- You have been a trusted advisor to executives, shaping decisions and changing plans through your insight and judgment. You can credibly partner with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions, translate them into achievable hiring commitments, and bring stakeholders into alignment.
- You bring deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, alongside a clear view of how recruiting should evolve. You have improved hiring speed and efficiency through better processes, tools, and data, and can articulate where AI should change the work and where human judgment remains essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling ElevenLabs’ global Talent organization. You will help shape strategy, turn priorities into action, and lead work that requires deep talent expertise and focused execution. Your remit will span the entire Talent organization: GTM, G&A, and Technical recruiting, Talent Operations and Talent Programs. You will embed with teams where additional leadership or expertise can accelerate progress, and own high visibility projects sponsored by the Head of Talent and senior leadership across ElevenLabs.
- Turn Talent strategy into execution. Partner with the Head of Talent to identify priorities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate decisions into clear plans, owners, and outcomes. Bring an informed point of view on where the organization needs to invest or change, build alignment with Talent leaders and cross-functional partners, and follow through to delivery.
- Embed where you can make the greatest difference. Step into teams or initiatives that need additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity. Diagnose what is holding progress back and take responsibility for improving it, whether that means leading a hiring initiative, strengthening a process, or supporting a function through change. Build capability as you go, with clear ownership and a sustainable handover.
- Lead high visibility projects from idea to outcome. Own strategic initiatives sponsored by the Head of Talent and other senior leaders, such as new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns. Turn early ideas into focused experiments, lead the execution, and use evidence to decide what to scale, adapt, or stop.
- Improve how the Talent organization works together. Partner with Talent leaders to resolve issues that cut across teams, improve decision-making, and share effective practices. Use hiring data and direct experience to identify opportunities, and help turn successful approaches into repeatable ways of working, including better use of tools and AI.
REQUIREMENTS
- You bring deep talent expertise and have helped a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones. You understand what needs to evolve as hiring volume, team size, and business complexity increase.
- You are equally comfortable shaping strategy and delivering the work yourself. You can advise an executive on a difficult tradeoff, build a plan from an ambiguous brief, and go deep into a search, process, or team to understand and solve the underlying problem.
- You have led teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results. You can earn trust quickly, lead through influence or direct ownership, and strengthen the teams you support. You bring the judgment to know when to step in, when to coach, and when to hand ownership back.
- You have delivered high visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities. You can challenge an idea constructively, test it pragmatically, and communicate clearly about progress, results, and decisions needed.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a SDK Engineer - Python to join our SDK team and own how developers talk to Supabase from Python. You'll work closely with the rest of the SDK team, our Auth, Realtime, Storage, PostgREST, Functions, CLI and Docs teams, and the open-source community, helping us make the Python SDK a library Python developers genuinely enjoy using.
Python developers reach Supabase from backend services, data pipelines, notebooks, and a growing number of AI agents and agent frameworks. The Python SDK is how all of them talk to the platform: database queries, auth, storage, realtime and edge functions, in both sync and async flavors.
This is a library-authoring role, and the work happens in the open: public repos, public issue trackers, and API decisions whose consequences last for years. If you get satisfaction from a type checker that catches the bug before your users do, from an async client that cleans up after itself, and from an issue tracker that isn't a graveyard, you'll like it here.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Build and evolve our Python SDK across database, auth, storage, realtime and functions, with both sync and async APIs that feel natural in Python.
- Start new things. Alongside the maintenance work, find what's missing, make the case for it, and build it. Nobody will hand you the list.
- Work in the open. Triage inbound issues, review and shepherd outside contributions, keep CI and release automation healthy, and hold a clear, kind line on scope.
- Own the typing experience. Make the SDK fully typed and checker-friendly, so autocomplete and static analysis stay correct in real codebases.
- Keep us honest across environments. Multiple Python versions, sync and async frameworks, workers, serverless and notebooks — with dependency ranges that don't fight our users' projects. Test it, don't assume it.
- Work on realtime. Long-lived websocket connections, reconnection, and subscription and presence semantics.
- Track the platform. When auth, realtime, storage, postgrest or edge functions ship a change, make sure the SDK reflects it, and that we say so in the changelog.
