We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
We build
Tempo
, the open-source distributed tracing backend behind Grafana Cloud Traces and Grafana Enterprise Traces (GET). Tempo makes it easy to search traces, generate metrics from spans, and connect tracing data with logs, metrics, and profiles across the Grafana stack.
2026 is an inflection point for Tempo. After a major architectural upgrade and the launch of TraceQL metrics, we are shifting from foundational work to product and operational excellence, and evolving Tempo from a SaaS database into a platform that powers Grafana’s next generation of observability products (App Observability, Asserts, Traces Drilldown, and AI-driven assistants).
Over the next year, you will help us:
Make Grafana Cloud Traces “just work” for customers by eliminating rough edges, confusing limits, and hidden failure modes.
Achieve operational excellence at scale as we grow from close to 50 cells today into triple digits this year, with autoscaling, parameterized rollouts, and aggressive toil reduction.
Evolve Tempo into a platform enabler: higher-density APIs, trace aggregation, TraceQL metrics math, and machine/LLM-friendly interfaces that downstream products and agents can build on.
Push performance further: faster query latency at hundreds of MB/s ingestion and performant 30-day query ranges to match competitors.
Prepare Tempo for an agent-driven world: larger, burstier, higher-cardinality workloads, and new categories of AI-powered workflows, such as assistant-driven triage and “why is this slow?”- style investigations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Engineer on Tempo, you will own technical direction on the hardest problems in our roadmap and raise the bar across the team.
Deliver significant technical projects.
Take well-scoped, multi-month initiatives from problem framing through rollout, e.g., trace aggregation APIs, Limitless Tempo, autoscaling cells and customer limits, or query engine improvements. Partner with Staff engineers and the tech lead on broader, cross-team direction.
Own major components of Tempo.
Contribute to and own parts of ingestion, storage, query, and metrics generation. Write and present design docs, participate in design reviews, make sound trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity, and document the “why” for the team.
Build APIs for humans and agents.
Help shape the next generation of Tempo’s interfaces (structured, deterministic, discoverable) so that Act 3 products, LLM-driven assistants, and external integrators can build on Tempo reliably.
Contribute to operational excellence.
Own outcomes for the areas you build against concrete SLOs (P99 write latency, incident recurrence, TCO per ingested GB), and help move the team toward Zero Ops through automation, parameterized rollouts, and actionable alerts.
Collaborate with Product and sibling teams.
Work with PMs and with App Observability, Asserts, Drilldown, and Grafana Assistant teams to understand how Tempo gets consumed and to ship what unblocks them.
Mentor and support engineers.
Raise the bar through thorough code review, constructive design feedback, and pairing, especially with junior and mid-level engineers.
Participate in on-call
for the services you help build, and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
Contribute to open source.
Tempo is OSS. You will engage the community, review external contributions, and contribute to the project in the open.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Example problems you could work on
These are the kinds of projects landing in 2026:
Trace aggregation and higher-density APIs:
extend TraceQL metrics, design LLM-friendly response types, and make Tempo a first-class data source for Grafana’s AI assistant.
Autoscaling end-to-end:
customer limits and Tempo cells, with hysteresis, predictive scaling for spikes, and safe scale-down.
Agent-scale ingestion and query:
guardrails for bursty, high-cardinality, agent-generated workloads.
Query performance:
new data formats, smarter query pipelines, targeted optimizations for common Drilldown and Traces workflows, and 30-day query ranges.
Rollouts and multi-cell operations:
parameterized rollouts, push-button deploys, and the tooling to grow safely into triple-digit cell counts without a proportional increase in alert noise.
Limits and self-service:
drive customer-facing configuration and observability so escalations trend toward zero.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Technical ownership.
A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects that spanned design, delivery, and operations, and of helping the teammates around you grow.
Solid systems experience.
Significant hands-on experience building and operating distributed data systems in production: ingestion pipelines, storage engines, query execution, or similar.
Strong software craftsmanship.
You write clean, robust, performant software that others can maintain, and you know when to optimize vs. when to ship.
Strong Go, or a path to it.
We write Tempo in Go. Solid experience in other systems languages (Rust, C, C++) translates well.
Operational mindset.
You’ve owned production services, carried a pager, reduced toil, and treated SLOs as a product feature, not a chore.
Customer focus and pragmatism.
You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
Collaboration and clear writing.
You contribute through design docs, reviews, and shipped code, and you communicate clearly in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with tracing, OpenTelemetry, or large-scale observability systems.
Experience designing query languages, SQL/TraceQL-like engines, or APIs intended to be consumed programmatically (by services or agents).
Experience with columnar storage formats (e.g., Parquet) or purpose-built on-disk formats for analytical workloads.
Experience operating multi-tenant, multi-cell SaaS infrastructure at scale on Kubernetes.
Experience building for AI/LLM consumers: structured APIs, metadata/discovery endpoints, deterministic outputs, evaluation harnesses.
Open-source contribution or maintainership, and comfort engaging a community in the open.
Experience as an on-call user of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, or Tempo in a previous role (or on a homelab).
Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
How we work

COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily GTM roles, balancing speed with attention to detail. You’ll anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned - making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow - creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - you’re proactive, reliable, and thoughtful about details
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills - you’ll represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both GTM roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.

- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Munich or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

- Experience driving technical work end-to-end on large-scale C++ codebases
- Comfort with large build systems, debuggers, and profilers
- Experience shipping software to a large consumer audience
- Solid computer science foundation (algorithms and data structures)
- Bonus: Windows development experience

ABOUT THE TEAM
Great teams don't just happen. We help build them. 🚀
At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.
It's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.
You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.
- Assess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.
- Maintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.
- Track internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.
SALARY
21600–28800€/yearly gross
- Please attach your CV in English.
- To find out how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT ENEBA
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave and personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, with opportunities to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The People Team at Notion exists to help build a generational company that enables people to do their best and most meaningful work. Hiring exceptional talent, at the right time and with care, is central to that mission.
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator in our Tokyo office to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create a thoughtful, well-run, and genuinely human candidate experience. This role sits at the center of our hiring process in Japan and plays an important role in how candidates experience Notion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
CREATE A CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE THAT REFLECTS NOTION
You’ll be one of the first and most consistent touchpoints candidates have with Notion. From scheduling interviews to answering questions and resolving issues, you’ll help ensure every interaction feels organized, respectful, and intentional. You’ll collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to continually refine our processes so candidates leave feeling excited about what we’re building, regardless of the outcome.
COORDINATE INTERVIEWS WITH CARE AND PRECISION
You’ll manage and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting Go-To-Market teams, including remote interviews and onsite panels. You’ll balance speed with attention to detail, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively to keep candidates and interviewers aligned. You’ll ensure logistics, materials, and feedback loops are clear and on time, and troubleshoot day-of changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, making the process feel smooth and predictable, even as things move quickly.
BUILD STRONG RECRUITING FOUNDATIONS
This role is designed for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to build durable fundamentals. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to how we plan, execute, and scale hiring at Notion. With support from the team, you could take on light sourcing work, talent branding projects, process improvements, and additional ownership as your skills grow, creating a strong foundation for future growth in recruiting, operations, or people-focused roles.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive, reliable approach and thoughtful attention to detail
- A growth mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of mistakes, learn from feedback, and refine your processes to improve accuracy and consistency
- A steady, calm approach in fast-moving environments
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with optimism
- Clear, kind, and professional communication skills to represent Notion to a large and diverse group of candidates
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues in both languages
- You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling
- Experience with Ashby, Workday, Slack, and Notion
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
