Responsibilities:
You design prompt injection scenarios in YAML, run them against frontier models, validate success rates, and submit passing tasks. 5 high-quality tasks per week (full-time equivalent). Per-task compensation, paid on acceptance.
Requirements:
Adversarial mindset: you think like an attacker and understand how to exploit an AI agent’s helpfulness, authority assumptions, or trust in its environment

Background in pentesting, appsec, LLM security research, or red teaming strongly preferred

Travel regularly, approximately 30–40% (up to 50%+ for candidates based outside Germany), for customer meetings
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales
or business development experience, with evidence of generating qualified opportunities and advancing them toward commercial outcomes.

Sales or market development experience in Germany/DACH or wider Europe.
Experience working with partners, resellers, or distributors to generate and progress business opportunities.

On behalf of
DataTech Client #1
, SD Solutions is looking for a talented
Technical Project Manager
to lead client implementations of a product, a Master Data Management (MDM) platform that runs inside each client's own Databricks workspace and cloud environment.
You will own delivery from kickoff to go-live: planning the work, coordinating Frisco Analytics engineers with client data, security, and business teams, and keeping everyone clear on status, risks, and decisions. Because the platform is deployed in the client's environment, much of the work is shared with client teams, so clear and steady communication matters as much as technical fluency in this role.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
Delivery and planning
Run two to three concurrent product implementations end to end: scope, plan, schedule, budget, and go-live.
Break each engagement into workstreams such as environment setup, source system onboarding, match tuning, data steward enablement, and production cutover.
Track milestones, dependencies and resourcing, and fix slippage early rather than reporting it late.
Manage scope and change requests through a clear, documented process.
Client and stakeholder coordination
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client sponsors, data owners, platform administrators, and business data stewards.
Coordinate the work clients own in their own environment, such as Databricks workspace access, Unity Catalog permissions, and cloud infrastructure, so it lands on time.
Facilitate decisions on match rules, confidence thresholds, and steward review workflows, and record who decided what and why.
Lead steering committee meetings and executive readouts.
Security and compliance support
Work with Frisco Analytics and product teams to support client security reviews and due diligence questionnaires during onboarding.
Ensure implementation team members follow the access, data handling, and confidentiality requirements that apply to client engagements.
Route security incidents or concerns to the right owners promptly.
Team leadership
Coordinate a delivery team of data engineers and consultants without direct reporting authority.
Run sprint ceremonies, stand-ups and retrospectives, and keep project tooling and documentation current.
Capture lessons learned to improve Frisco Analytics' implementation playbook.
How you'll communicate
Strong communication is the core skill of this role. You will be the person clients and engineers rely on to know where things stand and what happens next.
Translate between audiences.
Explain entity matching, golden records, and access permissions to business sponsors in plain language and turn business needs into clear requirements for engineers.
Write clearly.
Produce concise status reports, RAID logs, decision records, meeting notes, and project plans that a busy executive can scan in two minutes.
Run focused meetings.
Set agendas, keep discussions on track, close with owners and dates, and send follow-ups the same day.
Deliver hard news early.
Raise risks, delays, and scope issues directly, with options and a recommendation, before they become surprises.
Listen and ask good questions.
Uncover unstated requirements, client constraints, and concerns from security and governance teams.
Hold firm, kindly.
Push back on scope creep and unrealistic dates while keeping the relationship strong.
Present with confidence.
Lead steering committees, demos, and executive readouts for client leadership.
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing client-facing technical or data projects.
A track record of delivering data platform, data integration, analytics, or enterprise software implementations on time and within budget.
Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar) and at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
Understanding of data concepts such as data quality, data governance, role-based access control, and handling of personal data (PII).
Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall delivery, and the judgment to blend them for a client's needs.
Excellent written and verbal English, with examples of client-facing reports, presentations, or executive updates you have owned.
Experience with project tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Advantages:
Experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM), entity resolution, or customer 360 solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, or Databricks workflows.
Exposure to AI or machine learning features in enterprise software, including how to explain human review and auditability to clients.
Experience supporting client security reviews, vendor due diligence, or compliance requirements such as SOC 2.
A PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification.
Consulting or systems integrator background, working across several clients at once.
About the company:
A Databricks-native SaaS platform built to consolidate enterprise data into a single AI-ready layer. The product covers three domains: master data management (MDM), relationship graphs, and product information management (PIM) — all governed and deduplicated via LLMs and running natively on the Databricks Lakehouse.