- Design in public. Write the RFCs, migration guides, release notes and docs. Treat a breaking change as a deprecation path plus a migration story, not a version bump.
- Make our SDK legible to AI coding agents, which are now a major consumer of it.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Know modern Python typing deeply. You use generics, protocols, overloads and TypedDict as design tools, run strict type checking, and fix type errors without reaching for Any.
- Have authored or maintained a published library with a public API and users outside your own company. You know what it costs to change something people depend on.
- Know the maintainer side of open source. Issue triage at volume, reviewing outside PRs, release automation, changelogs and semver, security reports, and saying no to a feature request without losing the person who asked.
- Are fluent in asyncio and have opinions on how a library should serve both sync and async callers.
- Know Python packaging for libraries: pyproject.toml, wheels, modern tooling, version support policy, and why libraries shouldn't pin their dependencies tightly.
- Test as a habit: unit, type-level and end-to-end against a real stack. Every fix comes with a regression test.
- Write well. Design docs, changelogs and issue replies are a large part of the output here, much of it public, and we're async by default.
- Have real autonomy: you find the important work, scope it, ship it, and say what you didn't do.
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
- Are energized by solving real-world problems for developers
- Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly
Bonus points if you: have run a major-version migration for a public package, know your way around JWT/OAuth, have built integrations for AI agent frameworks, or have generated idiomatic clients from a schema.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3. Join us as we empower people to easily and freely digitize all the world’s assets on one open, programmable blockchain platform.
As the Finance Lead at Ava Labs, you will help manage and strengthen our financial operations within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry. This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership from identifying a need through delivering the result. You will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to drive financial clarity, maintain efficient operations, and ensure our financial practices align with regulatory requirements and business goals. You will partner with the CFO on financial execution and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to broader strategic initiatives as you grow in the role. Reports to the CFO.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead financial planning and forecasting across the business. Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and departmental decision-making.
- Hands-on Execution and Ownership: Personally drive finance projects from start to finish, including gathering and validating data, building models, investigating variances, and implementing solutions. Proactively identify what needs to be done and follow through to completion, independently resolving challenges and coordinating with others when their input or approval is needed.
- Operations and Compliance Oversight: Manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Oversee the handling of crypto and fiat transactions, ensuring efficient payments and settlements in close collaboration with the treasury team. Maintain and continuously refine existing systems for expense management, equity and compensation plans, travel arrangements, and accounts payable.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a financial liaison among engineering, compliance, business development, legal, and accounting teams. Work with People Operations and Human Resources to align financial processes with workforce planning.
- Performance Management: Track and report key financial and operational metrics. Partner with the Head of Business Operations and Analytics to analyze trends and variances and flag business risks and opportunities.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine financial processes and systems as the business scales, and recommend changes to existing workflows. Support the CFO in identifying processes that can be automated, planning, and implementation of automation.
- Investor Relations and Strategic Communication: Collaborate with the C-suite to prepare and present materials for board meetings and strategic updates. Experience in venture capital fundraising is a plus, although direct fundraising activities are not currently planned. Create visually engaging and digestible financial presentations that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, enhancing communication both within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Corporate Development and Strategy: Support the CFO on corporate development activity, including entity spinouts, divestitures, and asset sales, and help evaluate, structure, and execute potential investments, acquisitions, or similar strategic transactions as they arise.
- Tax Responsibilities: Support tax planning and compliance efforts, ensuring tax positions align with overall fiscal policy and legal requirements.
- Legal Agreement Review: Collaborate with the legal department to review the financial terms of contracts and agreements.
- Financial Communication: Communicate financial insights and risks clearly to the CFO and relevant stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Education: BA or BS in Finance or Accounting; an MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in finance within the digital assets or fintech sector. Proven track record in cryptocurrency management, international payments, and trading platforms. Experience in investment banking, corporate development, and fast-paced startup environments is highly valued.

The
Senior People Technology Solutions Lead
is a senior individual contributor responsible for advancing the technology capabilities that support SIE's global People organization. Grounded in People Technology and enterprise HR systems, this role combines a strong understanding of HR processes, platforms, data, integrations, and employee experiences with expertise in emerging technologies such as generative AI, AI agents, agentic orchestration, APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), automation, and AI-assisted development.
