About Huzzle
At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.
About the Company
We’re working with a growing international business looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to manage qualified B2B opportunities from the meeting stage through proposal, negotiation, and close.
The ideal candidate is confident managing high-value B2B conversations with international clients and can build on momentum created earlier in the sales process without unnecessarily restarting the conversation.
Job Summary
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll own the later stages of the B2B sales cycle — turning qualified meetings into signed clients.
You’ll work with warm, qualified opportunities, understand client needs, lead discovery and commercial conversations, present proposals, handle objections, protect pricing, and ultimately close the deal before ensuring a smooth handoff to the operations team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2B sales professional who is commercially sharp, highly accountable, and comfortable operating independently.
You won’t need to be managed into action. You’ll be expected to own your opportunities, follow through on commitments, and consistently move deals forward.
Key Responsibilities
Own qualified B2B opportunities from initial sales meeting through to close.
Continue conversations from existing sales handoffs rather than unnecessarily re-pitching the client.
Conduct discovery and understand the commercial needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients.
Lead sales meetings and communicate value clearly to decision-makers.
Develop and present compelling proposals within agreed timelines.
Handle pricing objections and negotiations while protecting commercial value.
Maintain momentum and follow up consistently throughout the sales cycle.
Use CRM systems accurately and maintain strong sales-process discipline.
Forecast opportunities and communicate deal progress clearly.
Close new business and ensure accurate documentation of agreed terms.
Provide a smooth handoff to the operations or delivery team after the sale.
Take ownership of sales results and continuously improve your approach.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, preferably selling to international clients.
Proven track record of closing meaningful B2B deals.
Experience managing opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and final close.
Strong written and spoken English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold pricing under pressure.
Excellent CRM discipline and attention to detail.
Ability to move quickly and consistently follow up on opportunities.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong commercial judgment; you know when to push, when to listen, and when to close.
A track record you can demonstrate through specific examples of successful deals.

About the company:
KIEFER is building Greece's integrated AI ecosystem. From renewable energy infrastructure and AI systems to robotics and enterprise applications, we connect the technologies that power Europe's intelligent future. Founded in 2014, KIEFER has delivered 600MW+ of energy projects and is now developing sovereign AI infrastructure, enterprise AI products and physical AI systems for Greece and Southeast Europe.
KIEFER TEK is expanding its EPC capabilities in energy storage and is looking for a senior commercial leader to drive the growth of its BESS business
You will originate and close utility-scale BESS EPC contracts with developers, IPPs, funds and industrial off-takers, running deals end to end from first meeting to signature alongside Engineering, Procurement and PMO, and shaping the pricing and contracting approach for a newly prioritised portfolio. You will also lead the differentiation argument that increasingly decides these deals — how energy management, analytics and AI-assisted dispatch optimisation improve availability, revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Map the Greek and regional storage landscape and build a structured, prioritised pipeline
• Run opportunities end to end — qualification, technical scoping, proposal build-up, negotiation, and handover to PMO after signature
• Shape pricing architecture and contracting models (turnkey EPC, EPC wrap, Balance of Plant, EPC + long-term service agreements) with Engineering, Procurement and Finance
• Translate CAPEX, EPC scope, round-trip efficiency, degradation/augmentation and availability guarantees into commercial narratives that hold up to investor and lender scrutiny
• Lead the digital and AI value conversation — forecasting, dispatch optimisation, state-of-health analytics — and its effect on revenue stacking and levelised cost of storage
• Track tender schedules, capacity mechanisms, grid connection terms and competitor positioning
• Maintain CRM discipline and produce reliable weighted-pipeline forecasts
• Represent KIEFER TEK at industry conferences, tenders and investor events
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years in Sales or Business Development within Energy, EPC or Renewables, with a track record of closing complex, long-cycle B2B contracts
• Direct exposure to utility-scale BESS strongly preferred; adjacent experience in Solar PV, Wind, substations or grid connection works valued
• Working command of BESS commercial fundamentals — revenue stacking, augmentation, EPC vs. BoP scope splits, availability guarantees, levelised cost of storage
• Genuine literacy in AI and digital optimisation of energy assets, and the ability to apply AI tools to your own commercial work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration or related field (Master's a plus)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Category B driving licence and readiness to travel 30–40%, primarily in Greece with regular travel across SE Europe
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive compensation package, with full pay transparency throughout the recruitment process
- Performance-based bonus linked to commercial results
- Company car and fuel allowance
- Private medical insurance
- Professional development in BESS, energy markets and AI-enabled energy solutions
- Participation in key industry conferences and events
- High level of autonomy and direct access to senior management
- The opportunity to play a key role in developing KIEFER TEK’s Energy Storage business
KIEFER TEK is an equal opportunity employer. All applications are treated in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR.

