Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll own security governance and risk at Alan end to end. That means one clear framework across our certifications and regulations, which the whole company uses to decide what matters most. You set the direction, make the calls on risk, and help every team own its part.
We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build as we grow from 1M to many millions of members, across more countries and regulators. That includes how we govern AI, which Alan uses across its products and operations.
This is a hands-on senior role. You do the work yourself, mentor the junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you, and grow the team over time.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make our security framework a tool for the whole company. You own the full certification cycle (ISO 27001, HDS and those to come), and turn it into something teams use every day to prioritise, not a binder for auditors.
- Bring the security view on regulation. Legal and Risk own the regulatory relationships. You bring the security answer: what the rules mean for how we protect data, and which controls make it work in practice.
- Run risk as an ongoing programme. You map and prioritise security risks, including AI risks, turn them into clear treatment plans, and feed them into company-wide risk decisions with the Risk team.
- Help every team own its risks. You define the controls framework and the standards, while the teams who build and run our systems own the controls. You brief the board and audit committee, and you know which findings need an urgent call and which can wait for the quarterly report.
- Own incident governance. You triage and escalate incidents, own business continuity and disaster recovery, and shape the security side of our regulatory incident reports.
- Be a credible partner to engineering. You work with engineering teams early on new designs and spot control gaps (access, encryption, logging) before they ship. You don't need to be an architect, but you can hold the conversation.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL BUILD
- One governance model: clear ownership of risks and controls across teams, so security decisions don't bottleneck on one person.
- A living risk map: prioritised risks that actually drive company and engineering decisions.
- One compliance backbone: a single control system across our countries and regulators, built to scale.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the Data Protection Officer, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your team
You'll join Alan's Corporate team, which brings together our control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security. They share one mission: building what lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Within that group, you carry the security governance and risk dimension, working hand in hand with the security engineers who run our infrastructure and platform security, and with a junior GRC engineer we're hiring alongside you. You'll be hands-on every day, building and owning the work yourself. Along the way, you'll mentor the junior engineer and help shape how GRC grows at Alan.
What you bring
- You want to build and own things yourself, and you enjoy helping someone else grow while you do it.
- 6+ years in security, with real GRC ownership.
- You've run a GRC roadmap in a certified or strongly regulated environment (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2, or regulated sectors like health, insurance or finance). You're comfortable working with certification auditors, and you can explain what a framework requires and why it makes sense for business teams.
- You take a stand on risks, and you'd rather close one real risk than write ten policies.
- You're fluent in French and English.
A big plus
- You've driven a certification or audit cycle end to end yourself.
- You've automated compliance work, or you're eager to, and you have a view on where AI can help.
- You've presented risk to senior leaders or a board.
- You've mentored or onboarded someone before.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility.
Contract type: Permanent contract only (no freelancing).

ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta.
As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case.
You'll work inside our Support organisation and own escalations for your accounts, working closely with our support engineers. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA.
Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps
- Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design
- Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto new use cases
- Work closely with Support: own escalations for your accounts, with regular case reviews and a direct line into L3 engineering
- Work with the right people for each piece of work: partner with Solutions Architects on new use cases and proof of concepts, and bring in Consulting Engineers for hands-on projects
- Write it down: documented setup and configuration, knowledge base articles and reference architectures that help other customers too
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role after the sale, whether your title was TAM, solutions architect, professional services, senior support or something else
- Specialist depth in data modelling, query performance and integration on distributed or analytical databases
- Hands-on SQL. You regularly write complex queries from scratch, and tune and debug them yourself
- Experience owning a small book of high-touch enterprise accounts, where you know each customer's architecture in depth
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP and/or Azure) and a working knowledge of Kubernetes
- You explain technical trade-offs clearly, to engineers and to executives
- Fluent English and Hebrew
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickHouse, or with other analytical databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Druid
- Involvement in open source, as a user, contributor or community member
GOOD TO KNOW
- You'll be based in Israel. Travel to customer sites is part of the job, up to 35% of your time, within Israel and throughout EMEA
- You'll join our EMEA Support Services team, where Support Engineers, Consulting Engineers and TAM Architects work as one team
- You'll be part of the on-call rota, about one week a quarter, with time off in lieu if you're paged at a weekend
HOW WE HIRE
- A 30-minute call with our recruiter
- A conversation with the hiring manager
- A take-home exercise, designed to take four to five hours, with three working days to complete it
- A 90-minute technical interview with the team: you'll walk us through your take-home, then join a working session where you write and tune SQL live
- A final conversation with our VP of Support Services
- References, then an offer
The working session is without AI tools, so make sure you're comfortable writing queries from scratch. Download open-source ClickHouse and practise: it's free, easy to install, and great preparation.