Reporting to the Senior Director of People Technology Services, this role serves as a technical practice lead for innovation within PTS. The Principal Platform Engineer works across HRIS, integrations, reporting and analytics, service delivery, and other People Technology areas to identify opportunities, establish technical direction, develop use cases, and turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions.
Success requires strong partnership across organizational boundaries. The role works closely with People & Places as PTS's key business stakeholder, understanding priorities and identifying opportunities where technology can improve employee experience, service delivery, efficiency, and insight. At the same time, the role connects PTS with the broader IT strategy and enterprise technology capabilities in areas such as AI and agents, service management, low-code development, data, integration, security, and architecture.
This is a hands-on senior technical role as well as an influential one. The Principal Platform Engineer operates with a strong bias for action, using Agile and iterative approaches to quickly turn ideas into learning and business value. Depending on the problem, that may mean developing a technical position or white paper, rapidly building a prototype or proof of concept, or incrementally evolving a solution toward production. The emphasis is on testing ideas early, learning from evidence, and continuously refining the approach while helping colleagues across PTS build the skills and confidence to use emerging technologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
People Technology Strategy & Innovation
Serve as a technical practice lead for emerging technology within PTS, helping establish direction for the practical and responsible adoption of AI, automation, orchestration, application extension, and other new capabilities.
Apply broad knowledge of HR technology, HR processes, workforce data, integrations, reporting, security, and service delivery when identifying opportunities and shaping solutions.
Translate developments in enterprise technology, vendor roadmaps, and internal capabilities into practical People Technology use cases, technical positions, and actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities across PTS where technology can reduce repetitive operational work, improve quality and employee experience, increase insight, or enable the team to focus greater capacity on higher-value activities.
Establish reusable approaches and solution patterns that allow successful ideas to scale across PTS rather than remaining isolated experiments.
AI, Automation & Agile Solution Delivery
Provide hands-on technical leadership for solutions using generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, APIs, MCP, workflow orchestration, automation, Codex, low-code technologies, and other emerging capabilities.
Use rapid prototyping and iterative delivery to test assumptions, demonstrate possibilities, gather feedback, and reduce uncertainty before committing to larger investments.
Break complex opportunities into smaller, testable increments that can demonstrate value quickly and inform subsequent decisions and development.
Lead technical design for complex or cross-platform solutions, evaluating build, buy, extend, integrate, automate, and orchestrate options based on business value, feasibility, architecture, security, user experience, and sustainability.
Apply appropriate AI patterns including grounding and retrieval, context management, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and human oversight.
Lead or contribute directly to prototypes, proofs of concept, and production implementations, remaining sufficiently hands-on to validate ideas and solve difficult technical problems.
Use evidence from prototypes, experiments, and delivered capabilities to determine whether to iterate, scale, change direction, or stop.
Partnership & Enterprise Collaboration
Partner with
People & Places
leaders and teams to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities and translate them into potential technology-enabled outcomes.
Connect PTS strategy and use cases with the broader
IT technology strategy
, identifying where enterprise platforms and shared capabilities can accelerate or improve People Technology solutions.
Collaborate with teams responsible for capabilities such as enterprise service management and employee-service experiences (e.g., ServiceNow), AI agents and conversational experiences (e.g., Moveworks), low-code development and workflow automation (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform), enterprise AI platforms, data, integration, security, and architecture.
Act as a boundary spanner across business and technology organizations, bringing together the appropriate expertise and capabilities to address opportunities that cross organizational or platform boundaries.
Represent the particular needs of People Technology, including sensitive workforce data, complex HR processes, employee experience, and regulatory considerations, while promoting reuse of enterprise capabilities and alignment with broader technology standards.
Influence, Adoption & Practice Development

Remain hands-on
, moving comfortably between technical strategy and practical execution, including prototypes, solution design, architecture, and difficult technical problems.
Build a practice, not a dependency
, increasing the ability of others to identify opportunities and use emerging technologies rather than becoming the person who must personally own every innovative solution.
Turn knowledge into influence and action
through clear recommendations, white papers, presentations, prototypes, experimentation, and disciplined discussions that lead to decisions and delivery.
Be technology curious, but not technology led
, embracing AI, agents, Codex, MCP, APIs, orchestration, low-code platforms, and emerging technologies while beginning with the problem and desired outcome.
