WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion's mission is to make toolmaking ubiquitous—from wikis and documents to notes, tasks, and databases. Strong product intuition and user focus have driven adoption across organizations of all sizes. Millions of users now rely on Notion's building blocks to get work done.
As Notion scales, there's a unique opportunity to build the data foundations that help our product and company reach their full potential. You'll design and build reliable, trusted datasets that accelerate decision-making across product and business functions, directly impacting our roadmap and growth.
This role is based in our San Francisco Headquarters. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Define ETL processes and infrastructure to make data readily available across the company
- Build core datasets as single sources of truth for product and business teams (product, marketing, sales, finance, customer experience, data science, operations, IT, engineering)
- Partner with data scientists and stakeholders to understand their needs and design, build, and monitor pipelines that scale with our growing data
- Implement automated workflows that reduce operational costs, define SLAs for timely data delivery, and democratize data through self-serve dashboards, discovery tools, and AI-enabled exploration
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Self-starter who gathers high-impact needs from business partners, designs technical solutions, and communicates clearly about deliverables, timelines, and tradeoffs
- 5+ years of experience as a data engineer building core datasets and supporting business functions, with a passion for analytics, data modeling, and solving complex problems
- Strong understanding of scalable cloud data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) across multiple data stores (Snowflake, Redshift, Hive, SQL/NoSQL, columnar formats) and methodologies (dimensional modeling, data marts, schemas)
- SQL expert, proficient with aggregation, window functions, UDFs, self-joins, and optimization techniques for writing correct, high-performance queries
- Highly comfortable with object-oriented programming (Python, Java, Scala)
- Expert at using AI and agent-based tools to accelerate data development for yourself and others, including defining guardrails, workflows, and context for safe, production-scale data work
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience at a fast-scaling or SaaS company, with enthusiasm to contribute in such an environment (current Notion users especially welcome)
- Hands-on experience designing and building highly scalable, reliable data pipelines using BigData stack tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Spark, Hive, Parquet/ORC, Protobuf/Thrift)
Our customers come from all walks of life and so do we. We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger. If you share our values and our enthusiasm for small businesses, you will find a home at Notion.

Workplace: Hybrid
Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit enables people to build software with AI. The systems underneath that experience must support safe production changes, measurable reliability, and predictable performance as usage grows.
This Engineering Manager will lead SRE across observability, incident management, load testing, performance engineering, cloud cost and capacity, and rollout infrastructure. You'll lead and grow an existing team that builds and operates production platforms and works hands-on across application and infrastructure boundaries.
This is a software-building leadership role, not simply an incident-management function. You'll help teams ship safely, understand production behavior, and remove performance bottlenecks through concrete engineering improvements. You should be comfortable going deep on a rollout failure or performance investigation while developing technical leaders and sustainable ownership across a distributed team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Observability. Build and operate metrics, logs, traces, and alerting capabilities. Help teams establish meaningful SLOs and use production telemetry to diagnose problems and verify improvements.
- Incident Management. Own incident tooling and practices, coordinate cross-team response, and turn incident reviews into engineering improvements that reduce recovery time and repeat failures.
- Load Testing. Build and maintain load/failure testing capabilities. Validate critical paths under expected demand, quantify headroom, and test recovery and production readiness with service owners.
- Performance Engineering. Lead deep engagements with internal teams on SLOs and end-to-end performance. Use profiling, telemetry, and load tests to identify bottlenecks and deliver improvements with service owners—not just recommendations.
- Stay technically engaged. Review designs and production changes, debug difficult failure modes, and use AI coding tools—including Replit—to prototype and automate. Apply rigorous review and verification to AI-generated changes.
- Build and grow a high-ownership engineering team. Coach engineers, develop technical leaders, manage performance, and hire against agreed needs. Make distributed collaboration, mentoring, and backup coverage deliberate rather than relying on a few permanent escalation points.
- Measure outcomes and close the loop. Track rollout safety, recovery time, repeat incidents, critical-path latency/throughput, test coverage, and improvements arising from cost/capacity analysis. Agree success measures and continuing ownership with partner teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated engineering management. You have led and developed engineers, made prioritization and performance decisions, hired thoughtfully, and delivered through a team—not only acted as its strongest individual contributor.
