A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDE and an FDX,
Forward Deployed Executives (FDX) own the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs.
Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) embed with a client, map the client workflow, identify the business problem underneath it, design and build a working AI solution, present to the client, and transfer the knowledge to the client's team. Owns technical direction of the whole solution.
Senior AI Engineer. When an FDE comes back from the client with the business problem, you will help turn that into an agentic system that runs in production and will be responsible for evaluation, observability, and guardrails. You'll have real ownership of components and of the technical decisions inside them.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
5+ years in software or ML engineering, with production systems you were accountable for.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes.
Shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks.
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production.
Strong engineering fundamentals. Full-stack mindset, comfortable across AI, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase, you're productive.
Hands-on AWS in production: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus.
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release.
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection.
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs.
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
Responsibilities:
Work in a pair with an FDE and an FDX.
Build and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions).
Build and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD. Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices: agent tracing, prompt and version management, cost and latency monitoring, regression testing, drift detection
Start from the blueprint, contribute to enablement and handover: clear documentation, runbooks, and pairing with the client engineers who will inherit the system. Feed reusable components and lessons back into the Provectus Blueprints
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Conduct model evaluation, improve failure modes you find, optimize model performance, efficiency, and reliability
Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers, conduct code reviews and share knowledge across the team through documentation, presentations, and workshops.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
What You’ll Do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
What You’ll Bring:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run

The role will also support firmwide internal communications by building, maintaining, and disseminating information through Galaxy’s intranet, helping employees stay informed and connected to the firm’s priorities.
Especially important is that X is home to an active community of retail shareholders and clients, whose conversations are followed by a broad range of market participants, including institutional investors. We are looking for a digitally fluent, exceptional writer with strong business instincts and a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment with hands-on execution, can translate complex topics into accessible content, and takes ownership of the details, workflows, and relationships required to execute consistently well.
What You’ll Do:
Drive execution of Galaxy’s corporate social media strategy across corporate, business, and executive channels, with particular emphasis on X and LinkedIn, in close partnership with Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications.
Support editorial planning and the coordinated corporate social media calendar, and manage publishing, monitoring, approval workflows, and day-to-day operations across Galaxy’s corporate social media channels, coordinating with relevant business teams and Marketing & Communications.
Contribute to the development of clear, timely, platform-native content on Galaxy’s businesses, strategic priorities, market insights, research, corporate news, events, and people, including drafting, editing, and coordinating contributions from relevant teams.
Monitor relevant conversations, audience sentiment, and emerging themes across social platforms, and identify opportunities to provide useful context, clarify the firm’s positioning, and support timely, thoughtful communications.

Support executive social media strategy and execution in partnership with Investor Relations and Marketing & Communications, including editorial planning, drafting, editing, publishing coordination, approvals, and identifying timely opportunities for engagement.
Coordinate content review and approval with Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, and relevant business stakeholders, ensuring required approvals and applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements are met before publication. Investor Relations retains final editorial approval for corporate social content, subject to established delegation and applicable Legal & Compliance requirements.
Partner with internal and external creative teams on high-quality graphics, video, and multimedia content; provide clear editorial and creative direction.
Plan and optimize organic and paid social initiatives, monitor performance and audience insights, and turn analytics into actionable recommendations.
Build and maintain the firmwide intranet as a central hub for internal news, business updates, resources, and announcements; coordinate with stakeholders to keep information accurate, current, accessible, and effectively distributed to employees.
Strengthen governance, reporting, and workflows to ensure consistent brand voice, responsive execution, and high standards across channels and teams.
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, automation platforms, data copilots) to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality in your day-to-day work.
What We’re Looking For:

