Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States
We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Job Overview
The Quality Management Office (QMO) is responsible for the quality benchmark that every Hasbro project adheres to — covering requirements through closure — across AI, automation, manual, performance, security, and compatibility testing. The team is transitioning from manual and legacy scripted automation to AI-enhanced testing, involving a move to Playwright and embracing Tosca's agentic AI features.
We're hiring a Lead QA Engineer to lead our transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This is a technical leadership role without formal direct reports. You will develop the automation strategy and directly guide the daily automation and AI efforts of our offshore vendor team. You will advise the technical aspects of our Selenium-to-Playwright migration, the integration of Tosca's AI/agentic features, and test coverage across SAP, Product to Market (P2M), and Hasbro Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) (which is migrating to AWS). You'll help shape the future of our QA processes, and we welcome applicants whose experience comes from a range of backgrounds and paths.
Location and Work Arrangement
This role is based at our Boston, Massachusetts office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation. This reduces dependence on manually written scripts by adopting AI and agentic automation methods, such as Tosca's agentic AI capabilities.
Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright, including framework architecture and standard methodologies.
Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of our offshore vendor team, determining priorities and evaluating output quality — without formal people-management responsibility.
Take ownership for test case management and regression/defect tracking methods in qTest, ensuring they grow alongside the team's automation-first approach.
Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage into their release cycles.
Support QA needs for Hasbro Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) through its migration to AWS, including planning test coverage on the new platform.
Translate business and QA strategy into concrete implementation plans — proactively identifying risk and next steps rather than completing a fixed task list.
Provide updates on automation progress, potential risks, and suggestions to QA leadership.
What You'll Bring
6+ years of QA automation experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of automation strategy.
Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca, including building, structuring and maintaining automation scripts
Solid practical experience with Playwright, including firsthand involvement in transitioning automation suites from Selenium.
Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches to reduce manual script authoring — not just traditional record-and-playback or hand-coded scripting.
Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects.
Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms.
Practical understanding of or direct experience with AWS services.
Experience directing or closely coordinating the work of an offshore vendor QA/automation team.
Demonstrated ability to turn business and test strategy into detailed action plans, proactively identifying risks and next steps.
What Sets You Apart
Experience with NeoLoad or a comparable performance testing tool.
Familiarity with Azure (SharePoint Framework, Azure Functions) — Hasbro Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)'s current platform ahead of its AWS migration.
Exposure to Retail Management System (RMS) and CSP platforms.
CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Scripting/programming proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Experience with security and/or compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
Effective communication skills, including confidence in updating senior leadership on status and suggestions.
Who We Are
We’re a team of creators, storytellers, and innovators united under the Hasbro family and home to beloved brands, AAA digital games studios and immersive experiences that spark imagination across generations. Together, we’re committed to a culture rooted in creativity, excellence, curiosity, and inclusion, and where every employee is empowered to think boldly, act with integrity, and spark joy for all.

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
About the role
We’re looking for someone to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team and own how ElevenLabs goes to market by vertical. As we shift from a horizontal motion to a vertical-led one, you will go deep on each of our top verticals — the buyer, the use cases, the competitive landscape, and what it takes to win — and turn that into a repeatable playbook for launching and scaling each one.
As part of the Revenue Operations team, you'll sit at the center of the vertical GTM motion, working with Product Marketing, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Sales leadership to define each vertical's strategy, surface product gaps, and drive cross-functional alignment until every vertical is launched and performing. This is a role for someone who wants to shape a new market from the ground up, not maintain an existing one.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Vertical Deep Dives - Own the research and strategy for each top vertical: market sizing, ICP and persona definition, buying process, priority use cases, competitive positioning, and where ElevenLabs wins.
- Vertical Launches - Run the end-to-end launch of each vertical, from strategy and segmentation through enablement, pipeline targets, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Alignment - Drive alignment across PMM, FDE, Product, Sales, and Marketing on vertical priorities, owners, and timelines. Be the single thread that keeps every function moving in the same direction.
- Product Needs - Dig deep into what each vertical requires from the product — integrations, compliance, features, workflows, and translate field signal into prioritized, evidence-backed requirements for Product.
- Data-Driven Strategy - Define the metrics that matter for each vertical (pipeline, win rate, ACV, sales cycle, product adoption), build the dashboards, and use the insights to decide where to double down or pull back.
- Leadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and GTM leadership on where to invest by vertical, with clear recommendations and regular performance reporting.
Who you are
We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You’ll strive with us if you:
- Are passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Are a highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic. Our team is aware of this critical moment of audio AI evolution and is committed to going the extra mile to lead.
- Are analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.
- Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations.
- Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside.
What you bring
- 4+ years in Sales Strategy & Operations or GTM strategy, ideally with experience building or launching a vertical GTM motion
- Proven track record of taking an ambiguous strategic question to a structured answer, then driving execution across teams.
- Deep curiosity about industries — you enjoy learning how a healthcare, financial services, or retail buyer actually operates and what they need
- Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g. Sigma)
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders without direct authority.
- Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and comfort operating in a fast-moving, undefined space.
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
The Role
Every payment we process runs on infrastructure we built. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, the Cloud Platform team owns the cloud foundations that global payments depend on: a large multi-account AWS estate, a growing Azure platform, and the networking and connectivity that reaches card schemes and banks worldwide. We are genuinely multi-cloud, and we are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer who is too - a strong generalist who treats infrastructure as a software problem and can deliver from week one.
This is a hands-on senior role in an established, fast-moving team. Everything we run is defined in code, deployed through pipelines, and reviewed like software. You will bring deep cloud expertise across AWS and Azure and pair it with a genuine software engineering mindset: you write Terraform modules others build on, you automate away toil rather than documenting it, and you treat the platform as a product with users, SLOs, and a roadmap.
As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you are responsible for the technical delivery of your team's services. You will work closely with your Engineering Manager to shape direction, manage dependencies across pillars, and ensure our platform meets the standards a regulated payments business demands.
What we are looking for:
Deep AWS expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience designing and operating production infrastructure in AWS at enterprise scale: multi-account architectures (Control Tower, Organizations, SCPs), IAM, KMS, and the core compute, storage, and security services that a large regulated estate runs on. You should have a proven track record of delivering resilient, multi-region architectures.
Azure experience: Real production experience with Azure alongside AWS: landing zones, VNet architectures, Entra ID, and the Azure resource and governance model. You understand where the two clouds differ and can design well for both rather than forcing one cloud's patterns onto the other.
Software engineering mindset: You treat infrastructure as software. Expert-level Terraform: reusable modules, secure state management, and disciplined code review. You are comfortable in a Git-based workflow with CI/CD (we use Spacelift), and you reach for Python or similar to automate what others would handle with a runbook. No ClickOps.
Strong cloud networking: Confident designing and debugging in a complex network estate: VPC and VNet design, hub-and-spoke and Transit Gateway or Cloud WAN architectures, DNS, private connectivity (PrivateLink, Private Link), and enough routing knowledge to own connectivity issues end to end rather than escalate them.
Kubernetes: Solid experience running containerised workloads in production, ideally on EKS/AKS: cluster lifecycle, workload deployment patterns, and the operational realities of keeping Kubernetes healthy at scale.
Security and compliance awareness: Experience operating in regulated environments. You understand why change control, least privilege, and auditability matter, and you design controls in rather than bolting them on. Familiarity with PCI DSS is a strong plus.
Engineering excellence: A focus on observability and measurement: you instrument what you build and answer operational questions with data rather than opinion.
Leadership and mentorship: A natural ability to guide and mentor peers, translate ambiguous problem definitions into actionable technical plans, and raise the bar through your code and your reviews.
Pragmatic problem solver: You understand when to move fast (creating tech debt) and when to move right (paying it off). You are a cornerstone in incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
Experience: 5+ years in cloud engineering roles with significant AWS depth. We need someone who can hit the ground running: comfortable joining a complex, established estate and delivering meaningful work in their first weeks, not their first quarter. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is useful but not required; we care about what you can build.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Lead Design & Delivery: Take ownership of large-scale platform projects end to end, from architecture through Terraform to production, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-optimised.
Build the paved road: Design the platform primitives that every product team at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com builds on, so that the secure path is also the easy path.
Architectural Influence: Work with Engineering Managers and architects to refine requirements and shape the technical direction of the platform, documenting significant decisions as ADRs.
Operational SME: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for numerous team-owned services, providing advanced operational support and ensuring high availability for our global payment systems.
Evangelise Best Practices: Produce exemplary code and documentation that inspires others. You will be responsible for spreading best practices and standards across your group.