- Software-oriented production systems depth. You have built and operated distributed systems or reliability platforms and can reason across deployment behavior, Kubernetes, telemetry, service dependencies, and recovery mechanisms.
- Safe-change and performance judgment. You have led consequential migrations or incidents and used measurement to diagnose reliability or performance problems. You can distinguish symptoms from causes and validate fixes under realistic conditions.
- Platform-product and cross-team judgment. You can build capabilities other teams adopt, lead hands-on engagements without absorbing every service's operations, and make clear tradeoffs among reliability, performance, engineering effort, and cost.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with GitOps or progressive-delivery platforms such as Harness, ArgoCD, or Kargo.
- Experience with observability, profiling, load-testing, and failure-testing systems, including OpenTelemetry or comparable tooling.
- Experience with cloud cost attribution, capacity planning, and provider coordination, particularly on GCP.
- Experience growing distributed teams and using AI tools to increase engineering output while preserving production safeguards.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Senior Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Senior Customer Solutions Architect (Sr. CSA) owns the technical relationship for our most complex and strategic customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor to some of our largest customers. The Sr. CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: leading architecture strategy, running executive-level technical conversations, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion.
The Sr. CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) across a book of larger, more strategic accounts. Beyond their own accounts, the Sr. CSA sets the standard for the CSA team by mentoring teammates, building repeatable playbooks, and shaping how the team works. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Location:
Austin, TX / Denver, CO / New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin, Denver or NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own the post-sales technical relationship for a portfolio of our most complex, strategic Enterprise accounts, including multi-business-unit and multi-region customers
Set the adoption strategy for each account, and drive optimization and sustained usage of the platform at scale
Introduce new products and features to customer leaders and architects, and shape how they fit into the customer's roadmap
Design enablement programs and workshops for large, distributed customer teams, and turn the best ones into reusable programs for the CSA team
Anticipate churn or contraction risks well before they surface, and lead recovery plans for at-risk strategic accounts, including implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As a People Tech & Analytics Engineer on the People team, you will build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind how Mistral runs People Operations. Reporting to the People Tech & Analytics Lead, you will turn the roadmap into reality: wiring our HR tech stack together, making data flow reliably between systems, and automating people processes with third-party tools as well as Mistral's own models, agents, and APIs.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building. You will spend most of your time in the systems and the data, deep-diving into problems: connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools, standing up the data layer behind our people metrics, and shipping automations that remove manual work from the People team.
If you are a data engineer or people technology specialist who wants to deliver meaningful automation outcomes at Europe's largest AI company, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and data pipelines across our HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity and finance), run data quality checks, and fix inconsistencies at the source.
- Implement and evolve the Metabase visualisation layer of our people data lake, build the dashboards and self-serve reporting managers and People partners rely on, and run hands-on analyses of workforce trends, retention and organisational health, supporting the move to conversational insights for leadership.
- Design, build, test and document automated workflows, mainly with Mistral's own models, agents and APIs, with human review wherever decisions affect people, monitor live automations with alerting, error handling, logging and runbooks, and prototype AI use cases on people processes, productionising the ones that prove their worth.
- Implement configuration changes across the HR tech stack (workflows, fields, roles and permissions, new countries and entities), support testing and rollout of system changes and integrations, and act as first-line troubleshooter for the People team, leading issue resolution through to production with a clear audit trail.
- Architect end-to-end HR workflows with key stakeholders in HR Operations, Business Partnering and Reward, and implement data governance in practice: quality standards, access controls, retention rules and audit trails for employee data.
- Provide clear enablement materials in Notion so the People team and managers can use our systems confidently, with strong tier-1 support via a bot.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or HR technology, ideally within an HR or People function or working closely with one as a stakeholder.
- Strong practical SQL and Python skills: you are comfortable building pipelines and transformations yourself.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Ashby, and integrating them with ATS, payroll, identity and finance tools via APIs, middleware and data pipelines.
- Real automation experience: you have built and maintained workflows in n8n or similar tools such as Make, Zapier, Workato or Langdock, and you are excited to do the same with Mistral's own models and tooling.
