About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer who thinks like a product builder — someone who cares deeply about the "why" behind what they're building, not just the tickets in the backlog.
You'll be embedded in a cross-functional domain team (Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product) and own the end-to-end development of features that genuinely matter: company accounts and cash flows, banking transactions, card issuance and management, and AI-enabled accounting. You'll help shape architecture decisions, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor the engineers around you.
If you're energized by working at the intersection of great mobile engineering and real product impact — this is the role.
What You'll Do
Design and build new features for our iOS application, used daily by business owners across Europe.
Architect and implement reliable, intuitive solutions for:
Multi-account cash flow management
Banking transactions and payments
Physical and virtual card issuance, activation, and control
AI-powered accounting automation
Build polished, responsive UIs using
UIKit
and
SwiftUI
.
Take ownership of code quality, performance, and stability — automated testing and thorough code reviews are non-negotiable.
Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, Design, and Product — you'll be shaping solutions end-to-end, not just implementing specs.
Drive technical decisions within your domain, challenge assumptions when needed, and proactively identify opportunities to build better.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and mobile best practices across the team
Who You Are
You're pragmatic and have a proven track record of shipping products that matter. You communicate clearly across disciplines and thrive in a cross-functional environment where everyone is solving the same customer problem together.
Your experience includes:
Strong knowledge of the
Swift
language and at least 3 years of commercial iOS development.
Deep understanding of
OOP
,
SOLID
principles, and design patterns.
Practical experience using the
VIPER
architectural pattern and the
Coordinator
navigation pattern.
Excellent knowledge of
UIKit
and experience (or a strong desire to develop skills) with
SwiftUI
.
Experience with layout development in code, particularly using
SnapKit
or similar tools.
Confidence with
Git / GitLab
, including the ability to set up and use
GitLab CI/CD
.
Ability to write unit and UI tests.
A builder's mentality — you care about the product, the users, and the outcomes, not just the code.
Clear, concise communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
Background in fintech or experience with financial products — you understand the stakes.
Solid grasp of mobile security best practices (especially critical in our domain).
Experience profiling and optimizing UI performance — reducing rendering bottlenecks and achieving smooth 60/120fps on iOS.
Hands-on work with performance tooling:
Instruments
,
XCTest
, or similar.
Published apps on the
App Store
you're proud of.
An active
GitHub
profile with code you're happy to share.
Hands-on experience with
AI agents and LLM tools
(Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) — setting up agent environments, writing prompts, skills, and behavioral rules.
Experience with
AI-powered IDE tools
(Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) — including agent mode, rules files configuration, and integrating AI into the daily development workflow.
Understanding of model
capabilities and limitations
— knowing which model fits which task and how to manage the context window effectively.
Ability to
evaluate and verify AI-generated output
— using automated tests, linters, and critical review to catch hallucinations and errors.
Awareness of
AI security risks
— prompt injection, data leakage, and safe handling of untrusted inputs in agentic workflows.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

