Job Description
We're hiring our first Head of Partnerships to own and grow the relationships that matter most to Metabase: the AI platforms and data warehouse vendors our customers build on every day. You'll work both ends of these relationships — building alignment with partner leadership teams, and building trust with individual sellers and solutions engineers who influence deals in the field. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who's built a partnerships function from the ground up before and wants to do it again, at a company loved by hundreds of thousands in the community.
What you’ll do:
Own and deepen Metabase's relationships with our key technical and go-to-market partners, with a near-term focus on major AI vendors and data warehouse providers
Build multi-threaded relationships at both the seller/field level and the partner leadership level, so Metabase stays top-of-mind at every layer of the partnership
Design and run co-selling and co-marketing motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline, not just goodwill
Represent Metabase in strategic conversations with partners ; negotiating priorities, resolving friction, and identifying where deeper technical or commercial integration creates mutual value
Build the systems, cadences, and reporting that turn partnerships from a set of relationships into a repeatable, measurable function
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities as Metabase's ecosystem grows
Act as the internal voice of our partners ; surfacing their roadmaps, priorities, and constraints to Sales, Marketing, and Product
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related go-to-market role, with real ownership of partner relationships end-to-end
Experience building a partnerships function at a small, scaling startup — you've operated with limited playbooks and built the process as you went, not just executed an existing one
Comfortable operating at multiple altitudes: equally credible in a room with an AE or SE as in a room with a VP or Head of Partnerships
A track record of turning partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue, not just logos on a slide
Excellent written and verbal communicator who can represent Metabase credibly to technical and commercial audiences alike
Bonus: existing relationships within the AI or data warehouse ecosystems
Bonus: experience in open-source, developer tools, or data infrastructure companies
Qualities we’re looking/testing for
Ownership
Comfortable with experiments
Ability to create from scratch
Comfort at different altitudes (IC to VP)
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $175K–$250K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.

CloudLinux / TuxCare is a remote-first infrastructure and security company. More than 300 engineers build and operate products used by hosting providers, enterprises, and internal service teams worldwide. Our Infrastructure Department runs the platforms behind CloudLinux OS, Imunify, KernelCare, TuxCare ELS, and our engineering systems.
We are hiring a
Senior Database Reliability Engineer
to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.
PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.
Your Responsibilities:
Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation.
Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans.
Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use.
Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata.
Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention.
Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.
What Success Looks Like:
PostgreSQL clusters have tested backup and restore paths, useful dashboards, clear ownership, and documented failover procedures.
Repeated DBA tickets become automation or self-service workflows.
ClickHouse operational knowledge is no longer a single-person dependency.
Database incidents have owners, runbooks, evidence, and measurable recovery paths.
Product and engineering teams get database help faster without sacrificing safety, auditability, or reliability.
Why CloudLinux?
You will work on real production infrastructure used across CloudLinux and TuxCare products.
You will have a direct impact on reliability, incident response, developer experience, and operational resilience.
You will also work in an AI-assisted engineering culture where automation, documentation, Claude, Codex, and careful human verification are part of the daily operating model.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
Deep hands-on PostgreSQL experience in business-critical production environments, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals and operations: MVCC, WAL, transactions, locks, indexes, query planning, replication, autovacuum, bloat, major upgrades, backups, PITR, and restore testing.
Proven experience with highly available databases and the ability to reason about quorum, split-brain risk, failover, rollback, and recovery.
MongoDB replica sets and Percona Backup for MongoDB.
Strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals: systemd, networking, storage, filesystems, CPU/memory/disk bottlenecks, TLS, DNS, firewalls, and root-cause troubleshooting.
Automation skills with Ansible and scripting. Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, and merge-request based delivery are strong advantages.
Ability to support more than one database engine. You do not need to be a ClickHouse expert on day one, but you must be ready to learn it quickly and take responsibility for it.
Practical use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex. We expect you to use them to improve speed and quality, while personally verifying generated SQL, commands, scripts, and operational conclusions.
English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse operations: replication, Keeper/ZooKeeper, MergeTree engines, distributed DDL, grants, row policies, backups, query troubleshooting, and cluster recovery.
Redis/Sentinel and broker/cache failure modes.
Database observability, SLOs, golden signals, alert tuning, and executable incident runbooks.
