From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
The Global Alliance Lead is one of the most strategically important roles in our Ecosystem. You will own our relationship with one of the world's leading technology and transformation partners end-to-end — from C-suite engagement through to practitioner enablement and joint pipeline creation. You will be the architect of how the GSI and NewCo go to market together, ensuring our platform becomes the trusted data foundation inside the GSI’s agentic AI delivery practice globally.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of GSI Relationships. You will orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations — bringing the full weight of the organisation to bear on one of our highest-leverage commercial relationships.
What You'll Do
Relationship strategy and executive engagement
Own the global GSI relationship at partner and C-suite level, building trusted relationships with Client, practice and delivery team leads.
Define and execute a multi-year joint strategy that positions dbt + Fivetran as the default open data infrastructure layer within the GSI’s enterprise AI and agentic workflow delivery
Represent NewCo at GSI’s internal forums, client briefings, and industry events — articulating a compelling narrative around open data infrastructure and its relevance to the GSI’s strategy.
Platform integration and practitioner adoption
Drive adoption of the dbt + Fivetran platform within GSI delivery teams — ensuring practitioners, solution architects and practice leads are certified, confident, and actively recommending the platform in client engagements
Work with GSI's practice leadership to embed NewCo's platform into their business groups, standard delivery architectures, RFP responses and client proposals — with particular focus on GSI's Data & AI practices
Enablement and go-to-market
Design and execute a frictionless enablement programme for GSI practitioners globally — certifications, reference architectures, use case playbooks, and joint delivery assets
Partner with GSI's marketing and alliances teams to develop joint go-to-market campaigns anchored to open data infrastructure, trusted AI delivery, and closing the gap between AI POC and production
Support GSI in building and positioning client-facing agentic AI value accelerators — with NewCo platform as the foundational data layer — the "NewCo inside" model
Pipeline and opportunity development
Source and develop new pipeline opportunities through the GSI relationship — identifying client situations where open data infrastructure creates measurable value.
Drive co-sell motions alongside GSI account teams, ensuring NewCo is present and influential at the point of client opportunity
Maintain a rigorous view of GSI-engaged pipeline — tracking opportunity sourcing, progression, and closed business attributed to the alliance
Telemetry and performance
Define and track the signals that indicate a healthy, high-performing GSI relationship: certifications, sourced opportunities, platform deployments, practitioner engagement, and joint wins
Report regularly to the Global Head of GSI Relationships on alliance health, pipeline contribution, and strategic progress
Identify risks and gaps in the relationship early and mobilise internal resources to address them
What you will bring
15+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships with major consulting firms or global system integrators at a senior level
Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global consulting organisation — understanding how GSIs make decisions, build practices, and go to market
Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities, not just manage existing relationships
Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business narratives for consulting and enterprise audiences
Familiarity with AI, agentic workflows, and the data governance landscape is a strong advantage + strong knowledge of GSI's operating model and contacts within.
Willingness to travel globally to engage GSI leadership and teams across regions
What Success Looks Like in Year One
A clearly defined joint strategy with GSI signed off at partner Executive level and on track to primary Global Strategic Practice.
Material increase in GSI practitioner certifications and active platform deployments across Data & AI and Insights & Data practices
GSI-sourced pipeline contributing measurably to NewCo's revenue
At least two joint go-to-market campaigns live in the market delivering pipeline — anchored to GSI's agentic AI and trusted data agenda
First client-facing agentic value accelerators built on NewCo platform delivered with GSI — positioning NewCo as the trusted data infrastructure inside GSI's AI delivery
A telemetry framework in place tracking alliance health and pipeline influence
Why This Role
This is a rare opportunity to own a marquee relationship at a defining moment for both companies. GSI’s are publicly committing to capturing the full value of the agentic AI revolution for customers — and the merged dbt + Fivetran platform is the trusted data infrastructure that makes AI production-ready. The person who builds this alliance well will sit at the intersection of the two most important forces in enterprise technology right now: the scale of a global systems integrator and the open infrastructure that makes AI trustworthy enough to deploy at scale.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market — 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As Manager of Procurement Activation, you're the person who makes that real at scale. You'll lead a team of Procurement Activation Specialists working with Mid-Market customers, typically 100 to 999 employees, $50M to $100M in revenue, from discovery and configuration through go-live. Where your ICs work directly with CFOs and controllers to redesign how individual companies buy, you're building the system that makes those implementations excellent, repeatable, and fast.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, onboard, and develop Procurement Activation Specialists; own their ramp from week one to full independence
- Run structured 1:1s and coaching that moves ICs from reactive to proactive, and from execution to insight
- Build a team culture where CSMs, AMs, and AEs don't just loop you in on escalations — they come to your team first, before things get complicated
Define & Lead Strategy
- Build the Procurement Activation playbook from the ground up: define what excellent looks like at every stage — discovery, configuration, customer education, go-live — and codify it so the team can execute it consistently and independently
- Turn implementation patterns into structured product feedback Engineering and Product can act on. You're the bridge between what customers experience in the field and how the product gets better.
