets across our website, social, campaigns, and events, and quickly grow into someone the team relies on for sharp, on-brand design.
A big part of the role is being a design partner to people across Peec AI: helping teammates turn ideas into polished, on-brand presentations (internal and external), and tackling the everyday design tasks that keep a fast-moving startup looking sharp. You'll learn how a brand actually gets built and maintained day to day, working side by side with our designers and marketers, and walk away with a portfolio full of real, shipped work.

What you'll do
- Design on-brand assets across marketing channels, social content, campaign visuals, event materials, and web graphics
- Become our go-to for amazing presentations: transforming internal and external decks into polished, persuasive, on-brand stories
- Support stakeholders across the company with day-to-day design tasks, helping everyone communicate visually and stay on-brand
- Work inside our design system and help keep things consistent, scalable, and cohesive
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, and GEO teams, learning how great brand work comes together end to end
What we're looking for
- A growing portfolio (university projects, freelance, personal work, all welcome) that shows a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Strong working knowledge of Figma, and ideally some Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- Confident presentation design skills, turning information into something clear, structured, and beautiful
- Detail-obsessed, with the instinct to make things look right, not just done
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B and worked in a startup environment

- A front-row seat to building a brand in a brand-new market category

THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer on the Latency & Throughput team, you will push the frontier of LLM inference by researching and prototyping techniques that reduce latency and increase throughput — from speculative decoding and quantization to KV compression and new attention variants. The team sits at the intersection of research and production: you will take ideas from recent literature, form hypotheses, run experiments, and ship the techniques that prove out into our serving stack.
This role sits between our inference engineers, who own the production serving stack, and our research scientists, who focus on paper-level contributions. You will be more science-focused than a pure engineer: you are expected to generate new ideas, keep up with the state of the art, and implement proof-of-concepts that bridge the gap between academic results and production impact. Some techniques you explore will be lossy or require integration into training — retraining models, tuning architectures, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
You will work closely with the Inference Foundation and Kernels teams, who turn your validated techniques into production recipes, and with pretraining and RL teams when your work touches model training. Success is measured by demonstrated latency or throughput gains, first at small scale, then adopted in production.
What You Will Do
- Research and prototype inference techniques — speculative decoding, quantization, KV compression, watermarking, and new model architectures — by reading recent literature and forming testable hypotheses.
- Design and run experiments to validate or refute ideas, iterating quickly on small-scale setups before proposing production integration. Demonstrate clear latency or throughput gains without unacceptable quality loss.
- Collaborate with the Inference Foundation team to integrate validated techniques into the vLLM-based serving stack.
- Partner with pretraining and RL teams when techniques require co-training, retraining, or training auxiliary models to improve inference.
Build the right tooling and validation platforms to facilitate AI-driven inference research.
What We're Looking For
- A strong ML background with solid knowledge of LLM training techniques — architecture, tokenization, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Python and PyTorch; you write clean, experimental code and iterate fast. JAX is acceptable with strong Python proficiency. C++ and Rust are not required, CUDA and GPU knowledge is expected but hands-on experience is not required.
- Research experience of some form: a thesis, publications, a dedicated research project, or efficiency-oriented work in a lab or industry research setting. A PhD is not required, but we are looking for genuine research depth.
- A track record of conducting experiments: forming hypotheses, designing controlled comparisons, and drawing clear conclusions from results.
- Familiarity with the state of the art in LLM inference — you know what has been tried, what works, and where the open problems are.
- Self-starter, low-ego, and collaborative. You are comfortable with ambiguity, negative results, and are eager to take matters into your own hands.
- Inference or serving experience is a plus, not a requirement. Prior work with vLLM, production LLM deployments, or serving systems will help you ramp up faster.
Location and Remote
This role is based in our Paris or London offices (hybrid). We will prioritize candidates who reside in the Paris area or are open to relocating. We strongly believe in the value of in-person collaboration to foster strong relationships and seamless communication within our team. For senior profiles, we will also consider remote candidates based in France. In that case, we ask all new hires to visit our Paris office:
- For the first week of their onboarding (accommodation and travel covered)
- Then at least 3 days per month
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams

- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific customer requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government and defence organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with European government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain a German security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active German security clearance
- Bilingual (English/German) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with European defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role strongly prefers eligibility for German government security clearance.
We are looking for candidates eligible for German government clearance, meaning that they require German citizenship. In addition, this individual is required to be based in Germany and be fluent in German as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management - it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how Canada leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join the research team at ElevenLabs, focused on the data infrastructure that powers our frontier AI models. The quality of our models is bounded by the quality and scale of the data behind them, and you will own the systems that make world-class data possible. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy:
- Building large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, filtering, and transforming datasets used to train state-of-the-art models.
- Training models used in our data processing pipelines, such as classifiers, quality filters, and labeling models.
- Designing data curation strategies such as deduplication, quality scoring, labeling, and augmentation that measurably improve model performance.
- Creating tooling and infrastructure that lets researchers explore and train on massive datasets quickly and reliably.
REQUIREMENTS
We do not require any formal certifications or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic engineers who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts such as past projects, designs, or GitHub contributions. Ideally, you bring:
- Experience building data-intensive systems, ideally in support of machine learning training pipelines.
- Strong engineering skills in distributed data processing at scale (e.g., Kubernetes, or custom pipelines over large datasets).
- The capacity to autonomously evaluate how data quality, composition, and curation affect model outcomes, and to build the tooling to measure it.
Bonus: Experience building or operating web crawlers.
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
#LI-Remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Workplace: Remote
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle

- Act as the analytical engine for the executive team by leading cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and scale business processes.
- Translate operational plans into financial models, identify risks and opportunities, and hold teams accountable to KPIs.
- Own the KPI infrastructure that connects product and revenue metrics to financial outcomes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a consistent narrative across all reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 7+ years of experience, including foundational analyst experience in investment banking or financial services, and high-impact operating experience in Strategic Finance, BizOps, or Corporate Finance at a high-growth technology company.
- Experience building and leveraging AI tools for yourself and for cross-functional use.
- A track record of operating through rapid scale: building and evolving financial models, planning processes, and reporting as a company’s complexity grows.
- Strong fundamentals in financial modeling with a rigorous and quantitative approach to measuring operational success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, digestible narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- You have a high bar for operational excellence and a keen sense of how to translate complex, ambiguous business questions to a clear plan of action.
- A genuine interest in AI and its implications for industry and society
