Build an inclusive, positive team culture through regular coaching, clear expectations, and ongoing development.
Enable your team on GitLab's product, pricing, AI-powered DevSecOps positioning, and industry and regulatory factors relevant to LATAM markets.
What you'll bring
Progressive experience in field sales and sales operations in open source software, DevOps, or a similar software-as-a-service environment. We welcome transferable leadership and regional sales experience from adjacent software markets.
Success leading and developing account-focused sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and other sales performance objectives.
Experience building and executing go-to-market strategies for LATAM, with a willingness to lead your team and participate directly in selling.
Commercial and analytical skills to interpret sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and use those insights to improve regional plans.
Practical experience using customer relationship management (CRM) and sales and marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Clari, or Marketo, to manage forecasts, territories, and pipeline.
Relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills, including executive-level written and verbal communication and the ability to mentor others.
Interest in open source and a commitment to GitLab's values of collaboration, results, efficiency, diversity, inclusion and belonging, iteration, and transparency.

Manager, Commercial Operations
We are looking for a Manager of Commercial Operations to build and run the transactional engine of the commercial function inside Revenue Operations. ClickHouse runs on a usage-based pricing model, and every deal – direct, marketplace, or partner – has to land correctly in the system: quoted against the right rules, ordered against the right contract structure, and booked cleanly enough that Accounting can bill and recognize it without rework. As we scale the cloud business and widen the product line, that path has to carry more volume, more products, and more deal structures without adding people to the middle of it. This role designs the systems, automation, and controls that make that possible.
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will own the quote-to-order path and order management, along with the build behind it: the CPQ and quoting system requirements, the automation, the validation and controls, and marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. The goal is a commercial path where the standard deal is self-service for the field, quality is enforced by the system rather than by who touched the deal, and human review is reserved for the cases that genuinely need judgment. You will be measured by how fast and how cleanly a deal moves, how little intervention it requires, and how good the experience is for the rep. You will partner daily with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Engineering.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own order management and automate it. Run the intake, review, and processing of quotes, order forms, and bookings to defined SLAs through quarter-end peaks, and continuously engineer the manual steps out of that path.
- Design the quote-to-order flow. Instrument the process, find where it slows or breaks, and redesign it. You own the architecture of the flow, the exception routing, and the automation that makes the standard case hands-off.
- Own the quoting and order management system build. Write the requirements, design the quoting, validation, and approval logic, drive the roadmap with Revenue Engineering, run UAT, and validate every change in production before the field sees it.
- Own the handoff into billing and revenue. Partner with Accounting so that what leaves your process arrives structured, complete, and reconcilable – and build the controls upstream that keep downstream rework from happening at all.
- Build quality in as controls. Validation rules, guided quoting, required-field logic, and automated reconciliation that make an incorrect order hard to submit in the first place.
- Own the field experience of transacting. Treat the rep as the customer: fewer steps, fewer handoffs, shorter quote cycle time, and a standard path that is obvious and self-service. Measure whether it is getting easier.
- Build and run marketplace transaction operations across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Private offers, CSP transactions, co-sell mechanics, and the tooling and automated reconciliation that keep marketplace bookings tied out across the marketplace, Salesforce, and billing.
- Operationalize commercial review. Encode approval rules and guardrails in the system so routine deals route themselves, and escalate the structures that break the system rather than quietly processing them.
- Build the transaction path for new products and acquisitions. Stand up order management, quoting, and the marketplace path for new offerings and newly acquired products, test the flow through to booking before go-live, and be ready to transact on day one.
- Own the integrity of the commercial record. Products, SKUs, pricing, contract terms, and booking attributes in Salesforce, with the controls and monitoring that keep them clean – the forecast and revenue reporting downstream depend on it.
- Instrument and report on the system you own. Cycle time, touch count, SLA attainment, exception and discount volumes, error and rework rates. Use the data to decide what gets built next.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 6+ years in commercial operations, deal desk, order management, sales operations, or revenue operations, including time owning a high-volume transactional process.
- A track record of building, not just running. You have replaced a manual process with a designed one and can point to the automation, the controls, and the measured result.
- Hands-on depth in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ. You write requirements, design quoting and approval logic, configure and test it yourself, and can tell a configuration problem from a process problem.
