ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Head of Brand to set the direction for how Ramp shows up in the world.
The Brand team — ~10 designers, writers, motion designers, illustrators, and producers today — defines Ramp's identity across every surface our customers see: product launches, integrated campaigns, customer marketing, web, events, social, sales materials, and the product itself. We help the rest of the company move fast and ship beautifully by building the principles, systems, and standards that let us scale.
You'll lead this team. You'll set the visual identity and the voice. You'll build the AI pipelines that turn everyone else at Ramp into a good Brand Designer. You'll report to our VP of Design and work directly with our Co-CEOs to shape the future of the company. You'll also partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Product, Growth, and Recruiting to define strategy and execute against key business priorities.
We're looking for someone who's obsessed with five things:
- Story. How we show up in the world. How we change the conversation around finance. Keeping our why and our customers at the center of everything we do.
- AI. The systems that bake AI into every production capacity, until 90% of the cross-functional brand work is self-serve.
- Operations. Predictable rails for a creative org that ships fast, cherishes feedback, and holds itself accountable — to designers and to partners.
- Craft. Lead by making. Facilitate decisions. Evolve the brand.
- People. Two jobs: build the system that develops and motivates the team we have, and partner with our people team to land the best designers in the world.
Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 3 days/week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set the direction for Ramp's brand—its identity, voice, and narrative—across product, marketing, recruiting, and every customer touchpoint.
- Lead and grow the team. Recruit exceptional designers and help every member of the team do the best work of their career.
- Build the AI layer for Brand. Create systems and tools that automate production work at scale and empower non-designers to create on-brand assets.
- Build the operating system for Brand: briefs, intake, reviews, decision-making, and production. Make work move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Partner with the Creative Directors across Growth, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing to set strategy and uphold a high bar for execution.
- Lead by making when it matters—concept development, art direction, brand identity, and creative direction.
- Deliver 2–3 brand-defining initiatives each year that strengthen Ramp's reputation and attract world-class talent.
- Partner closely with Design, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership to ensure the Ramp brand is cohesive across every experience.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and production partners to extend the team's capacity as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 10+ years of experience in brand design and creative leadership, including at least 3 years leading a brand team at a high-growth technology company or top-tier agency.
- A portfolio of brand work that shaped a company's reputation through identity systems, campaigns, or brand evolutions you led end-to-end.
- A clear point of view on AI in creative production. You've shipped AI-assisted brand work, not just prototypes, and know what should be automated versus where human creativity matters most.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing creative teams. You've hired exceptional designers, developed talent, and built teams that consistently deliver outstanding work.
- Strong operational instincts. You've built scalable creative processes and can describe them clearly.
- Exceptional craft across typography, color, layout, motion, and visual identity, with the ability to elevate the work of others.
- A strategic mindset and strong creative judgment. You can give clear direction, make difficult decisions, and balance speed with quality.
- Comfortable partnering with Marketing, Product, Recruiting, and executive leadership. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback.
- Kind, curious, generous, low ego, and a great sense of humor!

