Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
We are hiring a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services to join our high-performing procurement team! In this position, you will champion sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for Technology & Digital Services throughout Hasbro, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including Wizards of the Coast, LLC — handling an expansive, multi-entity portfolio covering SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, network, data centers, security tools, managed services, and IT professional services.
You will work closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business partners across the enterprise to deliver outcomes that optimize speed, risk, and value. We adopt change, think big, and believe procurement is a strategic function — not just a back-office one. In this role, you will handle the entire sourcing process for Technology & Digital Services — from RFQs and RFPs through supplier assessment, negotiation, and contract finalization — while owning the full contract lifecycle, including renewal planning, auto-renewal management, risk identification, and compliance monitoring. Partnering with IT Security, Data Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture ensures every vendor meets our compliance and risk standards before contract execution.
On the commercial side, negotiating favorable terms — unit pricing, volume discounts, renewal price caps, payment terms, and SLA protections — goes hand in hand with capturing and reporting savings, cost avoidance, and working capital benefits through Hasbro's procurement savings framework. Spend data, market benchmarks, and vendor intelligence inform strategy and drive favorable pricing decisions across the portfolio. Your expertise in procurement will be crucial in driving outstanding results and flawless management of all sourcing activities. You will bring a proven track record of success and the ability to compete in a dynamic environment. You will Build structured Supplier Relationship Management programs that drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement and champion sourcing processes and governance frameworks that scale across our enterprise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.
A Day in the Life of a Sourcing Manager, Technology Services:
Deliver measurable procurement value through structured sourcing execution, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Track and report efficiency using measurable savings and cost avoidance metrics to tell the complete value story
Balance speed, quality, and risk to meet business objectives without compromising governance
Collaborate & Influence
Build strong connections with cross-functional collaborators across creative, technology, legal, and finance teams
Influence without authority by bringing insight, structure, and solutions to sophisticated business needs
Lead with Integrity
Operate with clarity and accountability in all sourcing and contracting activities, collaborating with suppliers in a mutually beneficial manner
Maintain Hasbro’s ethical standards, financial controls, and governance expectations
Think Strategically
Employ market data and spend analysis to formulate and carry out sourcing strategies with collaborators
Anticipate risks and opportunities to support balanced business growth
Adopt Innovation & Change
Champion the improvement of procurement approaches
Bring forward fresh insights, tools, and techniques to refine the sourcing and management of Technology & Digital services
Develop Self & Others
Demonstrate continuous learning and professional growth
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and contribute to building procurement capability across the organization
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
5–7 years of procurement or category management experience concentrating on Technology & Digital Services categories — including software, SaaS, cloud, managed services, or IT professional services
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Software Development Processes, and Information Security and Data Privacy considerations in vendor selection and contracting
Proven experience leading sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and varied collaborator engagement across multiple business units or legal entities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience using spend data and market benchmarks to drive sourcing decisions
Ability to handle competing priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with procurement platforms, contract lifecycle management systems, and spend analysis preferred
Familiarity with vendor risk management processes and tools preferred

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

We’re hiring an Intermediate Frontend Developer to join our Device Security team. 1Password helps people use technology safely, and our Device Security initiative is expanding that mission to the devices where work happens. As a mid-level Developer, you’ll help build administrative experiences such as device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools while contributing to a new product initiative from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and infrastructure partners to make complex security information easier for enterprise administrators to understand and act on.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development, including building web experiences with React and TypeScript.
- You have experience developing clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces for complex product requirements.
- You have worked on products serving large user bases and understand how frontend decisions can affect scalability, performance, and optimization.
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
- You ask thoughtful questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and use challenges and mistakes as opportunities to improve your technical judgment.
- You’re comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted development tools thoughtfully and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Rust or Go, full-stack development with a frontend focus, composable design system components, or security, administration, or device management products.
What you can expect:
- Build and maintain administrative interfaces for enterprise customers, including device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools.
- Develop intuitive experiences that help administrators understand device security posture, identify risks, and take action.
- Contribute to a new Device Security initiative that is still being shaped, with opportunities to influence product direction and technical solutions.
- Initially contribute to client-side work in related product areas before transitioning more fully to Device Security as the initiative develops.
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional partners through planning, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Grow your technical judgment and ownership through mentorship, knowledge sharing, pair programming, and feedback.