Understand People Technology
, recognizing the intersection of complex HR processes, sensitive workforce data, employee experience, integrations, controls, and global requirements.

COMPANY
At 0x https://0x.org/, our mission is to "Create a Tokenized World Where All Forms of Value Can Flow Freely". We deliver this to web3 builders with a delightfully simple suite of developer APIs that provide faster trading, better prices, and superior user experience.
Founded in 2017, we’ve processed over 211M+ transactions and $180B+ in trading volume from users trading on Matcha, Coinbase Wallet, Robinhood Wallet, Phantom, Rainbow, DefiLlama, MetaMask, Zerion, Zapper, and many more. Our investors include Greylock Partners, Pantera Capital, and Jump Crypto.
When you join 0x, you’ll become part of a veteran team of crypto builders who know the importance of code quality, team cohesion, and a culture of learning.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Behind every 0x trade is a lot of hard work. We integrate hundreds of liquidity sources, optimize for gas, slippage and latency, split routes and simulate every result to get traders the best possible outcome. The API Products team turns that routing logic into easy-to-integrate APIs that wallets, exchanges, trading apps, bridges and developers around the world rely on.
This team of four built, maintains and continues to evolve our flagship Swap, Gasless and Cross-Chain APIs, which have moved billions in volume. Next, they’re building new products that give developers even more tools for building trading apps.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to expand what the API Products team can take on. You’ll lead projects from first idea to production, on new products and on the APIs that are already live, working closely with our product team and some of our biggest customers. This is a hands-on IC role for someone who wants real ownership and works well with little direction. Remote, EU timezones preferred.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build new APIs and trading products, from researching the problem and designing the architecture to shipping the first version.
- Maintain and extend our existing APIs, including support for new chains, bridges and customer-requested features.
- Keep our APIs fast and reliable as traffic grows, and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Investigate failed trades and stuck transfers using logs, traces and onchain data, and resolve the root cause.
- Work with product, legal and GTM, turning business and compliance needs into technical decisions.
- Write design documents for your work and review your teammates’ designs and pull requests.
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience, including at least 2 years in DeFi at a trading app, wallet, DEX aggregator, onchain data company or similar.
- Senior or Lead Engineer with a track record of owning complex projects end to end.
- Built and maintained developer-facing APIs.
- Deep onchain knowledge, especially EVM: how transactions work, including calldata, contract interfaces, gas and approvals.
- Strong system design experience for production-scale backend services.
- You’re an AI power user who uses it to multiply your impact as an engineer, yet you don’t let it replace your judgment.
- Clear communicator, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs to non-engineers.
- Aligned with our core values https://0x.org/post/the-0x-mission-and-values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact.
- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with cross-chain/bridging, or DEX aggregation.
- Experience with other ecosystems outside of EVM such as Solana.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or Rust, our main languages.
BENEFITS
- The base salary range for this position is USD $150,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability) for U.S.-based employees — 100% of base plan covered for you and dependents
- 401k and FSA for U.S.-based employees
- Monthly mobile phone bill, wellness, and pre-tax transportation expense
- Covered mental health benefits (included professional therapy sessions)
- A supportive remote environment
- Lunch reimbursement for all employees across the globe!
- Stipend for your ideal remote / WFH set-up: headphones, and any other work gear you may need
- 12-week paid parental leave
- Great office conveniently located in the SF Financial District for those in the region!
- Flexible vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)

This includes not making such decisions based on the status itself, as well as any associations, perceptions, and assumptions made regarding these statuses. 0x will also consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a way that is consistent with San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance and similar local laws. About the Team
The People Strategy & Transformation (PST) is PointClickCare's HR strategy, organizational design, and portfolio management pillar. The team includes HR Business Partners, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, People Experience, and the HR Strategy & Enablement function, with a dotted-line partnership to Internal Communications. PST is responsible for ensuring HR's work across every Center of Excellence is planned, resourced, sequenced, and tracked against business outcomes — spanning a portfolio of Pillar Initiatives, Cross-Pillar Projects, and Program Roll-Ups delivered across all four HR solution groups.
