ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is redefining how businesses manage their finances, and our growth marketing team is how millions of businesses first hear that story. As we expand internationally, paid ads are one of our highest-leverage channels — and localized, high-craft creative is what makes them work in a new market.
Based in our London office, you'll own the creative that powers Ramp's international acquisition engine across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Direct Mail. You'll take the playbook we've built in the US and adapt it for the UK and EU — shaping how Ramp shows up across paid social, video, and display for international audiences. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketing team to turn ideas into ads that move metrics, while pushing the creative bar on what a finance brand can look and feel like abroad.
This is a temporary full-time role, based in London.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and animate paid creative end-to-end across static and motion formats, tailored for international markets.
- Create and localize ads for Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels across the UK and EU.
- Adapt the US growth creative playbook for international audiences — and flag where local nuance means it needs to break, not just translate.
- Develop scalable design and motion systems that help the team move faster while maintaining a high creative bar.
- Concept hooks, headlines, visual treatments, and creative variants that earn attention and drive performance in-market.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing, copywriters, and product marketers (largely US-based) to bring ideas to life across time zones.
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and contribute to international testing strategy.
- Build templates, automations, AI workflows, and creative systems that increase team velocity.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-native workflows to expand what's possible inside our production pipeline.
- Help evolve how Ramp's brand shows up across international growth marketing.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion design, or creative production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance-driven creative for paid acquisition channels
- Strong taste and a clear point of view on what makes great advertising — with an eye for what resonates in UK/EU markets
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment where speed and iteration matter
- Ability to use performance data and business outcomes as creative feedback
- Comfort collaborating with a primarily US-based team across time zones
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects)
- Based in or able to work from the London office
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building automations, templates, component systems, scripts, or internal creative tooling
- Fluency with AI tools such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Claude Code, or similar
- Experience creating short-form video for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and paid social
- Experience creating or localizing creative for multiple international markets
- Experience in finance, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies
- Familiarity with performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and paid social is one of the fastest ways we reach new businesses. This role owns the day-to-day of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads: building campaigns, getting them live, and tuning them once they’re running. You’ll help set where budget flows, drive what we test next, and decide what gets killed. You’ll work alongside an experienced marketing team with the creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role in which you’ll be uniquely positioned to contribute to Ramp’s growth by helping operate some of our fastest-growing demand generation channels.

- Develop structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements
- Maintain strong operational standards across naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
- Grow into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy.

- 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- A strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization

- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions
- Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach and an interest in growing into broader strategic responsibility
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in paid social for B2B, SaaS, fintech, or financial products
- Experience leading integrated product or feature launches
- Knowledge of incrementality testing, experimentation frameworks, and measurement strategy
- Experience with landing-page testing and conversion-rate optimization
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, automation, and reporting tools
- A strong point of view on what makes paid creative effective across different platforms

About the Role
We are looking for a Distinguished Engineer to lead technical direction across GitLab's Core DevOps services, the systems the majority of our users touch every day. Distinguished Engineers are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the most senior level of technical leadership within and across divisions at the company.
Core DevOps builds continuous Integration, continuous deployment, planning, and source control experiences. These are among the most mature, highest traffic, and most deeply interconnected systems at GitLab. They carry years of accumulated architectural decisions, they sit in the critical path of our customers' own delivery pipelines, and they are being reshaped by the shift toward AI native development. The job is to raise their quality, converge them onto a coherent go-forward architecture, and retire accumulated risk, all without interrupting the millions of users and Fortune 100 organizations who depend on them.
GitLab is pursuing a set of company-wide engineering goals: large gains in developer productivity, measurably higher quality in what we ship, and engineering practices reshaped around AI and agentic workflows. Core DevOps is where much of that strategy has to land, because these are the services our own engineers and our customers depend on daily. In this role you will bring that strategy into Core DevOps in a form that works for long lived production systems, and carry what you learn here back out to the rest of engineering.
What You'll Do
Set and continuously refine the go forward technical direction for CI, CD, Plan, and source code experiences, aligned against the horizontal architectural initiatives.
Work directly with the VP of Engineering as her technical counterpart on planning, technical investment, and where the group's engineering effort should go.
Translate GitLab's company-wide productivity, quality, and AI native engineering goals into concrete technical direction for Core DevOps, and turn into iterable roadmaps, partnering broadly across the org.
Define what good means in measurable terms for these services, including availability, latency at p95 and p99, pipeline success rate, test reliability, data correctness, and defect escape rate, then hold designs and implementations to it.
Maintain a clear and current picture of systemic technical risk across the group, including single points of failure, unowned critical paths, brittle coupling between CI/CD and Plan, scaling limits, and past decisions that now constrain the roadmap. Drive a prioritized plan to retire it.
Lead the hardest design decisions hands on, writing code, prototypes, and proofs of concept where a design argument needs evidence behind it.
Drive convergence on shared patterns, libraries, and paved paths, reducing how many different ways the same problem gets solved across the group.
Design migration paths that let large, long lived systems change underneath users without breaking them, using incremental cutover, dual run, measurable rollback, and deprecation with clear timelines.
Adopt the platform capabilities coming from GitLab's AI organization and the company's productivity initiatives into Core DevOps, feed this group's requirements back into them, and help prove what works on systems of this scale and maturity.
Serve as the escalation point for complex or contested technical decisions across the group, including those where no single team owns the outcome.
Review significant designs and merge requests in the group's critical paths, and use review to teach rather than only to gate.
Ensure designs hold across GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, and respect multi-tenant, compliance, and data governance boundaries in each.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and SRE so Core DevOps services are observable and debuggable, and so failure modes degrade gracefully instead of cascading.
Make architectural constraints and opportunities clear to Product in roadmap terms, so that technical investment and product ambition get planned together instead of traded off late.
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let teams across the group make aligned decisions independently.
Grow Principal and Staff Engineers across Core DevOps, raise the bar on design rigor and technical writing, and contribute to the technical hiring bar for senior individual contributors.
Participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com, and complete Interview Training to participate in hiring as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in AI and ML systems, including large language models, agentic frameworks, and autonomous workflow design at production scale.
Proven track record of leading hands-on technical experimentation, including defining evaluation frameworks, running benchmarks, and translating findings into scalable architecture decisions.
Strong background in scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience.
Experience designing and implementing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for production systems.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction across multiple teams or divisions without direct authority.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization with excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.

