ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company's performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo's Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo's success.
We are looking for a Procurement Manager - FinOps with a solid background in cloud cost management and vendor negotiations. You will be part of a high-performing Procurement team and will have direct impact on one of Voodoo's largest cost lines: cloud and data infrastructure.
ROLE
Your main challenges will be to:
- Own all IT indirect procurement: SaaS tools, software licences, data platforms, observability tooling, and any tech vendor relationship
- Lead global negotiations on IT spend and drive subsequent savings, running benchmarks to ensure Voodoo pays the right price
- Own cloud cost visibility (GCP, AWS) by maintaining billing data and dashboards (BigQuery exports, BI tooling) and leading monthly cost reviews with Engineering and Finance
- Build data-driven cost reduction strategies through unit economics by product and workload (cost per user, per event, per training run)
- Prepare and run cloud vendor negotiations: GCP committed-use discounts, enterprise agreements, AWS Savings Plans, renewal calendars, and price benchmarks
- Challenge internal needs and partner with Engineering on cloud optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, storage tiering, egress, and query-cost reduction
- Drive renewals to successful completion and put in place contracts and MSAs, working closely with Legal
- Track realized savings against joint targets and forecast IT and cloud spend in collaboration with FP&A
- Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI across the full IT scope
PROFILE
- 5 to 8 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, procurement, or data-heavy analytics, ideally within a scale-up, hyperscaler, or cloud consulting environment
- Able to open a raw billing export and extract meaningful insights autonomously
- Solid working knowledge of cloud pricing mechanics: committed-use discounts, savings plans, spot instances, storage classes, egress pricing, and BigQuery pricing models
- Commercial mindset with the ability to build fact-based negotiation cases and drive vendor negotiations
- Credible with technical audiences: able to defend analyses in front of senior engineers and translate findings for Finance stakeholders
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and problem-solving oriented
- Willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or GCP certification is a plus
- Experience with gaming or adtech data stacks (streaming pipelines, ML workloads) is a plus
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring in London and APAC.
We're building a creative platform used by artists, filmmakers, and teams at some of the world's most recognized brands. Our support org handles everything from a five-minute billing question to a technical escalation, and we're building out a dedicated tier for the first kind so our more experienced specialists can focus on the second.
We're looking for a Support Representative who's accurate, fast, and comfortable following a process closely under volume. No creative or AI background required. We'll train you on the product.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Resolve high-volume, tickets across account access, billing, and plan questions for Free, Standard, and Pro and Max users
- Use existing macros, playbooks, and AI support layer suggestions to close tickets accurately and quickly
- Recognize when a ticket needs product judgment or creative-tool troubleshooting, and route it to Tier 2 Support or Enterprise
- Flag recurring questions that don't have a macro yet
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Clear, accurate written communication, especially on process-driven, checklist-style work
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Prior experience with tools like Zendesk, Notion, or Slack is a plus, not a requirement
- 0-2 years in any customer-facing or process-driven role (preferably in SaaS, but not required)
- Enough curiosity to spend a little time in the product or help docs before talking to us. No creative background needed, just evidence you looked
WHAT SETS GREAT CANDIDATES APART
The best people in this role follow the playbook precisely and know exactly when a ticket doesn't fit it. They don't force a wrong answer to hit volume, and they don't escalate everything out of caution either. They've put in enough time with Runway to have a real sense of what it does and who uses it, so a ticket that's slightly off-script doesn't stump them, even without a creative background. When they see the same question surface three times, they ask whether it should become a macro instead of just answering it a third time.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
WORKING AT RUNWAY

