Who We Are
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges.
Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship.
About the Opportunity
This is a hybrid onsite position. Candidates must be in the Bay Area, CA.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You'll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
VP of Communications, Replit
Replit is changing who gets to build software. As an agentic software creation platform, Replit enables anyone, from individual creators to teams inside the world’s largest companies, to turn natural language into applications, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, websites, and software that solves real problems.
We are looking for a Director or VP of Communications to lead Replit’s next chapter of storytelling, trust building, and market leadership.
This is a senior communications role for a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who can build and scale the communications function as Replit grows from a beloved developer platform into a defining company in AI, software creation, and enterprise transformation. This person will own Replit’s external and internal communications strategy, including strategic positioning and company narrative, media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, crisis communications, customer storytelling, flagship thought leadership, policy-related communications, and global awareness.
The role requires someone who can push through the noise, make the Replit story heard, and keep it part of the conversation. The Director / VP of Communications will develop a compelling narrative that evolves with the company, the product, and the market, and deliver it across media, policymakers, partners, customers, prospects, and employees. The role will also support Replit’s international awareness, with a focus on key markets in Europe and Asia.
This person must be both strategic and execution-oriented. They should have built or helped lead a communications function at a fast-growing technology company, or led communications and positioning for a leading institution. This is not a traditional press office role of adopting another company’s playbook in its entirety.
The person must be creative, scrappy, maybe even spiky: able to take what they know works as a foundation and build on it to make Replit a unique player that punches above its weight in a crowded, competitive marketplace.
Role
- Lead and scale Replit’s communications function, including communications strategy, team structure, agency management, operating rhythms, and execution standards.
- Build an AI-native communications function, with agents running repeatable work so a lean team focuses on judgment, relationships, and creative leaps.
- Develop and evolve Replit’s corporate narrative as the company expands across AI, developer tools, enterprise, consumer, education, and global markets.
- Own Replit’s strategic positioning: the upstream frameworks and intellectual capital that make every launch, stage, and story land better.
- Lead communications programs across company announcements, product launches, enterprise momentum, customer stories, partnerships, policy-related issues, executive visibility, awards, events, and thought leadership.
- Shape how the market understands Replit as an agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language.
- Build clear, credible narratives around AI-powered software creation, developer productivity, enterprise adoption, security, governance, education, and the future of work.
- Develop flagship thought leadership, signature reports, and third-party validator relationships that build enterprise and institutional trust.
- Partner with the CEO, executive team, and functional leaders on positioning, reputation, media strategy, internal communications, and high-stakes company moments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, AI, enterprise, developer, policy, and international media.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, partnerships, legal, policy, people, and finance to create coordinated communications programs that support company priorities.
- Lead or support internal communications, including company meetings, leadership messaging, employee announcements, change communications, and moments that help the company stay aligned as it scales.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications, including rapid response, issues management, crisis communications, and sensitive topics.
- Prepare executives and spokespeople for media interviews, podcasts, conferences, customer events, internal moments, and industry presentations, and earn premier stages for Replit’s leaders.
- Support Replit’s global communications strategy, with particular focus on expanding awareness in Europe and Asia.
- Track the AI, software, developer, enterprise, startup, and policy landscape to identify where Replit should lead, respond, or reframe the conversation.
- Build a communications culture that values speed, clarity, creativity, judgment, and proof.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, corporate affairs, or related fields for Director level; 15+ years for VP level.
- Experience building, scaling, or significantly expanding a communications or strategic positioning function at a fast-growing technology company or leading institution.
- Proven experience working directly with founders, CEOs, executives, and senior cross-functional leaders.
- Strong relationships with technology, business, enterprise, AI, developer, and/or policy media.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional communications programs on a global level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for users, developers, enterprise buyers, employees, policymakers, partners, and the press.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and how AI is changing software development, enterprise productivity, and the future of work.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and agentic tools, with a vision for AI-native communications operations.
- Track record of flagship thought leadership: signature reports, executive platforms, and ideas that shape an industry’s conversation.
- Experience earning third-party validation from leading institutions and policy communities for a scrutinized or emerging technology.
- Experience guiding communications through major inflection points: public-company transitions, landmark policy moments, category creation.
- Experience across several communications disciplines, including external communications, internal communications, media relations, executive communications, crisis communications, and strategic messaging.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling stories without losing substance.
- Cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, policy, finance, and people teams.
