Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re launching dedicated Digital Natives coverage in North America, a new team built to serve companies whose products and business models are built around technology. These are cloud-first, developer-led organizations that build fast, scale fast, and evaluate vendors the way engineers do.
This is a named account role with a focused portfolio of the most strategic digital native companies in the region. You will be full-cycle - driving new business, as well as expansion inside organizations where the buyer is often a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Product, and where adoption frequently starts with a developer and an API key before it becomes an enterprise relationship. Your job is to find that momentum, multi-thread across technical and business stakeholders, and turn it into durable, multi-product partnerships.
These aren’t transactional engagements. You’ll architect solutions that span across our ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI platforms that require cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You’re not just executing a playbook, you’re writing it.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of named digital-native accounts in North America, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Identify where our technology is already being used or evaluated inside an account and convert developer-led adoption into company-wide commitments
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across product lines, teams, and use cases
- Scope and close large ($xM+), complex deals, including multi-product, usage-based, and custom commercial structures
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across engineering, product, platform, and executive stakeholders
- Act as a strategic advisor on how AI voice and multi-modal agents fit into customers’ product roadmaps and architecture
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand value
- Translate patterns from this segment into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights that inform how we expand Digital Natives coverage to other regions and verticals
- Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and the broader strategic sales playbook
- Drive creative outbound and high-touch engagement strategies (onsites, technical deep dives, exec briefings, developer and founder events)
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10+ years of quota-carrying experience with a focus on strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to technology companies, high-growth startups, or developer-led organizations, ideally API, infrastructure, or platform products
- Proven track record of closing and expanding seven-figure+ deals within named accounts
- Experience leading complex, multi-threaded sales cycles where engineering and product leaders are the primary decision-makers
- Strong ability to drive land-and-expand motions, including converting self-serve or usage-based adoption into enterprise agreements
- Experience scoping consultative, custom deals that go beyond standard SKUs
- Deep technical fluency, able to engage CTOs and engineering leaders credibly on APIs, integrations, latency, and architecture
- Executive presence with the ability to influence founders and C-suite stakeholders on long-term AI strategy
- Track record of translating customer needs into product feedback and roadmap influence
- Creative, self-driven approach to outbound and pipeline generation
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment, building a new coverage model from scratch
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements (onsites, QBRs, executive meetings)
- Strong bias toward action, ownership, and leveraging AI in day-to-day workflows

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
Requirements
Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Benefits
Work on your terms:
Fully remote, with a flexible schedule built around getting things done, not clocking hours.
Rewarded for impact:
A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, formalized through a service agreement.
Time to recharge
: Paid time off, because sustainable output beats burnout.
Opportunity most HR careers don't offer
: You won't be boxed into one lane — you'll build real, hands-on depth across business partnership, projects, recruitment, and employee advisory, all at once.
A front-row seat to AI in HR:
Direct exposure to how AI is reshaping the function, plus real support and opportunity to build skills that will define the next decade of HR work.