An overview of this role
As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships.
This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration.
Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it.
What you'll do
Strategy and research
Own the wider market view.
Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play.
Build an investment thesis for each focus area.
Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own.
Own the competitive and landscape view.
Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team.
Define where GitLab should not play.
Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes.
Build, buy or partner
Run the build, buy, partner analysis.
For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation.
Deliver strategic clarity to
executives and the Board.
Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path.
Feed company strategy and planning.
Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning.
Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships.
When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why.
Deal execution and integration
Own end-to-end deal process management.
Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration.
Evaluate the deal.
Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and the executive team.
Lead cross-functional diligence.
Run pre-LOI validation and diligence across Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal and People, and communicate findings clearly.
Drive deal documents with Legal.
Prepare NDAs, LOIs and purchase agreements with GitLab Legal and outside counsel.
Own integration outcomes.
Lead post-acquisition integration as the DRI, measured against the roadmap and business goals in the business case. Bring lessons learned back into the strategy work.
Build the external network.
Maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers and advisors that bring us early insight and pipeline.
What you'll bring
Strategy and deal experience.
8+ years across corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting or technology investing, including 5+ years leading acquisitions end to end in enterprise software.
Structured strategic thinking.
You form a point of view from incomplete information, test it against data, and change your mind when the evidence says so. You're as comfortable recommending that we stay out of a market as that we enter it.
Market research depth.
Skilled in market sizing, competitive analysis and landscape mapping, and in turning research into a recommendation, not a report.
Deal craft.
Skilled in valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation and integration planning, with experience across varied consideration structures.
Technical fluency.
A working understanding of software development, DevSecOps and the AI landscape, enough to hold substantive conversations with product and engineering leaders about roadmaps and architecture.
Clear executive communication.
You write short, decision-ready updates and present trade-offs plainly to executives and the Board, in an async-first environment.
Influence without authority.
You build trust across Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal and move decisions forward across functions.
Ownership with collaboration.
You own the strategic view and the recommendation, and partner closely with the team's Analyst on research and analysis.
Preferred:
familiarity with the DevSecOps, security, AI and open source ecosystems.
You value the
all remote
lifestyle and share our
values
.
About the team
The Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team helps GitLab decide how to grow beyond what we build on our own. We own inorganic strategy: acquisitions, strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI labs, and the research that tells us which to pursue and which to pass on.
We work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and the executive group. We set direction and do the detailed work ourselves, with a high degree of ownership and transparency in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

ABOUT MYSTEN LABS
Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules.
As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Lead to turn our emerging agentic technologies into products customers can understand, adopt, and buy.
Your role is to translate our product capabilities into useful experiences and commercially viable offerings—for example, a commerce-focused product that helps retailers manage agent-driven shopping, returns, or refunds.
Working closely with our CTO, Sales Lead, and engineering, you’ll identify customer problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and help bring the strongest opportunities to market. You’ll connect customer discovery, product definition, experience design, and commercialization, staying close to the work from the first concept through launch.
Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and prioritize customer problems our other agentic products are well positioned to solve.
- Lead customer discovery alongside our CTO, developing a clear understanding of buyer needs, user workflows, and adoption barriers.
- Rapidly create prototypes, interactive demonstrations, and product variants using AI-assisted design and coding tools.
- Test concepts with customers and use their feedback to refine the experience, scope, and value proposition.
- Define product requirements and work with engineering to turn validated prototypes into reliable, production-ready offerings.
- Shape packaging, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and GTM strategy in partnership with sales and the broader team.
- Design experiences that make agent capabilities, permissions, policies, and human oversight understandable to users.
- Balance customer-specific needs with opportunities to build reusable capabilities and repeatable products.
- Define success measures across customer value, adoption, conversion, and revenue, using results to guide iteration.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Product Management, Product Design, or related experience
- A track record of taking new products from an ambiguous opportunity through customer validation, launch, and commercial adoption.
- Startup or similarly entrepreneurial experience, with direct ownership of building and shipping under uncertainty.
- Strong prototyping skills and hands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic coding tools to build and iterate on functional experiences.
- Experience working directly with customers to define products, validate demand, and support pilots or sales conversations.
- Commercial judgment, including experience contributing to packaging, pricing, positioning, or GTM decisions.
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to make complex technology approachable without obscuring important controls or constraints.
- Enough technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on integrations, feasibility, and the path from prototype to production.
- A hands-on working style and the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and sales.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with customer-facing AI, enterprise commerce, payments, trust and security, or workflow products.
- Experience with agent permissions, approval flows, auditability, or other mechanisms that help businesses control automated actions.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer to join the Device Trust team and help us improve the reliability and operational excellence of the systems behind the Device Trust authentication service. This is a software engineering role with a strong reliability focus. You will write and maintain production code, improve how our services are operated, and help make a critical applications path safer, more observable, and easier to evolve.
Device Trust authentication is an important component of our customers’ authentication flows, helping organizations make device posture part of their access decisions. Because it sits directly in that path, reliability is a first-class engineering concern. The service is already relied upon by customers every day, and in this role you’ll help us continue raising the bar through stronger resilience, observability, operational practices, and safe evolution of the system.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working with backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), distributed systems, or other software where reliability and availability matter.
- Take ownership of scoped problems from investigation through implementation and follow-up.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (Rails).
- Use observability tools to understand system health and investigate issues; experience with Datadog is valuable.
- Care about testing, maintainability, and clarity in both code and documentation.
- Communicate clearly by sharing progress, raising blockers early, and helping stakeholders understand outcomes.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with or exposure to Kubernetes.
- Experience with Datadog.
- Experience with Terraform.
What you can expect:
- Build and improve the services that power Device Trust.
- Improve the reliability, observability, and operability of production systems through software, automation, and thoughtful engineering practices.
- Work across application code, service dependencies, cloud infrastructure, networking, deployment systems, and operational tooling.
- Help establish safer ways to make and validate changes to critical systems.
- Participate in incident response and post-incident learning, turning operational lessons into lasting improvements.
- Partner with engineers across Device Trust, Platform, Security, and other teams to identify risks, reduce operational friction, and improve the customer experience.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