- Technical range beyond the admin console: flows and validation logic, API-based and marketplace integrations, and scripting or SQL to reconcile and investigate data at volume. You can partner with Revenue Engineering as a peer on design.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption-based contracts: metering, commits, overages, contract structure, and the downstream billing and revenue recognition implications.
- Experience operating across a shared quote-to-cash process. You know where order management ends and Accounting begins, and you design the handoff so neither side is cleaning up after the other.
- Marketplace operations experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure – private offers, CSP transactions, and reconciliation – strongly preferred.
- Process-engineering instincts. You instrument before you optimize, design for the standard case and route the exception, and measure by throughput and error rate rather than activity.
- A bias toward field experience. You have made a transactional process materially faster or simpler for a sales team and can describe how you knew it worked.
- Comfort partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on order form and contract mechanics.
- Sound judgment under deal pressure. You can hold the line on a structure that breaks the system, and advocate for the field when the exception is justified.
- Clear written and verbal communication. You can explain a commercial rule to a rep in one paragraph and brief leadership on what's at risk at quarter-end.
- Experience managing or mentoring analysts a plus; this role is expected to grow a team as volume scales.
- Bachelor's degree, quantitative or technical field preferred.
PERKS

THE ROLE
Credit cards are one of the most powerful products in consumer finance, and OnePay has built one with Walmart. The program launched in 2025 and it's still early, which means you'll play a key role as this fast-growing portfolio matures. - Own the growth and performance of the card across the customer journey: acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement.
- Work on the rewards program and the economics behind it.
- build and grow the product relationship with our partners, bringing data and a point of view to the decisions we make together.
- Work with engineering and analytics to decide what to build, make the case for it, and monitor after launch.
- Work directly with the Product Lead on priorities and run big parts of the roadmap yourself.
YOU BRING
- Ownership of a credit card product, or a real piece of one.
- A working grasp of card economics (interchange, rewards cost, interest income, credit losses) and how issuers, networks, processors, and partners fit together.
- Experience shipping with engineers, and comfort pulling and reading your own data.
- Results you can put numbers on, like approval rates, activation, spend, or losses.
- Experience working with partners outside your company, such as banks, card networks, or retailers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to sit close to the decisions, deliver real impact, and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As Chief of Staff, you will report to the CRO and act as their extension across the Revenue organization. You will run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-growing revenue team aligned, make sure the commitments made in leadership rooms turn into finished work, and take on the projects that do not have an obvious owner. The role is hands-on: you will chase deliverables, build the tracker, prepare the deck, and follow the thread until it is closed. In return you get a front-row seat to how a revenue organization is run at scale and a direct line to the people running it.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you'll do
Run the CRO's weekly operating cadence: track commitments and deliverables across the Revenue leadership team, follow up on what is late, and make sure nothing falls through
Act as the CRO's extension in tracking Revenue projects and KPIs, surfacing risks early and staying on them until they are resolved
Own the Revenue OKR process end to end: planning, tracking, and execution across every Revenue team, and reporting progress to the CRO and the executive team
Coordinate budget and headcount requests for the Revenue organization, from business case through approval with Finance and People
Lead cross-functional projects on the CRO's behalf, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal, and manage them through to completion
Work directly with the CRO on high-visibility initiatives for the business
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or an early-stage startup environment
A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
A combination of high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
Interest and/or experience working in healthcare, with a mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
A desire to do work that matters, and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $215,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

What Will Set You Up For Success
5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
You prospect as a daily habit to build pipeline independently, without solely relying on inbound or marketing leads.
You understand the whitespace of each account in your book and perform outbound prospecting to brands with relevant messaging to create the necessary pipeline coverage.
You conduct excellent discovery and adopt a structure to determine whether to continue the sales conversation.
You demonstrate an ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders throughout the process.
You adopt a standard sales process or methodology, clearly articulating the specific actions that each role is responsible for within the process.
You arrive for each key conversation with an agenda and set questions, and follow up with thoughtful discussion points and next steps.
You have experience selling platform-based products and are comfortable getting “into the weeds” with prospects.
Able to communicate with multiple internal departments about client feedback and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
You are proficient in demonstrating complex platforms and highly skilled in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level or founder-level decision makers.
