BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

Lead and own the Group Internal Audit function for Capital.com, providing independent, risk-based assurance across all regulated entities, business lines, and geographic markets. The Group Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the audit function, designing and operating a hybrid audit framework, and providing the Group Board, Audit Committee, and senior leadership with timely, credible assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across the group.
The role has an unconditional duty to escalate material control failures, significant audit findings, and regulatory concerns directly to the Group Audit Committee, independent of any instruction from executive management or any group function.
The role operates at the intersection of group governance and local regulatory accountability, requiring both strategic thinking and deep knowledge of multi-jurisdictional financial services regulation. The postholder works in close coordination with the Global Head of Compliance and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment between audit and compliance risk assessments, while maintaining the independence required of an effective third-line function.
Responsabilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and own the multi-year internal audit strategy aligned to group growth plans, regulatory expectations across all six entities, and the evolving risk landscape of a digital CFD and trading business.
Build and lead a high-performing, independent internal audit function capable of providing credible assurance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional group.
Act as a trusted adviser to the Group Board, Audit Committee, and CEO on control environment quality, emerging risks, and regulatory developments with audit implications.
Audit Planning and Delivery
Develop, maintain, and execute the annual group audit plan, covering all entities, material business processes, technology infrastructure, regulated activities, and outsourced functions.
Lead and oversee audit fieldwork and reporting across operations, trading systems, technology and cyber, AML/KYC, financial crime, market abuse surveillance, conduct risk, Consumer Duty (UK), product governance, third-party and outsourcing arrangements, model risk, and financial controls.
Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, identify control weaknesses and gaps, and provide actionable, proportionate recommendations.
Ensure audit reports are clear, accurate, evidence-based, and issued within agreed timescales.
Issue Management and Follow-Up
Maintain a group-wide audit issue log, tracking the status of all open findings across entities, escalating overdue or high-risk items to the Audit Committee as appropriate.
Challenge and validate management remediation responses and closure evidence to ensure issues are genuinely resolved rather than administratively closed.
Regulatory and Governance Alignment
Ensure the audit programme addresses the regulatory expectations of all relevant regulators: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia), SCB (Bahamas), SCA (UAE), and CNMV (Spain).
Provide independent assurance on material business change programmes, new product launches, strategic outsourcing decisions, and regulatory change implementation across the group.
Liaise constructively with external auditors and regulators, coordinating audit coverage where appropriate and providing regulators with access to audit documentation as required.
Requirements
Significant internal audit leadership experience within a multi-jurisdictional financial services group, broker, or investment firm — ideally including FCA-regulated and CySEC-regulated entities.
Strong working knowledge of FCA requirements for investment firms (MIFIDPRU, SYSC, COBS, PROD, DISP, AML/CTF, Consumer Duty) and familiarity with CySEC, ASIC, and other regulatory frameworks relevant to Capital.com's operational footprint.
Proven experience designing and operating a hybrid or co-sourced internal audit model at group level, including methodology ownership, panel governance, and quality assurance of specialist providers.
Experience auditing trading platforms, CFD or derivative products, technology infrastructure, financial crime controls, AML/KYC processes, and outsourced services.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain productive relationships with Boards, Audit Committees, and senior management while maintaining audit independence.
Track record of preparing clear, compelling assurance opinions and presenting findings at Board and Audit Committee level.
Experience managing or developing an internal audit team across multiple locations or entities.
Qualifications
Professional audit qualification (CIA, ACCA, ACA, CISA, CPA or equivalent) — CIA strongly preferred.
IIA membership or equivalent professional body membership.
Strong knowledge of the IIA International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) and its application in a multi-jurisdiction financial services context.
Familiarity with UK SMCR and equivalent senior manager/controlled function regimes across relevant jurisdictions.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.

Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
It’s an exciting time at Fin - especially within our Deployment Services team. We’re helping some of the world’s most innovative companies transform how they support their customers through AI-powered customer service.
As a
Senior
AI Deployment Consultant
, you’ll lead our largest and most complex customer deployments, combining world-class project management with hands-on technical configuration of the Fin platform. You’ll be the trusted advisor who ensures our customers achieve value quickly and at scale, guiding them not only to do the foundations, but set a direction on how they measure their impact with AI.
You’ll partner with a dedicated team of engineers for complex technical work while managing the overall project strategy, timeline, and delivery. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer success, and execution excellence.
What will I be doing?
Own end-to-end deployment programs for our largest customers, ensuring successful and timely implementation to Fin - acting as a primary point of contact throughout.
Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget that align with each customer’s unique goals and support model and keep GTM partners current on project state.
Lead discovery sessions to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical and project plans.
Own the hands-on configuration of the Fin platform—spanning automation, workflows, and analytics—while orchestrating technical readiness across data migrations, integrations, and security protocols.
Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve complex technical hurdles while maintaining autonomy over the vast majority of platform implementation.
Coordinate technical readiness activities, including integrations, data migrations, and security reviews.
Run projects with operational precision: maintained risk logs, a structured reporting cadence to both customer and internal leadership, clear escalation paths, and documented decisions. Surface risk early enough that it can be mitigated rather than managed.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D - shaping deployment strategy up front and feeding what you learn in the field back into the roadmap.
Contribute to the evolution of our Deployment Services methodology, templates, and best practices.
Apply AI tooling to your own delivery work to compress discovery, documentation, and asset creation - and share what works back to the team.
What skills do I need?
5+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, deployment, or professional services roles, ideally within SaaS or AI technology companies.
A track record of delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget with low escalation rates - and a clear point of view on the operating discipline that makes that repeatable.
Hands-on technical capability. You can configure platforms yourself, and you're fluent enough in APIs, data flows, and integration patterns to know when a requirement is a config problem versus an engineering one.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing both executives and technical stakeholders.
Strong judgment under ambiguity - you can prioritize, decide, and move when requirements aren't fully formed, and you're resilient in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Daily use of AI tooling in your own workflow - discovery synthesis, documentation, customer assets - and the ability to show how it's changed your delivery pace. We'll ask about this.
Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CX platforms is a plus.
How Will I Be Measured?
Automation Rate - Are you driving your customers to achieve high adoption of Fin?
CX Score — do customers rate the deployment experience highly?
On-time, on-budget delivery — do your projects land against the timeline and scope you committed to?
Time-to-value — how quickly do customers get to a working, measurable Fin deployment?
Contribution to the team — the templates, mentorship, and best practices you leave behind.

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Are you a marketer with experience from bigger companies' marketing departments with an ambitious ‘growth’ mindset and a can-do attitude? Do you get excited about growing a business? If this sounds like you, then we’d love to chat!
So… we have built this rocket ship. We call it Wolt. We are best known for our food delivery platform, yet we are on a journey to become an ‘’everything’’ app so you can get almost anything in your city delivered to your doorstep in less than an hour.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.
