We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships behind how we reward Wealthsimple clients for their everyday spend and deepen their relationship with us. You'll own our perks and rewards ecosystem end to end: credit card partnerships, Milestone Rewards, Wealthsimple Offers, and the credit card cashback marketplace. The job is to turn these programs into a reason clients bring more of their financial lives to us, measured in adoption, consolidation, and engagement. You'll source, negotiate, and launch partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the country, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for someone who's done perks and rewards before and wants to own the function end to end.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Own credit card partnerships end to end: source, negotiate, and land partner-funded, card-native perks with national, household-name brands.
- Grow Wealthsimple Offers and the credit card cashback marketplace: build the roster across our top spend categories (travel, telecom, insurance, entertainment, grocery, transportation) and drive client adoption and redemption.
- Own Milestone Rewards: shape the mechanics and partner mix, and make the calls on when to revamp, expand, or retire.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing economics that work for both our clients and the business.
- Turn card and marketplace data into a pipeline: find where the spend, the frequency, and the client value actually are, then go win those partners.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, PMM, Brand, Product, and data to launch, measure, and scale each program.
- Own the targets: offers live, unique clients engaging, redemption rates, and perks live per quarter, all tied to adoption, consolidation, and engagement.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, partnerships, and/or product-adjacent roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Perks and rewards experience. You've built or run a perks, rewards, or loyalty program before. This is the core of the role and we're looking for someone who's lived it, not read about it.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial outcomes, hitting targets, and turning partnerships into value.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to assess trade-offs, economics, and scalability, and real comfort in spend and redemption data.
- Strategic partnership execution. Demonstrated experience developing and executing partnerships that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- A 0-to-1 operator. Experience launching, building, or scaling programs in a new market with a high degree of autonomy.
- High urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Credit card, card-linked offer, interchange, or payments experience. If you've worked on card perks or a card-linked marketplace, we especially want to talk.
- A loyalty pedigree: experience at a fintech, a financial institution, or a consumer brand with a serious loyalty program.
- Hands-on data skills: SQL or a BI tool (Looker, Preset, Tableau, or similar) to interrogate spend and redemption yourself.

Location: Commercial Point, OH
Weekly Pay | 35% Babylist Discount | Paid Holidays | Paid Healthcare Benefits
What the Role Is
Own the day-to-day operations of our Commercial Point, Ohio Fulfillment Center — front desk, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and workplace safety. This is a build role: the operating playbook doesn't exist yet — spend tracking, vendor terms, a furniture-request process — and you'll define them. You'll own real recurring budgets (kitchen, office supplies, engagement spend), partner on-site with the Safety Committee, and co-own culture programming across all three shifts with FC leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
, reporting to the General Manager, Fulfillment Operations.
About Pay
We pay competitive market rates.
Starting salary for this position is
$68,138 to $81,755 annually
Holidays Observed
The Fulfillment Center is closed on the following days for this shift in 2026:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Years Day (2027)
All shifts receive
4 floating holidays
in addition to the holidays observed, so you can celebrate what matters to you the most, whenever that may be.
Who You Are
You've owned a recurring operating budget and vendor relationships
— you've tracked spend, negotiated directly with suppliers, and reported against a budget, not just placed reorders.
You build process where none exists
— you've created the tracker, the policy, the workflow, not just run one you were handed.
You're self-directed
— you catch what the building needs before someone flags it, and you close the loop without being chased.
You know the rhythm of a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment
and move through it with confidence.
You're genuinely energized by building culture
— not just tolerating the "plan the events" part of the job.
You have strong written and verbal communication and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
You're proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and comfortable with basic inventory/order-management tools.
You have 2+ years in office administration, facilities coordination, or operations.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Own the front desk and guest experience
— be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and scheduled guests, and keep reception clean, professional, and running smoothly.
Own supplies and vendor relationships end-to-end
— keep the kitchen and office-supply areas fully stocked, manage deliveries, restocks, and quality, and negotiate terms directly with suppliers.
Own the budgets
— track and report monthly on the kitchen and office-supply budgets (plus engagement and furniture spend as it comes online), staying within budget and keeping spend transparent.
Build the processes that don't exist yet
— spend tracking, a furniture-request policy, vendor terms — and document them so they outlast you.