Position Summary:
The Director, People Strategy and HR Portfolio (Project) Management s is the VP, People Strategy & Transformation's strategic thought partner in building and running PointClickCare's HR Portfolio Management Office (HR PMO) — co-designing the strategy, governance model, capacity methodology, and dashboard reporting that let HR plan, resource, and track its work against business outcomes. This is a net-new function: no HR PMO currently exists at PointClickCare, and this role will design these mechanics in partnership with the VP rather than operate a system someone else has already built.
Operating with significant design authority but without direct reports or final decision rights on cross-functional trade-offs, this role earns influence through the credibility of the mechanics it builds and runs. It operates across all four HR solution groups without formal authority over any of them, serves as the VP's thought partner on HR strategy and the HR SLT prioritization process, and convenes HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications to coordinate how HR's work reaches the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and run the HR Portfolio Management Office’s core operating mechanics
Design and maintain the capacity management methodology, including the heat map model and the oversubscription thresholds used to flag resourcing conflicts across HR COEs
Own and run the Portfolio Council governance cadence end to end — intake, capacity check, tier assignment, publish, mid-quarter check, and close-out
Build and maintain the integrated HR initiative dashboard, ensuring data currency and accuracy across every active Pillar Initiative, Cross-Pillar Project, and Program Roll-Up
Example deliverable: a quarterly Portfolio Council capacity heat map showing every HR COE’s current initiative load, used to approve or defer new initiative intake
Serve as strategic thought partner to the VP, People Strategy & Transformation
Co-design the HR SLT prioritization process and criteria used to evaluate and sequence HR initiatives each planning cycle
Co-design the OKR and scorecard measurement architecture — what gets measured, how it rolls up, and the cadence it runs on
Co-author and stress-test the HR Strategy on a Page, contributing independent analysis before it is finalized by the VP
Example deliverable: a documented HR SLT prioritization framework — criteria, weighting, and process — adopted for the FY28 planning cycle
Own capacity management and project plan oversight across the full HR initiative portfolio
Track progress against committed business outcomes, not activity completion alone, across every active HR initiative
Maintain consistent project plan structure, milestone tracking, and dependency mapping in partnership with each initiative’s named Delivery Lead
Proactively surface cross-COE capacity collisions and resourcing conflicts before they reach Portfolio Council
Example deliverable: a consolidated project plan view across all active Program Roll-Ups, flagging dependency risk before it affects a committed milestone
Convene HR initiative stakeholders and Internal Communications on a recurring cadence
Establish and run a recurring go-to-market coordination cadence bringing together initiative Delivery Leads and Internal Communications
Sequence the timing and stakeholder readiness of HR initiative rollouts to the business, avoiding duplicate or conflicting messages landing in the same window
Maintain a shared go-to-market calendar visible to HR SLT, showing what is launching, when, and to whom
Example deliverable: a quarterly HR go-to-market calendar sequencing every planned initiative rollout to the business, reviewed and approved by HR SLT before the quarter begins
Represent HR in enterprise planning and governance forums
Serve as the primary operational liaison to the Strategic Delivery Office, aligning HR’s initiative classification and intake practices to enterprise taxonomy
Represent HR’s initiative portfolio and capacity picture in the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning cadence
Flag enterprise-level dependencies or conflicts affecting HR’s ability to deliver against committed priorities
Example deliverable: HR’s consolidated initiative and capacity submission into the Corporate Strategy Group’s quarterly planning sprint, reflecting current Portfolio Council status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10–15 years of experience in program/portfolio management, management consulting, or a PMO leadership capacity, including demonstrated experience designing — not only operating — portfolio governance, capacity management, or OKR measurement systems
A track record serving as a strategic thought partner to a senior leader, with evidence of shaping that leader's thinking rather than only executing direction
Demonstrated experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments without formal authority over the teams being coordinated
Strong data and dashboard fluency — comfortable architecting reporting tools and the metrics model behind them, not just maintaining an existing build
Executive-level communication skills — this role prepares materials for and interacts directly with VP-level stakeholders across every HR pillar
Experience convening cross-functional stakeholder groups to coordinate sequencing and alignment on complex, multi-team initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Experience building a PMO or governance function from scratch, in a design capacity, rather than operating within an already-mature one
HR domain experience, including familiarity with COE structures and business-outcome-linked workforce initiatives
Experience partnering with internal communications or marketing functions on coordinated, multi-stakeholder rollouts