We’re committed to creating a space where our employees can bring their full selves to work and have equal opportunity to succeed. We're looking for a Director of Product Management to own our security product strategy end to end - the vision, the roadmap, build vs buy decisions. You will set the multi-year investment strategy for our security offerings, go deep with engineering on database security, networking, and identity management. You will be the subject matter expert for other PMs navigating security-adjacent decisions..
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for our security offerings, and make the case for it - internally with engineering and leadership, and externally with customers and the market.
- Go deep on database security, networking, and identity and access management (IAM) - enough to argue the details with engineering, not just approve what they propose.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship products that are actually secure, not just marketed that way.
- Translate complex security requirements into specifications and user stories that engineering can understand.
- Own backlog prioritization and the trade-offs that come with it, weighing business value, customer risk, and engineering cost.
- Drive go-to-market for security launches - positioning, sales enablement, documentation.
- Monitor how security features perform in the real world and use that data, not just instinct, to decide what to build next.
- Be the security subject-matter expert other teams come to, and provide guidance and coaching to PMs working on security-adjacent problems elsewhere in the org.
- Represent our security posture and roadmap externally - with top customers, prospects, and analysts when the conversation needs someone who actually understands the tradeoffs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a significant and sustained focus on security products or features, including experience setting security strategy at an organizational level.
- Real, hands-on experience with database security principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
- Solid program management skills: planning, execution, and risk management across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- A track record of representing product externally - with customers, analysts, or at industry events, and translating deep technical security topics for non-technical audiences.
- Experience guiding or informally mentoring other PMs, even without a formal reporting relationship.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and the judgment to know when to escalate versus when to just make the call.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities shift and you're expected to bring order to it, not just follow along.

- Write ad and social creative copy, plus clear briefs for designers and video creators.
BUILD THE MESSAGING SYSTEM
- Develop and maintain positioning, messaging frameworks, and a brand voice guide, including audience variants for enterprise, agencies, and creators.
- Test messaging, read performance data, and iterate on what converts.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of copywriting experience, ideally B2B SaaS, tech, or a creative or marketing agency.
- Exceptional written English: concise, confident, and persuasive, with a strong command of business communication.
- A portfolio that shows range: sales or enterprise materials, web copy, and social or thought leadership content.
- Ability to understand a technical product (AI video and image generation) and explain it in terms of business outcomes.
- Comfort switching voices: enterprise buyer, creative professional, founder or executive.
- Fast execution: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and don't wait for perfect.
- Strong self-editing and attention to detail. Nothing goes out with a typo or a vague claim.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in AI, generative media, or creative tools.
- Russian language skills.
- Experience with localization or writing for international markets (e.g., Japan, MENA, Central Asia).
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Figma, or Notion.
- Understanding of performance marketing and conversion copywriting.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD.
- On-site role in our Almaty office.

Educate and enable your team on GitLab's product, pricing, AI-powered DevSecOps positioning, and key industry and regulatory factors relevant to financial services (such as SOX, PCI DSS, FFIEC, DORA, and third-party risk and model governance requirements)
What you’ll bring
7-10 years of progressive experience in field sales, sales operations, and sales management in an open source software, DevOps, or similar software-as-a-service environment
Demonstrated success leading and developing account-focused sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior CSM at 1Password, you own and strategically manage a portfolio of customers – driving value realization, revenue retention, and expansion outcomes that consistently exceed expectations. You operate with full commercial autonomy: advancing expansion opportunities independently, engaging VP and C-suite stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and managing complex renewals without escalation. Beyond your own book, you raise the bar for the team through mentorship, playbook contributions, and peer enablement.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.

LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.

Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About this role
Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page.
What you’ll be doing
Experimentation:
Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts.
Collaboration:
Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences.
Data and insight:
Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
Product design:
Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Prototyping and systems:
Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems.
Roadmap ownership:
Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs.
Must have experience
Experience:
5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
Growth mindset:
A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
Experimentation:
Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Craft and taste:
Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
Systems and brand:
Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it.
AI fluency:
Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it.
Ownership:
Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options.
Who this role is not for
This role is not for you if:
You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial.
You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction.
You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation.
You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth.
You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next.
You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better.
What success looks like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction.
You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts.
Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next.
You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing.
You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use.
Interview process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach.
You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