- Partner with Sales, AM, and CSM leadership to define how procurement deals get handed off, scoped, and resourced — and own those standards across the organization
Operationalize & Scale
- Build the implementation process to survive growth: as Ramp's procurement product ships new capabilities and the customer base expands, you're ahead of what needs to change
- Spot systemic blockers across implementations, drive resolution across functions. Product gaps, handoff failures, coverage issues.
- Represent procurement activation in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions. This team has a seat at the table because you've earned it!
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Procurement depth that earns the room: you understand procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management well enough that a Controller or VP of Finance trusts your judgment on the first call.
- Real people development experience: you've managed or closely mentored ICs and can point to specific moments where someone's skills or confidence visibly changed because of how you worked with them. Formal management tenure matters less than the quality of those examples.
- Cross-functional influence without authority: you get alignment from people who don't report to you, communicate clearly at every level — AE, CSM, AM, VP — and hold your position when priorities compete
- You've built something people actually use: a playbook, a training program, an escalation framework — something you created from scratch that outlasted your direct involvement and others adopted as their own
- Writes and speaks with precision: you can walk a Controller through a procurement workflow and brief a VP on why an implementation is stalling, on the same day, in the same register of credibility
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a customer-facing implementation or success role at a procurement software company (Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, Ivalua, or similar) or working in Procurement at a previous company.
- Familiarity with AP automation, ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks), or invoice-to-payment workflows
- Background in CS, implementation, or solutions consulting in B2B SaaS
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At 6 months: You're onboarding new hires on your own, making customer escalation calls without day-to-day guidance, and you've built a real reputation as the procurement authority inside Ramp.
At 12 months: You're running independently and generating ideas that move procurement forward, not just executing what you inherited. You've influenced product direction based on patterns you spotted in the field. You have genuine relationships across CS, Sales, AM, and Product leadership — not just working ones. And the team you've built has changed how Ramp thinks about what a specialist program can do, with a clear path to doing the same in other product areas.

ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Render's mission is to eliminate the undifferentiated work that goes into building software products by offering an easy-to-use, powerful cloud platform for developer teams of all sizes.

By joining us at an early stage, you will design and build the cloud platform you've always wanted for yourself, and make decisions that will shape our product and company, directly impacting developers around the globe.

We leverage open source and industry-standard technologies, modifying and extending the core components to meet the unique reliability, performance, and scaling demands of our platform.
We are looking for engineers with deep specialization in cloud and compute infrastructure. We are particularly interested in experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, micro VMs, controllers, operators, and the automation and self-healing of large scale distributed systems.
Areas of focus for the team this year will unlocking bottlenecks to scale our clusters while also automating the multi-step creation, configuration, testing, and tuning of Render clusters. We will expand Render to new regions, our own bare metal, and start orchestrating micro VMs outside of Kubernetes entirely.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Render's core compute infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, regions, and data centers. You'll shape how we evolve our compute platform as we rapidly scale.
- Design and build capabilities that give users greater performance and flexibility in how their services are built, deployed, perform, and stay available even when underlying resources go down.
- Investigate challenging cloud and compute issues across the stack, from the kernel and data plane to our kubernetes cluster, control plane, and other orchestration mechanisms.
- Improve the performance and reliability of our infrastructure through systematic profiling, experimentation, and tuning.
- Partner with engineers across the company to build a platform that is stable, predictable, and secure.
- Participate in our on-call rotation. Help continuously improve how we detect, respond to, and learn from incidents.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Deep expertise in operating, scaling, and enhancing Kubernetes clusters or similar resource/container orchestration system.
- Experience developing in Go, Rust, or similar languages to develop custom infrastructure components, scheduling, controllers, that apply business logic to resource management.