Building internal platforms, self-service portals, or DBaaS workflows for engineering teams.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (

We hire Site Reliability Engineers from Intermediate through Senior Staff across multiple Infrastructure Platforms teams.
We don't expect every candidate to have experience with every technology in our environment. We're looking for engineers with strong technical fundamentals, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll support you in becoming successful with GitLab's tools, systems, and ways of working.
Please note: This position is open to candidates based in the United States and Canada only. Candidates based in the United Kingdom can apply to this posting:
Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Platforms — UK (Intermediate to Senior Staff)
How our SRE hiring works
Because this is a single application for SRE roles across Infrastructure Platforms, our process is built to evaluate you once and match you well, rather than interviewing separately for every team.
Recruiter Screen:
A conversation about your background, what you're looking for, and the level and teams that fit, so we can point your process in the right direction.
Core Technical:
The shared assessment every SRE candidate takes, regardless of eventual team. A low-stress, collaborative discussion covering system architecture and incident review.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A conversation about ownership, judgment, execution, collaboration, and growth, the non-technical signals that make an SRE effective at GitLab.
Peer Technical:
Team-specific depth, run by SREs from the team you're most likely to join, focused on the problems that team actually works on.
Skip-Level Interview:
A conversation with a senior leader on values alignment, and how you'll work across teams.
After your interviews, we consider your performance alongside our current hiring needs to confirm the level and team where you'll do your best work. Interview results are a major factor, and final placement also reflects our active hiring priorities at the time.
We’ll calibrate your level throughout the interview process based on the scope and impact of your experience.
Intermediate: You independently deliver meaningful reliability improvements within a defined area.
Senior: You own complex reliability work end to end and raise the effectiveness of your team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior or Staff Software Engineer to join our Data Engineering team based in London.
As the Data Platform Team, we strive to create the world’s leading, commercially scalable, safe, and advanced humanoid robots that seamlessly integrate into daily life and amplify human capacity.
We’re looking for experienced Engineers to help build our data platform from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to define its architecture, make key decisions, and shape how we handle and process petabyte-scale data in the near future.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the Capability Factory - an internal platform designed for everyone from software engineers to non-technical operators, enabling the entire organization to teach HMND robots new skills at scale, from raw data all the way to deployed capabilities.
- Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for humanoid robot training - a corpus of robot telemetry growing toward petabyte scale.
- Design and operate highly scalable data pipelines and the compute infrastructure that powers them, ensuring reliability and throughput as data volume and team demands grow.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of training data across multiple concurrent projects and robot platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to shape the Capability Factory, streamline MLOps, and build the evaluation workflows that close the loop between training runs and real-world robot performance.
- Build data warehouse solutions and BI dashboards that give stakeholders across the organization clear visibility into data collection, model progress, and operational health.
- Establish and uphold best practices for data management - versioning, access control, security, and compliance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning and delivering complex systems end-to-end, not just contributing to them.
- Strong backend engineering - designing and operating production-grade APIs and services: clean data modeling, reliable error handling, performance under load.
- Data engineering at PB+ scale - building and maintaining pipelines that move, transform, and validate large volumes of data reliably; understanding of batch and streaming processing patterns, data quality, and schema evolution.
- Workflow orchestration at scale - designing and operating multi-step automated pipelines with retries, observability, and graceful failure handling.
- Distributed systems fundamentals - you understand how things break at scale: eventual consistency, idempotency, backpressure, job scheduling, and failure modes in distributed compute and storage.
- Cloud infrastructure fluency - you have shipped and operated real systems on a major cloud provider; you think about cost, reliability, and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
- Container orchestration - deploying and operating workloads on Kubernetes at a level where you can debug scheduling issues, design resource allocation, and reason about cluster health without guidance.
- Full-stack range - comfortable building both the backend and the frontend of an internal product; you can own a feature from database schema to UI without handing off.
- Production ownership mindset - you've been on-call, triaged incidents under pressure, and improved systems after postmortems. You take reliability personally.
Nice to Have
- ML infrastructure or MLOps experience - understanding of how training jobs run, how model artifacts are managed, and what makes an evaluation pipeline trustworthy; you've worked alongside or directly supported ML researchers.
- Distributed compute frameworks - experience with large-scale parallel data processing, whether for data transformation, model training, or evaluation.
