- Resolve finance data issues and reconciliation breaks with Finance, Product and Engineering, addressing root causes and communicating progress.
- Build scalable, reliable pipelines to collect, transform and curate data from internal platforms and external systems.
- Support the design and rollout of a trusted finance data lake, with clear definitions, ownership and quality checks.
- Improve data timeliness, enabling near-real-time insights where they add business value.
- Evaluate new technologies, including AI-assisted automation, and prototype solutions to Finance needs that can be reliably supported in production.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, working directly with Finance teams.

- A track record of owning pipelines end to end, making sound technical decisions and improving reliability as requirements and systems evolve.
- Judgment and autonomy to lead complex work, navigate ambiguity and remain accountable for production outcomes.
- Experience supporting recurring financial close activities, combined with a proactive approach to identifying manual processes and replacing them with reliable, sustainable automation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Engineering and Finance, explain complex technical issues, articulate financial implications, and recommend actionable solutions.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with cryptocurrency transaction data and how digital-asset activity flows into financial records and reconciliations.
- Experience processing large volumes of financial transactions using distributed frameworks such as Spark or PySpark.

Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
As Head of Financial Crime Product, you will set the strategy and own the roadmap for the products behind our financial crime controls, from onboarding and screening to monitoring and case management. You will lead a team of Product Owners and work closely with Operations, Compliance and Engineering to decide what gets built, why, and how well it performs once live.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
Responsabilities
Strategy and roadmap.
Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap, agree delivery priorities and capacity with Engineering, and be responsible for the outcomes.
Leadership.
Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and help the team make sound decisions through research, data analysis and a close understanding of operational work.
Prioritisation.
Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.
Customer journey.
Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data quality, case information and handovers so customers avoid unnecessary repetition and operational teams can make well-informed decisions.
Build or buy.
Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.
New products and markets.
Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.

