Location: New York, NY Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT THE COMPANY Rain is the global stablecoin payments platform for enterprises, neobanks, platforms, developers, and AI agents. Our technology allows partners to move, store, and use stablecoins instantly and compliantly through global payment cards, rewards, on/offramps, wallets, and cross-border rails. As both a Visa and Mastercard Principal Member, Rain issues cards that work at more than 175 million merchant locations in over 220 countries and territories. Built natively for stablecoins and trusted by more than 100 organizations worldwide, Rain delivers secure, scalable infrastructure that makes money move freely and instantly around the world. You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk. OUR ETHOS We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company. ABOUT THE ROLE Compliance is an intentional product surface at Rain. Every card we issue, every wallet we open, and every dollar that moves across our rails depends on controls that are correct, auditable, and fast enough not to be felt. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own that surface end to end. You will own the compliance product area across four connected domains: financial crime (KYC/KYB, sanctions, transaction monitoring), licensing and regulatory readiness, card network and issuing-bank obligations, and the compliance tooling our enterprise partners use to run their own programs. As Rain continues to expand its product suite, you will ensure our compliance product serves our customers’ needs with these new products as well. You will work daily with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Partnerships, and you will be in the room with bank partners, network representatives, and our largest customers' compliance teams. This is an individual contributor role with real scope to grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the KYC and KYB onboarding experience for consumers and businesses in every market we operate in, tracking and optimizing metrics such as conversion, accuracy, and cost per verified user are all yours. • Build and tune sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, and transaction monitoring, including blockchain analytics for wallet screening and source-of-funds signals. • Drive down false positives and analyst review time without weakening detection, and define the metrics that prove it. • Ship the case management, escalation, and SAR/STR workflows our compliance analysts live in every day. • Translate obligations - state money transmission licensing, EMI and MiCA in the EU, VASP regimes, stablecoin-issuer requirements, Travel Rule, and local equivalents - into requirements engineers can build against. • Partner with Legal and Compliance to make new-market launches a repeatable motion instead of a one-off scramble: jurisdictional configuration, disclosures, data residency, and reporting. • Run regulatory change management as a product process, so a rule change becomes a tracked roadmap item rather than a fire drill. • Own conformance with Visa and Mastercard rules across the programs we run and sponsor - BIN controls, MCC and merchant restrictions, program registration, and network reporting. • Build the controls, evidence, and attestation tooling our issuing banks and BIN sponsors require, and make audits boring. • Partner with Risk on disputes, chargebacks, fraud rules, and authorization-time controls where compliance and fraud overlap. • Turn internal compliance capability into products our partners can use: APIs, dashboards, configurable rule sets, audit logs, and reporting they can hand to their own regulators. • Serve as the product voice in partner compliance diligence, security reviews, and bank onboarding - and feed what you learn there back into the roadmap. • Define how much control a partner gets and where Rain holds the line, clearly enough that sales can sell it and engineers can build it. • Write the strategy and roadmap for compliance product, and defend the sequencing to the exec team. • Specify precisely. In this domain, an ambiguous requirement is a regulatory finding waiting to happen. • Instrument everything - pass rates, decision latency, alert volume, review throughput, escalation outcomes - and use it to make the case for what comes next. You’ll likely succeed if you have • 8+ years in product management, including at least three years owning compliance, risk, identity, or payments products in a regulated environment. • Working fluency in AML/CFT: you can hold your own on KYC and KYB standards, sanctions screening logic, monitoring typologies, and SAR workflows without needing a translator. • Direct experience with card issuing, payments infrastructure, or banking-as-a-service - you understand what an issuing bank, a BIN sponsor, and a network each expect from a program. • A track record of shipping systems where correctness matters more than a fast demo, and the technical depth to design data models and APIs with engineers rather than around them. • Comfort with genuine ambiguity. The regulatory picture for stablecoins is still being written, and you will often decide with incomplete information. • Clear, precise writing. Most of your leverage here comes from documents other people can act on. Bonus Attributes • Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, or onchain settlement, including blockchain