We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together!
Your Role:
As an AI Security Engineer on Tenable's Information Security team, you will help shape and mature our approach to securing AI both within Tenable's products and across the enterprise. AI introduces a new class of risk at the intersection of application security, cloud risk, and data governance, and you will be on the front lines of defining how we assess, test, and address it.
You will apply hands-on AI engineering experience alongside product security and application security skills to design security controls for AI systems, lead assessments, and help engineering teams ship AI features securely. You will establish security standards for responsible AI use, influence decisions across the organization, and build tooling that raises our security posture.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who has spent time building or tinkering with AI systems, looking under the hood of model internals, and wants to channel that experience into a security specialty.
Your Opportunity:
Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end security controls across the AI/ML lifecycle.
Assist in the implementation of robust security guardrails, controls, and boundary mechanisms for Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and open-source models.
Continuously monitor the AI landscape for novel vulnerabilities and attack techniques, applying deep engineering experience to proactively defend enterprise AI deployments.
Assist in developing security reference architectures for AI deployment patterns, including MCP servers and agentic AI workflows and harnesses.
Deploy controls to ensure model integrity, governance, and proper access control across models and feature stores.
Build AI-driven tooling to strengthen cybersecurity posture across identity, incident management, vulnerability management, third-party risk, and emerging AI threat vectors.
Perform AI safety, security assessments, threat modeling for AI/ML systems, identifying risks such as data poisoning, model evasion, model extraction, adversarial inputs, and integrity attacks.
Collaborate with software engineers, and product teams to integrate security best practices into AI development, training, validation, and deployment processes.
Create security guidance, documentation, and training for internal engineering and development teams; develop metrics that drive desired security behaviors and outcomes.
Assist in researching emerging trends in AI security and contribute to innovative solutions that support Tenable's AI initiatives.
What You'll Need:
2 or more years of professional experience in information security or application security, with at least a demonstrated interest on securing AI/ML systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Awareness of AI-specific security threats, including adversarial ML, data poisoning, prompt injection, model inversion, model evasion, and inference attacks.
Knowledge of data security principles, including encryption, masking, and tokenization.
Knowledge of SSDLC, DevSecOps, and security testing practices, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and threat modeling.
Knowledge of application security architecture best practices and patterns, including modern web applications, Docker, and microservices.
Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and business teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly translate complex AI security risks for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead projects with end-to-end ownership.
Self-motivated and effective working independently and across distributed teams.
And Ideally:
Hands-on experience with AI red teaming, adversarial prompt testing, or LLM security assessments.
Basic coding experience in Python and/or Go.
Experience with frameworks & libraries such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow or similar.
Strong understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle and the security risks associated with each stage.
Experience with application security assessment tools (Burp Suite, ZAP, Tenable WAS, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud security platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP including AI/ML-related services.
Security certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, SANS GIAC, CEH, or AI-focused security certifications are a plus, but not necessary.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for an Alliances Team Lead to own and grow Provectus's most strategic partnerships: Anthropic and AWS. This is a build-and-lead role — you will create the programs for our alliances function from the ground up.
On the Anthropic side, you will run partner activation programs end to end: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones and closeout requirements are met. You will grow our standing in the Claude Partner Network and be the person inside Anthropic who advocates for Provectus.
On the AWS side, you will manage the alliance, maintaining AI and generative AI competency requirements, keeping Premier Tier standing current, and building the co-sell motion with AWS field teams. There is also an opportunity to develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and others as the ecosystem evolves.
You will lead a team and work directly with Provectus engineering, SO, and marketing leadership to turn partner programs into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Anthropic partnership
Own the Anthropic partnership end-to-end — build and scale partner activation programs, manage funded enablement engagements from scoping through completion and reimbursement.
Create repeatable playbooks for partner-funded customer activations: identify target accounts, align scope with Anthropic partner teams, coordinate delivery, and ensure funding milestones are met.
Grow Provectus's standing in the Claude Partner Network; track program changes, tier requirements, and new co-marketing opportunities.
Develop named executive relationships at Anthropic — field leadership, partner success, and product teams — who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
AWS alliance
Manage the AWS alliance day-to-day — keep Provectus current on Generative AI competency requirements, renewals, and program changes; maintain Premier Tier standing.
Build and expand co-sell motion with AWS field teams — drive opportunity registration, joint account planning, and pipeline reviews with AWS partner sellers.
Manage AWS funding programs; ensure Provectus maximises available program benefits.
Team and cross-functional leadership
Lead and develop a team of partner managers; set priorities, coach on partner engagement, and build the operating cadence for the alliances function.
Work with sales, marketing, and delivery to turn partner programs into pipeline — co-marketing campaigns, joint solution offerings, and partner-sourced revenue.
Represent Provectus at executive briefings and ecosystem events; bring relevant partner intelligence back to leadership.
Ecosystem expansion
Identify and develop early-stage partnerships with GCP and other emerging AI ecosystem players as the market evolves.
Track the competitive alliance landscape — which SI competitors hold which partner tiers, where there are white spaces Provectus can occupy.
What You Need to Succeed:
5–8+ years in technology alliances, partnerships, or channel roles, with meaningful time spent managing a hyperscaler relationship (Anthropic, AWS strongly preferred).
Direct experience with partner programs: competencies, funding programs (MDF, MAP, or similar), co-sell mechanisms, and partner portals — hands-on, not just supervisory.
Track record of building alliance programs from scratch — not just inheriting and running an existing book.
Experience leading and developing a team; comfortable setting direction and coaching without a large management structure behind you.
Comfortable operating at executive level with partners and customers, and hands-on enough to manage program mechanics personally when needed.
Strong written and verbal communication — able to translate partner programs into clear internal playbooks and joint value propositions.
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem — enough to have credible conversations about implementation approaches and enterprise AI adoption challenges.
Vertical depth in Financial Services or Life Sciences — Anthropic's and Provectus's primary enterprise target markets.
Experience managing GCP, OpenAI, or other emerging AI ecosystem partnerships is preferred.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
What success looks like:
Anthropic activation programs running as a repeatable, funded motion with a growing pipeline of customer engagements quarter over quarter.
AWS AI competency requirements current, with Premier Tier standing maintained and co-sell pipeline growing quarter over quarter.
Named executive relationships at both partners who actively advocate for Provectus in joint accounts.
An alliances team with clear ownership, operating cadence, and measurable partner-sourced revenue contribution.
About Provectus:
Provectus is an Artificial Intelligence consultancy and solutions provider, helping businesses achieve their objectives through AI and data-driven innovation organization-wide in such industries as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & CPG, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing.