Life at Airalo · España: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-espana
Life at Airalo · United Kingdom: https://airalo-public.notion.site/life-at-airalo-united-kingdom
What you’ll do:
Lead the IT Operations team and its lead: set priorities and service levels, with a clear split between run and build work
Own service desk performance, request and incident handling, and team member satisfaction
Own endpoint and device management, including OS and software update policy, balancing compliance against minimal disruption to people’s work
Own identity, SSO, access provisioning and offboarding as a single, auditable control point, and automate joiner, mover and leaver processes and other repeatable IT work
Act as the accountable owner of the ERP platform, including system configuration, workflow design and ongoing maintenance. If vendor selection is still open when you join, lead its final stages with stakeholders to confirm scope, modules and implementation approach
Own the design of core ERP configuration areas such as financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, master data, and integration with adjacent systems
Manage the ERP implementation partner or systems integrator, holding them to scope, quality, timeline and budget
Establish change control, testing and release processes for ERP from day one, and own the post-go-live support model (L1 to L3, vendor SLAs, release cadence)
Document system configuration, data flows and integration points so no single person is a dependency
Own IT general controls, segregation of duties design and monitoring, and audit evidence for corporate systems, supporting compliance certification and SOX-style financial controls where they apply
Own disaster recovery, backup and resilience for corporate systems, and work with Security on access policy, device trust and approved or blocked software
Partner with the Data team: Enterprise IT owns platforms, integrations and access controls, while Data keeps reporting, analytics, pipelines and data governance
Set the approach to AI tools across corporate functions (tooling, access and safe-use guardrails), with functions owning day-to-day use
Build the Enterprise Applications team: define roles, then hire and develop the first leads (2 to 3 additional hires expected over time)
Define the roadmap and Buy / Hold / Sell decisions for bringing additional corporate technology (HR, finance, CRM, collaboration and other SaaS) under Enterprise IT, backed by a lightweight governance model: application inventory, ownership matrix and lifecycle approach
Own vendor, licence and SaaS renewal management for in-scope systems, consolidating duplicate tools and spend, along with Enterprise IT’s budget and headcount plan
Lead the change from function-owned tools to centrally governed systems without taking process ownership away from the business, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership on application strategy, cost and risk
Must-haves:
Senior leadership of an IT or enterprise applications function in a scaling business, including managing managers
Led our ERP implementation from the owner’s side, including managing a systems integrator
Owned a business system end to end (configuration, support and continuous improvement), rather than only overseeing third parties
Experience running IT operations (service desk, endpoint and MDM, identity and SSO) in a SaaS-first estate
Experience building and operating IT controls (ITGC, SoD, audit) in a finance-critical environment
Experience leading organisational change, moving functions to shared ownership models while keeping their trust
Comfortable operating without a large existing team or established playbook, and able to set up processes, documentation and governance from scratch
Strong stakeholder management, working directly with finance, operations and other business functions as primary ERP users
Strong commercial and vendor management skills
Strong communicator who can translate between technical configuration detail and business outcomes
Pragmatic about control: balances compliance with team member experience, without blocking people or pushing them into workarounds
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring and administering a major ERP platform (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Oracle, or similar), ideally including financial consolidation, budgeting or forecasting modules, and relevant platform certifications
Experience of an ERP vendor selection process, including RFP evaluation, demo scenarios or business-case development
Experience in an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 or SOX environment
Exposure to wider enterprise application categories beyond ERP (HRIS, CRM, collaboration, identity and access management)
Experience building or growing a small technology team, including hiring and role design
Experience deploying AI tooling across corporate functions
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or newly scaling business
