BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions globally. We offer spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services for both individual investors and institutional clients.
The Consumer Mobile team builds the Kraken app, the interface millions of people use to interact with their money. We work primarily in React Native to make complex financial experiences intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. Our product-minded engineers work closely with Product and Design to understand client problems, challenge assumptions, shape solutions, and measure whether what we ship improves the experience.
We are expanding into Asia and building a new app specifically for Asian users. This requires genuine experience with the region’s distinct user expectations, design language, and technical constraints compared with Western markets.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Build and own high-quality React Native features end to end, from ambiguous client problems and solution design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner closely with Product and Design to shape thoughtful, responsive, and trustworthy financial experiences, including product discovery, trading, and simplified client journeys
- Work with APIs and dynamic or real-time data, making strong decisions on state management, rendering, performance, architecture, and reliability
- Raise the product-engineering bar through technical discussions, code reviews, collaboration, strong product ownership, and a willingness to move between product and technical challenges
- Help build Kraken’s new app for Asian markets. Act as the team’s subject-matter guide on regional UX and design expectations, practical approaches to firewall and connectivity restrictions, and appropriate vendors and tooling such as telemetry solutions
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong React Native experience, including shipping meaningful production applications and making sound architectural and implementation decisions in a modern mobile codebase
- A product-building mindset and strong product judgment. You start with the client problem, challenge or simplify requirements when needed, and turn loosely defined problems into measurable product outcomes
- End-to-end feature ownership, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, client behavior, and feedback to assess and improve what you ship
- Experience building responsive, data-rich applications using APIs and dynamic or real-time data, alongside close collaboration with Product and Design in written and verbal English
- Versatility and thoughtful AI use. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and use tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to work faster while retaining responsibility for engineering judgment and quality
- Proven experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for Asian markets. You understand the region’s UX and design conventions, its technical limitations, and how to navigate launch challenges including firewall and connectivity restrictions. You can clearly explain how you have solved these problems before
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, payments, or another financial technology environment, with an understanding of trading, investing, or financial products
- Experience with real-time or streaming data, and improving mobile application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across a range of devices
- Experience across both mobile and web, or in a startup or small-to-medium-sized technology company where engineers work closely with Product and Design
- Native mobile experience in Swift or Kotlin, including sound judgment about when to work below the React Native layer
- Chinese language proficiency, such as Mandarin, or another Asian language
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
ABOUT THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
______________________________________________________________________

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Vendor Admin Lead to own vendor master data for our global Finance Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Global Accounts Payable, you will be the single point of accountability for who our vendors are and get paid: onboarding, bank-detail verification, supporting documentation vetting, data quality and the controls around all of it. Anthropic's vendor base is growing quickly across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a clean, verified vendor data is what keeps a fast-growing company scale with the necessary controls.
This role is deliberately separate from invoice processing and payments. You will control vendor records and bank details; you will not book invoices or move money. That separation is the point of the role, and you will own the SOX controls that enforce it and help design the access model that keeps it that way.
This is an opportunity to build a vendor-master function from the ground up and leverage process automation with Claude while supporting the team making AI safe.
Responsibilities
Supplier onboarding
Run intake for every new vendor and payee: validate completeness, collect and verify supporting documentation, and enable records in the ERP backbone system against agreed service levels
Validate supporting documents; set 1099-reportable and tax flags correctly
Confirm third-party risk and restricted-party screening before activation
Set up one-time and non-vendor payees with the right record type rather than forcing them through full onboarding
Partner with TPRM and IA teams on control requirements and continuous process improvement
1099 annual reporting
Bank details and fraud prevention
Own every bank-detail setup and change; validate against a bank letter on letterhead or an approved equivalent (void checks, etc.)
Run independent callbacks per policy using contact details sourced independently of the request, and record the evidence
Validate international bank formats and addresses (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, ABA, SEPA, BSB, IFSC, Japanese bank/branch codes)
Identify and escalate business-email-compromise attempts and other payment-fraud red flags
Data quality and maintenance
Maintain vendor structure: parent/child and remit-to relationships, entity and country records, contacts and payment terms
Lead vendor consolidation: eliminate duplicate vendors and bank accounts, execute merges and inactivations in batched, logged, reviewed changes
Run periodic health reviews for dormant vendors, stale bank letters, missing tax forms and incomplete records; drive 1099 and TIN readiness for year-end
Own periodic vendor deactivation campaigns
Controls and audit
Own the vendor-master SOX controls as the named control owner: maker-checker on every create and change, change-log review, evidence retained on every record
Prepare the periodic review of bank-detail changes paid, and address Internal Audit and external auditor requests
Partner with Finance Systems to design and maintain ERP security roles so vendor master, invoicing and payments stay separated
Flag any suspicious vendor set-up activity through the appropriate channels
Process, systems and improvement
Own vendor-master documentation, intake checklists, requester guidance and service levels
Serve as the vendor-data expert through process migrations, including data conversion and post-migration fixes
Partner on automation: AI-assisted intake validation, document extraction, bank-format checks and a vendor self-service portal
Report monthly on onboarding volume, cycle time, bank changes, exceptions and data quality, and use the data to improve the process
Minimum qualifications
7+ years in vendor master or AP operations with 3+ years of ownership
Owned a vendor master in an ERP end to end — process, controls and data — across multiple entities and countries
Hands-on experience verifying bank details and preventing payment fraud: bank letters, independent callbacks, BEC red flags, international bank formats
Experience with vendor tax documentation: W-9/W-8 validation, TIN matching, VAT/GST IDs, 1099 flagging
Working knowledge of procure-to-pay controls — segregation of duties, maker-checker, change logs, audit evidence — and have performed or owned a SOX control
Led a vendor data cleanup, consolidation or ERP migration and can show the outcome
The confidence to hold the line with requesters, vendors and senior stakeholders under time pressure while staying clear and helpful
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets (dedupe, lookups, reconciliations) and exceptional attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
Workday Financials vendor management, and experience with Zip, Coupa or a similar procure-to-pay platform
SOX experience at a public company or one preparing to go public
Experience supporting APAC and EMEA vendors in a high-growth, multi-entity company
Experience designing or reviewing ERP security roles with a systems team
Comfort using AI tools to automate validation, follow-ups and reporting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$190,000

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