Who You Are:
You're a product leader who has spent years in the trenches with institutional clients, guiding them through complex technical integrations — and you've come out the other side knowing where those efforts succeed, stall, or fall apart. You understand the client journey across sales, testing, and eventually go live.
As Director, Product Manager Institutional Platform, you will own the end-to-end experience of enterprise clients integrating with Galaxy's institutional custody and trading services. You'll work hand-in-hand with clients' technical and operations teams, as well as Galaxy's engineering, trading, operations, and client service organizations, to make every integration smoother, faster, and more predictable than the last — and you'll turn what you learn into documentation, tooling, and support resources that scale.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product experience for enterprise clients using Galaxy's institutional custody and trading platform, from initial technical scoping through go-live and steady-state usage.
Act as the primary product point of contact for clients during integration, translating their requirements across market data, order entry, trade reconciliation and settlement, and post-trade reporting into clear technical and product specifications, always keeping an eye towards best in class UX and repeatable processes.
Partner directly with client engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot integration issues, unblock technical dependencies, and keep complex, multi-workstream onboardings on track.
Collaborate closely with engineering, trading, operations, and compliance to ensure the platform's APIs, workflows, and tooling meet the real-world needs of institutional clients integrating for custody, staking, and trading.
Identify recurring friction points across client onboardings and drive the roadmap for internal tools and platform improvements that reduce integration time and support burden.
Own and continuously improve Galaxy's client-facing documentation — API references, integration guides, runbooks, and FAQs — so clients can self-serve wherever possible.
Define and track metrics for onboarding health (time-to-integration, support ticket volume, client satisfaction) and report progress and blockers to product and business leadership.
Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring product and engineering prioritization reflects real integration/usage pain points and institutional client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or a related technical role, with a meaningful portion of that in digital assets.
Direct, hands-on experience managing enterprise clients through technically complex integrations.
Familiarity with custody and staking workflows in the digital assets industry, and the operational and security considerations unique to them.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or highly technical client requirements into clear specifications, documentation, and product priorities.
Track record of building or substantially improving client-facing documentation, developer guides, or support resources.
Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable working directly with client technical teams and internal engineering, trading, and operations stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships without losing sight of the details.
Bonus Points:
Experience at a crypto exchange, custodian, prime broker, or institutional trading platform.
Background in technical writing or developer experience (DX) roles.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
We are hiring a Software Engineer to build systems across Fraud, UIM (User & Identity Management), and Identity. This role sits at the intersection of security, risk decisioning, and product experience. You will help build detection and enforcement capabilities for fraud and account takeover, as well as the identity primitives that power authentication, authorization, and safe account access.
This work is deeply cross-functional. You will partner closely with Fraud Ops, Risk Strategy, Security, Product, and Data to ship improvements that are measurable in loss reduction, attack containment, and user experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and evolve backend services that detect and prevent fraud across multiple surfaces, including account access and money movement.
- Develop enforcement and response tooling that enables fast, safe actions such as identity locks, business locks, payment freezes, and other containment levers.
- Improve protections against account takeover (ATO), including risk-based step-ups, monitoring, and targeted friction controls (for example “under attack” style controls and MFA surge detection/alerting).
- Design and operate high-signal systems with strong observability: metrics, dashboards, alerting, and playbooks for incidents and fraud campaigns.
- Partner with UIM/Identity stakeholders to strengthen authentication and identity foundations (roles, permissions, identity state, and related platform primitives).
- Drive end-to-end delivery: technical design, implementation, rollout strategy, and iteration based on outcome metrics.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent).
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, distributed systems, data modeling, reliability).
- Experience building data-informed detection or decisioning systems (rules engines, scoring, anomaly detection, or similar), or strong interest in learning in this domain.
- Proven ability to operate production systems: debugging, incident response, and improving on-call quality through instrumentation and automation.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort working with product and operations partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fraud, risk, identity, authentication, authorization, abuse prevention, or security engineering.
- Familiarity with payments rails, card transaction risk, or account security patterns.
- Experience building internal tools for operations teams (case management, investigation, enforcement workflows).

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend

SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER, EXPERIENTIAL
You’ll shape how Synthesia shows up in experiential moments around the world — from global events and physical environments to the digital experiences that surround them.
🌏 Located EMEA Remote/London: Ideally London. Otherwise Europe (hub-based preferred).
👋 Reporting to @Antonia Delnevo , Head of Brand Design
👯 Working in the Brand Design team (team of seven incredible brand and motion designers) in strong collaboration with @Adela Posse
✈️ Travel: Required across Europe + US, potential APAC in future.
DESIGN AT SYNTHESIA
Design at Synthesia exists to clarify, build trust, and make the work memorable. We care about fundamentals (typography, layout, systems thinking) and default to simple, clear communication.
We run with low process and high ownership. Designers are trusted to lead end-to-end, collaborate closely with partners, and ship work that holds up outside of Figma.
For Experiential, that means strong concepts and production discipline: systems, specs, file hygiene, and a high bar for what shows up on-site.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Translate and expand Synthesia’s brand into physical and experiential environments globally
- Evolve the visual design of our event presence — across trade shows, conferences, and owned customer events
- Design booths, spatial environments, signage systems, print assets, and merchandise from design to production
- Develop cohesive event identities across physical and digital touchpoints (presentations, environments, social media posts, events web)
- Design for digital experiential moments (webinars, virtual events, launches)
- Storyboard and design motion and screen-based content for events and keynotes
- Partner closely with Field Marketing and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and raise the bar on how we show up
- Provide art direction and guidance to external vendors, agencies, and fabricators
- Own production quality: manage print setup, supplier-ready files, and on-site execution standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or experiential design, with strong hands-on events experience
- Multidisciplinary designer with a wide skill set and comfortable working across different mediums and crafts; excited about experimenting with new technologies
- Proven experience designing physical environments and real-world brand experiences
Strong visual craft across typography, layout, and physical-to-digital brand translation
- Deep knowledge of print production and large-format design (this is a must)
- Fluent in Figma, with the ability to translate work into production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience working across multiple mediums: physical, digital, and motion
- A strong sense of ownership — comfortable leading projects end-to-end in a low-process environment
- A proactive, organised, and ownership-driven mindset — you’re comfortable working autonomously in a small senior team
- A producer mindset: able to balance creative ambition with feasibility, timelines, and budgets
- Comfortable collaborating with and directing external partners, vendors, and agencies
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders
- Systems thinker, able to create scalable approaches for global execution
- Comfortable working across different types of projects while keeping experiential as a core focus
- Experience in B2B or tech environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate ideation, iteration, or content creation
- Experience in building websites in no-code tools such us Framer/Splash
- Basic 3D modular design
- Industrial design knowledge