You are experienced with deciphering legal contracts and navigating the nuances of multi-year SaaS agreements.
Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
You're client-focused, motivated, and have prior results to prove it.
Experience selling to the hospitality/restaurant industry, payment solutions and/or SaaS-based products is a plus.
Experience building trust with "Founder-led" brands, where decision-making is often highly personal and less bureaucratic than enterprise environments, is preferred.
Ability to consult brands specifically on the "inflection point" of scaling from 5 to 49 locations, positioning Olo as the foundation for growth is a plus.
Preferred: skill in tailoring customized ROI models that quantify the "cost of inaction" regarding fragmented tech stacks. Deep knowledge of the hospitality tech ecosystem to proactively differentiate Olo against legacy POS providers and niche ordering and guest engagement apps.
The social intelligence to manage the varying priorities of a brand leader, an operations lead, a head of technology, a finance lead, and a head of marketing simultaneously is a plus.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team at ClickUp. This is an open team placement role: you'll join a product team based on your strengths and our business priorities, rather than being hired into a single predefined product area. Across teams, the mandate is the same: build a strong team, ship useful product improvements, and take ownership of the quality and reliability of what you deliver.
Engineering Managers at ClickUp are hands-on. You'll lead from the front: reading and reviewing code daily, debugging production issues alongside your team, prototyping when it unblocks a decision, and shipping code yourself when the team needs it. Your technical credibility is how you earn trust, set the bar, and make good calls quickly.
You'll also own people management, delivery, and team execution. Working closely with product, design, and technical leads, you'll turn customer problems into clear priorities and achievable milestones. You'll develop engineers, make trade-offs explicit, and keep work moving without letting quality or maintainability become someone else's problem.
You'll also run an AI-native team. We structure work so AI agents can read it, route it, roll it up, and report on it. Progress and team health should be visible from real signals, with reporting available self-serve rather than dependent on status meetings. We want a manager who has used AI to remove busywork and improve how a team builds, and who can help engineers use it responsibly across planning, implementation, testing, and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop a product engineering team. Own hiring, onboarding, mentorship, performance, and career growth, and build a team where expectations are clear and feedback is direct.
- Own delivery from planning through release and follow-through. Break work into clear milestones, manage dependencies, surface risks early, and make realistic commitments.
- Set priorities with product, design, and engineering leadership. Connect engineering work to customer needs and business outcomes, and make deliberate trade-offs between new features, reliability, and technical debt.
- Lead from the front technically. Stay close to the codebase: review PRs, dig into production issues, write code and prototypes when it unblocks the team, and know your systems well enough to spot risk before it ships.
- Drive architecture and implementation decisions with your technical leads and senior engineers. Bring real depth to design discussions, challenge assumptions with specifics, and make the call when the team is stuck.
- Run an AI-native team. Use AI tools and agentic workflows to improve planning, development, testing, triage, and reporting, while maintaining clear ownership and human review where it matters.
- Uphold a high engineering bar across design and code review, automated testing, performance, security, and maintainability. Build quality into delivery rather than treating it as a final checkpoint.
- Own the operational health of your team's product area. Establish appropriate monitoring, safe rollout practices, incident response, and on-call ownership, and turn production issues into lasting improvements.
- Collaborate across product teams and shared platform teams to resolve dependencies and deliver coherent customer experiences.
- Keep priorities, progress, risks, and decisions visible. Use evidence to improve team execution and product outcomes, rather than optimizing for activity counts.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production software, including substantial time as a hands-on senior engineer, with 2+ years managing an engineering team.

- Track expenses carefully and ensure timely, accurate reconciliation and follow-up through Ramp and other finance tools.
-
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive, principal, family office, or similarly high-touch support.
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Strong experience personally managing complex international travel, including visas, multi-city itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international trips and stretches of up to three weeks away at a time.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and solve logistical problems quickly.
- Comfortable personally executing detailed administrative and logistical tasks without relying on further delegation or outsourcing.
- Calm, discreet, resourceful, and highly responsive under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort communicating directly with vendors, family members, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong cost awareness and disciplined expense management.
- Collaborative and transparent, with the ability to work closely with a Chief of Staff and broader executive support team.
- Must be based in San Francisco or within reasonable commuting distance and able to work fully in office whenever the CEO is in San Francisco.
- Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.