Manage Dependencies: Navigate the organisation to manage technical dependencies inside and outside your pillar, optimising for both delivery speed and business outcomes.
Foster Culture: Embody Checkout Operating Principles, using them to shape the group’s culture and acting as an example of efficiency and professional excellence.
AI Integration: Proactively explore and implement AI-driven automation to enhance infrastructure efficiency and team productivity.

We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.

About Your Team
At Eneba, we’re building a global gaming ecosystem, with our marketplace at its core. As we grow, we have an opportunity to make Eneba a stronger, more recognisable choice for gamers - through campaigns that earn attention, build trust and give people a reason to buy and return.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to own that connection across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns. You’ll lead specialists who know their channels, bring a clear creative direction and work with teams across the business to turn ambitious ideas into campaigns with measurable impact.
There’s a strong foundation to build on and room to shape what comes next. You’ll have ownership of the strategy while staying close to the work: developing concepts, challenging creative decisions and using customer insights to choose where to invest. We’re looking for someone who has delivered through a team and still enjoys getting into the details that make a campaign work.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy across PR, lifecycle marketing and on-site campaigns, setting clear priorities that connect brand trust, customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Create and lead ambitious campaigns, bringing original concepts and turning them into experiences that work across channels, from first impression to purchase.
- Build the business case for your ideas, defining the audience, expected impact, budget, resources and measures of success.
- Find growth opportunities in customer behaviour, using funnel data and audience insights to improve conversion, encourage repeat purchases and bring customers back.
- Stay hands-on with the creative work, shaping briefs, sharpening messages and challenging copy and visuals to make every campaign stronger.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, challenging senior specialists to raise the bar and take their channels further, while developing junior talent into confident, independent owners of their work.
- Bring teams together around a shared campaign direction, aligning plans with Product, Performance Marketing, Influencers, Partnerships and other key teams.
- Turn company insights and product developments into compelling stories, working with PR specialists to earn relevant coverage and strengthen Eneba’s reputation.
- Build AI into how the team works, improving research, creative development and testing while maintaining a high standard for published work.
- Balance bigger creative bets with ongoing experiments, using results to decide what to scale, improve or stop.
Requirements
- A track record of turning original ideas into successful campaigns, with clear examples of concepts you developed, decisions you owned and business results you delivered - backed by data, a clear case for investment and forecasts you measured actual performance against.
- Experience building and leading marketing teams, challenging senior specialists, developing junior talent and holding people accountable for results.
- Strong creative and commercial judgement, with the ability to recognise a promising idea, make the case for investment and decide what to prioritise.
- A hands on approach to leadership, staying close enough to the work to sharpen a concept, improve a brief or investigate why a campaign underperformed.
- Experience connecting multiple marketing channels around a shared campaign, audience and business goal.
- Confidence working with customer insights and performance data, using customer journeys, segmentation and experiments to improve conversion and repeat purchases.
- A solid understanding of CRM and lifecycle marketing and how they contribute to customer engagement, retention and revenue.
- An understanding of PR and earned media, and how to work with specialists to build trust and tell stories people care about. Direct PR experience is welcome but not essential.
- Practical experience using AI in marketing workflows, with examples of how it improved research, creative development, testing or team productivity.
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to give clear feedback, make a convincing case and align people across teams.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale unique products.
- Various bonus systems: performance based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do.
Our Engineering teams tackle complex technical challenges across a global, three-sided marketplace, building and scaling systems that serve millions of customers, riders and merchants every day. From real-time logistics to resilient infrastructure and marketplace optimisation, we design, build and operate technology that powers Deliveroo’s (& Doordash’s) growth at scale.
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our Event Streaming Systems team. This is a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership for the event streaming infrastructure that powers business-critical workflows across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. You’ll help define the long-term direction of our messaging and streaming platforms, lead high-impact technical initiatives across teams, and raise the reliability, scalability and operational excellence bar for Tier-0 infrastructure.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Event Streaming Systems team within the broader Storage organisation. The team builds and operates highly reliable, scalable and efficient event streaming infrastructure, including Kafka, Event Streaming abstractions (internally called EventBus), messaging platform capabilities, and future streaming technologies. The team also partners closely with Database Reliability, Storage, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure teams to ensure our most critical data and messaging systems remain reliable, operable and cost-efficient at global scale.