- Comfort going broad and deep in a complex systems, making tradeoffs to improve performance and efficiency without sacrificing reliability.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform team. This is an individual contributor role with outsized technical scope: you'll be the technical anchor for how Xsolla builds secure, high-scale auth infrastructure — setting direction, making hard architectural calls, and raising the bar across the org.
You will own the strategy behind authentication, authorization, and session management at scale, and evolve our OAuth 2.0 / OIDC flows and token lifecycle to meet both product and compliance needs. You operate with significant autonomy, but your decisions ripple across teams — so you'll spend real time building buy-in with engineering and security stakeholders, not just designing in isolation.
You are technically deep, calm under pressure, and comfortable being the escalation point when production IAM issues get hard. You write the RFCs and design docs that people actually read, and you create leverage for the broader engineering org through documentation, tooling, and mentorship — without needing a management title to do it.
HOW WE WORK
Xsolla operates across multiple time zones, and the IAM platform underpins authentication and authorization for every product we ship. Strong written communication is essential — your architectural decisions and designs need to stand on their own and be actionable without you in the room.
We value directness, technical depth, and follow-through. If a design or production issue has real security or reliability implications, we expect you to say so clearly, defend your position with evidence, and stay engaged until it's resolved.

About The Team
The Trading Strategies Mobile Team owns OKX's Trading Bot and Copy Trading experiences across iOS and Android. On the Trading Bot side we build the full suite of strategy bots (Spot & Futures Grid, Spot & Futures DCA, Recurring Buy, Smart Portfolio, Smart Arbitrage, Signal Bot, DCD, and AI-powered bots) that let millions of users automate their trading across spot and derivatives. On the Copy Trading side we let users discover top traders and automatically mirror their positions. It's a large, high-complexity mobile surface built on a shared Rust/UniFFI core, and we're actively moving performance-critical paths to Rust so the logic is shared across platforms. We care deeply about engineering quality. A big, fast-moving codebase demands high standards for architecture, stability, and performance, so we invest consistently in review rigor, knowledge-sharing, and technical training to keep raising the bar. We're also a growth team, working closely with Product and Design to ship new strategies, improve the automated trading experience, and most recently build AI-driven bot experiences. We're at an exciting inflection point, bringing AI into both our product and our engineering workflows. If you're energized by taming complexity at scale, driving technical excellence and business impact in equal measure, and shaping how automated crypto trading works for millions, this is the team to be on.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the technical architecture and delivery of the Android/iOS Trading Bot codebase as your primary focus, while also contributing to Copy Trading as our second core surface, raising code quality, stability, and performance across both and across the flows that create, manage, copy, and follow strategies.
Lead large-scale technical initiatives end to end, from the Kotlin/Swift-to-Rust/UniFFI migration to modularization and binary-compatibility discipline across the Trading Bot and shared-core repositories, and the work to cut crash, ANR, and startup hotspots.
Join product requirement discussions, shape well-reasoned technical solutions, and protect product performance, stability, and user experience.
Partner with product and business to drive the Trading Bot roadmap, from new strategy types to sharing, attribution, and growth features, to AI-powered bot experiences, turning technical leverage into business impact.
Stay close to industry trends, keep refining the technical architecture, and grow the team's engineering capabilities through training and knowledge-sharing.
Mentor engineers and lead by influence, lifting the whole team's technical proficiency.
Lead the team in exploring the integration of AI into business scenarios, driving product and technology innovation.
What We Look For In You
Staff/Principal level Android/iOS expertise.
8+ years building and shipping production Android/iOS apps, with deep Kotlin and a strong command of multi-module architecture, dependency and binary-compatibility constraints, and platform performance (ANR, crash, startup, memory).
A track record of leading mid to large projects end to end.
You hold a high bar for architecture and engineering quality, and you've raised that bar on a large, legacy-heavy codebase with results to show for it.
Technical strategy paired with business sense.
You can set technical direction and work with product to turn it into roadmap and revenue. You own outcomes, not just code.
A trading or fintech background.
Client-side experience at a crypto exchange, brokerage, or fintech app, with familiarity in core domains like order placement, market data, and asset management. Automated or algorithmic trading is a strong plus.
Influence and mentorship.
You make the engineers around you better through review, design guidance, and knowledge-sharing, and you build alignment across teams without leaning on authority.
Nice-To-Haves
Cross-language or Rust experience.
