ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.

THE ADVENTURE AHEAD 🚀
As the Senior Product Engineer II, you bring expert-level proficiency in frontend engineering, building complex, high-quality product experiences with Angular and TypeScript. You own frontend features end-to-end — from architecture and state management through API integration, testing, performance, accessibility, and production deployment.
While your primary expertise is frontend, you're comfortable crossing system boundaries when needed. You can understand service contracts, navigate backend code, and work effectively with PHP and TypeScript services to diagnose issues, evolve integrations, and deliver complete customer experiences without treating the backend as a black box.
Beyond your technical output, you function as the de facto technical anchor of your squad. You don't hold a management title, but you drive frontend technical direction, mentor peers, coordinate across functions, and ensure your team ships high-quality software consistently. You're the person others turn to when frontend architecture gets complex, customer experiences span multiple systems, or delivery is at risk.
THE DAY-TO-DAY ⚒️
- Architect the Experience: Drive complex, multi-sprint frontend initiatives, defining scalable component architecture, state management, integration patterns, and technical direction.
- Own the Experience End-to-End: Take customer-facing functionality from product and design requirements through implementation, API integration, automated testing, observability, and production deployment.
- Set the Standard: Write exemplary TypeScript code, establish reusable patterns and clear architectural boundaries, and make durable technical decisions that keep frontend systems scalable, maintainable, performant, and easy to evolve.
- Work Across Boundaries: Understand service and API contracts, navigate backend and integration code when needed, and partner effectively with engineers working in PHP, Node.js/TypeScript, and platform services to solve problems across the full request lifecycle.
- Anchor the Squad: Scope timelines, break down complex work, coordinate dependencies across product and platform teams, and maintain continuous delivery momentum across multiple sprints.
- Level Up the Team: Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions while raising the bar for frontend testing, accessibility, performance, CI/CD, observability, and technical-debt management.
- Partner for Impact: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, SRE, and platform engineers to translate customer problems into intuitive, reliable experiences and clearly communicate technical and UX tradeoffs.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS⚡️
- Frontend Expertise: 6+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise building modern web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of component architecture, application state, routing, reactive programming, design systems, frontend performance, accessibility, and the patterns required to evolve large-scale web applications.
- Product Engineering Mindset: A proven track record of owning customer-facing functionality from ambiguous requirements through polished production experiences, balancing engineering quality with usability and business outcomes.
- Integration Fluency: Comfortable working with REST APIs, service contracts, authentication, asynchronous workflows, and distributed systems, with the ability to navigate backend code to troubleshoot issues and safely evolve integrations.
- Engineering Excellence: Hands-on experience with automated testing across unit, integration, and E2E layers, alongside CI/CD, frontend observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and pragmatic technical-debt management.
- Technical Force Multiplier: Able to guide engineers through technical uncertainty, unblock complex frontend problems, establish reusable patterns, raise engineering standards, and mentor others through design discussions, code reviews, and pairing.
- Collaborative Communicator: Strong at working across Engineering, Product, Design, QA, and SRE, translating technical tradeoffs without jargon and constructively challenging decisions to deliver better customer experiences.
BONUS POINTS 🌟
- Design System Experience: Experience building or evolving shared component libraries and design systems across large applications or multiple product surfaces.
- Performance & Accessibility: Strong knowledge of web performance, accessibility standards, browser behaviour, and the tooling used to measure and continuously improve frontend quality.
- Cross-Stack Curiosity: Experience making targeted changes to backend services or integration layers, particularly in PHP or Node.js/TypeScript environments.
OUR STACK 🛠️
- Our frontend product stack centers on Angular with products integrating with REST APIs, Node.js/TypeScript services, PHP-backed platform services, AWS, event-driven systems, relational databases, CI/CD, and modern observability tooling.
Direct Angular experience is valuable, but strong engineers from comparable modern frontend ecosystems should still feel encouraged to apply if they have the fundamentals and track record to ramp quickly.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

📍 Manila, Philippines | Relocation required
Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 7,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role:
You'll lead the Finance side of the core banking system project — turning accounting needs, regulatory obligations, and product-administration realities into system requirements, and delivering against them.
What you'll do:
- Lead the core banking system project from the Finance side: own the plan end to end — scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking — and act as Finance's subject-matter voice across vendor selection, design, and rollout.
- Run UAT, data-migration validation, and cutover planning from the Finance side, coordinating closely with IT/Engineering and vendors.
- Connect the dots across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance — surfacing regulatory gaps tied to system limitations and helping close them, and keeping Finance leadership informed on progress, risk, and dependencies.
What you'll own:
- Turn accounting needs, regulatory obligations (such as BSP/MORB), and product-administration realities into concrete system requirements, and manage delivery against them.
- Build and drive the accounting-backlog remediation plan with real milestones, pulling in Finance colleagues and outside help where it makes sense.
- Get month-end and period-end close and reporting, based on the core banking system, integrated directly with the GL — and keep it that way.
- Take the Odoo accounting-automation work into properly owned, documented, controlled, and audit-ready process.
- Identify and prioritise efficiency gains — automating manual entries, reconciliations, and reporting, using AI where it applies — to cut team effort and errors.
- Contribute to IPO-readiness work wherever it touches financial systems and controls.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 10+ years of experience with a strong track record in finance/accounting project management.
- A solid grip on accounting fundamentals and the close process.
- Proven automation experience — you've led or driven process-automation initiatives, not just used automated tools — including practical Odoo (or a comparable ERP) experience for accounting automation.
- Strong IT literacy: comfortable with system architecture, data flows, and technical requirements — enough to bridge Finance and IT/Engineering without a translator.
- Strong project-management discipline: scoping, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Finance, IT/Engineering, and Compliance.
- Ability to turn messy, ambiguous problems into a plan with real milestones.
What we offer:
OWNERSHIP AND FLEXIBILITY
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
HEALTH AND TIME OFF
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
RELOCATION AND FAMILY SUPPORT
- Relocation support for you, your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
GROWTH AND TEAM EXPERIENCE
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Employee experience — own the pre-boarding and onboarding operations end to end, and continuously improve the process so every new Alaner's first weeks feel smooth and well-supported.
- People operations — get hands-on with the fundamentals of HR and be the first point of contact for Alaners navigating day-to-day requests.
- Individual situations — shadow, then gradually own simple individual situations, learning how to guide leads and coaches through sensitive conversations with care and structure.
- Learning and development — coordinate and improve our training programmes for leads and coaches, help measure their real-world impact, and iterate based on what the data tells you.
- Automation and AI — spot what is still manual and should not be, then build the automations to fix it. We use Claude and Dust — you will too.
- Data and reporting — track key People metrics, turn them into clear insights, and make sure the team always knows what is working and what is not.
- Documentation — write and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation so Alaners can self-serve and leads can act with confidence without always needing to ask.
PERKS AND BENEFITS
- All the tools you need. Top of the range equipment: Macbook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones.
- Delightful healthcare insurance. Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% of the contribution covered by Alan for you and your family, for permanent contracts only.
- Transport. Country-specific commuter benefits.
- Learning & Training opportunities. A highly flexible Training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises.