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

- Somnia Agents adding the ability for smart contracts to leverage the latest open-source LLMs and interact with the outside world via headless browsers, powered by on-chain deterministic LLM inference and a decentralised network of agent runners
- Prophecy an information oracle that can combine parsing of public websites and public data sources into decentralised, auditable attestations about the real world, powering prediction markets, forecasting and new types of financial systems
- DreamDEX a high-performance DEX with a fully on-chain CLOB leveraging on Somnia's core capabilities, targeting centralised exchange characteristics
- Somnia L1 continued work on the high-performance EVM L1, including working on MEV resistance, privacy, automatic gas sponsorship and 'reactivity' where smart contracts can autonomously invoke themselves based on specific timing or event criteria
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build and run Somnia's key backend services: the L1 and node fleet, RPC and indexing layers, product backends, and developer-facing services teams depend on. An SRE-minded role: you make reliability measurable, rollouts safe, and infrastructure repeatable, so every team can move fast without breaking things.
You treat infrastructure as a product: automate relentlessly, measure everything, and leverage AI to accelerate development, operations, and incident response.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, plus the observability—metrics, logs, traces and alerts—that catches regressions before users do.
- Build repeatable, self-service infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and golden paths so teams can provision, deploy and recover without reinventing the wheel.
- Own rollouts end-to-end—progressive delivery, canaries, safe migrations and clean rollbacks.
- Operate the systems behind Somnia's nodes, validators, RPC and indexing, tuning for performance and cost across regions.
- Lead incident response and on-call, run blameless postmortems, and continuously harden the platform.
- Partner with product and protocol teams to design and operate production-ready services. You'll rotate between embedding with engineering teams and building the shared platform, tooling and operational standards that underpin the wider organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- Strong experience operating production infrastructure at scale (cloud and/or bare metal), with deep Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Pulumi, alongside configuration management.
- Experience running containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) in production.
- Strong programming skills, ideally in Go and/or TypeScript, for building automation and internal tooling.
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or equivalents).
- Experience operating and monitoring distributed systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Comfortable operating in high-stakes production environments and responding to incidents.
- Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain systems.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience operating blockchain node infrastructure (validators, RPC, archive nodes) for an L1/L2.
- Experience with high-performance networking, low-latency systems or load balancing at scale.
- Multi-region and geo-distributed deployments with failover strategies.
- Security and key management (HSMs, secrets management, hardening).
- EVM tooling and the wider Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Engineers can deploy safely and frequently with confidence.
- Platform reliability is measurable, with well-defined SLOs and continuously improving service health.
- Infrastructure is automated, repeatable and increasingly self-service.
- Incidents become less frequent, easier to diagnose and faster to resolve.
- Product teams spend more time shipping features and less time managing infrastructure.
HOW WE WORK
- Agent maximalists: We are strong believers in agentic tooling being a massive accelerant to velocity beyond vibe coding prototypes: from equipping engineers with the latest tools through to agentic harnesses for security testing and end-to-end shipping fixes and small features.
- Ownership and autonomy: A lean team that optimises for individual impact and velocity. Engineers own features end-to-end, from idea to production, and are trusted to make the call to ship.
- Outcome-oriented: We take on hard technical problems, but the tech is always a means to an end. What matters is what ships and the impact it has, not cleverness for its own sake.
- Best tool for the job: We solve interesting problems in the simplest way possible. Mostly TypeScript for full-stack apps, C++ for high-performance systems, Go for infrastructure services and Solidity for smart contracts.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Review applications for Ramp’s corporate card and bill pay products across the EU and US.

- Recommend the appropriate outcome, including approval, decline, a lower limit, or a request for additional information.
- Communicate clearly with customers when additional information or context is needed.
- Manage an underwriting queue while meeting quality and SLA expectations.
- Partner with teams across Risk, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to improve policies, tools, and workflows.
- Identify emerging risks and use AI and automation to improve decision quality and efficiency.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years of experience in underwriting, credit risk management, commercial lending, credit operations, or a related risk role.
- Experience in corporate cards, payments, fintech, banking, or related financial services.
- Strong financial analysis skills and experience reviewing financial statements, bank data, and transaction activity.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make defensible decisions with incomplete or conflicting information.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience operating independently and building or improving underwriting processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience underwriting European businesses or working with EU-based financial services customers.
- Experience using AI or automation to improve workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth startup or on a scaling operations team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.

- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.

We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Our Risk & Compliance team is hiring a Senior AML Analyst who will improve the effectiveness, resilience, and scalability of our financial monitoring program. You will own Lithic's AML and financial crime monitoring program at the SOP and monitoring-engine level, and you will be the person who turns our agentic monitoring and investigation tooling into realized, defensible capacity. This is an ownership role, not purely a queue-based execution role: you’ll certainly handle escalations, exceptions, and perform population sampling, but the goal is routine, documented volume is increasingly absorbed by automation, and you own the design, tuning, and exception handling that sit around it.
What You’ll Do:
Own and continuously improve the AML and financial crime transaction monitoring SOPs, keeping them aligned to current regulatory requirements, evolving typologies, and operational reality
Own the feedback loop into Lithic's monitoring engine: partner with your Analytics, Engineering, and Product peers to evaluate alert logic, assess rule and scenario effectiveness, and tune thresholds to reduce false positives while preserving coverage
Lead the testing, deployment, and tuning of agentic transaction monitoring and investigation solutions, including documenting the investigative context the tooling needs to produce repeatable, examiner-ready output
Investigate complex suspicious activity independently and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs; own escalations and the judgment-heavy cases automation cannot close unattended
Supervise and quality-check alert review and investigative output, including AI-assisted output, so decisions hold up to bank partner and regulatory scrutiny
Synthesize monitoring performance data, operational trends, and emerging financial crime risks into actionable program insights, and define and influence AML KPIs and KRIs
Lead governance preparation for relevant oversight forums and support bank partner and exam-readiness deliverables
Train and mentor analysts on investigations, money laundering typologies, and the agentic tooling, so program knowledge scales beyond any one person
What you'll bring:
3+ years of AML/BSA and transaction monitoring experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end AML programs or work streams with limited guidance, including authoring and maintaining SOPs and preparing governance materials
Deep knowledge of money laundering typologies and emerging financial crime trends, with the ability to investigate complex activity and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs independently
Hands-on experience evaluating alert logic and assessing or tuning transaction monitoring rules and scenarios for effectiveness
Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic tooling, including how to test, tune, document, and defend AI-assisted decisions to bank partners and regulators
Self-starter who can create structure where none exists and knows when to escalate and collaborate
Strong written and verbal communication
Solid grasp of the BSA/AML regulatory framework (USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and sanctions, SAR requirements)
Nice to Have:
CAMS or CFE (preferred, or willing to obtain)
Experience deploying or tuning AI, automation, or agentic tooling in a compliance or investigations context
Experience with OSINT tooling and SQL or Snowflake for investigative data retrieval
Card issuing, payments, or fintech experience with exposure to sponsor bank relationships
Background in high-risk verticals (MRBs, crypto-adjacent businesses, or similar)
The annual US salary range for this role is $65,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a remote position. However, candidates must be located in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Benefits for Full-Time US Employees:
Unlimited PTO
12-weeks fully paid parental leave
4-Week Fully Paid Sabbatical (earned at your 5-year anniversary)

