ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Coder is hiring its first Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, who will sit within our Content & Learning pillar and report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement. You will be the enablement presence for the region, creating and adapting content, building programs, and supporting the EMEA sales team across a diverse set of markets.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a build-from-scratch environment, knows how enterprise sales work across EMEA, and can move between content creation, regional training, and cross-functional collaboration without losing momentum. You'll work closely with the global enablement team, Marketing, and Product Marketing while independently owning the regional agenda.
If you're someone who knows that a playbook that works in North America doesn't automatically work in EMEA, loves building things that sales teams actually use, and wants to be the first enablement hire in a region with real room to shape how it's done, this role is for you.
This position follows a hybrid work model. Candidates should be local and able to work from our London office on a regular weekly basis, with scheduling flexibility.
What you’ll do here
- Create and adapt sales enablement content for EMEA markets playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning, and training materials that reflect regional buyer dynamics, language nuance, and sales culture
- Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for EMEA sales reps, ensuring they ramp quickly and stay current on product and messaging updates
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Marketing to translate global messaging and positioning into field-ready content that actually resonates with EMEA buyers. Pushing back constructively when global content needs regional adaptation
- Work with EMEA sales leadership and SDR leadership to understand what reps need in the field and turn that signal into content and programs that are practical and immediately useful
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to ensure regional content is consistent with global standards while remaining locally relevant
- Identify gaps in the EMEA enablement program and proactively build resources to close them
What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or a revenue-facing role with an EMEA focus
- Proven ability to create high-quality enablement content independently. You can go from a brief to a finished playbook without hand-holding
- Strong understanding of EMEA enterprise sales dynamics
- Comfortable working remotely and autonomously as the sole enablement person in a region. You can set your own priorities and manage up effectively
- Strong internal collaborator. You know how to consume global messaging, identify where it needs to flex for the region, and work cross-functionally to get it right
- Excellent communicator in English; additional European language proficiency a plus
- High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
Bonus tacos if you have
- (Tacos? If you need an ice-breaker, ask how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Background in B2B SaaS, enabling enterprise sales teams
- Experience enabling sellers in a developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering context
- Familiarity with various sales platforms (Highspot, Nooks, LetterAI)
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions
- Prior experience as a first or early enablement hire in a region

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As an IP Rights Manager on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the operational backbone of how Mistral manages rights, obligations, and restrictions across the datasets we license. This role sits at the intersection of copyright, data protection, and AI, and exists because the volume and complexity of our data agreements have outgrown manual processes. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our agreements commercially and legally, translating their work into systems, workflows, and databases that keep us compliant and scalable.
The IP & Licensing team is responsible for all content and data licensing at Mistral. Your work will directly determine whether we can use the data we acquire, how we track what we are allowed to do with it, and whether our clients and partners stay within the rights we grant them. You will build the infrastructure that makes legal analysis repeatable, not just advisory.
Your scope spans the full lifecycle of data-related agreements: clearing inbound data usage requests, codifying contract terms into structured metadata, tracking ongoing compliance obligations, and automating reporting. You will also design and run AI-powered workflows that handle contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts, turning legal judgment into scalable operations.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions before data enters Mistral systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining the team's template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Determine whether specific AI use cases are covered by third-party agreements, identify gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement, covering permitted uses, confidentiality, and re-use permissions.
- Track ongoing compliance obligations and automate reporting, including renewal alerts and master licensing partnership administration.
- Develop and run AI workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and compliance monitoring.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consents for acquired data, flagging obligations that must be tracked.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners operate within granted rights, administering the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration, ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Solid working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential agreements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal constraints to non-lawyers.
- A legal-ops mindset: you take initiative, anticipate needs through ambiguity, and think about how to operationalize legal analysis at scale.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment; you are an AI power user, not just a consumer.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or another European language is a plus, as is experience with CLM tools like Ironclad, prior work setting up AI workflows in a legal team, or contracting experience with publishing houses.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We are looking for a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join Cohere’s Legal team. Reporting to our Senior Governance Counsel, this role will support a global portfolio of corporate governance, entity and intercompany matters, together with cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.