— Work on real-time or near-real-time data solutions (e.g. CDC, streaming, micro-batch) for use cases that require timely data
— Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and product teams to understand data requirements, define SLAs, and deliver coherent data products that others can self-serve
— Establish data quality, validation, observability, and monitoring frameworks (data auditing, alerting, anomaly detection, data lineage)
— Investigate and resolve complex production issues: root cause analysis, performance bottlenecks, data integrity, fault tolerance
— Document data flows, data dictionaries, architecture patterns, and operational runbooks
Требования:
— 5+ years of experience in data engineering (or similar) roles
— Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline design, implementation, and optimization
— Deep expertise in Python and SQL writing production-quality, maintainable, testable code
— Experience with large-scale data warehouses (e.g. Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake)

ABOUT THE JOB
Mistral AI is seeking an Applied AI Engineer focused on robotics deployment. You will take state-of-the-art AI models and make them work on real robots, in real environments, for real customers. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of machine learning and physical systems: you will own the path from model to deployed autonomy, working alongside robotics engineers, ML researchers, and systems engineers to deliver end-to-end autonomous solutions across diverse use cases.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a relevant discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong software engineering in Python and/or C++: clean, readable, high-performance code; comfortable working in and improving production codebases.
- Knowledge of robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
- Experience with robot perception and state estimation: SLAM, localization and mapping, path planning, sensor fusion, or computer vision.
- Solid mathematical fundamentals — geometry, probability, and estimation — and the judgment to know when a hand-crafted algorithm beats a learned one.
- Familiarity with simulation tools and robotics development environments (e.g. Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
- Comfortable with the messiness of the real world: hardware quirks, edge cases, and field surprises don't scare you.

- Experience with behavior trees, dynamic costmaps, or fleet-level navigation.
- Contributions to open-source robotics or ML projects.
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated deployment environments.
- Track record of success through personal projects, professional projects, or academia.