These systems support Tier-0 workflows and are foundational to how engineering teams build reliable, event-driven products at scale.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our event streaming and messaging platforms, balancing reliability, scalability, cost, operability and developer experience.
Lead team-level and cross-team initiatives for Kafka, EventBus and related streaming infrastructure, from ambiguous problem definition through architecture, delivery, rollout and adoption.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for Kafka, messaging, storage-adjacent and DBRE-related platform decisions across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt.
Design durable, extensible systems and platform capabilities that can be leveraged by other engineers and teams, reducing duplicated effort and operational risk.
Lead the resolution of complex distributed systems problems, including reliability incidents, performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, data-safety risks and production-operability gaps.
Raise the operational excellence bar for Tier-0 infrastructure through observability, automation, incident response, runbooks, operational readiness and continuous improvement.
Proactively build alignment with partner teams, including EventBus, Storage, DBRE, SRE, Data Platform and Core Infrastructure, shaping joint goals and mitigating cross-org delivery risks.
Mentor and grow engineers through technical guidance, design, feedback, code review, incident review facilitation and knowledge-sharing across the engineering community.
Evaluate emerging streaming, storage and automation technologies, including AI-enabled operational tooling where appropriate, and champion pragmatic adoption where they can materially improve quality, velocity or efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in several of these areas and the judgment to lead others through ambiguity:
Significant experience building, operating and evolving distributed systems in production, ideally for platform or infrastructure teams supporting critical workloads.
Deep hands-on experience with Kafka or comparable event streaming systems as a platform, infrastructure service or business-critical production dependency.
Strong technical leadership skills, with a track record of defining technical direction, shaping roadmaps and leading multi-engineer or cross-team initiatives.
Ability to make and own technical decisions in ambiguous situations, using data, operational signals, customer needs and long-term system health to guide tradeoffs.
Strong coding ability in Java, Go, Python or similar languages, with a focus on reliable, maintainable, observable and scalable production systems.
Experience improving production reliability through automation, observability, capacity management, incident response, operational readiness and sustainable on-call practices.
Strong distributed systems fundamentals, including Linux, networking, storage, JVM-based systems, fault tolerance, backpressure, capacity planning and performance tuning.
A force-multiplier mindset: you create leverage through reusable technical foundations, clear documentation, strong engineering practices, mentoring and removing single points of failure.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence platform, infrastructure, product and reliability teams without relying on authority.
Nice to have
Experience contributing to Kafka or related open source distributed systems.
Experience with Redpanda, WarpStream, AutoMQ, Pulsar or similar streaming technologies.
Experience with JVM tuning, diskless streaming architectures or multi-region event streaming platforms.
Experience operating Tier-0 infrastructure at large scale, including incident leadership and post-incident improvement programs.
Experience with database reliability, storage systems, data platforms or DBRE practices in addition to event streaming.
Experience using automation or AI-assisted operational tooling to improve reliability, developer experience or incident response quality.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo (Doordash), you’ll do work that matters, solving real-world problems in a three-sided marketplace that’s constantly evolving.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Architecting the sub-millisecond decision engine that powers 200 million daily ad interactions
The Demand Core team and backend platform squads build the foundational infrastructure that determines which of our thousands of active advertising campaigns are relevant to a user the moment they open Playtime. At our scale, system latency is a business failure: downtime means advertisers stop spending, users stop earning rewards, and publisher revenue stalls. As a Staff Backend Developer, you will own the architectural integrity, reliability, and long-term evolution of the distributed systems that power these decisions 200 million times every day across multiple teams.
Go microservices load the active ad campaign catalog into memory, evaluating 40+ targeting constraints and 30+ real-time signals like geo, fraud status, budget caps, to rank potential user performance in milliseconds. Beyond individual services, you will define architectural patterns across the entire ad interaction chain: high-throughput processing of clicks, views, MMP postbacks from Adjust and AppsFlyer, and reward-triggering in-app events. You will govern our hybrid messaging architecture using SNS/SQS and Kafka, standardize backend data patterns across DynamoDB, relational, and analytical data stores, and ensure our core ad scoring pipelines remain resilient under massive load.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Production Golang Systems & Architecture Mastery: You bring extensive backend development experience (7+ years, with deep production Go expertise in distributed environments). You will define service boundaries, concurrency models, and runtime optimizations for our +99% Go microservice architecture, scaling the platform reliably beyond hundreds of millions of monthly active users.