This role is designed for a lawyer with a strong corporate foundation who has also developed meaningful regulatory and trade experience. You should be comfortable moving between different types of legal work including:
- supporting global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, intercompany arrangements and delegated authorities;
- supporting cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment and national-security reviews, regulatory diligence and filing coordination;
- helping the business navigate export-control, sanctions and related compliance requirements; and
- supporting legal and regulatory issues arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements come into play.
You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams, as well as with specialist external counsel in multiple jurisdictions. The role requires sound judgment, curiosity and the ability to take ownership of a workstream, identify when specialist advice is needed, and turn that advice into practical action.
What you’ll do
- Support Cohere’s global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, board and shareholder matters, corporate approvals, delegated authorities, signing frameworks and ongoing entity maintenance.
- Support Cohere’s intercompany legal architecture, including intercompany agreements and other cross-border operating arrangements, working closely with Finance, Tax, People and local counsel to ensure Cohere’s entities are structured and operated appropriately across jurisdictions.
- Support cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, regulatory diligence, filing coordination and the implementation of regulatory commitments arising in connection with acquisitions, investments, restructurings and other significant matters.
- Support Cohere’s export-control, sanctions and related compliance matters, including coordinating specialist external advice and translating regulatory requirements into practical internal guidance, controls and documentation.
- Support legal and regulatory workstreams arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements need to be understood and operationalised.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring that legal and regulatory workstreams are appropriately scoped, progressed and implemented.
- Take ownership of matters within the role’s remit and help develop practical, scalable approaches as Cohere’s international footprint grows.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience, gained at a leading law firm, a sophisticated in-house legal team, or preferably a combination of both.
- A strong corporate and cross-border legal foundation, with experience across areas such as subsidiary governance, entity structuring and reorganisations, intercompany arrangements, delegated authorities, corporate approvals and other aspects of international corporate practice.
- Meaningful exposure to cross-border regulatory matters, particularly foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, export controls, sanctions, international trade or related corporate compliance issues. Deep specialism in any one of these areas is not required.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating local and specialist external counsel and bringing different legal, regulatory and business inputs together into a coherent internal position.
- Strong judgment, range and commercial awareness, with the ability to get quickly up to speed on unfamiliar issues, identify what matters most and distinguish issues that can be handled internally from those requiring specialist advice.
- The ability to take ownership of an internal legal workstream, ask the right questions of specialist counsel, digest complex advice and translate it into clear, practical next steps for the business.
- Clear and practical communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with comfort moving between different subject areas and working across functions, jurisdictions and time zones.
- Experience in technology, AI or another regulated industry would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, AI, cloud or infrastructure, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting a multinational organisation with a growing international entity footprint, particularly where legal, tax, finance and operational considerations intersect.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters, including procurement, digital sovereignty, security, accreditation or related market-access requirements.
- Familiarity with North American, UK or EU regulatory frameworks relevant to cross-border technology businesses.
What success looks like
- You can move comfortably between corporate and regulatory matters, identify the core issue quickly and make progress even where the work does not fit neatly into a single legal category.
- You can take ownership of a complex cross-border workstream, bring together the right internal stakeholders and external advisers, and drive it through to a practical outcome.
- You know when specialist advice is needed, can frame the right questions for external counsel, and can turn complex advice into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
- You become a trusted execution partner across Cohere’s corporate governance and regulatory portfolio, taking meaningful ownership of workstreams and creating capacity for more strategic, cross-functional and government-facing work at the senior level.

- Build strong working relationships across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Technology and regional teams to align delivery and resolve dependencies.
- Maintain clear governance over engagement risks, issues, decisions, action plans and remediation, escalating material matters to the Head of Compliance Strategy and relevant governance forums.
- Produce concise and decision-useful updates for Compliance leadership, senior management and governance committees, including themes, trends, risks, commitments and delivery status.