Rust, UniFFI/FFI, or iOS Swift/Obj-C, and comfort owning a shared cross-platform core.
Automated-trading domain depth.
Hands-on with trading bots, grid or DCA strategies, perpetuals and derivatives, copy or social trading, or market-making and arbitrage, or trading in general.
AI engineering experience.
LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, RAG, or agent workflows, and an eye for bringing AI into both the product and the engineering workflow.
Performance and reliability tooling.
APM, tracing, and crash or ANR triage at scale.
Scaled
CI/CD
.
Experience with large monorepo or multi-module release systems, such as MMR-style merge pipelines.
Client-side team leadership.
You've mentored or led a client-side team and can drive cross-team collaboration and technical review.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a strategic, data‑driven leader to shape the future of scaled customer success at Ramp. This role will design, operationalize, and lead programs that activate, retain, and grow 50% of Ramp’s micro‑SMB customers who don’t receive white‑glove 1:1 support, blending strategy, systems, and people leadership to drive impact at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and evolve Ramp’s self‑service onboarding and activation strategy in partnership with Scaled CS leadership, Product, and Growth.
- Use data to diagnose activation bottlenecks, build dashboards, run metric reviews, and drive data‑backed recommendations.
- Partner with Product to improve activation features and automation that enhance self‑onboarding.
- Lead customer education programs at scale: group onboarding trainings, video content, chatbot optimization, and lifecycle communications.
- Continuously improve systems and team efficiency through automation, content, and applied AI initiatives.
- Design, launch, and iterate scaled CS programs that improve outcomes across thousands of customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Scaled Customer Success Managers, each handling ~300 monthly new customers.
- Drive team performance across activation, expansion, and CSAT targets while fostering ownership and excellence.
- Hire, train, and enable team members on Ramp’s product, customer journey, and playbooks.
- Partner cross‑functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Growth, and Data to align scaled strategy with company goals.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 4+ years in consulting, CS operations, revenue or business operations, or strategy within high‑growth B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high‑performing CS or operations teams
- Proven success building or optimizing scalable programs and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into dashboards, operational insights, and measurable outcomes
- Skilled at cross‑functional leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Data, Sales, and CS
NICE TO HAVES
- Customer‑facing or quota‑carrying experience with a track record of exceeding goals
- Experience building education content, webinars, or scaled training programs
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 6 months, this leader will have launched and iterated scaled activation programs that measurably increase self‑serve activation and early retention, established a recurring metrics review with dashboards that surface funnel bottlenecks, and lifted team efficiency and CSAT through process, automation, and content improvements while developing a high‑performing team of 6–8 sCSMs.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Dev API team builds the programmatic surfaces that let developers and AI agents read from and write to Ramp. We are an AI-focused platform team making it trivially easy for any engineer at Ramp (or outside it) to ship new capabilities across all surfaces. Our ideal candidate thinks agent-first, has strong opinions on developer experience, and wants to define how software interacts with financial infrastructure at scale.
Check out our Engineering Blog https://engineering.ramp.com/ for more on our tech stack, mission, and values!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate Ramp's multi-surface platform with a high bar for reliability, correctness, and developer experience across tens of thousands of businesses.
- Serve thousands of builders and partners using our API, driving a large fraction of Ramp’s revenue, and deliver on a massive business opportunity to embed Ramp everywhere.
- Build software factories -- autonomous tooling and agents that accelerate endpoint creation, enabling teams across Ramp to ship their own API surfaces.
- Lead design and execution of complex backend projects end-to-end (architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring) in Python, Temporal, and Postgres.
- Own user experience and platform robustness end-to-end -- harden and evolve the API with an emphasis on quality, reliability, and sustainability.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience building APIs or developer-facing platforms

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our P2P & Fiat team, where you will own the mobile engineering for OKX’s peer-to-peer trading and fiat payment experiences across multiple markets. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of mobile engineering and cross-border payments—you will work closely with compliance, legal, and regional business teams to build localised, regulation-aware payment flows for users across Southeast Asia, LATAM, MENA, and beyond.
You bring deep familiarity with P2P trading mechanics, cross-regional fiat payment integrations, and the compliance considerations that govern them. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the mobile engineering for P2P trading flows, including trading channel mechanics, payment methods, and end-to-end buy and sell transaction journeys.