- Working experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery) and the modern data stack (dbt or similar), and with visualisation tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
- You are low-ego and team-spirited, and you take a prioritised problem and run with it in ambiguity: you would rather build a first version and iterate than wait for a perfect spec. You start from the HR need, not the technology, stay hands-on, and have a track record of building foundations in growing organisations without creating legacy.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

Our Story
Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 50 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.
How we work
Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. No matter if you’re part of a game team or support the success of Wooga as part of a central team, all 250+ employees from around the world can make an impact. We’re proud of the environment we’ve built, and believe you’ll enjoy working with some of the best people in the industry.
Our drivers: Speed, Focus, Ownership, and Impact, guide our working style at Wooga and help us make a deliberate choice to focus on what is important to us, while working towards a shared goal.
These drivers shape how we work together and what we expect from ourselves and our leaders.
As a Mid-level Game Artist at Wooga, you will join the Content Creative team of June's Journey, Wooga's most successful title, and bring our features, events, and in-game offers to life for millions of players. Every campaign we run is a small piece of storytelling: a moment with June and her friends that invites players into a new event or feature. You will work closely with product marketing managers, monetization managers, UI artists, writers and the wider art team to turn briefs into striking in-game announcements that tell these stories at a glance.
Your canvas is the game's rich library of existing art - characters, isometric sets, hidden object scenes, key art - which you will recombine, repaint and compose into fresh, exciting campaigns. This is a role for someone who thinks like an illustrator, has a strong instinct for composition and moves at the pace of a live game.
Please note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creating in-game announcements and campaign visuals for new features, live events and sales offers, from brief to final asset.
Telling the story of June and her friends in every campaign, so that announcements feel like a natural part of the game's world rather than an advertisement.
Recombining, adapting and painting over existing art assets to build compelling compositions that communicate a clear message and a clear emotion.
Applying strong composition, colour and visual hierarchy so that every announcement reads instantly and beautifully on mobile screens.
Working with monetisation and product marketing to understand the goal of each campaign and translating it into the right visual and narrative treatment.
Using AI-supported workflows as a natural part of your process to explore variations, speed up production and keep quality high.
Maintaining consistency with the established art style and visual grammar of announcements, while bringing freshness and creativity within it.
Reacting to late changes in offer composition quickly and accurately, ensuring every asset reflects what players will actually receive.
Contributing to templates, documentation and process improvements for the Content Creative team.
About You
You have a strong portfolio demonstrating illustration and composition skills, with a sense for character, mood and storytelling in a single image.
You have solid digital painting skills and an advanced understanding of Photoshop, and can seamlessly blend existing assets with your own paintwork.
You have a keen eye for composition, colour and visual hierarchy, and understand how to guide the viewer's attention.
You enjoy working with narrative and can translate a story beat or a character moment into an appealing visual.
You are open to and curious about AI tools, and willing to integrate them into your daily workflow as part of a modern production pipeline.
You thrive in a fast-paced live-ops environment, can manage several small tasks in parallel and are comfortable with quick turnarounds.
You have experience with and can effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide and receive feedback from colleagues.
You embrace teamwork and can communicate both effectively and respectfully.
Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement. Here at Wooga, the desire to learn and the willingness to solve problems are more important to us than your experience on paper. We encourage you to apply even if you do not think that you tick all the boxes - thinking outside of such boxes and embracing the diversity of mindsets and backgrounds is what we believe makes our teams thrive.
Our Promise
Shape the future! Challenge the status quo and team up with a diverse group of experts (over 50 nationalities!) working on crafting the world’s best games.
We offer a generous relocation package and home search support if you are not already located in Berlin. Did we mention that we also cooperate with Kindergartens?
Make use of a significant education budget and extra days off for self-development. Join our meet-ups, talks, brown bag lunches, internal trainings, workshops and many others.
Enjoy the yoga, mindfulness app, sports and transport subsidies. And a Purpose Day to donate your time to a worthy cause!
Did you know that German is the third most commonly taught language worldwide? Learn it too! We offer German language classes for you and your significant other.
With our hybrid work model you will work in the office with your teams twice a week, to encourage in-person collaboration and team bonding The other three days you can choose if you want to work from home or from the office. We also offer 10 days a year to work from abroad.

Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
New York City, NY (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in NYC and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Location:
Denver, CO (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Denver and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners

Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Products: Fivetran, dbt platform