- Domain knowledge in robotics or embodied AI - familiarity with robot data formats, sensor telemetry, or the sim-to-real evaluation loop is a significant head start.
- BI and data warehouse experience - building data models and dashboards that translate raw operational data into decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Dual-cloud or multi-cloud storage - experience reasoning about cost, latency, and consistency tradeoffs across storage providers.
- Frontend product sense - beyond just shipping features, you have opinions about what makes an internal tool actually usable by non-engineers.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead (Google & Microsoft Ads), to lead and scale our advertising across the Ruby Labs portfolio.
This is a senior player-coach role. You will own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads execution across multiple brands, coach and develop acquisition managers, set account standards, improve performance, and protect account health across a large multi-brand setup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Portfolio Performance
- Scale profitable spend across multiple brands, geos, languages, and funnels.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

The Connectors team is the bridge between ClickHouse and the broader ecosystem. We build and maintain the integrations that make ClickHouse accessible to millions of developers, data practitioners, and AI agents worldwide, from high-level data visualization plugins (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, Metabase) to connectors for data frameworks (Apache Spark, Flink, Kafka Connect, Fivetran), orchestration platforms, and AI tooling.
Our work directly shapes how companies process massive datasets: real-time analytics platforms that ingest millions of events per second, observability systems that monitor global infrastructure, and, increasingly, AI-powered data applications that redefine how teams work with data. We collaborate closely with the open-source community, internal teams, and enterprise users to ensure ClickHouse integrations set the standard for performance, reliability, and developer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the AI & ML ecosystem, you'll be a core contributor owning and evolving critical parts of ClickHouse's AI ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance database engineering and developer experience. - Drive the AI/LLM integration strategy: designing connectors and patterns that make ClickHouse a natural fit in RAG architectures, ML feature pipelines, and LLM-powered data applications
- Engage actively with the open-source community: triage issues, support contributors, advocate for users, and shape the roadmap based on real-world feedback
- Collaborate with Product, Cloud, and other engineering teams to align integration work with broader platform priorities
- Bring a practitioner's perspective to roadmap decisions, grounding prioritization in genuine Data Engineer and Data Scientist workflows
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of software development experience, including hands-on time as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Deep, proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production-grade Python connectors, SDKs, or integrations for at least one major platform (orchestration, BI, MLOps, or data transformation)
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in production data-engineering contexts: embedding generation, vector search, feature pipelines, or LLM-powered tooling that shipped and ran in production
- Solid experience with the Python data ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, and related libraries
- Strong database fundamentals: SQL, data modeling, query optimization, and familiarity with OLAP/analytical databases
- Solid experience with concurrent Python: threading, multiprocessing, and async patterns
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable collaborating across engineering functions and with open-source communities
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience as a Data Engineer or Data Scientist in a product-facing or platform role
- Familiarity with ClickHouse or similar high-performance OLAP platforms
- Familiarity with the JVM ecosystem
- Experience deploying AI/ML models in production, including inference APIs and vector databases
- Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, Dagster, Prefect is a plus

As a Senior Software Engineer specialising in the AI & ML ecosystem, you'll be a core contributor owning and evolving critical parts of ClickHouse's AI ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of high-performance database engineering and developer experience. You'll craft tools that enable Engineers and Data Scientists to harness ClickHouse's speed and scale in the frameworks they already use.
We're looking for someone who has firsthand experience as an AI & MLEngineer or Data Scientist. The data practitioner's world is shifting rapidly: databases are no longer just query targets, but they're becoming active participants in AI-powered workflows, serving as vector stores for RAG pipelines, backends for LLM-powered agents, and real-time feature stores for ML inference. You understand these workflows not from the outside, but because you've operated within them. You don't just build integrations, you bring product-level insight into what we should build and why.
You'll own the full lifecycle of key AI/ML integrations, driving architecture, performance, and feature direction across AI & LLM Ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, and broader AI tooling: embedding pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation with ClickHouse as a vector store, ML feature stores, and LLM-powered data applications.
ClickHouse's columnar architecture and query performance make it exceptionally well-positioned in this new landscape. Your job is to make that potential real: building the robust, production-ready connectors that make ClickHouse the natural choice when data practitioners design their next-generation AI and data systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve ClickHouse's Python connector and SDK ecosystem, raising the bar on performance, reliability, and API design