- High-Throughput Event Streaming & Architecture Patterns: You have deep experience architecting and standardizing asynchronous microservice communication using event backbones like Kafka, SQS/SNS, and Kinesis. You will establish org-wide streaming standards, schema evolution, and CDC patterns to process billions of daily API events and aggregate them into our data lake for sub-second querying.
- Large-Scale Data Architecture & Platform Optimization: You understand database internals, distributed storage trade-offs, and low-level web standards. You will standardize data patterns (sharding, replication, DR) across hundreds of terabytes in DynamoDB, MySQL, Druid, and Athena, while leading high-stakes, zero-downtime database migrations and deprecations.
- Data Science & Algorithmic Integration at Scale: You quickly grasp complex technical topics, distributed systems trade-offs, and applied mathematics. You will partner with our Data Science team to architect the runtime infrastructure that serves predictive models and machine learning algorithms directly within our sub-millisecond real-time ad targeting engine.
- Technical Leadership & Organizational Leverage: You communicate fluently and precisely in spoken and written English. You drive alignment across squads through RFCs and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), define org-level SLIs/SLOs, sponsor major technical migrations, and mentor Senior engineers across an international engineering team.
- Plus: Cloud Resilience & Tooling: Hands-on experience with continuous profiling (e.g., Pyroscope, goroutine dumps), chaos engineering drills, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, or AWS cloud networking.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re shaping the architectural foundation behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems and patterns you design will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own the technical direction and platform architecture with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, establish golden paths that unlock engineering speed, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve complex architectural bottlenecks openly and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with and elevate a diverse, global team of engineers from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, solve hard computer science challenges, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About Deluxe Holiday Homes
Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and includes Deluxe Homes Real Estate, our brokerage and long-term property management arm. We use a modern technology stack to run operations, serve guests and tenants, and protect owner returns.
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, reliable Office & Listings Coordinator to run the front desk of our Al Barsha head office and, once trained, to own three back-office streams: long-term tenancy administration for Deluxe Homes Real Estate (our own tenancy contracts and those of our landlord clients), property listings on local portals and OTAs, and office supplies. You are the one-stop contact for our property management clients: when a landlord or tenant calls, you answer, resolve the routine, and chase the rest. You will spend part of the day at the desk and part of the day on tenancy files and listings.
This is an ownership role, not a wait-to-be-told role. We will train you from zero on tenancy paperwork, listings and our systems, but we need someone who notices what is missing and fixes it: an expired tenancy nobody flagged, a listing with the wrong price, a landlord waiting two days for a call-back. You make routine decisions inside your remit and report after — you do not wait to be asked. If a landlord client calls about their Ejari renewal, you know the answer or you find it the same day.
Note:
This role does not include site visits, property inspections or guest check-ins. Those are handled by the operations and field teams. Tenancy work in this role covers long-term (Ejari) tenancies only, not short-stay guest bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitors
• Run the front desk during office hours: greet visitors, landlords, tenants and guests, and route them to the right person within minutes, not after a wait.
• Answer and route the main office line and WhatsApp; take accurate messages and follow up so nothing is lost.
• Receive and log couriers, documents and keys; keep a clean handover record.
• Keep the reception and meeting rooms presentable; book rooms and keep the visitor log.
• Coordinate desk cover with the Office Manager so the desk is never empty during your tenancy and listing blocks.
2. Long-Term Tenancy Administration & Client Calls (Deluxe Homes Real Estate)
• Be the first point of contact for property management clients: answer landlord and tenant calls and messages, resolve routine questions yourself (rent dates, renewals, notices, documents) and escalate only the exceptions.
• Prepare, issue and file tenancy contracts for company-held units and for landlord clients using approved templates.
• Register and renew Ejari contracts on time; keep a renewal calendar and flag every expiry at least 60 days ahead.
• Collect and verify tenant documents (Emirates ID, passport, visa) and cheques; record PDCs and hand them to Finance the same day.
• Track rent due dates and late or bounced payments, and send the first reminder without being asked.
• Keep every tenancy file complete and audit-ready in the company system.
3. Property Listings (Portals & OTAs)
• Create and update listings on local portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) from the approved listing brief and photo set.