At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.

You will shape how a fast-growing AI consultancy goes to market at a defining moment for enterprise AI adoption.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and cloud solutions.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
OTE range $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic is hiring a
Senior Accountant
to own the annual audit, support AP and AR activity, and drive the month-end close alongside the Accounting Manager. This role is the technical backbone of the accounting team. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement below!
What You'll Do
Serve as the day-to-day lead on external audit requests — managing the PBC list, timeline, and fieldwork logistics, preparing schedules, workpapers, and tie-outs, and responding to auditor inquiries.
Own product-level cash reconciliations across network payables, customer receivables, interchange, chargebacks, and fees — ensuring every dollar movement across the card lifecycle ties out between internal ledgers, processor/network reporting, and bank statements.
Investigate reconciliation discrepancies using transaction-level data, document root causes, and partner with Data and Engineering to resolve underlying issues.
Review AP and AR activity — payments, employee reimbursements, card issuance, invoicing, deferred revenue schedules, and credit application.
Prepare and review month-end journal entries — accruals, allocations, reclasses — with adequate support and approval.
Back up the Accounting Manager on monthly close to ensure timely, accurate reporting, including variance analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
Research and document technical accounting positions, and help maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
Evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending and implementing changes that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance and technical review to junior team members, plus support for ad hoc analyses and projects.
What You Bring
BA/BS in Accounting with 4+ years in Big 4 and/or on a startup accounting team.
FinTech experience preferred — familiarity with payments concepts (settlement, interchange, funds flow), or the ability to learn complex transactional data models quickly.
Ability to write basic SQL to retrieve, filter, join, and summarize transactional data, with an investigative mindset to identify and explain discrepancies.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) and advanced Excel to work through large, complex data sets — reconciliations, variance analysis, memo drafting, and process documentation.
Experience working directly with auditors on an independent financial statement audit, with working knowledge of GAAP.
Advanced ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and hands-on AP/AR work, including subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
Customer service-level communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Desire to succeed, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced organization, with an approachable demeanor that inspires trust.
Experience with Salesforce, Ramp, Google Suite, and/or Looker is a plus.
The annual US salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

