Location: San Francisco, California Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT SENTRY Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. ABOUT THE ROLE Sentry’s AI capabilities span infrastructure, product features, design, and data ingestion. We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to connect this work across teams, helping them make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver a cohesive product experience. Our AI/ML team is building a modular platform for model routing, agent execution, and evaluations. Issues Platform owns customer-facing experiences such as issue details, activity feeds, and notifications. Product Design shapes how these experiences work together, while Ingest provides the underlying data pipeline. You’ll lead the program across these teams: clarifying ownership, sequencing work, managing integration risks, and coordinating release readiness. You’ll partner with team leads to connect their plans and resolve gaps between roadmaps. You’ll also improve how engineering changes reach teams across Engineering, Product, and Design, along with Documentation and Support. Your goal is a lightweight process giving partners the information and preparation time they need before changes reach customers. You’ll join an early TPM team and help shape how the function works at Sentry. Success means helping teams deliver together through technical judgment, clear communication, and practical coordination. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office. WHAT YOU’LL DO AI DELIVERY - Connect roadmaps across AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest into a shared delivery plan. - Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work so teams address dependencies before they delay a release. - Help teams assign accountable owners, resolve open decisions, and communicate commitments. - Partner with engineering and product owners to define release readiness, including evaluation results, staged rollouts, eligibility, and access requirements. - Bring ingestion and reliability dependencies into roadmap discussions so teams understand the risks behind delivery commitments. - Drive risk mitigation with clear owners, contingency plans, and timely escalation. - Give teams and leadership an accurate view of progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks. CHANGE READINESS - Build a lightweight process for identifying changes affecting other teams, notifying partners, and confirming readiness before release. - Include documentation and support preparation in delivery planning, starting with AI features. - Establish concise updates showing what is changing, when, and who needs to act. - Review communication and readiness gaps with the teams involved, then improve the process. - Keep the effort proportional to the change and remove steps which don’t improve delivery. HOW YOU WORK - You help teams bring structure to complex programs with unclear ownership or no established process. - You listen to different perspectives, make tradeoffs visible, and help teams resolve competing priorities. - You engage with technical details and connect architectural decisions to delivery risks and product outcomes. - You raise risks early, propose practical responses, and follow through. - You adapt processes to teams’ needs and simplify them when the value is unclear. - You respect team ownership while helping cross-team decisions reach resolution. - You share information clearly so partners have the context they need to contribute. QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch. - Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership. - Technical understanding to review design proposals, discuss architectural tradeoffs with engineers, and identify integration risks and downstream effects. - A track record of managing dependencies, driving risk mitigation, and adapting plans as conditions change. - Experience creating or improving processes which teams adopted and sustained. - Clear written communication, including program updates, decision records, and escalations with explicit next steps. - Experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design through sound judgment and follow-through. Relevant experience might come from technical program management, software engineering, or another role involving ownership of cross-team technical delivery. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE - Shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts. - Partnering with product design to coordinate design and engineering work. - Working with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure. - Building developer tools or technical B2B products. - Improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support. Experience in every preferred area is not required. TEAM PRINCIPLES - Make work visible. Keep plans, ownership, decisions, and next steps clear and current. - Raise risks early. Give teams time to respond before delivery is affected. - Reduce friction. Build practices which help teams get work done. - Respect ownership. Support informed decisions and help accountable owners resolve open questions. - Keep partners informed. Communicate changes to scope, timing, and readiness before they affect others. The base salary range Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Location: London Workplace: Remote WHO ARE WE? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE? As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team! At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead. As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company! Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST). AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL: - Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably - Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase - Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact - Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models - Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance - Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership - Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management - Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs - Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE: - 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models. - In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI. - Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed - Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management - Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better! - (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you. We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. HOW AND WHERE WE WORK: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply. We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider. Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Workplace: hybrid Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey? At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies. Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels. With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career. Role Purpose As Audit & Compliance Manager, Europe, you will be the primary owner of audit readiness and tax regulatory compliance across all Europe entities. You will set the standard, structure and cadence for how the region prepares for and manages statutory audits, global group audits, and tax authority engagement — working through the local reporting teams and external accountants who handle data preparation, review and submission, rather than performing that work yourself. Your role is to define how things get done, ensure consistent quality across every market, and be the region's face in front of auditors and tax authorities. What Makes This Role Different: Build, don't just maintain. You're stepping into a newly created position with a mandate to design the region's audit and compliance approach from the ground up — not inherit a fixed process. Full regional ownership. This role spans the entire Europe region. High visibility, real stakes. You'll be the direct point of contact with external auditors and tax authorities on some of the company's most sensitive matters, with senior leadership relying on your judgment. A technology-forward environment. The business is actively investing in automation, AI and dashboarding to modernize reporting — you'll be expected to bring ideas here, not just adopt what's handed to you. Cross-functional reach. You'll work closely with the Tax, Transfer Pricing and Legal teams, and directly with hub-entity finance teams, on issues spanning VAT, customer transactions and company-wide reviews. What You'll Do: 1. Statutory & Global Audit Leadership Audit Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the end-to-end process for local statutory audits and global group audits across all 23 countries — planning, coordinating PBC (Provided by Client) lists, and driving on-time sign-off. External Auditor Relationship: Act as the primary regional point of contact for audit firms, owning timelines and resolution of open items. Consolidation Alignment: Ensure local statutory filings align with Global/Group reporting timelines (IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP) for a seamless audit process. Pre-Audit Structuring: Work with local teams ahead of each audit cycle to define what needs to be prepared and how — so the region walks into every audit with a consistent, proactive structure rather than reacting to auditor requests. 2. Tax Governance & Regulatory Compliance Filing Oversight: Ensure accurate, on-time submission across VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and country-specific statistical and national bank reporting — delivered through local reporting teams and external accountants, with you owning quality and timeliness. Tax Team Liaison: Standardize and oversee submission of supporting data to the central Tax team; ensure schedules provided for assessments are reconciled and audit-ready. Notice & Assessment Management: Proactively manage tax notices and audits, coordinating evidence-gathering and working with the Tax team to ensure timely, well-supported responses. Corporate Secretarial Support: Oversee annual filings and coordinate with Legal on board meeting minutes (financial aspects) and other local regulatory requirements. 3. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation Root Cause Analysis: Identify recurring audit adjustments or tax queries and implement structural fixes to eliminate them at the source. Internal Controls: Strengthen the control environment across the region to minimize audit findings. Technology & Automation: Identify and champion tools — including AI and dashboarding — to reduce manual work and increase consistency across the region's reporting. What We're Looking For: Mindset & Soft Skills (critical to this role) A challenger, not a process-follower — someone who questions how things are done today and proposes a better way, rather than simply executing an existing playbook. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-volume, occasionally chaotic environment, and energized rather than fatigued by it. Strong communicator and team player who can build trust quickly across Tax, Legal, Transfer Pricing and local finance teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out across markets while staying close enough to the detail to be credible with auditors and tax authorities. Experience & Technical Skills Currently operating at Manager level (or equivalent) within an audit firm or a multinational's in-house compliance/audit function — this is not a developmental hire. 10–12+ years of post-qualification experience, with hands-on exposure to multi-country compliance in Europe. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA qualification. Solid working knowledge of IFRS, European tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing fundamentals. Advanced proficiency with Tier-1 ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite). Fluent English, written and spoken — required given daily interaction with regional and global stakeholders. Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work confidently across time zones and cultures. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role. #ALEPH Why Join Us?