• Check every listing for correct price, availability, photos, amenities and permit number before it goes live.
• Refresh and re-rank listings on a set schedule so they stay visible; pause units that are no longer available.
• Spot and fix listing errors within 24 hours; keep a simple log of what changed and why.
• Report weekly on listings added, updated and paused.
4. Office Supplies & Administration
• Monitor stationery, pantry, printer and cleaning supplies; reorder before they run out, inside the agreed monthly budget.
• Keep a supplier list with prices and lead times; compare quotes once a year and cut cost where you can.
• Log office maintenance issues (AC, printers, internet) and chase vendors until they are closed.
• Support the Office Manager with filing, scanning, document runs and ad-hoc admin.
• Where you have the skill, prepare simple social media posts and stories from approved content and photos.
Required Qualifications
• 0–2 years in a front desk, admin, real estate or hospitality role. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; clear and polite on the phone and on WhatsApp.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and able to learn Ejari, portal back-ends and our property system within 4 weeks.
• Accurate with details — you catch the wrong date on a contract or the wrong price on a listing before it goes out.
• Decisive operator — you make routine calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers or lecturers.
• Already living in the UAE and able to start within 30 days.
Preferred Qualifications
• UAE residence visa sponsored by a family member (spouse or parent) — preferred.
• UAE university graduate or 4+ years living in the UAE.
• Experience with Ejari, DLD/REST, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Airbnb or Booking.com.
• Social media posting skills (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) — a plus, not a must.
• Arabic, Russian or another second language.

An overview of this role
As an Engineering Manager, Gitaly at GitLab, you'll guide a deeply technical team focused on building, maintaining, and providing expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. The team's work spans development of Gitaly, support for teams across GitLab, new tooling, scalability improvements, new data formats, and ongoing maintenance of the Gitaly codebase.
This role is a good fit for you if you can guide senior and staff engineers through complex, long-horizon technical work while building a culture of technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership. You'll help the team balance roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities, especially as much of the team's work is centered on scaling Git storage and adjacent foundational work. Clear written communication and thoughtful technical judgment are central to how this team succeeds.
Project areas include:
Scaling Git storage
Gitaly-related infrastructure and foundational performance work
What you’ll do
Manage a team of senior and staff engineers working on Gitaly and Gitaly-related infrastructure.
Build a team culture where technical rigor, clear accountability, and ownership are the norm.
Drive execution on complex, long-horizon work across performance, scalability, maintainability, and core Gitaly architecture.
Guide the team in balancing roadmap delivery with GitLab product and infrastructure priorities.
Support your engineers' growth through feedback, mentoring, career development, and stretch opportunities.
Foster strong written communication and asynchronous alignment across a fully distributed team.
Partner with teams like Git and other stakeholders who rely on Gitaly expertise for performance, feature design, and roadmap clarity.
Represent the team credibly with cross-functional partners and in stakeholder conversations about Gitaly direction, performance, and scalability.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you’ll bring
Experience managing engineering teams with direct reports, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
A management philosophy centered on building engineer agency and ownership, with credibility grounded in consistency, follow-through, and technical judgment.
Proven ability to guide highly specialized engineers through ambiguity, structured debate, high-stakes technical tradeoffs, and the realities of operating a service that is critical to GitLab.
Strong written communication and remote, asynchronous collaboration skills across distributed, multi-timezone teams. You're comfortable moving work forward in documents, issue threads, and asynchronous reviews, not just in meetings.
A track record of delivering under pressure on ambiguous, long-horizon technical projects with clear outcomes, and of reasoning from fundamentals about maintainability, technical debt, and long-term platform viability.
Hands-on background in version control systems, distributed systems, storage engines, or other low-level infrastructure domains, with the ability to engage credibly with systems code and architecture, ideally in Go or similarly performance-sensitive environments.
About the team
On the Gitaly team, we build, maintain, and provide expertise on Gitaly, GitLab's Git data storage tier. Our core work includes development of Gitaly, supporting teams across GitLab, and ensuring the long-term viability of the project. We are a deeply technical team that balances long-running technical work with practical delivery. Strong collaboration with partner teams is central to how we succeed.