Applicable for Poland: Our company has an Internal Reporting Procedure. It is available from the Human Resources Department upon request hr@capital.com. You may report a violation referred to in the Procedure under the terms specified therein.
As Head of Product you own product direction and priorities for the cloud platform: which problems deserve our attention, what success looks like, and what we should stop doing.
Location: Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland; Limassol, Cyprus; Sofia City, Bulgaria
Workplace: hybrid
Capital.com is building out its internal platform capabilities, and AI is a growing part of that. The role combines architectural ownership with hands-on delivery: you will design, build, deploy and operate the platform, including its infrastructure and DevOps. Reporting to the Director of Product Security, you will set up this function as its first member and make the early technical decisions that the future team will build on.
As Platform Architect, you will own the architecture of the platform that more than 1,000 employees rely on, including their access to AI tools such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and future providers.
Responsibilities:
Build the AI platform architecture: the reference design for how LLM capabilities are accessed, governed, monitored, and extended across the organisation.
Own every architectural decision for the AI platform, and document, justify, and stand behind each one.
Evaluate and select new models, tools, and frameworks as the market moves.
Deliver the platform as a service, so teams can move their agents into governed cloud infrastructure.
Govern Anthropic (Claude API, Claude Code, Anthropic Enterprise), OpenAI, and future providers, covering API access controls, credential management, model version policy, cost allocation, and acceptable use standards.
Own technical relationships with Anthropic and OpenAI at the enterprise level.
Build cloud infrastructure for AI workloads on AWS and GCP: Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and supporting services (S3, Cloud Storage, IAM, and monitoring on both platforms).
Deploy and securely configure n8n, and build automation workflows connecting LLMs to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, HR systems, and proprietary data sources.
Design and secure MCP servers and gateways connecting AI agents to internal services.
Build Python integrations for AI-powered internal tooling: RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, prompt libraries, and internal AI assistants.
Deliver hands-on: you write the code, build the workflows, and deploy the tooling. This isn't an advisory role.
Build data privacy and security architecture for LLM usage in a regulated environment, including prompt classification, output controls, and audit trails aligned with FCA, CySEC, ASIC, and DORA.
Build observability across the full stack: token consumption, cost per team, latency, error rates, and policy violations across cloud platforms and direct API providers.
Build an AI adoption framework of standards, patterns, and onboarding materials that let teams across Technology use AI safely and consistently.
Run internal enablement through workshops, documentation, and direct support for teams moving from ad-hoc AI use to governed, repeatable processes.
Report AI platform status, risks, and roadmap to Technology leadership
Requirements:
8+ years in engineering, with at least 2 years building LLM-based systems in production, not prototypes or POCs.
Comfort operating as the first person in a function: you set your own priorities, unblock yourself, and deliver without a team around you.
Production-grade Python: tooling that others depend on, not scripts you hand off.
Deep, hands-on experience with the Anthropic and/or OpenAI APIs: function calling, tool use, streaming, RAG, prompt management, token optimisation, and model versioning.
Hands-on experience with agentic platforms, MCP servers, and MCP gateways, including designing flows between AI agents and internal services.
n8n: deploying, securely configuring, and maintaining multi-step automation workflows at organisation scale.
Solid AWS for AI workloads: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch, deployed and operated in production.
Solid GCP for AI workloads: Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Monitoring.
Hands-on DevOps capability to deploy and run what you build.
Architectural thinking: end-to-end system design, clear trade-off documentation, and the ability to defend decisions to senior stakeholders.
Security engineering for what you build: secrets and credential management, key rotation, and least-privilege IAM across cloud and SaaS.
Data protection and auditability by design: classifying what data can reach which model and provider, controlling and logging prompts and outputs, and building audit trails that hold up to a regulator.
Fluency in the LLM threat surface, including prompt injection, data exfiltration through model outputs, insecure tool and agent use, and model supply-chain risk, with working knowledge of a recognised framework such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF.
Nice to have:
Fintech, brokerage, or financial services background.
DORA or ISO 27001:2022 knowledge as it applies to AI system risk.
Familiarity with the EU AI Act and other AI regulatory requirements, as well as AI-specific risk and governance standards such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
LLM orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
Hands-on experience with LLM guardrail and DLP tooling: Bedrock Guardrails, Vertex AI safety filters, or prompt-firewall and PII-redaction tools.
Experience building internal developer platforms or AI centres of excellence.
AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Professional ML Engineer, or equivalent.
Grow with Capital.com and help shape how millions of people access the markets.
Location: Valencia
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About The Role
As Finance Operations Lead, you’ll own the core finance workflows that keep Humanoid running smoothly, from supplier invoices and payments through customer billing, transaction coding and categorisation, reconciliations and the general ledger.
A key part of the role is ensuring financial activity is captured completely and accurately in the ledger. You’ll establish clear coding standards and processes, and make sure transactions are classified consistently and supported by reliable source data.
You’ll also help build a best-in-class finance technology stack for a fast-growing, global business. You’ll lead the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and tools, and identify ways to use AI and automation to make processes faster, more accurate and easier to use. This includes accounting and ERP platforms, Ramp, modern banking tools and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and FP&A Lead, and partner with our dedicated Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure purchasing activity flows into finance accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both delivering the work and transforming how it gets done.
What You’ll Do
OWN FINANCE OPERATIONS AND LEDGER INTEGRITY
- Oversee accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, categorisation, approvals, supplier queries, payment runs and reconciliation.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
As a Research Engineer on the Orchestral team, you will help build the agentic platform we use to train and evaluate our models. Orchestral is the system our researchers rely on to run training and evaluation at scale — from the rollout engine that powers agentic workflows to the infrastructure that keeps their workloads running reliably. What you build becomes the foundation the whole science team works on.
Your work will span the platform's core: the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine — including new capabilities like long-running tasks, subagents and RL features — and the machinery that runs data and jobs at scale, with a focus on resiliency, routing and request handling. You will own significant pieces end to end, from design to production.
This is a software engineering role rather than an ML or infrastructure-operations one: RL or PyTorch experience is not required, and you will spend your time building the platform, not operating it. You will be building a distributed RL system, with the scientists as your users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the core of the Orchestral platform: the library, abstractions and tooling researchers use to train and evaluate models.
- Build and evolve the rollout engine, shipping new capabilities such as long-running tasks and subagents.
- Run Orchestral as a production system: keep training and evaluation workloads reliable at scale.
- Improve how data and jobs flow through the platform as usage grows — scheduling, routing and request handling.
- Treat researchers as your users: understand their workflows and turn recurring needs into robust, shared tooling.
- Raise the bar on engineering quality across the platform: testing, code review, CI/CD, observability and documentation.
- Contribute to open-source rollout-engine and agent-infrastructure projects where it benefits the platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience directly building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability.
- Strong Python skills and solid software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- A builder mindset: you have constructed systems from the ground up, not just operated polished ones.
- A track record in small teams running complex systems at scale — for example in finance, crypto or ad tech.
- Self-starter, low-ego and collaborative, with a product mindset toward your users.
- Curiosity about ML and RL — this experience is not required, but a desire to learn is.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Ray or similar distributed-computing frameworks.
- Open-source contributions, especially to rollout-engine or agent-infrastructure projects such as SLIME, verl or PrimeRL.
- Experience building or working with agentic workflows and environments.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for 3D Reconstruction Research Scientist to join our Research Team in London.
Our team researches and builds the 3D reconstruction technology behind Niantic Spatial's platform. These pipelines turn casually captured or domain specific imagery into high-fidelity explorable 3D reconstructions. This entails anything from Structure-from-Motion through to 3D Gaussian Splatting, feed-forward models, and generative models. Our team shipped 360 splatting to consumers and enterprise customers, developed the splatting tech that runs on phones, shipped multiple POCs to enterprise customers, and have innovated on countless AR technologies. Our team has published at top venues (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH); more often than not, our papers end up in production. We're hiring a researcher to work at both ends of that pipeline. You will implement and iterate on the state-of-the-art for both academic publishing and production, regularly working on prototypes with a short turnaround into customer-facing production.
You will work alongside world-class researchers in computer vision, machine learning, graphics, and robotics to develop new approaches for large-scale spatial understanding, localization, reconstruction, scene understanding, and geospatial foundation models.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct original research in computer vision, machine learning, and spatial AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms for:
- 3D reconstruction
- Neural scene representations
- 3D Gaussian Splatting
- Geometric deep learning
- Structure-from-Motion (SfM)
- Meshing
- Feed-forward models
- Generative models
- Spatial foundation models
- Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to transition promising ideas into future products.
- Develop large-scale experiments and benchmarking frameworks.
- Work directly with the realities of production with real capture conditions, real hardware constraints, and real customers.
- Publish research findings at leading conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or SIGGRAPH.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field. Exceptionally strong candidates with equivalent experience in industry would be considered.
- A strong research track record in 3D computer vision: reconstruction, depth estimation, novel view synthesis, SfM, SLAM, or closely related areas.
- Strong publication record at top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience in PyTorch.
- Evidence that you can carry an idea from research into something real; that may be a shipped feature, a production pipeline, a widely used open-source release, or similar.
- Ability to independently drive research projects from idea generation through experimentation and publication.