analytics tools. • Multi-jurisdiction launch experience across LATAM, APAC, EU, or EMEA. • Time spent inside a compliance, financial crime, or regulatory function — or a hands-on partnership with one. • Familiarity with SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar control and audit frameworks. A GM combines business, product, and operational ownership — setting priorities, managing unit economics, driving execution, and making decisions based on data. The goal is to run the direction as a business and take full responsibility for its growth, profitability, and performance. We are looking for a General Manager to own Custody & Compliance at GoMining — the business line responsible for how customers move funds into and out of our ecosystem safely, quickly, and reliably. This is not a traditional compliance role. You will own the entire direction as a business and product — from custody infrastructure and KYC/AML to deposits, withdrawals, Travel Rule, fraud controls, provider relationships, and customer experience. Your goal is to build a system where compliance protects the company without becoming an unnecessary barrier for legitimate customers. You will own the strategy, economics, product roadmap, delivery, key metrics, and engineering team behind the direction. Responsibilities Business & Product Ownership Own Custody & Compliance end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, priorities, budget, and business results. Define and track the key metrics for deposits, withdrawals, KYC, fraud, and customer activation. Improve the speed and conversion of customer onboarding and money movement. Balance risk prevention with customer experience and commercial impact. Build financial and operational models and make decisions based on measurable business outcomes. Work directly with C-level stakeholders on strategy and priorities. Custody & Money Movement Own custody infrastructure and relationships with custody providers. Own deposit and withdrawal flows across the GoMining ecosystem. Improve transaction processing speed, reliability, and success rates. Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the customer experience around money movement. Manage incidents and critical issues related to customer funds. KYC, AML & Travel Rule Own the operational implementation of KYC, AML, and Travel Rule requirements. Build scalable compliance operations, including case management, decision SLAs, escalation processes, and operational workflows. Ensure compliance controls are effective without unnecessarily reducing conversion. Continuously analyze false positives and missed fraud cases. Work closely with Legal and Risk while maintaining ownership of the customer and business outcome. Fraud & Risk Develop fraud prevention guardrails across deposits, withdrawals, and customer verification. Monitor fraud losses and false-positive rates. Build data-driven approaches to identifying suspicious activity. Ensure risk controls scale together with transaction volume. Providers & Partnerships Own relationships with custody, KYC, AML, and infrastructure providers. Negotiate commercial and operational terms. Reduce dependency on individual providers where appropriate. Drive integrations together with engineering teams. Hold providers accountable for agreed service levels. Team & Delivery Lead a dedicated engineering team and work directly with the Tech Lead. Own priorities, backlog, releases, and delivery. Set clear goals and measurable outcomes for the team. Hire, develop, and make performance decisions when required. Use AI and automation to keep the team lean and increase execution speed. Requirements Strong hands-on experience in crypto custody, payments, KYC/AML, or related financial infrastructure. Experience owning custody and compliance processes in a crypto exchange, wallet, broker, crypto bank, BaaS, custody platform, or similar environment. Practical experience with platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, Uphold, or similar. Strong understanding of KYC, AML, Travel Rule, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention. Experience building operational compliance processes at scale. Experience working directly with external providers and negotiating commercial terms. Strong product and commercial mindset. Ability to understand how compliance decisions affect conversion, revenue, and customer experience. Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions based on data. Technical literacy and ability to work directly with engineers. Experience managing teams and owning delivery. Experience in crypto or fintech is highly preferred. Benefits Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage). Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams. Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States Global Trade Compliance Manager Operations · Full-time · In-Person (Las Vegas, Nevada, US) · Hours 9am - 5pm EST About Nysonian: Nysonian is one of the fastest-growing consumer portfolios, behind NOBL and Flo Pilates. We grew over 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences. NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea. Travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience, from seamless organization and easy access to tracking, connectivity, and protection. Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences. Across both brands, we are building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We are looking for builders who want ownership, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale. The Opportunity: Nysonian is hiring a Global Trade Compliance Manager to to own the company's end-to-end import/export compliance program across all origin and destination markets. This role is responsible for export documentation and compliance out of China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia, and for import/customs clearance compliance into the UAE, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, the USA, and Mexico — including HS/HTS classification, importer- of-record (or equivalent) obligations, and duty/tariff management in each jurisdiction, to a standard of 100% compliance. The role works closely with the China/Southeast Asia buying and sourcing teams, the Mexico manufacturing facility, customs brokers and freight forwarders in each market, and surety/bond providers, to keep shipments compliant and identify and resolve compliance risk before it becomes a liability. What You'll Own: Own end-to-end export documentation and compliance for shipments originating from China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and each origin country's export licensing/permit requirements. Own end-to-end import and customs clearance compliance for shipments into the UAE (Dubai Customs / GCC), UK (post-Brexit customs, EORI), EU (EU customs union, EORI), Australia (Australian Border Force), Canada (CBSA), the USA (CBP), and Mexico (SAT/Aduana). Manage and maintain HS/HTS code classifications across the full product catalog for NOBL Travel, Flo Pilates, and other Nysonian brands, mapping classifications correctly to each destination market's tariff schedule. Act as the primary point of contact for the customs clearance process in each market, coordinating directly with local customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities to resolve entry issues, holds, and requests for information. Manage Importer of Record (or equivalent, e.g., EORI holder) responsibilities and obligations in every import market, maintaining 100% compliance with each jurisdiction's customs regulations, bonded entry requirements, and recordkeeping standards. Monitor and manage customs surety bonds and guarantees where applicable (e.g., the U.S. bond program with Avalon Risk Management), including bond sufficiency, claims, and provider relationships, and lead resolution of any bond or liquidated damages matters. Lead the response to customs compliance actions and enforcement notices from any origin or destination authority (e.g., CBP liquidated damages notices, requests for information), coordinating internally and with outside counsel or brokers as needed. Identify and apply free trade agreement and preference programs to reduce duty exposure (e.g., USMCA, EU/UK- Vietnam FTA, ASEAN trade agreements, GCC arrangements, AANZFTA), and assess rules-of-origin risk — particularly for products manufactured in Mexico with components sourced from China, where dual-origin exposure exists. Monitor changes in tariff policy, trade agreements, and trade remedy actions (e.g., U.S. Section 301/232, EU CBAM, safeguard duties) across all markets, and translate them into landed-cost impact and mitigation recommendations for leadership. Partner with the China/Southeast Asia buying teams and the Mexico manufacturing facility to ensure sourcing, bill-of-materials, and country-of-origin documentation support accurate classification and compliant entries in every market. Build and maintain internal SOPs, recordkeeping systems, and training materials to standardize export and import compliance practices across all origin and destination countries. Prepare compliance reporting and risk summaries for leadership, flagging open exposures by country (e.g., open enforcement cases, bond claims) and recommended next steps. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in international trade compliance spanning both export (Asia-origin) and import compliance across multiple destination markets, ideally supporting a consumer goods or e-commerce company. Hands-on experience with HS/HTS classification and customs entry processes across more than one jurisdiction (e.g., US, UK/EU, Canada, Australia, or GCC). Working knowledge of Importer of Record / EORI-equivalent obligations, customs bonds/guarantees, and customs enforcement actions (e.g., CBP liquidated damages, CF-28/CF-29 notices). Familiarity with rules of origin under USMCA and other applicable free trade agreements, including multi-country manufacturing scenarios (e.g., China-origin components assembled in Mexico). Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders across multiple countries, and coordinating export procedures with factories/sourcing offices in China, Vietnam, Thailand, or Cambodia. Strong attention to detail and comfort owning compliance outcomes independently across jurisdictions, with a track record of driving issues to resolution. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), CCS/CBIP, or an equivalent international trade compliance certification is a plus but not required. Compensation We use a market-based approach to compensation. This role also offers performance-based rewards tied to business impact. Your starting compensation will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and company impact. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