REQUIREMENTS
- Python, SQL, LLM APIs and agent orchestration
- You've shipped production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem
- You've built with LLMs beyond a demo and know how to evaluate them and where they fail
- You measure whether what you built worked
- Bonus: experience with GTM data or marketing systems.

The team and its impact
Accounting Core builds the foundations behind Xero’s accounting records, helping ensure that when a business records invoices, payments and other activity, its accounting stays accurate and dependable. You’ll help evolve a mature platform by decoupling key accounting capabilities from the mature architecture and creating safer, more scalable paths for change across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how accounting capabilities can be separated from the monolith and evolved safely. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where accounting-data integrity and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with partner teams to ensure changes to the accounting engine support other Xero teams built on Accounting Core. You’ll also help raise engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Accounting Core team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- Decoupling a mature accounting platform: Help separate accounting capabilities from a monolith, creating clearer domain ownership and safer paths for change without compromising the integrity of the accounting record.
- Accounting correctness at scale: Design and evolve reliable services for critical financial data across areas such as invoices, payments, bank transactions and reconciliation.
- Shared foundations for product teams: Build capabilities and outputs that other Xero teams can rely on confidently, so they can deliver customer experiences without rebuilding core accounting foundations.
- Modernisation alongside delivery: Make incremental architectural improvements while continuing to deliver value for small businesses and their advisors.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Proven track record of delivering highly available, distributed systems and high-throughput services on cloud-native platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of significant work, from design through to rollout and production validation, including the technical decisions that come with it.
- You think carefully about architecture and trade-offs, from API design to choosing the right data store, and you balance speed, quality and long-term maintainability.
- Proficiency in a modern backend stack, such as Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Ruby or C++, and you are keen to learn C# and .NET, where existing experience is a bonus.
- Passion for staying hands-on, contributing to production code and technical deep dives, and using AI tools with good judgement to move faster and raise the quality bar.
- A commitment to Go Together by mentoring peers, sharing technical knowledge and helping teammates grow through code reviews, pairing and documentation.
Where and how you can work
This role is based in our Vancouver office, where we embrace a hybrid working model. You will have the flexibility to work from home while joining the team in the office for "boost days" (1-2 days a week) to collaborate, socialize, and solve complex problems in person.
Our Hiring Process
1. TX phone screen: a conversation with your Talent Specialist about your background, motivations and the role.
2. Technical assessments: a coding assessment and systems design assessment, conducted virtually with real engineers, and based on real-world scenarios.
3. Technical deep dive: walk through a past project you owned end-to-end, covering how you thought about it, executed it and led through its complexity.
4. Values / Future Proof Xero: how you show up day to day, aligned with Xero's values and capabilities such as adaptability, ownership, customer thinking and AI fluency.
Compensation & Total Rewards
At Xero, we value the impact and skills you bring to the team. We believe in a Total Package philosophy - ensuring your value is recognized through a holistic lens that includes base salary, performance incentives, and world-class benefits.
The expected base salary range for this role is $155,000 - $205,000 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by various factors, including geography, level of experience, and the specific skills you bring to the role.
In addition to base pay, Xero’s roles are eligible for the following forms of variable compensation:
- Variable Pay: Permanent employees are eligible to participate in our annual bonus and equity (RSU) programs. You may also be eligible for performance-based cash or equity (RSUs) incentives depending on your role level, and company performance.
- Comprehensive Benefits: World-class health, wellness, and retirement programs. Xero Perks https://careers.xero.com/inside-xero/benefits-wellbeing/ including Wellbeing days, generous leave, and dedicated professional development budgets.
This is a posting for an existing vacancy.

The role and its impact
Payments Platform is one of Xero’s biggest areas of investment and growth - directly affecting how small businesses pay their people, buy supplies and take on their next opportunity. Here, we build the foundations for collecting and paying money through Xero, helping make payments simple, accurate and secure for customers while supporting multiple products, payment methods, providers and regions. You’ll help evolve a growing platform by building reusable, provider-agnostic capabilities across areas such as payment orchestration, provider integrations, onboarding, risk and compliance, reconciliation and bill payments.
As a Senior Engineer, you’ll own significant end-to-end initiatives from technical design through to production, helping decide how payment capabilities are designed, integrated and operated as the platform scales. You’ll stay hands-on in production code, work through trade-offs where customer simplicity, financial control, reliability and scalability matter, and collaborate closely with product and engineering partners to deliver payment experiences that are secure, trusted and easy to use. You’ll also help shape engineering practices and quality standards as the Vancouver Payments Platform team continues to grow.
Technical Challenges:
- A shared payments platform: Own a capability within the platform, such as orchestration, risk and fraud, or multi-provider support, and deliver it end-to-end. You'll be helping teams launch new payment products faster without rebuilding the same foundations.
- Global bill payments: Make a complex financial process feel simple for small businesses while keeping it accurate, secure and connected to the accounting record.
- High throughput at scale: Design and deliver reliable, secure distributed services that remain dependable under real-world production constraints, with the monitoring and operational readiness to support them.
- Customer impact alongside architectural progress: Improve existing systems in steps, delivering customer value quickly while contributing to a coherent long-term architecture.
- AI capabilities customers can trust: Apply AI to challenging product problems while protecting customer trust, and help evaluate those capabilities with the same discipline as the rest of your work.
Here are some of the things we are looking for

We are looking for a high-impact, proactive
Senior Data Engineer
to join our Data Engineering team in Berlin. In this role, you won't just build pipelines—you will architect the data foundation that powers our next generation of casual games and advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows. You will be in an environment where you can take full ownership of business outcomes, bridge technical execution with strategy, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize and scale our data transformation journey.
About the job
Data Architecture & Strategy:
Design and build resilient, scalable data infrastructure optimized for analytical workflows, feature stores, real-time context delivery, and AI-ready, well-documented data for agents and LLM applications.
Modern Pipeline Engineering:
Build, maintain, and optimize robust batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines using Scala, Python, SQL and dbt.
Data Warehousing & Lakehouse:
Architect clean, cost-efficient, and highly performance schemes across our cloud data warehouse platform on Snowflake.
AI-Enabled Engineering & Agentic Workflows:
Use AI as a daily force multiplier, not only for writing code but across the data lifecycle, from design and documentation to testing, debugging, and incident triage. Design, build, and operate agentic workflows (for example, agents that monitor pipelines, investigate data quality issues, generate and validate dbt models, or answer analysts’ questions against governed data), with proper guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
Quality, Reliability & Governance:
Implement automated testing, observability, and monitoring frameworks to guarantee high data reliability and low latency.
Engineering Excellence & Best Practices:
Follow rigorous CI/CD practices, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), version control, and clear documentation across all data assets.
Cross-Functional Enablement:
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, game teams, product managers, and data analysts to turn ambiguous business needs into high-impact data solutions.
About you
Relevant Experience:
In-depth professional experience as a software engineer or data engineer.
Data Engineering Expertise:
Strong background in senior data engineering roles with advanced proficiency in Python and complex SQL.
Strong Core Programming:
Deep professional experience in a strongly-typed language such as Scala, Java, or Go for building resilient data services.
Modern Stack Mastery:
Practical experience with cloud data platforms (favorable Snowflake), dbt and orchestration tools (we use Airflow).
AI & Agentic Experience:
Hands-on experience applying AI tools in your engineering work and building agentic workflows, including tool use or MCP integrations, orchestration, and evaluation. You know where agents add real value, where human review is essential, and how to keep them reliable, secure, and cost-aware.
Software Engineering Mindset:
Deep familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
Proactive & Impact-Driven:
Autonomous problem solver who evaluates technical decisions based on speed-to-market, business value, and ROI rather than theoretical complexity.
Collaborative Communicator:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture to both engineering peers and business stakeholders.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.