🛡️ THE ROLE
Most GRC roles are about keeping auditors happy. This one is about earning our members' trust: every day, they share their diagnoses, their claims and their care with us.
You'll join Alan's security team to help run our compliance and risk work across ISO 27001, HDS and DORA, across a growing number of countries and regulators. We just earned our HDS certification, and there's much more to build, including how we govern AI across our products: assessing AI risks, setting the controls, and keeping up with the AI Act.
You'll learn alongside experienced security engineers, with a dedicated coach from day one. You'll take on real ownership early, and your scope grows as we scale from 1M to many millions of members. And you'll learn how we work at Alan: teams own their risks and controls, we automate wherever we can, and we focus on real outcomes, not paperwork.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Keep our certifications on track. You run the day-to-day of the ISO 27001 and HDS audit cycles: collecting evidence, preparing internal audits, and following up on corrective actions until they're closed.
- Turn regulations into practical actions. With Legal and the DPO, you help translate requirements like DORA, HDS, and GDPR into clear tasks for the teams, and track that they get done.
- Learn the health sector rules. You build your knowledge of health-specific frameworks (ANS, HDS) and help apply them to how we handle health data.
- Contribute to risk management. You help build and update our risk mapping, including AI risks, and follow up on the treatment plans with the teams who own them.
- Support the teams who own the controls. You keep the controls framework up to date, answer teams' questions, and help explain security clearly to every stakeholder, from engineers to managers.
- Support incident governance. You help classify and document incidents, keep Business continuity and Disaster recovery plans up to date, and prepare inputs for DORA incident reports.
- Automate what slows us down. You spot repetitive compliance tasks and automate them with scripts, tools or AI.
🏗️ WHAT YOU'LL HELP BUILD
- One compliance backbone: A single control system for several regulators in several countries, so Alan can scale without rebuilding compliance each time.
- An automated evidence engine: evidence collected straight from engineering systems with scripts and AI, so audits run continuously instead of as a quarterly rush.
You'll work closely with Legal, the DPO, Internal Audit and Risk, and day to day with engineering and operations teams.
⭐ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You want to do the work yourself and grow with it: a permanent, hands-on role where you build things for the long run.
- 2+ years in security, GRC or compliance (an audit background is fine if you want to move into building).
- You've played a key part in a certification or audit cycle (ISO 27001, HDS, SOC 2 or similar).
- You're curious about how things work technically, and you've automated at least one manual task (a script, a tool, an AI workflow).
- You're fluent in French and English, and comfortable presenting in both.
- You learn fast, ask for feedback, and go into the details when it matters.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business

The Business Operations team sits within Finance and partners across Chainalysis to strengthen how the company plans, makes decisions, and executes. Combining analytical rigor with practical operating judgment, the team helps leaders translate company priorities into clear plans, effective operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. As Chainalysis continues to evolve, Business Operations also helps build the processes and ways of working that enable teams to scale and adapt.
You’ll join a close-knit team working with partners across Finance, R&D, go-to-market, Legal, Security, and beyond. The team takes on high-priority work across the business, often creating structure where approaches are still taking shape, and helps teams align and move change forward. This role offers broad exposure to Chainalysis and the opportunity to help shape how the company operates through its next stage of growth.
In this role, you’ll:
As a Senior Business Operations Analyst at Chainalysis, you will be a strategic operator and connective tissue across leadership and functions - helping translate company priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to improve how the business plans, makes decisions, and executes.
You’ll support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end to end: framing ambiguous problems, developing analyses and recommendations, aligning stakeholders, establishing milestones and governance, and driving follow-through. You’ll help run planning and business review cadences, build KPI reporting and insights, improve processes and systems, and support change initiatives such as pricing and packaging, go-to-market readiness, product launches, and organizational or operating-model changes.
You will also:
- Identify friction in cross-functional workflows and design scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms.
- Prepare clear, data-informed recommendations and executive-ready materials.
- Manage multiple work-streams and facilitate alignment across stakeholders, balancing speed, rigor, and effective change management.
We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field—ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools; experience with Jira, Confluence, Databricks, spreadsheets, SQL, and/or AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and motivated to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and make the company and team better.
Nice to have experience:
- Business Operations or Strategy & Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Supporting annual or quarterly planning, operating cadences, business reviews, resource allocation, or strategic planning processes.
- Establishing KPIs, building performance dashboards, and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Supporting pricing and packaging, go-to-market or commercialization initiatives, product launches, or broader change-management efforts.
- Applying agile, lean, or other process-improvement methodologies to scale how teams work.
- Interest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency, including key players and market dynamics.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

Bring each open decision to the right person with the facts and a recommendation, so nothing waits for weeks.
Own what has no owner.
When something lands with no obvious home, it comes to you.
Finance, about 40% of your time
Own the financial model.
Update it monthly, or weekly when needed. Build scenarios such as a fundraise, a cash view next to the accrual view, and unit economics like LTV:CAC and renewal curves.
Run the monthly close
with our external accountant. Review the numbers, catch errors before they reach the books, and report actuals against budget to the leadership team.
Get us ready to raise.

new markets, new distribution platforms and large partnerships.
Spot opportunities nobody owns,
such as an award, a partnership or a market, and move them without being asked.
Run one-off projects
for the CEO and the leadership team: research, business cases, incentive plans and process fixes.
What are we looking for from you:
A finance background.
Investment banking, private equity, venture capital or corporate finance. This is not optional.
Strong financial modelling.
You can build and run a company model from scratch, and explain it to people who do not work in finance.