Partner with the Safety Committee
as on-site support, reinforcing a culture of safety and compliance across the FC.
Co-own FC culture
— co-lead the "Fun Committee" with FC leadership (GM + HRBP) to plan events, recognition, and wellness, and keep the experience consistent across day, night, and weekend shifts.
Own internal comms
for the events calendar so every shift stays informed and engaged.
Why This Role
You're building the operational playbook for this FC from scratch — the spend tracking, vendor terms, and furniture process don't exist yet; you define them.
Real ownership from day one — your own budgets, your own vendor relationships, your own culture programming, not a support seat.
Your impact is felt daily, on every shift, in a building where a well-run workplace shows.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Circle's partnerships function, building programs and relationships that strengthen Circle's brand while driving meaningful business outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, creators, content, and growth. You'll be responsible for translating Circle's broader company priorities into a forward-looking partnerships strategy, identifying where and how we invest, developing our most important creator and strategic relationships, and ensuring those investments translate into measurable impact across customer growth, brand awareness, and market position.
A core part of the role is bringing strong creative and commercial judgment to the work, operating as a genuine strategic partner to the people on the other side of the table. You'll cultivate and maintain those relationships directly, building campaigns, offers, content, and experiences that feel authentic to their audiences — and developing strategies that grow revenue for both parties, so that Circle and the partner each achieve their own goals rather than just executing against Circle's priorities.
You'll also build the systems, team, and operating model required to scale the function, moving successful initiatives from one-off execution into repeatable programs that can grow without depending on a single person to drive every detail. This is essential to the function’s ability to achieve significant impact on ICP trials and for the director to be successful in this role. In addition to the operational expertise to move something from incubation to repeatable system, this role has to also be creative enough to continuously develop new strategic programs.
Reporting to our SVP, Ecosystem, you'll work closely with Circle's founders and leadership team, as well as teammates across Community Growth, Media, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, our Design Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own Circle's Partnerships strategic planning, and roadmap, using deep, company-wide knowledge of Circle's business, strategy, and goals to originate new concepts and ideas that extend the function's impact beyond its current scope — connecting partnership investments to company priorities, measurable business outcomes, and providing strategic direction to managers across multiple areas and operations.
- Take ownership of the function's contribution to new business and other agreed performance goals, using those outcomes to inform where we invest, what we build, and how we prioritize.
- Build repeatable partnership programs and playbooks that allow successful initiatives such as webinars, challenges, creator campaigns, launches, and event activations to scale without requiring the same level of hands-on involvement each time.
- Develop a forward-looking quarterly and annual partnership plan across creator partnerships, strategic relationships, campaigns, launches, events, and other high-impact opportunities.
- Lead Circle's highest-value creator and strategic partnerships, including relationship development, opportunity identification, deal strategy, negotiation, creative direction, and long-term growth.
- Shape the content and creative strategy behind major partnerships, working closely with partners to develop ideas that are authentic to their audience, differentiated in the market, and effective for Circle. This includes bringing in leadership on a case-by-case basis in areas where there could be partnership impact across multiple functions.
- Bring a strong marketing mindset into partnership development, including offer strategy, audience journeys, conversion opportunities, and ways Circle and its partners can create greater value together over time.
- Develop a sophisticated measurement framework for brand activities (i.e. event sponsorships, activations, etc.), so we are leveraging data and insight to inform investments and decisions.
- Establish clear measurement, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for the function, using performance and qualitative insights to improve future investments.
- Support cross-functional teams in a consultative capacity on any content-forward initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent https://englishonline.britishcouncil.org/free-english-level-test-cefr-2/), as most collaboration at Circle happens asynchronously.
- 10+ years of experience building 6-7 figure strategic partnerships, creator programs, brand initiatives, or strategic growth programs within SaaS, technology, the creator economy, or a similarly fast-moving industry.
- Strong business development skills including pipeline management, negotiation, partner development, and cross-functional project management.
- Performance marketing instincts and an understanding of how partnerships can drive both brand value and measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Circle's customers, the creator economy, and the broader market, with a point of view on where Circle can build differentiated relationships and influence.