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As Staff AI Deployment Strategist, you will shape how some of the most ambitious enterprises in the UK & Nordics region adopt frontier AI at scale.
This is a senior, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will work directly on Mistral’s most strategic opportunities and largest deliveries, helping customers move from ambition to measurable business outcomes. You will frame complex AI transformation programs, turn executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, and ensure that Mistral delivers systems that are valuable, scalable, and trusted.
You will also act as a senior sponsor on our most critical customer programs, bringing judgment, structure, and delivery excellence to high-stakes engagements. Your mandate is to raise the ambition and quality of AI adoption: helping customers identify where AI can create step-change value, making the right trade-offs, and ensuring that execution matches the strategic promise.
This role is ideal for an experienced strategy consultant, transformation leader, or senior operator who wants to move from advising on change to building it directly with frontier AI technology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Shape high-impact AI transformations
- Partner closely with Mistral’s Sales leadership in the UK & Nordics to qualify opportunities, align on account strategy, and drive executive engagement.
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify where frontier AI can create material business value.
- Structure complex opportunities into clear, credible, and executable transformation programs.
- Translate strategic ambition into delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and operating plans.
- Help customers make the right trade-offs between ambition, feasibility, speed, and long-term scalability.
- Sponsor Mistral’s most strategic deliveries
- Act as a senior sponsor on the largest and most complex customer programs, primarily in the UK & Nordics and potentially cross-region as priorities evolve.
- Ensure delivery quality, executive alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and help teams navigate ambiguity in high-stakes environments.
- Bring senior judgment to moments where scope, resources, timelines, or expected value need to be clarified.
- Build repeatable deployment excellence
- Turn lessons from strategic engagements into reusable approaches, playbooks, and patterns.
- Raise the bar for how AI programs are qualified, framed, delivered, and scaled.
- Act as a senior relay for the Solutions organization in the region, helping teams adopt shared best practices, adapt them thoughtfully to local market specificities when needed, and strengthen the quality of execution.
- Work hand in hand with Solutions leadership to connect customer realities, delivery patterns, and field feedback into practical ways of improving how Mistral deploys AI.
- Help codify what great enterprise AI deployment looks like across industries and use cases.
- Contribute to a Solutions culture that combines strategic clarity, technical depth, and strong execution.
- Develop and multiply senior DS impact
- Coach Deployment Strategists on strategic problem-solving, executive communication, and delivery leadership.
- Help teams raise the quality of their work on the highest-impact opportunities.
- Identify capability gaps and contribute to hiring, staffing, and development priorities.
- Act as a force multiplier across accounts, teams, and regions where your experience can have the highest leverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a senior, highly capable professional with strong executive presence, excellent business judgment, and a track record of leading complex strategic or transformation work.
Typical indicators we’re looking for include:
- 8–10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
- Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in a top-tier strategy consulting or transformation context.
- A strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
- Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
- The credibility to engage with executives and C-level stakeholders on business priorities, trade-offs, and impact.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Comfort working at the frontier of technology, even when solutions are evolving quickly and the path is not fully defined.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset and a desire to build with customers and teams, not just advise from a distance.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