-Relay expectations: Run regular alignment roundtables with the language community and publish a structured monthly quality digest covering performance, priority improvement areas, style guide updates, and notable errors and arbitration outcomes.
-Manage review quality actively: Coach Reviewers one-to-one using specific examples, run shadowing sessions, and deliver training built from real alignment data.
-Improve the standard: Turn recurring justification patterns into well-reasoned style guide proposals, and share cross-locale patterns with the Welocalize Quality Manager.
-Maintain alignment with the client: Treat Language Manager decisions as the standard, raise concerns with evidence at the right forum, and aim for fewer surprises over time.
What You Will Own
-The locale’s review service score, including RQE audit and alignment performance
-The community’s shared understanding of quality
-The integrity of the arbitration record, ensuring that every arbitration sent to the client is valid and well-evidenced
-The working relationship with the client’s Language Manager, including clarifications, escalations, and expectation tracking
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
- Client and stakeholder management: Direct experience as the primary point of contact for client Language Managers, managing formal arbitration or escalation processes, and facilitating conflict resolution
- Quality audit frameworks: Deep, practical experience with localization evaluation frameworks, including RQE, LQE, error rubrics, and severity mapping
- Style guide and expectation analysis: Ability to analyse style guide changes, identify implicit client expectations, and map tolerance by content type (for example, Marketing vs. Legal vs. UI)
- Meeting facilitation: Hands-on experience with one-to-one coaching, shadowing sessions, alignment roundtables, and structured monthly quality reporting
- Analytical approach: Skill in tracking error concentrations, severity drift, and alignment scores, and in converting justification patterns into style guide improvements
- Language: Native-level Bosnian (Cyrillic) and professional-level English
- Preferred: Prior experience supporting major technology localization programs and working with calibration or alignment tools

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a core member of our Internal AI team, you will help Rain build leverage and become AI-native. This role sits at the intersection between building and enablement. You will work across teams to fix bottlenecks with AI agents, apps, and workflows and empower those teams with the capabilities to do the same.
This is a cross-disciplinary role for a high agency problem-solver. You will use your expertise in product, data, and vibecoding to drive improvements that will help us accelerate as we scale. Finally, you will support Rain’s foundational AI systems, tooling, and other primitives that will compound our growth over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose & Prioritize: Proactively audit workflows across teams to identify the highest-impact automation and AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into a prioritized roadmap with clear ROI.
- Build & Ship: Design and deploy AI-powered agents, apps, and workflows using a mix of code/no-code tools. Own solutions end-to-end from prototype to production.
- Drive AI Adoption: Partner with teams to build an AI-first culture. Run enablement sessions, create documentation, and build internal champions who sustain long-term impact.
- Establish Operational Rigor: Define success metrics for every initiative. Track performance, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact. Iterate based on data and feedback.
- Support Rain’s AI Foundations: Develop the core primitives — documentation, skill/agent libraries, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks — that enable Rain to build and deploy AI agents and tools easily and reliably.
WHO YOU ARE
- AI Native Builder. Deep and demonstrated experience using AI to build, ship, and accelerate work. You can take an ambiguous problem and ship a working solution without waiting for an engineering team.
- Strong technical fluency. You are fluent with low-code/no-code and development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), SQL & BI tools, APIs, scripting, and integrations.
- Analytical and empathetic problem-solver. You can partner with teams to understand challenges, use data to prioritize opportunities, deliver results, and measure impact.
- Excellent communicator. You can manage expectations, maintain alignment, across competing priorities. You can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Systems builder. You naturally create clarity out of chaos — writing SOPs, building templates, defining standards, and structuring knowledge so that humans and agents can build on your work.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out on the fly. You have high agency and don't wait to be told what to do.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, product ops, forward deployed/solutions engineering, technical program management, or a similar role where you have solved problems with technical solutions.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a Series A–C startup or high-growth startup company (or former founder)
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or payments workflows
- Experience with workflow orchestration and integration architecture (webhooks, auth flows, data pipelines)
- Background in change management or internal enablement programs
- Experience with data platforms (Google Cloud, DBT) or data modeling
- Track record of driving measurable adoption of internal tools or processes
- Experience building internal knowledge bases, technical SOPs, or developer-facing documentation