- Partner with relevant second-line teams to ensure external engagement activity is consistent with the Compliance framework, risk appetite, regulatory obligations and the responsibilities of the three lines of defence.
- Coach, develop and set clear expectations for Senior Analyst(s).
- Create and implement a high-quality, scalable and collaborative partner-engagement framework.
- Identify opportunities to use better data, tooling, workflow design and documentation to improve response quality, reduce duplication and increase the resilience of the Compliance operating model.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within compliance, regulatory compliance, risk, audit, legal or a related function in payments, fintech, banking or another regulated financial-services environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex issues, defend recommendations and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively, distinguish material from non-material issues and escalate appropriately.
- Strong organisational, analytical and project-management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes under pressure.
- ICA, ACAMS or another relevant professional qualification is desirable.
HOW YOU WILL WORK AT CHECKOUT

Perplexity's fraud prevention team protects our products, users, and infrastructure from fraud and abuse across the whole lifecycle: sign-up, authentication, payments, API usage, and product features. We build and operate a real-time decisioning platform together with the surrounding systems: data pipelines for detection and model training, integrations with product and payment systems, and internal tooling for investigation and response. As a software engineer on the team, you will own services end to end, from design to production operations, and work closely with fraud analysts, ML engineers, and product teams to make abuse expensive and legitimate usage frictionless.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-throughput, low-latency backend services for fraud detection and prevention
- Build data pipelines and real-time feature computation that power detections and ML models
- Collect and process trust signals
- Integrate fraud decisions into product, auth, and payment flows across Perplexity
- Own reliability of production services: observability, alerting, safe rollouts, incident response
- Build internal tooling for investigation, enforcement, and auditability

- Strong systems programming skills; Rust, Go, or C++ experience preferred (we write Rust)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud infrastructure
- Solid data fundamentals: stream/batch computations, caching and storage trade-offs
- Pragmatic, ownership-driven approach: ship incrementally, measure, and make failures degrade safely
Nice to have
- Fraud prevention, anti-abuse, or payments-risk domain experience
- Experience serving ML models in production
- Client-side experience (web or mobile) for signal collection

In the UK & Ireland, this means the local arms of our largest global brands. Given the scale of these partners, this team is a critical piece of Deliveroo’s growth and success.
3 days in our London HQ is required.
The Role
As a Client Partner, you will lead the relationship, strategy, project planning and account management for one or more of our largest global restaurant partners in the UK & Ireland. You will own the past and future of those relationships: building the annual joint business plan, leading contract negotiations and renewals, and working cross-functionally with marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations and product to deliver it. You will also work with the partner’s EMEA and global counterparts, and partner closely with the DoorDash and Wolt EMEA and Global team to bring world-class technology and best practices to your accounts.
What you'll be doing
● Own the overall off-premise strategy for your partners across every phase of the relationship (piloting, rollout, support and growth)

● Use data and insights (SQL, dashboards and analysis) to find growth opportunities, build the business case for recommendations and sell Deliveroo’s suite of products and services into strategic clients
● Oversee partner-specific needs such as POS integrations, customised reporting, menu optimisation, merchant marketing and operational improvements
● Lead business reviews and present to partner executives and Deliveroo senior leadership, handling challenging questions with confidence
● Work cross-functionally and serve as a working team lead across marketing, finance, legal, analytics, operations, product and support
● Help raise the analytical capability of the team by sharing best practice, and contribute to the hiring and development of the Enterprise team as it grows
Requirements
Requiring a high level of commercial skills, you will demonstrate excellence in selling, negotiation and account management, combined with the passion and drive to shape the culture of an inclusive, sustainable and successful team.
