⚓ About Click&Boat
Click&Boat is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. We are a talented team of techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who spend each day pushing the boundaries of technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy.
Click&Boat is the European leader in boat rentals, with over €170M in annual GMV and a community of 2.4M+ registered users across 150+ countries worldwide. Our marketplace makes boating accessible around the globe, from a day trip to a week-long adventure, while enabling private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals.
To fuel our next phase of growth, we're hiring a Head of Paid Acquisition to own and scale our paid marketing strategy, based in our Barcelona office.
🚤 The role
We're looking for a Head of Paid Acquisition to join our crew in Barcelona and own the strategy behind how we acquire renters and boat owners at scale, across all our markets.
Paid acquisition is a core growth lever for Click&Boat, sitting at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and brand. You'll lead a team of 3, own the paid media P&L, and work in close, day-to-day collaboration with Global Group Head of Performance (based in Miami) to align on global strategy, share learnings across the Group's marketplaces, and make the most of our combined scale.
Given the strategic weight of paid acquisition in our growth model, you'll report and present regularly to our Executive Board as well as to Boats Group stakeholders, on performance, strategy, and investment decisions.
🛟 What floats your boat
Define and own the paid acquisition strategy (SEA, paid social, display/programmatic, app campaigns) across all markets, to hit revenue, contribution margin, and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 Paid Acquisition Managers, setting clear objectives and building a culture of accountability, testing, and continuous improvement.
Own the paid media budget and P&L: allocate spend by market and channel, and manage CAC/ROAS targets with rigor.
Partner closely with Global Group Head of Performance to align on global media strategy, share best practices across the Group's marketplaces, and coordinate shared vendor relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) where relevant.
Report to the Executive Board and Boats Group stakeholders on performance and strategy, translating data into clear investment recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams on tracking, attribution, and landing page optimisation.
Identify and test new channels and formats, and assess where AI can improve targeting, bidding, or creative performance.
🧭 What you bring aboard
7+ years of experience in paid acquisition / performance marketing, ideally in a B2C, marketplace, e-commerce, or travel environment.
3+ years of experience managing a team, driving performance through coaching, prioritisation, and clear goal-setting.
Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic/display, ideally in multi-market, multi-language contexts.
Data-obsessed and analytically rigorous: comfortable building and reading dashboards (Tableau or equivalent) and modeling CAC/LTV/ROAS.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, international organisation, collaborating with Group stakeholders across time zones.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to a Board / C-level audience.
Full proficiency in English is required.
🌊 Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles

ABOUT YOUR TEAM
At Eneba, we're a team of passionate people on a mission to help everyone discover the joy of gaming. We move fast, think big, and value people who take ownership and make things happen.
As an Executive Assistant to our CEO, you'll be much more than someone who manages calendars and organizes meetings. You'll work closely with our Founders and leadership team, gaining a front-row seat to how business decisions are made and strategic priorities move forward.
One of the most important parts of this role is writing. We're looking for someone who has a natural talent for turning ideas into clear, engaging, and thoughtful communication. Someone who can understand the CEO's perspective, capture their tone of voice, and help communicate their thoughts effectively, both internally and externally.
If you're a strong writer, naturally curious about business, highly organized, and excited about working alongside ambitious leaders, we'd love to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the CEO's voice in writing. Draft and refine LinkedIn posts, internal announcements, company-wide messages, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring they reflect their tone, perspective, and intended message.
- Turn ideas into impactful communication. Take rough thoughts, conversations, or key talking points and transform them into well-structured, engaging, and ready-to-use written content for different audiences.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO. Stay close to key business priorities, help coordinate strategic initiatives, follow up on important decisions, and ensure that ideas turn into action.
- Keep the CEO's day running smoothly. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prioritize daily workflows, and help the CEO stay focused on what matters most.
- Connect people and opportunities. Support communication and relationship-building with key stakeholders, business partners, Founders, and C-level executives.
- Bring structure to a fast-moving environment. Prepare meeting agendas, capture key takeaways, track action items, and ensure important follow-ups don't get lost.
- Handle sensitive matters with care. Manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional writing skills are a must. You know how to write clearly, creatively, and naturally, adapting your tone and style to different audiences and communication channels.
- Ability to capture someone else's voice. You can listen, understand the bigger picture, and turn another person's ideas into authentic, engaging written communication.
- Strong business understanding and curiosity. You're interested in how companies operate, how leaders make decisions, and how strategic priorities translate into everyday actions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a business environment, ideally in executive support, communications, project coordination, or a similar role involving close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills. You can juggle multiple moving pieces, stay on top of deadlines, and bring clarity to busy schedules.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do, enjoy figuring things out, and are persistent when facing challenges.
- Attention to detail and good judgment. You understand that even small details matter, especially when communicating on behalf of senior leadership.
- Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable with changing priorities, new challenges, and taking ownership.
- Confidence using office productivity tools and learning new systems.
- You hold a valid Category B driver's license.
- You're comfortable working 100% on-site from our Kaunas office.
SALARY
2400–3500 €/month gross

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for this employee and meet business needs, this role requires you to be based within +3/-3 UTC.
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will help run accurate, timely, and controlled accounts payable operations for external vendors. You will coordinate closely with our invoice-processing BPO, resolve discrepancies, manage AP communications, complete reconciliations and close activities in NetSuite, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Beyond daily execution, you will help improve and automate the workflows that support Oyster’s global financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and vendor queries accurately and promptly.
- Support the BPO in processing invoices completely, accurately, and on time in NetSuite.
- Ensure AP work complies with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage AP mailboxes and communication channels with clear documentation and tracking.
- Process vendor’s invoices in NetSuite.
- Perform regular AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions thoroughly.
- Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments.
- Complete month-end AP close activities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data.
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials.
- Build effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Core Requirements
- At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation.
- Advanced ERP experience.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel capability, plus proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- A track record of high-quality execution in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and systematic working methods.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Formal accounting education or a related qualification.
- Payroll-processing experience.
- Advanced Netsuite experience.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer narrowly transactional work without process-improvement ownership.
- You have limited experience on a standard AP process with Purchase Order
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies across several stakeholders.
- You need close day-to-day direction rather than independently prioritizing work.
- You have limited experience with high-volume, global AP operations.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years in Localization Quality Assurance (LQA), Senior Language Lead, or Quality Governance roles