About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets, including tokenized stocks and ETFs. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.
Founded by folks from Goldman Sachs Digital Assets Team, we’re backed by some of the best investors in the world including Founders Fund, Coinbase Ventures, Pantera Capital, Tiger Global, and more. We are currently the leaders in the space in terms of AUM and are well capitalized to continue growing the firm. We're fully remote, with team members across the U.S.
About the role
Our Front-End / Web team is focused on building web applications and APIs enabling people to access and interact with complex investment products across multiple blockchains (ex. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Sui, Aptos). The team works on a wide breadth of Ondo products (ex. Onboarding, Mint/Redeem experience for USDY & OUSG (Yield Assets), Tokenized Stocks and ETFs (

Responsibilities
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that provide seamless and secure user experiences for interacting with on and off-chain data.
• Integrate and develop web3 libraries and frameworks to enable interaction with blockchain networks, including wallet connections, smart contract interactions, and transaction management. Prior experience in web3 is strongly preferred, but not required for fast, eager learners.
• Optimize front-end code for performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions, while considering the unique challenges of blockchain data retrieval and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Define and build API endpoints and services required for front-end functionality, ensuring efficient communication between front-end and back-end components.
• Implement external system integrations that support our web applications and operations team.
• Assist in the evaluation and integration of third-party libraries, tools, and frameworks that can streamline the development process and improve the overall quality of the product.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Web3 and blockchain technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and technical architecture.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence

• 1+ years of experience building crypto-native / web3 projects deployed on an EVM mainnet — especially using React, Node, and JavaScript (TypeScript); experience in DeFi, Solidity, TheGraph, serverless, cloud infrastructure (AWS), testing, or security are a plus
What we offer
• Competitive compensation including salary, future token rights, and/or equity (according to your preferences) — we're well-funded and believe that great talent deserves great compensation
• Full benefits (medical, vision, and dental) and flexible vacation policy (PTO)

Ramp's Dev API team builds the programmatic surfaces that let developers and AI agents read from and write to Ramp. We are an AI-focused platform team making it trivially easy for any engineer at Ramp (or outside it) to ship new capabilities across all surfaces. Our ideal candidate thinks agent-first, has strong opinions on developer experience, and wants to define how software interacts with financial infrastructure at scale.
Check out our Engineering Blog https://engineering.ramp.com/ for more on our tech stack, mission, and values!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface platform with a high bar for reliability, correctness, and developer experience across tens of thousands of businesses.
- Serve thousands of builders and partners using our API, driving a large fraction of Ramp’s revenue, and deliver on a massive business opportunity to embed Ramp everywhere.
- Build software factories -- autonomous tooling and agents that accelerate endpoint creation, enabling teams across Ramp to ship their own API surfaces.
- Lead design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end (architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring) in Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
- Own user experience and platform robustness end-to-end -- harden and evolve the API with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and sustainability.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience building APIs or developer-facing platforms
- Strong instinct for developer experience -- you've felt the pain of bad docs, bad error messages, and bad onboarding
- Strong ownership over delivering technical and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated hands-on, daily use of AI coding agents as the primary development driver.
- Comfort with agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and AI tooling broadly
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