You have 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy and analytics, strategy and operations, investment banking, account management, business development or other analytically-intensive and client-facing roles
You have strong SQL skills: you can pull, read and manipulate large data sets yourself and turn them into insight (other forms of data experience can be considered)
You have a track record of end-to-end problem solving: spotting a problem, ideating a solution and taking it all the way to a measurable, high-value outcome with cross-functional teams
You are an excellent data storyteller who can build a clear narrative from data and present it, and defend it, to senior executives
You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions, with strong project management, organisation and presentation skills
You are a problem solver at core with a strong bias for action, you like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture, and you are comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
You have well-developed negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style to all levels and situations
You are comfortable using AI tools day to day to work faster and smarter
Nice to have: experience with global or US brands, tech or startup exposure, marketplace, logistics or unit economics knowledge, and prior people leadership or hiring experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team in London to own full-cycle recruiting for either our G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, and related areas) and our Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer-facing roles), depending on business need and your background.
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting or in GTM recruiting; in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions

Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company

Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer II to join Checkout’s IT Engineering team, supporting Workplace Technology. In this generalist role, you will work across the services and platforms managed by the team, helping colleagues get the technology they need while keeping those services secure, reliable, and easy to use.
You will contribute across areas such as identity and access, end-user devices, collaboration and productivity platforms, IT assets and licences, and office technology. You are not expected to be a subject matter expert in every product. Instead, you bring strong technical foundations, depth in one or more areas, and the curiosity to build working knowledge across the wider portfolio.
At this level, you can confidently resolve all but the most complex problems affecting the team. You will own operational outcomes, deliver small-to-medium projects independently, and work with colleagues and stakeholders to improve the services we provide across Checkout.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Cross-Portfolio Service Ownership: Administer and improve services across the Workplace Technology portfolio. This may include Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, macOS and Windows endpoint management through tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, IT asset and licence processes, and office technology.
- Identity and Access: Support secure identity lifecycle and access management, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities, single sign-on, group and role administration, and least-privilege access.
- End-User Technology: Help manage and support company endpoints and workplace services. Apply approved configurations and security controls, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a consistent employee experience across platforms.
- Platform Administration: Configure and maintain team-managed applications and services. Learn unfamiliar platforms quickly, follow established governance, and identify when a change needs specialist or security review.
- Operational Excellence: Provide dependable operational support, maintain clear documentation and runbooks, and help the team improve service quality, reliability, and supportability.
- Incident and Change Management: Own incidents through the full lifecycle, from triage, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication through safe service restoration, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate incident records, capture decisions and remediation, and document recurring issues and operational procedures in clear, current runbooks and knowledge articles. Plan and implement changes safely, with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback plans.
- Project Delivery: Plan and deliver small-to-medium technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders and other teams to manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Automation and Improvement: Identify repeatable manual work and service friction. Propose or build appropriately controlled automation and simpler workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
- Asset and Licence Management: Support accurate technology inventory, licence administration, and lifecycle processes, helping the team make effective and responsible use of its tools and equipment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share learning across the team, contribute to onboarding and operational guidance, and support colleagues as they develop their technical skills.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Typically 2-3+ years in IT engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Breadth: Practical experience supporting or administering a range of workplace technology services. You have a strong foundation in at least one relevant area and are motivated to build capability across others.
- Relevant Platforms: Experience with some of the following is useful: identity and access management (for example, Okta and SSO); Google Workspace; Atlassian products; macOS or Windows endpoint management (for example, Jamf or Microsoft Intune); SaaS administration; IT asset or licence management; or office technology. You do not need experience with every product listed.
- Security Mindset: Understand the importance of least privilege, secure configuration, data protection, auditability, and careful change management. You know when to escalate a risk or seek specialist guidance.
- Problem Solving: Take a logical, evidence-led approach to troubleshooting. Explain technical options and trade-offs clearly, and distinguish between immediate mitigation and long-term resolution.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for work from investigation through resolution and follow-up. Care about the long-term health of the services you support, not only closing individual requests.
- Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical teams. Translate technical detail into clear updates and provide helpful, user-focused support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across a varied technology estate, learning new tools, and balancing planned delivery with operational priorities in a changing environment.
- Teamwork: Share knowledge, ask for help when needed, and contribute positively to a team that works across multiple technical domains.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We're looking for a
Staff Conversation Designer
to join in London and set the design direction for AI-powered support across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. You'll bring a strong AI fluency, technical practice, and editorial point of view to build and shape conversations powered by our LLM models: deciding what a conversation needs to say, what to leave out and how to make each exchange clear, useful, and worthy of people's trust.