Build and maintain cross-regional fiat payment integrations, including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and third-party PSP integrations across markets such as Southeast Asia, LATAM, and MENA.
Ensure mobile payment flows and user data handling comply with local and international regulatory requirements, including KYC tiers, transaction limits, and regional compliance constraints.
Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, product, and regional market teams to translate local regulatory requirements into reliable, user-friendly mobile experiences.
Drive technical decision-making on payment architecture, clearly articulating trade-offs across delivery speed, maintainability, and compliance.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow—not only for code generation, but also to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and contribute to a culture of ownership, technical rigour, and high engineering standards.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on experience building and maintaining production mobile applications. Level will be calibrated based on technical depth, scope, and demonstrated impact.
Proficiency in either iOS development using Swift or Objective-C, or Android development using Kotlin or Java.

Good judgment when balancing delivery speed, product requirements, technical quality, and maintainability.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in crypto, fintech, digital payments, or another regulated product environment.
Experience building large-scale or multi-market consumer mobile applications.
Experience in one or more areas such as mobile architecture, infrastructure, performance, security, or cross-platform development.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated output.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Staff Mobile Engineer to join our OEX Mobile Growth team — a pure mobile team sitting at the intersection of engineering rigour, consumer growth craft, and product instinct. This is not a feature delivery role. You will own the client-side architecture for new user acquisition, referral and virality mechanics, and the reward and conversion funnels that drive growth for millions of users.
You bring deep expertise in mobile attribution — from MMP design and evolution through to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation — and you know how to turn attribution data into decisions. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the client-side architecture for core growth conversion flows — new user acquisition, referral and virality loops, reward mechanics, and activity-driven engagement systems.
Design and evolve the mobile attribution system — including MMP integration, attribution modelling, and the application of attribution data across anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation scenarios.
Build and optimise growth infrastructure including funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops that directly serve the mobile user base.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, and local market teams to translate commercial goals into concrete, data-backed engineering proposals.
Drive technical decision-making on growth infrastructure, articulating trade-offs clearly and defending or revising positions based on evidence.
Apply AI coding tools actively in your workflow — not just for code generation, but to build and maintain repeatable personal AI development workflows.
Mentor engineers on the team and help establish a culture where engineers bring solutions, not just responses.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality systems at scale.
Deep familiarity with new user growth, referral and virality mechanics, activity and reward systems, and the client-side architecture behind core business conversion flows.
Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution — hands-on experience with attribution platforms and solutions, and proven ability to drive attribution data into anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation applications.
Proficient in AI-assisted development — able to independently build and maintain personal AI engineering workflows, not just use AI tools ad hoc.
Data instincts: you think in funnels, know how to instrument what matters, and use metrics to drive decisions.
Outspoken and proposal-driven — you come to the table with a point of view, push back when you disagree, and bring data and a counter-proposal rather than just flagging concerns.
Strong cross-functional communication — comfortable working with Product, Business Development, and local markets to align on goals and hold the line on engineering quality.
Nice-To-Haves
Mobile development experience in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) — or backend experience building growth systems that serve mobile apps directly.
Depth in MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or SKAdNetwork.
Experience building referral systems, k-factor mechanics, or anti-fraud layers.
A/B experiment framework ownership at meaningful scale.
ASO operational experience (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
Background in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer financial products.
Experience operating across APAC, EEA, or US markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Drive architecture decisions and engineering standards across the mobile platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability at scale.
Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, unblock development, and raise the bar on engineering quality across the organisation.
Own performance engineering across the platform — memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering — in production environments serving millions of users.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, design, backend, and security teams to align on platform goals and execute effectively.
Serve as the go-to technical expert for complex infrastructure challenges, maintaining the robustness and scalability of the mobile platform.
What We Look For In You
8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team lead or management role focused on infrastructure, platform, or architecture.
Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams, with strong technical judgement and a high level of drive.
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with a strong understanding of the mobile platform layer — performance, toolchain, architecture, and developer experience.
Actively uses AI tools in your engineering workflow — you don't just know about them, you've integrated them into how you and your team work.
Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and work effectively across stakeholders at different levels.

Nice to Haves
Hands-on experience leading a dedicated mobile architecture or infrastructure team with deep platform specialisation.
Track record of driving performance optimisation at scale — memory, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
Experience shipping AI-powered features or integrating AI tooling into engineering workflows at team or org level.
Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or other high-scale consumer app environments.