This role works alongside Marketing Operations, with a different starting focus: improving the internal processes, workflows and systems that help Marketing plan and deliver its work. The aim is to 10x our impact.
This is a hands-on technical role in a marketing team. You’ll spend around 70% of your time building: understanding how work gets done, finding where it is manual or breaking down, and shipping practical solutions. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations to make sure what you build fits our existing tools and standards.
You’ll work across Marketing, in close partnerships across Marketing Operations, Commercial AI Transformation and the AI Centre of Excellence. You’ll bring a clear technical point of view on what is scalable and reliable, while making sure the systems you build are useful to the people who need them.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
FIND THE PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Work with teams across Marketing to understand their processes and the work behind their requests. Map workflows, identify manual effort, duplicated work, missing context and avoidable errors, then prioritise opportunities based on their potential value. You’ll use your creativity and judgement rather than simply build to a ticket.
BUILD AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS AND INTEGRATIONS
Create and ship agents, automations, skills and integrations that make internal marketing work easier. You might use Claude Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Clay, MCP connectors, coding agents or other tools across our marketing stack. Work with Marketing Operations when a solution involves our marketing technology or channel tools.
MAKE INTERNAL MARKETING WORK MORE EFFICIENT
Build workflows that help teams do the work behind marketing more efficiently, from briefing, research and insight gathering to planning, content development and hand-offs. Connect information and tools so people spend less time on repetitive coordination and more time on work that needs their expertise. Partner with Marketing Operations where workflows touch marketing technology or channel execution.
BUILD SYSTEMS PEOPLE CAN RELY ON
Design beyond the individual task. Consider the data, context, tools, users, hand-offs, controls and feedback loops a workflow needs to work well. Identify where information is missing, where an agent needs better direction or where teams need support to use and improve the system.
HELP MARKETERS BUILD WITH AI
Work alongside marketers to show what is possible and help them use AI with confidence. Create reusable patterns, skills, playbooks and guardrails so teams can solve more problems themselves and repeat good practice.
TEST, LEARN AND IMPROVE
Prototype and test workflows, learn from how people use them, and improve or retire them based on the results. Identify design, security, privacy, brand and scale risks early, and follow our AI governance and review processes.
KEEP UP WITH THE TOOLS
Stay curious about new models, coding tools, connectors and agent patterns. Be able to explain which tools are right for a particular job and why, whether you’re comparing Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents or emerging platforms.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
YOU BUILD THINGS
You’ve made working automations, prototypes, integrations, agents, internal tools or products, and enjoy taking a messy problem through to something people can use. Your job title matters less than what you’ve built and the value it creates.
YOU USE AI HANDS-ON
You use LLMs to get work done, not just to talk about what they could do. You’re comfortable prototyping with AI coding tools, testing different approaches, debugging and improving the result. You can show us something you’ve built with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT or another LLM platform, at work or in your own time.
YOU HAVE SOUND TECHNICAL JUDGEMENT
You can reason about systems, APIs, data flows, permissions and failure modes. You understand the difference between a promising demo and a dependable workflow. You don’t need a traditional software engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable working directly with technical tools and making sensible implementation choices.
YOU UNDERSTAND MARKETING AND GTM
You understand how demand generation, growth, customer marketing, marketing operations, sales and revenue processes connect. You’re familiar with concepts such as campaign briefs, segmentation, ABM, lead scoring, MQLs, MQAs, pipeline, attribution and lifecycle stages. You’re interested in the business outcomes behind the work.
YOU’VE WORKED ACROSS MARKETING OR REVOPS TOOLS
You’ve built or supported workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Clay or similar tools. You can think across a stack rather than optimise one tool in isolation, and you’re comfortable with connectors, APIs, webhooks or MCP-style integrations.
YOU KNOW HOW TO DESIGN USEFUL WORKFLOWS AND AGENTS
You can give a workflow the context it needs, choose the right tools, define hand-offs, involve people at the right points and make outputs easy to review. You understand that an agent’s performance depends on its data and operating environment as well as the model.
YOU PRIORITISE FOR VALUE
You can judge which problems are worth solving, which should remain manual and where a simpler answer will work better. You balance speed, quality, risk, maintainability and commercial impact, and can make a clear case for what to build next.
YOU MEASURE AND IMPROVE YOUR WORK
You’re comfortable defining success measures, tracking usage and output, and deciding what to improve, stop or scale. You care about measurable gains in productivity, quality, speed or business impact.
YOU THINK IN SYSTEMS
You look for the process behind the immediate pain point. When a spreadsheet is difficult to use, for example, you’re curious about the data, decisions and hand-offs that created it, and what would make the process work better. You can hold the bigger picture while working through the details needed to ship.
YOU COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU
You can explain technical ideas to marketers, commercial leaders, Product, Engineering, Security, IT and Operations in a way that helps them make decisions. You listen well, communicate simply and influence through your work and judgement.
YOU’RE CURIOUS AND SELF-STARTING
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to learn. You’ve taught yourself new tools, built something outside your formal remit or pursued a technical interest in your own time. A personal project, prototype, automation, community contribution or other example could show us how you learn.
YOU USE AI RESPONSIBLY
You understand that marketing systems need to be accurate, secure, explainable and aligned with our brand and company standards. You know when people need to review an output, when data should not be used and when an experiment is not ready to scale.
You might come from marketing technology, marketing operations, growth engineering, RevOps, automation engineering, product, full-stack engineering or another technical role close to commercial teams. What matters most is your curiosity about marketing, your judgement about what is worth improving and your ability to build practical solutions.

We’re seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help drive market expansion. This is a hunter-oriented role focused on developing pipeline, generating new opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects. You’ll work closely with leadership but operate with autonomy — this hire is for someone who proactively finds and closes opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience selling services/solutions (consulting, technical services, technology partnerships) rather than strictly product sales, and who thrive in an active, travel-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.

3-7 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.

We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.