You'll shape the personality, voice, tone and experience principles that express our brands, local language and support philosophy. You will craft conversation specs, prompts, and evals, annotate data, and co-build the tools and harness that drives our experience. Success means fewer avoidable problems, better resolutions when help is needed, and stronger design practices that help teams deliver those outcomes consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set support conversation strategy
across support journeys, connecting what people need in the moment, what the business can promise, and what operations can actually do. Influence roadmaps with Product, Engineering and Operations, deciding where to invest, what to sequence first and how to balance quality, speed and impact.
Design and maintain conversation flows
. Lead proactive guidance, chat and voice experiences from definition through launch, anticipating needs to prevent or resolve problems before people ask for help. Create and maintain multi-turn conversation specs covering context, interruptions, changing intent, clarification, error recovery, fallback paths and human handoffs without repetition.
Prototype new conversational experiences
. Invent and test new conversational patterns, interaction paradigms, personas, and support experiences. Use LLMs and code to explore how people could ask for help, act on options and move between chat, voice and other interfaces. Work with Engineering to shape the information, actions, and human judgement these experiences need, using working prototypes and user feedback to decide what to pursue.
Shape voice, tone and behaviour
. Set the editorial direction for support conversations across brands, markets and modalities. Write and iterate on system prompts and persona definitions that express this direction through model behaviour. Make deliberate choices about wording, pacing and tone, adapting to local voices, policies and access needs while keeping conversations useful and promises accurate.
Build evaluation datasets and testing plans
. Establish how teams evaluate conversation quality before and after launch. Create evaluation datasets, testing plans and scoring rubrics to test conversation flows and model behaviour. Define annotation guidelines and annotate conversations for evaluation and model training, calibrating judgments so teams assess quality consistently. Combine these evaluations with research, performance data and reviews of hundreds of transcripts to improve accuracy, resolution quality and customer effort, and influence what the team prioritises.
Design conversational safeguards
. Identify conversational risks and define, implement and test guardrails. Address hallucinations, harmful or biased responses, and requests outside the service’s scope. Define how conversations protect sensitive information, stay within the system’s authority to act, and acknowledge uncertainty or seek human judgement.
Raise conversation design capability
. Help the wider Studio develop technical fluency and conversational judgement through mentorship, education and shared tools. Build reusable prompt guidance, evaluation tools and working practices with design and cross-functional peers, and lead their adoption across teams to improve conversation quality and inform product priorities.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Work samples
. Work samples showing strong editorial and conversational judgement, whether through conversational systems, content programmes or shipped products. Show your personal contribution, the direction you set, alternatives you explored and evidence of improved outcomes. We welcome different formats that make your thinking, execution and influence clear.
Strategic leadership
. Experience setting direction across teams and influencing product priorities, with examples of resolving ambiguity and making trade-offs between user needs, commercial goals and technical constraints.
Editorial judgement
. A strong editorial point of view, backed by excellent writing and editing. You can explain why a conversation needs a particular message, sequence or tone, cut what gets in the way and give others specific feedback that improves the work. Your background may be in editorial, content design, linguistics, product design or another discipline; what matters is how you apply that judgement to interactive experiences.
Hands-on AI practice
. Practical fluency with LLMs and code, demonstrated through working AI prototypes and direct investigation of model behaviour. You can distinguish conversational problems from limitations in data, tools or the wider system.
Service design judgement
. The ability to connect individual conversations to the wider service, including user intent, context, available actions and agent workflows. Your decisions account for accessibility, localisation, privacy and situations that need human intervention.
Evaluation and training experience
. Experience developing conversation evaluations and annotating model-training data, with evidence of how qualitative and quantitative findings improved model behaviour and informed product decisions.
Impact beyond your own work
. A track record of improving other teams’ design quality through mentorship, critique and shared tools or practices they’ve adopted.
