What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Product Research
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $170,000.00 to
$185,000.00 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Do you like getting into the weeds on all things technical, psychological, and educational, and have a desire to know how things work? Then this is the position for you. We are looking for that Swiss Army Knife that brings broad experience to each challenge presented. The Huntress Product team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Senior Product Researcher for our Security Awareness Training product, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. One should have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.
Responsibilities:
Operate a proven industry-leading Security Awareness Training phishing program.
Be the security expert designing and building phishing scenario emails & landing pages that simulate real cyber attacks for thousands of SAT learners. Every simulation is paired with coaching that shows learners the social engineering tells, how the learner can develop skills to identify social engineering tradecraft, the indicators, like hovering a link before clicking or receiving an unexpected email. Craft a growing library of common indicators and write new ones when a scenario calls for it.
Comfortable scripting and coding to build proofs-of-concept and tooling with a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect simulated phishing emails & landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React. Take pride in delivering simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft. The details are the job.
Identify emerging social engineering tradecraft from attack patterns, email metadata, and web expertise. Today ClickFix attacks and variants dominate the threat landscape, but relentless hunger to get ahead of attacker tradecraft will mean translating the shifts in attacker tactics that matter into what the program teaches. Evolve deliverables with the tradecraft.
Automate by default, evolving + expanding phishing content generation as an AI-powered system using Claude Code.
Expand the program into new regions, more languages, more tailored content, and new kinds of learning experiences with the guidance of the Product Manager and Principal Product Researcher.
Triage reported phishing emails, internal and external security incidents surfacing threat insights and trend analysis in the Huntress Threat Report, threat advisories, social media engagements, webinars & conference talks, resulting in strategic security awareness outreach campaigns.
Align with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness Training and phishing program outcomes.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional product under tight deadline pressures.
Eagerness to engage, report, and be accountable to executive stakeholders.
Passion to translate your expertise in technical & nontechnical ways to deliver impactful security outcomes that protect the 99%.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript & React, Angular, or Vue
Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor with impressive projects to prove it
Experience in manually building phishing simulation deliverables like emails and landing pages, simulating phishing attacks, then analyzing & reporting simulation results

self service
,

support, and controlled
self healing
, with criteria for choosing the
appropriate response
.
Define safeguards for AI assisted workflows, including source quality, evaluation, human review where needed, auditability, and paths for uncertain or failed outcomes.

new technology
through focused proofs of concept and recommend where it should be adopted, improved, or deferred.
Technical engineering
Design or review advanced Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and API based components when architectural risk or reuse
warrants
direct involvement.
Set expectations for code quality, version control, testing, performance, resilience, and documentation across automation solutions.
Engineering leadership and partnership
Review high-impact solution designs and resolve architectural tradeoffs with platform owners, security partners, and delivery teams.
Provide reference designs, decision records, and guidance that engineering teams can use in delivery.
Prototype selected high-risk elements to validate feasibility and guide production implementation of critical integrations.
Mentor engineers and contribute technical input to the employee technology roadmap.
What we are looking for:

As a Protective Services Lead, you'll be the operational security lead keeping ICEYE's people safe wherever they work or travel. You'll protect our executives and travelling employees, lead our response when things go wrong, and build the security practices a fast-growing global company needs. This is a hands-on, senior role where your impact comes from scope and ownership rather than team size.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth. ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system. ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future. Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Run travel risk management for employees: pre-travel risk assessments, real-time monitoring, and on-the-ground assistance across all destinations.
— Lead ICEYE's response to security crises, coordinating internal teams and external partners to resolve situations quickly and limit the impact on people and operations.
— Plan and deliver executive protection for senior leaders, including threat assessments, route planning, and coordination of protective details.
— Act as the first point of contact for security incidents and alarm activations, triaging, escalating, and responding on site or remotely.
— Plan and oversee security for company events, from risk assessment and access control to coordination with venues and security providers.
— Manage external security vendors (protective services, travel risk, and event security), holding them to agreed service levels.
— Write and maintain security procedures, run crisis exercises and drills, and deliver security training for employees.
— Support business lines running specialised or fast-moving programmes with tailored security planning.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Must haves:
— Around 8 years of security experience in an international setting, covering crisis management, executive protection, or travel security across multiple sites and regions.
— Hands-on experience managing external security vendors, including performance and service level management.
— A track record of leading security for executive travel programmes or high-profile company events.
— Experience planning and running crisis exercises, incident response drills, and security training.
— Strong written documentation skills: procedures, incident and after-action reports, and travel risk assessments.
— Calm, structured decision-making under pressure, including during simultaneous incidents across sites.
— Confidence working with authorities, law enforcement, and external providers, and explaining security requirements clearly to non-specialists.
Nice to haves:

An overview of this role
As a Demo Architect, you'll help GitLab teams and customers get hands-on with our platform faster and with less friction. This role reports to the Senior Director of our Solutions Architecture Center of Excellence, with day-to-day partnership from the current team lead. You'll build and improve the tools, applications, and infrastructure that support field team demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments across the field.
What makes this role unique is its mix of software engineering, infrastructure, and customer-facing collaboration. You'll work like an engineer for much of the role, while also partnering with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, and others to make sure what we build is practical, usable, and aligned to how the field sells.
What you'll do
Build and maintain tools, applications, and workflows that support demos, workshops, trials, and internal test environments.
Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service, and scalability for field teams and partners.
Provision and support infrastructure that enables hands-on customer experiences across
GitLab.com
, demo instances, and internal environments.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Account Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, UX, and Engineering to understand needs and deliver practical technical solutions.
Learn and document go-to-market workflows (e.g., how teams run demos/workshops/trials) and automate the steps that waste time.
Create technical workshop assets and enablement content that support pre-sales and technical selling for individual contributors.
Advise on sales opportunities when specialized technical demo support or custom solutions are needed.
Improve the presenter experience by reducing manual setup work and making demo workflows easier to use and repeat.
Support internal teams that rely on demo or test infrastructure, helping keep those environments available and useful.
Troubleshoot urgent demo/workshop environment issues under pressure and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
What you'll bring
Experience building software, systems, or internal tools that support technical users or business teams.
Ability to deliver production-grade software and automation with attention to reliability, maintainability, and documentation.
Ability to work across application development and infrastructure, with comfort navigating provisioning, automation, and service workflows.
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools to shorten investigation time when something breaks.
Comfort communicating and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
Understanding of how to design and iterate on solutions for usability and repeatability, not just technical correctness, with awareness that the end user may be a seller or Solutions Architect.
Ability to operate independently in a remote, asynchronous environment, with willingness to travel periodically for team offsites and occasional in-person planning/whiteboarding sessions.
Exposure to technical demos, workshops, trials, or enablement assets, and/or interest in learning the pre-sales context; transferable experience from software engineering, site reliability engineering, systems engineering, solutions architecture, or similar technical paths. #LI-CM1

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth Engagement Specialist to play a critical role in Wealthsimple's proactive client communication initiatives. This role is both technical and creative, where you'll work on the planning and execution of end-to-end growth marketing campaigns across Wealthsimple's brand and product ecosystem, using AI-assisted tooling to do it faster and better than ever before.
The ideal candidate is one who can think "client-first," who can balance multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing on quality, and who understands the interconnected technical and creative elements of consumer performance marketing programs — including where AI can meaningfully accelerate or improve that work. You'll be joining our multidisciplinary Growth organization where you'll work with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other growth and lifecycle marketers like yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (esp. in-app content, email and mobile push), including segmenting target audiences, orchestrating multi-channel journeys, building templates, QA & deploying campaigns, and reporting on performance
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude, Braze's AI features, or similar) to improve QA, content generation, campaign briefs, and reporting, and help build repeatable AI-powered workflows for the broader lifecycle & growth teams
- Ideate & experiment on growth engagement strategies/tactics, including personalization and content variation, to drive client acquisition, activation, retention and engagement
- Split your time roughly 50/50 between partnerships (integrating and marketing new partner offers, growing perk usage/redemptions, and supporting sponsorship activations) and referral growth (running monthly campaigns and experiments to increase acquisition through referrals)
- Analyze campaign and program performance; proactively report on campaign impact, client behaviours, and experimental results/learnings, using AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis where useful
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-5 years hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms (Braze or Iterable preferred); demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and processes
- 1+ year experience coding for email, or equivalent HTML/CSS skill required; SQL experience a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar) in day-to-day marketing execution, comfort experimenting with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted QA, not just traditional tooling
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation across channels, campaigns, and more required
- Understanding of marketing technology best practices, including responsive design, inboxing/deliverability, and audience segmentation
- Campaign performance analysis & reporting, A/B testing experience required; demonstrated experimental design ability a strong plus
- Familiarity with key elements of lifecycle marketing acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies & tactics (esp. automated customer journeys, triggered comms, and multi-channel campaigns)
- Experience with mobile marketing (e.g. push notifications, in-app messaging) is a plus
- Proven success in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Data, etc.) to set and execute against data-informed growth targets/OKRs