An overview of this role
We are hiring a Staff Product Security Architect to join our Security Platforms and Architecture organization at GitLab.
Rather than operating as a purely consultative body, Security Architecture at GitLab functions as a hands-on technical driver. Our mission is to embed proactive guidance directly into modern developer workflows and automated coding environments, embedding security standards into the software development process from the outset. We strive to enable teams to deliver secure, resilient software seamlessly while minimizing reliance on manual security gates.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product engineering organizations, spearhead architectural strategy for critical capabilities, and serve as the primary Security Owner driving risk reduction for key entries within our risk management framework. Your daily work will span architectural design reviews, technical prototyping, and establishing scalable patterns that enable engineering teams to execute autonomously.
What you’ll do
Partner with engineering and product leadership across GitLab, developing enough context in their domains to anticipate security problems rather than react to them
Lead security architecture and design work for strategic initiatives, and provide direction to the cross-functional teams delivering them
Identify, assess, and prioritise systemic security risks, and act as Security Owner for high-priority items in the Product Security Risk Register, co-executing remediation with the teams who own the code
Codify recurring security decisions into reusable artifacts — guardrails, standards, design patterns, skills, and reference threat models — delivered into developer and AI coding tool workflows
Build proofs of concept and prototypes to unblock engineering teams and shorten the distance between a security requirement and a working implementation
Conduct security architecture reviews for large or strategic projects, and coordinate with Application Security so that review coverage is comprehensive and correctly prioritised
Threat model new and existing systems, and establish the patterns that let teams threat model their own work
Work with Security Research on proactive exploration of unknown risks in GitLab's architecture
Anticipate emerging security challenges and propose architectural responses before they reach implementation
Mentor security engineers across the division, and represent security architecture to engineering audiences
What you’ll bring
Depth in application security architecture, including authentication and authorization models, privilege escalation, multi-tenant isolation, and trust boundary analysis
Experience securing distributed systems, including service-to-service authentication, secrets handling, and the failure modes of security decisions made across process boundaries
Working knowledge of software supply chain security: build and release integrity, artifact provenance, and dependency risk
A track record of proactive architecture work — identifying risk before it becomes an incident, and designing something that prevents a class of problem rather than an instance of one
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with engineering leadership and influence technical direction through expertise rather than gatekeeping
Experience defining security standards or patterns that teams adopted without being compelled to
The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, including reading unfamiliar code, building prototypes, and contributing changes
Clear written communication, and the ability to make a security argument to an engineering audience that does not already agree with it
A view on how security guidance should be authored and delivered for AI coding tools, not only for humans
About the team
Security Architects are a part of our
Security Platforms and Architecture
team, who address complex security challenges facing GitLab and its customers to enable GitLab to be the most secure software factory platform on the market. Composed of
Security Architecture
,
Security Research
, and Application Security, we focus on systemic product security risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them while maintaining Engineering’s development velocity.
In FY27, we're implementing a new organizational model where each architect is dedicated to a specific functional area of GitLab's product, enabling deeper context, stronger relationships, and more proactive security guidance. As the Core DevOps architect, you'll be part of a team that includes architects focused on AI and the Sec Section, creating opportunities for collaboration on cross-cutting security challenges while maintaining specialized expertise in your domain.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
At Deliveroo we’re striving to build London’s best and most admired Security Engineering organisation as part of our global team based across North America and Europe.
Our London based Security Engineering team is looking for a
Senior GRC Engineer.
You will be a part of our inclusive, collaborative global team responsible.
This is a London based position reporting directly to the Security Compliance Manager based in London.
About the Role
We're hiring a
Senior GRC Engineer
to help take DoorDash's compliance program from something people run to something the platform runs on its own. You'll take primary ownership of how regulatory and framework change gets tracked, interpreted, and turned into real controls - one part of a broader GRC function that spans audit, policy, and risk. Day to day, that means less time updating spreadsheets and more time writing the automation, integrations, and control logic that let audit evidence collect itself.
You'll also lead major external audits from start to finish and help shape the policies and control standards the rest of the program is built on.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has deep audit and assurance experience, wants to spend more time building than briefing and can move a program forward, and change how people work, without needing the title to make it happen.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build the regulatory and framework change-management process that keeps DoorDash ahead of new obligations, instead of reacting to them.
Move manual, point-in-time compliance work onto Compliance-as-Code foundations: policy-as-code, automated control testing, and continuous evidence collection wired into CI/CD, so audit readiness holds up between audits, not just during them.
Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit response preparation, with a human in the loop where assurance demands it.
Partner directly with engineering and architecture teams to design controls into new systems at build time and translate that technical work into the narratives auditors actually need.
Partner with the Security Compliance Manager to shape and mature the global compliance program.
Design, implement and validate security controls relevant to DoorDash’s regulatory environment, not just document them.
Support development and refinement of security policies, standards, and guidance.
Mentor other members of the compliance team and help set the technical bar the rest of the function grows into.
Ensure policies are actionable, testable, and aligned to real-world controls.
We’re excited about you because you have…
6+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC or technology risk, with a strong track record in high-growth, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Hands-on experience building large language models and agent workflows with daily use of AI in your own work, grounded judgment on what to delegate to agents versus what needs a human, and the ability to evidence both to an auditor. DoorDash is an AI-forward organization and the ability to optimize efficiency using AI is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with frameworks such as DORA, the EU AI Act, NIS2 and CRA.
Real, hands-on experience implementing and assessing controls against frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 - not just reading them.
Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps, assess risk and drive remediation in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience developing, implementing and improving security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are operational and effective.
Strong understanding of compliance metrics and reporting, with the ability to track control effectiveness, audit outcomes, and risk exposure.
Ability to influence and drive accountability across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex audit and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Comfort owning compliance metrics and reporting - you can show, not just assert, that a program is working.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This role is fully remote from the states of Massachusetts, Virginia, NY, NJ or Florida.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📍 Based in the states where we can currently hire: you are currently located on the East Coast in one of the states where we can hire (Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey or Florida).
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever, not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.