- Experience developing and growing high-value relationships, with strong judgment around deal structure, negotiation, partner dynamics, and long-term opportunity.
- Exceptional content and creative instincts, with the ability to understand an audience, identify a compelling story, and translate Circle's value into ideas that feel native to a creator or partner.
- The ability to move fluidly between brand strategy and performance, understanding how strong storytelling, offers, funnels, campaigns, and distribution work together.
- A track record of turning successful one-off initiatives into repeatable programs, systems, and playbooks that can scale through a team.
- Strong strategic planning skills and in-depth knowledge of the partnerships function, Circle's broader business strategy, and company-wide goals — with the judgment to translate ambiguous, cross-functional, abstract situations into clear strategy and direction, anticipate future needs, identify opportunities early, prioritize investments, and keep the function operating ahead of the business rather than reacting to it.
- Experience managing and developing a team through senior managers or managers-of-managers, not only direct individual contributors — setting clear expectations, delegating full ownership of a sub-area rather than staying close to execution, coaching judgment, and building greater autonomy over time.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across teams without needing direct authority.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Location: Lisbon
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager, Missions - Portugal
- Location: Portugal
- Department: Mission Sales
- Reports to: VP Missions Sales Spain & Portugal, dotted line to CEO Portugal
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (Lisbon office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. Portuguese national security clearance and SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Business Development Manager, Missions – Portugal, you’ll help accelerate ICEYE’s sovereign satellite and ISR mission growth in Portugal.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action: engaging customers, following up opportunities, building pipeline, keeping Salesforce accurate, supporting bid activity, and helping ICEYE show up strongly in the regional defence, space, and dual-use government ecosystem. It is also a thinking role: you define the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO, ground it in analysis, and execute it with discipline. We are looking for someone analytical and paranoid about disciplined sales execution: every opportunity qualified, every follow-up on time, every record accurate.
You will work closely with the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal as a trusted partner in day-to-day commercial execution, with dotted-line collaboration with the ICEYE Portugal CEO to ensure strong local alignment. By helping manage customer engagement, regional opportunities, events, and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support ICEYE’s ambition to become the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations. While Missions is your line of business, you represent ICEYE as a single company: you quickly identify opportunities outside Missions – satellite data, analytics solutions – follow up on them, and connect them to the right ICEYE teams.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO and VP Missions Sales, and translate it into campaign plans, target accounts, and a disciplined execution rhythm.
- Develop and qualify commercial opportunities in Portugal, supporting the growth of ICEYE’s Missions pipeline.
- Engage with government, defence, space, and industry dual-use stakeholders, end-users, including ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, primes, associations, and commercial partners.
- Support the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal with customer follow-up, meeting preparation, opportunity tracking, and regional account activity.
- Maintain accurate and timely Campaign plans and Salesforce records, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, next steps, and opportunity status. Run a disciplined execution cadence: no stale opportunities, no missed follow-ups.
- Quickly identify and follow up on opportunities outside the Missions line of business (e.g., satellite data and analytics solutions), and bring in the right ICEYE teams so nothing is dropped – ensuring customers always experience ICEYE as one company.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and other internal experts to support bids, proposals, customer presentations, and technical-commercial responses.
- Help coordinate ICEYE’s Portugal commercial presence at regional events, sectorial associations, regional or local exhibitions, industry forums, and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Missions, and other teams to ensure joined-up customer engagement and strong regional positioning.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support regional planning and prioritisation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or capture within defence, aerospace, space, ISR, NATO, or other high-technology environments.
- Experience working with both government/public-sector customers and commercial or industry partners.
- Familiarity with the defence and space ecosystem in Portugal, including relevant government bodies, agencies, primes, integrators, or industry associations.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage opportunities in a structured way, including lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical by default: you build the territory and account case with data, qualify rigorously, and are paranoid about disciplined sales execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, Finland or other ICEYE locations.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, capture plans, gate reviews, or proposal development.
Nice to haves:
- Previous military, government, or defence-sector experience.
- Exposure to earth observation, satellite systems, or defence intelligence solutions.
- Existing network across ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, local primes, or defence and space associations.
- Experience applying GenAI or AI-enabled tooling to business development, sales, market intelligence, CRM hygiene, proposal preparation, stakeholder mapping, or other commercial workflows.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley or similar.

Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide. Operating at the scale of one of the world's top-50 websites, we solve complex engineering challenges and create solutions that power real-time entertainment for a global audience.
We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to own a new ML stream focused on fast delivery of applied machine learning solutions across different product and business domains.
The stream will work with a broad range of ML challenges. Some initiatives may be relatively small and delivered within a few weeks, while others may prove their value and grow into larger dedicated projects.
This role combines hands-on ML engineering with end-to-end technical delivery ownership. You will receive product problems and expected outcomes from Product or internal stakeholders, clarify the technical requirements and constraints, define the implementation approach, coordinate execution within the stream, and bring solutions to production readiness and launch.
This is a highly hands-on role. The stream will not have a dedicated software engineer for every initiative, so we expect Data Scientists and ML Engineers to be comfortable working beyond experimentation and contributing directly to production code.
The role is not tied to a single ML domain. We value strong ML fundamentals, engineering skills, pragmatism, and the ability to quickly understand new problem areas more than deep specialization in one particular class of models.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
Turn product and business problems into concrete ML implementation plans.
Clarify requirements, constraints, available data, integrations, and success criteria together with Product and relevant stakeholders.
Define technical scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates.
Select appropriate ML approaches and determine the fastest reliable way to validate and implement them.
Drive technical delivery through experimentation, implementation, integration, deployment, and launch readiness.
Keep delivery on track, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
Provide Product with clear technical options, trade-offs, estimates, risks, and experiment results required for product decisions.
Support production rollout and iteration based on observed results.
Hands-on ML & Engineering
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across different domains and problem types.
Write production-quality Python and contribute directly to implementation.
Build APIs, batch jobs, data-processing pipelines, and ML services required to deliver solutions where appropriate.
Work with classical ML, deep learning, and foundation-model-based approaches depending on the problem.
Process and transform large production datasets using Python and SQL.
Integrate models into existing production systems.
Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for delivered ML solutions.
Work within the shared ML infrastructure, architecture, and engineering practices used across the company.
Collaborate with Data Science, Backend, Data Engineering, and MLOps specialists when deeper domain expertise or infrastructure changes are required.
Stream Execution
Break initiatives down into concrete technical tasks and coordinate execution within the stream.
Coordinate the work of Data Scientists and ML Engineers contributing to stream initiatives.
Review technical approaches, experiments, and implementation.
Keep the team focused on the agreed scope, priorities, and delivery timeline.
Identify technical risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
Escalate architectural, infrastructure, or methodological questions when broader alignment is required.
Help prepare successful initiatives for scaling or transition into longer-term ownership if they grow beyond the scope of the stream.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Independently gather the technical details and constraints required to execute on a product request.
Communicate estimates, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
Work directly with Engineering and other internal teams to unblock implementation.
Challenge technically unclear, contradictory, or infeasible requirements and propose practical alternatives.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
Strong hands-on Python programming and software engineering skills.
Experience taking ML solutions from a product requirement through experimentation, implementation, integration, and production.
Strong understanding of machine learning methods, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
Experience writing maintainable production code rather than working exclusively in notebooks.
Experience building APIs, services, batch processing, or data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large production datasets.
Practical experience with Docker and production deployment environments.
Ability to turn partially defined problems into concrete technical plans.
Ability to estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and drive technical execution against a timeline.
Experience owning technical delivery involving several contributors and coordinating work across dependencies.
Experience reviewing code and technical approaches.
Ability to work effectively within established engineering and ML practices while independently owning delivery within a stream.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with Product and technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance speed and engineering quality: validate ideas quickly when uncertainty is high and build robust solutions when moving towards production.
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Stream Lead, or technical owner of ML initiatives.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD.
Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms.
Experience with Airflow, MLflow, experiment tracking, model monitoring, or similar tooling.
Experience building real-time or high-load ML services.
Experience with FastAPI or similar Python service frameworks.
Experience across several ML domains, such as recommendation systems, ranking, NLP/LLMs, Computer Vision, anomaly detection, forecasting, or classification.
Experience with LLM inference, fine-tuning or other GenAI systems.
Experience in teams where Data Scientists and ML Engineers own a substantial part of production implementation themselves.