Autonomous.
You make decisions on your own, with incomplete information, and you are comfortable with ambiguity.
A clear writer.
We work async, so most of your influence will happen in writing.
Low ego.
You do the unglamorous tasks as well as the strategic ones, and you see them as the way to learn the business.

- Serve as the operational point of contact for these onshore internal risk teams regarding third-party-specific findings and remediation requirements.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Oversee the governance and standardization of ongoing supplier performance monitoring activities executed by the offshore team.
- Coordinate with Business Owners and Procurement to collect and review performance data (e.g., SLA adherence, operational metrics) and integrate significant performance failures or deficiencies into the overall third-party risk profile.
- Ensure any critical performance issues are appropriately flagged for risk review and incorporated into continuous monitoring plans.
- Escalation and Remediation Management:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for all high-risk findings, process bottlenecks, and third-party non-compliance issues reported by the Offshore TPRM Operations Team.
- Work with Business Owners and Procurement to define, drive, and track third-party remediation plans, ensuring mitigation steps are completed within established timelines.
- 2nd Line of Defense Liaison & Governance Support:
- Act as the key operational liaison for the 2nd Line of Defense (Risk Oversight), compiling and delivering required operational data, metrics, and commentary on the coverage and control effectiveness of the TPRM program.
- Support the TPRM team in the preparation of reports and presentations on TPRM metrics, trends, and program effectiveness for leadership and Risk Committees.
- Program & Tool Support:
- Assist the TPRM team in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the TPRM system/tool, ensuring data integrity across the platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), risk management, compliance, or a related operational control function.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience working at a Big 4 (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG) or a similar major consulting firm is highly desirable.
- Operational Control: Proven experience acting as a process gatekeeper or reviewer, with specific experience in Quality Assurance (QA) for risk or compliance deliverables.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team and lead compensation for our international locations as Anthropic builds out its global presence. This role will support our international org on the strategy, design and execution of Anthropic's compensation programs, adapting a global framework to markets that work differently. It is a great fit for someone who has seen compensation excellence at scale and has operated in rapidly scaling, high-ambiguity environments with evolving scope.
You'll serve as connective tissue between a fast-moving regional business and a global Total Rewards team.
Responsibilities
Own compensation for our international locations (such as Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Japan, Australia, India, and beyond as the international team grows), building scalable processes and infrastructure across key markets
Support Anthropic's overall compensation framework, including salary, variable compensation and equity-based programs, and adapt it for local market practice, legal requirements, and competitive dynamics while keeping a consistent global philosophy
Operate as a strategic compensation business partner to international leadership, People Partners, and recruiting, building relationships and context to navigate ambiguous problems and recommend solutions tailored to Anthropic's unique needs
Own comp cycle execution end-to-end for international employees, including local market benchmarking, budget modeling, currency considerations, manager enablement, edge-case resolution, and exec-ready rollups, in partnership with the broader Total Rewards team
Navigate complex international regulatory environments, ensuring compliance with local pay and employment requirements across markets, including works councils, statutory pay and benefits requirements, pay transparency obligations, and country-specific equity and tax considerations, in close partnership with Legal and Equity
Build and maintain international benchmarking methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to People Partners, managers and leadership on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations, and job evaluations across regions
Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes that enable consistent, high-quality compensation decision-making across the organization
Develop and deliver enablement on our compensation philosophy and programs across Anthropic for your business stakeholders
You may be a good fit if you:
Have deep expertise in compensation, preferably in a high-growth environment, with direct experience across multiple countries or regions
Have a strong working knowledge of international compensation practices and the regulatory landscape across key markets, including works councils and pay transparency requirements
Have experience localizing global compensation programs
Excel at collaborating across time zones with exceptional cross-cultural communication skills
Have strong collaboration and program management skills, with a track record of taking on ambiguously-scoped projects and taking ownership to deliver great results
Thrive in strategic thinking while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution and detailed analysis
Are an exceptional communicator, particularly in writing
Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong candidates may also:
Speak languages relevant to our international markets (fluency in German, French, Japanese, or other languages is a plus)
Have supported a US-headquartered company through rapid international expansion
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
