Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
thinkcell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our North America Account Management team in Denver. This is a new, program-building role focused on creating deeper engagement across roughly 20 of our largest customers, each with thousands of thinkcell users. You will build user communities and champion networks within those organizations, establish and maintain executive relationships, and expand the breadth of teams we reach. You will work in close partnership with the Account Manager who retains full commercial ownership of each account—you build the engagement and relationships that help create future commercial opportunities.
This is not a quota-carrying or account ownership role. You will not own renewals, revenue targets, or a book of business; your success will be measured by the strength of the customer programs you build, including active communities, developed champions, executive access, and broader engagement across each organization. You will be part of the North America Account Management team and collaborate closely with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up user communities inside assigned accounts: user groups, internal champion networks, practice-area forums
Find power users and develop them into champions through content, recognition, early access, and a direct line to our product team
Run the recurring programming that keeps a community alive between renewal cycles, from roundtables and showcases to office hours and onsite events
Map the executive landscape in each account and maintain the relationship plan with the Account Manager
Broker executive conversations: connect thinkcell leadership to the right customer executives and help orchestrate those meetings
Take us beyond the primary contact: map departments, find teams not yet using thinkcell, and open doors the Account Manager then works commercially
Track engagement depth per account and flag where we're single-threaded
Coordinate onsite engagements, workshops, and training programs with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting
Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and activity current in Salesforce
Your Profile
You have built customer programs: a user community, a customer advisory board, a champion program, or an executive engagement program.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic customer success, or field engagement, ideally at an enterprise software company.
Bachelors degree
Proven ability to create outcomes in accounts you do not own: you influence and orchestrate, working through account owners rather than around them.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and set up conversations for others to lead.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to run parallel workstreams across roughly 20 accounts without dropping threads.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Comfortable using go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Willingness to travel periodically for onsite customer engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
Appreciation of our product and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of thinkcell's capabilities and customer use cases. Previous experience with thinkcell is a plus.
Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking:
We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership:
We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First:
We prioritize delivering lasting value.
Unified Team:

Strive for Excellence:
We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.
Why is thinkcell the right place for you?
We empower over 1.3 million users across 35,000 companies, including top consulting firms and major global enterprises. With offices in Berlin, Denver, Boston, London, Tokyo, and Dubai, we’re a diverse team of over 220 people, committed to innovation and excellence.

Joining us means more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of an inclusive, innovative, and supportive team that values collaboration and growth. Together, we can push boundaries and achieve great things.
Compensation: thinkcell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying an OTE of $130-$155k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any thinkcell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. thinkcell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next.
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats.
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences.
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns.
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week.
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools.
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category.
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly.
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop.
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests.
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES

About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Cyber Case Manager to join the Global Information Security team within Cyber Security Operations. As the Security Operations Center (SOC) continues to grow, dedicated ownership of the case lifecycle has become essential to ensuring incidents and investigations are consistently tracked and driven to closure. The Cyber Case Manager serves as the single point of accountability for that lifecycle – from intake through resolution – ensuring every case is owned, prioritized, progressing, and documented. This individual-contributor will report to the Security Operations leader.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of security cases including intake, ownership assignment, progress tracking, and driving cases to resolution and closure.
Serve as the single point of accountability for case status across the SOC, maintaining an accurate, prioritized, real-time view of all open incidents and investigations.
Exercise authority to assign, reprioritize, and escalate cases across SOC Analysts, Threat Detection Engineering, and Incident Response to keep work moving and eliminate stalled cases.
Enforce case-handling SLAs and quality standards; proactively identify aging, blocked, or at-risk cases and escalate to the Security Operations Leader.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning incident response, DFIR, insider-threat cases, vulnerability-remediation tracking, audit and GRC findings, and eDiscovery and legal-hold requests.
Manage case documentation and evidence integrity – ensuring timelines, actions, decisions, and artifacts are captured consistently and remain audit-ready.
Integrate case workflows with SIEM/SOAR so alerts, enrichment, and automated actions flow into and out of the case record without manual re-keying.
Produce case metrics and leadership reporting, including MTTD, MTTR, backlog, aging, closure rates, and SLA adherence
for SOC leadership and stakeholders.
Build and continuously improve case-management processes, intake criteria, and runbooks to increase throughput and reduce manager overhead.
Facilitate case reviews, shift and regional handoffs, and post-incident lessons-learned, ensuring action items are tracked to completion.
Leverage the SOC’s SIEM and SOAR platforms, with Jira and Confluence as the system of record.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, SOC Analysts, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Incident Response, and business stakeholders to support sensitive investigations, maintain confidentiality and chain of custody, and strengthen iCapital’s overall cyber resiliency.
Participate in incident-driven after-hours coordination as needed to keep high-priority cases moving.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in cyber security operations, incident response, or security case and program management
Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or information technology is preferred
Experience in a regulated industry; financial services or fintech is preferred
Hands-on experience managing incident or case queues in a SOC or incident response environment
Working knowledge of SIEM and SOAR platforms and how alerts and cases flow through them
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, tracking, and documentation
Strong understanding of the incident response lifecycle and frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across teams and drive work to closure through influence and follow-through, without direct reporting authority over those teams
Familiar with handling sensitive investigations, evidence handling, and chain-of-custody principles
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while managing many concurrent cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report status clearly to both technical and executive audiences
Relevant certifications (i.e. GCIH, GCFE, PMP, ITIL, or Splunk and SOAR) are preferred
Experience with dedicated case-management or SOAR platforms (i.e. ServiceNow SIR, TheHive, Splunk SOAR and Phantom)
Exposure to insider-threat, DFIR, eDiscovery, legal-hold, or GRC and audit workflows
Familiar with cloud environments, AWS is preferred and knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred
