Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.
WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION
We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. For this role, we're looking for someone located in the United States.

ABOUT MORPHO
Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol backed by a16z crypto, Paradigm, Ribbit Capital, Apollo, Vaneck, Coinbase Ventures, Variant and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best possible terms. Morpho is experiencing exponential adoption, with over billion in deposits on the network and used by institutional clients including Bitwise, Galaxy, and Anchorage Digital and the largest crypto exchanges, such as Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken. Now, Morpho is scaling its team of contributors to establish itself as the open credit network, not just of DeFi, but of the world.
WHY MORPHO EXISTS
Everyone has the potential to build something great for the world. But fulfilling that ambition almost always requires more: people willing to trust you with their capital. Yet access to capital still depends on where you live, who you know, and which institutions are willing to trust you. Even when capital is available, it sits fragmented across disconnected networks and hidden behind intermediaries. The result is a system that fails most of the people it should serve. Borrowers overpay. Lenders earn less than they should. Many are shut out entirely, not because they are unworthy of credit, but because today's infrastructure was never built to connect them. Morpho exists to solve this. Full article here https://morpho.org/blog/why-morpho-exists/.
LOCATION
Remote - US (Washington, DC preferred)
ROLE
US regulatory engagement is Morpho's top legal priority. The SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN are writing the rules that will govern onchain lending, and the volume of rulemakings, requests for comment and staff engagement now exceeds what Legal can cover alongside its other work. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role owns Morpho's US policy pipeline end to end, from tracking rulemakings to drafting submissions and leading meetings with agency staff, Congress and industry coalitions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN rulemakings, guidance, staff statements and enforcement relevant to onchain lending, and maintain a live calendar of comment deadlines with a recommended posture for each.
- Lead the drafting of comment letters, responses to requests for comment and other written submissions, pulling in input from Protocol, Product, Research and outside counsel, and prepare them for General Counsel sign-off.
- Prepare and lead meetings with agency staff and commissioner offices, including briefing materials, talking points and follow-up submissions.
- Represent Morpho in trade association working groups and industry coalitions, and coordinate Morpho's input into joint filings.
- Engage congressional offices and committee staff on legislation and its implementation where it affects DeFi lending.
- Manage outside policy counsel and consultants day to day: scope, deliverables and spend.
- Brief leadership and product teams on US policy developments in short written updates, and flag implications for the protocol, products and external messaging.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You can explain Morpho Markets, Morpho Vaults and the role of curators accurately to a non-technical regulator. You have built a tracker of open SEC, CFTC, Treasury and FinCEN items with a recommended posture for each, joined the relevant working groups, and contributed to at least one live comment letter or coalition submission.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You own the comment pipeline end to end: first drafts reach the General Counsel on schedule with no missed deadlines. You have prepared and led at least two agency meetings, send a short monthly US policy update to leadership, and have working relationships with staff at the SEC, the CFTC and key congressional offices.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
Agency staff and coalition partners treat Morpho as a credible, technical voice on DeFi lending, and Morpho's positions show up in coalition filings and, where possible, in staff guidance or final rules. Outside counsel runs against clear deliverables and within budget, and you have drafted a 2027 US policy plan for General Counsel approval.
MUST HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5 to 8 years working on SEC or CFTC matters, at an agency, in a law firm regulatory practice, at a trade association or on an in-house regulatory or policy team. Prior SEC or CFTC staff experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of federal securities and commodities law and of the rulemaking process: notice and comment, staff guidance, no-action and exemptive relief.
- Excellent writing, with comment letters, regulatory submissions or similar work product to show for it.
- Existing relationships with agency staff, congressional staff or industry coalitions.
- Able to learn how onchain lending works and explain it clearly and accurately to a non-technical audience.
- Sound judgment on when to escalate, and comfortable preparing positions for sign-off rather than setting them alone.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told.
- Clear and crisp async communication across a team split between Paris, New York and DC.
- Comfort operating in fast-changing, ambiguous contexts.
- Team-first mindset, low ego.
PERKS & BENEFITS
We design benefits around deep work and growth, so you can do the best work of your career. Expect fair, top-tier compensation, real flexibility, time together in Paris, great health coverage, and support to keep learning.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and hire based on talent, potential, and values alignment.

ROLE
Morpho's Head of GTM and the wider GTM leadership team run across time zones, and their calendars, travel, and follow-ups need a single owner. This role takes all of that off their plate for the Head of GTM and keeps the GTM leaders prepared and unblocked, so their time goes to the work only they can do.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the Head of GTM's calendar and priorities, managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones so the right meetings happen at the right time.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, so trips run without friction.
- Prepare meeting logistics, briefs, and materials so executives walk in ready.
- Support the wider GTM leadership team with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups to keep commitments moving.
- Own and deliver special projects and initiatives for the Head of GTM, from scoping through to completion.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and close attention to detail.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
FIRST 30 DAYS
You have earned the trust of the Head of GTM and the team, understand their working styles and priorities, and own day-to-day scheduling, travel, and logistics with minimal guidance.
FIRST 3 MONTHS
You anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and manage complex scheduling and competing priorities with little oversight. You have found and fixed workflow gaps that were costing the team time.
FIRST 6 MONTHS
You are a force multiplier for the Head of GTM and an indispensable partner to the wider team, owning projects well beyond traditional EA scope and raising the bar for execution across the org.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior leaders in demanding environments.
- Strong ownership and autonomy: doesn't wait to be told, makes sound decisions independently, and drives tasks through to completion.
- Speed with accuracy: executes quickly under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and independently checking work.
- Excellent judgment: comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, knowing when to act, clarify, or escalate.
- Highly organized: proven experience managing complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones and competing priorities.
- Clear and crisp async communication, with strong responsiveness and follow-through.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting founders or C-suite executives at high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Experience supporting GTM, sales, or business development leadership.
- Exposure to executive operations, Chief of Staff functions, or cross-functional project management.
- Track record of improving workflows, streamlining processes, and reducing executive coordination overhead.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency.
- Crypto-native or genuinely curious about DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Financial Reporting and Control Manager to own group reporting and the monthly close across Hex Trust's legal entities in Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. You will run the group consolidation in Workday, our new ERP, and own the numbers that go to the Executive Committee, the Board, our auditors and our regulators.
Our finance team is deliberately small. Workday and AI tools handle most of the transaction processing, reconciliation and first-draft analysis, so your job is to run the close as a controlled process, check what the systems produce, and stand behind the result. The role suits a qualified accountant who wants more ownership than a large finance team would offer, and who is comfortable reviewing work that a machine has prepared.
You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the Group CFO.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the monthly group close as a controlled process: set the close calendar, run the review gates, and sign off entity results with the Director of Finance.
Run the group consolidation in Workday, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation, and review the system output rather than assembling it by hand. Catch the cases where a system-generated elimination or translation is wrong.
Produce the monthly Executive Committee reporting and the quarterly board reporting for the Group, Singapore and MENA, delivered through our live financial dashboard. Turn the automated variance analysis into clear commentary that you can defend.
Review the closes of the material legal entities, and own intercompany recharges and reconciliations.
Deliver the statutory audits across the group with the Director of Finance: prepare schedules and workpapers, manage auditor requests, and challenge proposed adjustments where the treatment is wrong.
Account for digital assets, staking and validator income, stablecoin activity and trading results, with treatment and documentation that are ready for audit.
Prepare regulatory financial returns, including monthly reporting to VARA in Dubai and returns to the MAS in Singapore, for sign-off by the Director of Finance.
Coordinate tax compliance with our local advisors across jurisdictions.
Keep the finance procedures and our finance knowledge base current, so that the automated tools and AI agents work from accurate instructions.
Work with the finance operations team to extend the automation of the close and of our reporting.
Requirements
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) with three to five years of experience, ideally including audit at a Big Four or mid-tier firm.
Hands-on experience of group consolidation, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency reporting across several legal entities.
Experience with a modern ERP; Workday is a strong advantage. We value ERP experience over advanced spreadsheet consolidation skills.
Sound technical accounting under IFRS or HKFRS. Experience with digital assets or crypto accounting is an advantage but not a must.
Comfortable working with AI tools and automated workflows. Much of your first draft will come from a system, and your job is to question it. Examples of where you have used AI tools in finance work are a plus.
The judgement to say a number is wrong, to push back on an auditor, and to explain results clearly to senior stakeholders.
Experience with regulatory financial reporting in Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai is an advantage.
Strong written and spoken English. Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.

The company serves customers across multiple international markets and offers opportunities for professional development within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Payment Solutions Specialist to support the identification, evaluation, onboarding and implementation of Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment methods and payment capabilities across its brands and markets. Working closely with Commercial, Product, Integrations, Engineering, Treasury, Processing, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external payment partners, you will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process, maintain accurate provider and implementation information, and help ensure new payment solutions are delivered in line with business, operational and governance requirements. The role also supports market and competitor research, commercial preparation, payment performance reporting, and continuous improvement across the PSP lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. PSP Sourcing & Market Intelligence
Partner with Commercial and relevant operational teams to understand payment coverage requirements across brands and markets and support the payment solutions roadmap.
Research PSPs, payment methods, market developments and competitor offerings, gathering information to support provider evaluation and market-expansion discussions.
Conduct initial provider outreach and coordinate information gathering and due-diligence requirements within established approval frameworks.
Maintain provider databases, market intelligence and onboarding trackers, escalating relevant new provider opportunities to management.
2. PSP Onboarding, Partner Coordination & Integration Readiness
Coordinate PSP onboarding from initial engagement through implementation readiness, ensuring actions, approvals, documentation and dependencies are clearly tracked.
Act as the day-to-day coordination point between PSPs and internal stakeholders during onboarding, following up with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Processing, Product, Integrations and Engineering as required.
Maintain complete due-diligence records, onboarding approvals and implementation documentation in line with governance requirements.
Support preparation of implementation requirements and coordinate handoffs, readiness activities and milestones through to launch.
Identify and resolve routine onboarding or administrative issues and escalate material blockers, risks or stakeholder dependencies promptly.
Support post-launch handover and routine partner follow-up by ensuring contacts, agreed actions, operational information and records are complete and current.
3. Commercial Support, Reporting & Payment Performance
Support commercial discussions by maintaining provider commercials, contractual information, comparison trackers and negotiation materials.
Develop a working understanding of PSP pricing, settlement models, fees and contractual terminology and support contract administration or renewal preparation.
Maintain onboarding, implementation and provider-status reporting and support tracking of key measures including solution coverage, payment success rates, settlement coverage and cost efficiency.
Maintain relevant payment-performance data repositories and dashboards and support analysis of provider, market or competitor trends where required.
Provide clear project and status updates, ensuring reporting is accurate, and material delivery risks are escalated.
4. Governance, Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
Follow established PSP onboarding governance, approval workflows, controls and documentation standards and ensure required approvals are completed before progression.
Support audit, compliance and governance requests and escalate concerns in line with established processes.
Build effective relationships across Commercial, Product, Integrations, Engineering, Treasury, Processing, Compliance, Legal, Risk and external PSP stakeholders.
Identify process gaps, recurring administrative issues or inefficiencies and contribute to improvements in PSP onboarding, documentation and stakeholder coordination.
Support implementation of process, system or governance changes and communicate progress, actions and dependencies clearly.