- Ability to see the big picture while operating in execution mode.
- Passionate about their craft and the impact they can have.
- Strong judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- A creative, resourceful, “do more with less” mindset.

Review and negotiate third-party (customer) paper, quickly identifying material risks, deviations from Incode's positions, and the handful of points truly worth negotiating.
Lead customer-facing calls and direct negotiations, advising the business on key commercial terms — limitation of liability, indemnification, term and renewal, SLAs, fees and pricing interplay, IP and trademark use, and termination.
Provide clear, documented sign-off for signature and partner with Legal Operations on Salesforce and legal software intake workflows.

Spotware is looking for a
Senior B2B Marketing Lead
to own the marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for the cTrader business direction.
This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation and brand building. You will turn market insight and commercial priorities into clear positioning, integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline contribution.
We are looking for a marketer who can own a business direction end to end: identify opportunities, shape the plan, align stakeholders and make it happen.
Spotware is an AI-first company with an established ecosystem of AI tools, agents, automations and connected workflows. You will use this environment to move faster and work smarter - not to start from zero, but to turn these capabilities into stronger B2B marketing outcomes.
What You Will Own
B2B marketing strategy and go-to-market roadmap for cTrader across brokers, prop firms, fintech companies and relevant partners.
Market understanding: ICP definition, segmentation, buyer journeys, competitive context and prioritisation of markets and audiences.
Positioning, messaging architecture and proof points that make cTrader clear, relevant and differentiated for each key audience.
Integrated marketing plans spanning product launches, demand generation, content, partner activity, events, webinars, paid media and lifecycle communications.
Marketing contribution to qualified demand and pipeline, in close partnership with Sales and the wider Marketing team.
Cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support around shared priorities, campaigns and feedback loops.
Ownership of the cTrader marketing budget: planning, allocation, spend control and performance tracking across priorities and channels.
An AI-first marketing operating model for the direction: applying and continuously improving the company’s connected AI workflows across research, planning, production, personalisation and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the B2B marketing plan for the cTrader business direction, translating commercial priorities into focused quarterly initiatives.
Work with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success and Support to understand market needs, customer objections, product priorities and growth opportunities.
Define and evolve positioning, audience-specific messaging, campaign angles, offers and calls to action.
Lead go-to-market plans for product launches, key features, new segments and strategic market initiatives.
Plan and orchestrate integrated campaigns across the right mix of channels, including content, email, paid media, webinars, partner campaigns, events, landing pages and nurture.
Brief and coordinate internal specialists and external partners across content, design, performance, CRM and campaign operations; ensure work is focused, timely and commercially relevant.
Create or oversee B2B content and sales enablement assets such as product narratives, case studies, presentations, landing pages, campaign materials and customer proof points.
Build and optimise marketing funnels for key audiences and accounts, spanning awareness, education, consideration, conversion and reactivation.
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, feedback loops and the connection between marketing activity and deal progression.
Use customer, market and campaign data to assess performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend clear next actions.
Own the cTrader marketing budget: plan, allocate and control spend, and track performance against strategic and commercial priorities.
Turn successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks and scalable processes.
Use Spotware’s existing AI-first capabilities to accelerate market research, segmentation, content production, campaign personalisation, reporting and operational execution - and identify new workflows worth scaling.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, growth marketing or revenue marketing.
Proven experience owning marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for a B2B product, business unit or product line.
Strong understanding of B2B positioning, ICPs, segmentation, buyer journeys, messaging and commercial storytelling.
Experience planning and running multi-channel campaigns, while knowing how to choose the right channels rather than applying a fixed playbook.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong ownership.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Support, content, design and performance teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex products into clear, persuasive narratives.
Commercial and analytical mindset: able to connect marketing activity with demand quality, pipeline and business outcomes.
Confidence working with CRM, marketing automation and campaign reporting; deep technical administration is not required.
Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
An AI-native mindset and genuine enthusiasm for Claude or ChatGPT. You are a true power user who uses at least one of them daily as a thinking and execution partner - to research, plan, write, analyse and improve marketing workflows, not as an occasional productivity tool.
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, trading platforms, brokerage technology, prop trading or financial markets.
Experience with account-based marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle marketing, webinars or industry events.
HubSpot certification and hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
LinkedIn Ads certification and practical experience running B2B paid acquisition campaigns.
Experience improving complex marketing workflows with AI agents, automation, data enrichment or connected tools.