About the Team
Regulatory Change sits within OKX's central Compliance function, with a global mandate covering how OKX anticipates, shapes, and responds to regulatory developments across all markets in which we operate. The team acts as a strategic partner to the business and Compliance teams, translating the regulatory landscape into clear guidance and action.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Regulatory Change & Policy to own and drive the regulatory change agenda globally. This person will bring vision, strategic judgment, as well as the ability to execute, translating a complex, fast-moving regulatory landscape into a clear strategy that protects and enables the business.
You will need to operate across multiple dimensions simultaneously: understanding our product landscape deeply to assess regulatory impact, engaging credibly with regulators and industry bodies, and building internal alignment across legal, risk, and local compliance teams. You will also build and lead a team, establishing the processes and judgment that junior team members will execute against over time.
This position calls for a seasoned regulatory change leader with a demonstrated track record of owning a comparable mandate — prior experience in a similar role in a complex matrix organization is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Regulatory change: own Compliance’s regulatory change log, assess the implications and business impact of evolving regulatory requirements on OKX's product landscape and partner with the Change Management team to ensure regulatory change is translated into business-ready action and the relevant policy framework is put into place (assign policy owner, deadline and feed content into Compliance obligation register)
In coordination with internal Risk and Compliance stakeholders manage, oversee and maintain a global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning capability
Support local Compliance Teams, where required, with building and maintaining relationships with regulators and policymakers and in representing OKX in industry consultations and regulatory engagement efforts to ensure aligned positions across jurisdictions
Build out the Regulatory Change function, with the potential to add one compliance analyst within the first six months, subject to the function demonstrating measurable output and business value.
Set the operating model, priorities, and quality bar for the function
Coach and develop team members as the function scales from strategy design into steady-state execution
Build strong, trusted working relationships with Legal, Risk, and local Compliance teams across regions
What We Look For In You
Significant experience (at least 10+ years) in regulatory change, regulatory affairs, or a comparable senior compliance/ policy role, ideally within crypto, fintech, or another heavily regulated financial sector
Demonstrated experience building or significantly reshaping a regulatory change function, not just operating within an existing one
Global exposure to crypto-specific regulation, with working knowledge of multiple regulatory regimes
Track record of influencing senior internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Compliance) without formal authority over them
Experience building and leading a team, including hiring and developing junior talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating at executive level internally and externally
Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset — able to move from strategic vision to operational detail

Benefits

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

- Test and validate the hardware/software interface -- telemetry and telecommand behavior, CDH bus interfaces, and OBC-driven subsystem responses -- without owning flight software development or debugging, which sits with the Software AIT team.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and automation (Python) to enhance the efficiency, repeatability, and coverage of functional and environmental test campaigns.
- Act as a primary technical contact for electrical-related integration issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with power/propulsion/GNC engineering to resolve anomalies.
- Support production readiness and design reviews (e.g., PRR, CDR) by providing feedback on electrical testability, HIL and EGSE requirements, and system configuration.
- Contribute to and improve AIT documentation, including electrical test procedures, integration plans, and configuration records.
- Interface with Global AIT, Power/Propulsion/GNC Engineering, and Mission Operations teams to ensure alignment on product standards and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in electrical integration methods, test efficiency, and build reliability.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical/avionics integration, testing, or production of complex systems, preferably in aerospace or high-reliability hardware industries.
- Working proficiency in scripting and automation (Python preferred) for test development and data analysis.
- Deep technical understanding of satellite electrical architectures, including power systems, propulsion, GNC, GPS, and/or CDH/OBC.
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments with a focus on system-level validation.
- Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, environmental testing (EMC, vibration, thermal), and configuration management processes.
- A systems engineering mindset, capable of anticipating integration risks and connecting the dots between software logic, hardware interfaces, and mission operations.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear communication in a cross-functional environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence)
- Lean & Six Sigma experience
- Experience with power system EGSE, propulsion functional testing, or GNC/GPS calibration beyond routine test execution
- Ability to improve and/or write test scripts in Python
- Strong track record of enabling design-for-testability (DFT) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM)
- Proficient in Japanese, both written and spoken
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- A job that matters in a dynamic Defence Technology and Earth Observation environment with a scale-up approach.
- An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment.
- Health insurance.
- Time for self-development, research, training, conferences, or certification schemes.
- Relocation support, where applicable (e.g., flight tickets, accommodation, relocation agency support).
- Inspiring, collaborative offices and silent workspaces that enable you to focus.
