Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)

We collect cost and revenue data from external counterparties, transform it into appropriate booking logic, and ensure it is correctly reflected in the General Ledger and analytical systems. We are looking for a Cost & Revenue Controller to take hands-on ownership of this process—ensuring data is collected completely, booked correctly, reconciled, and any discrepancies are identified and resolved. The role sits between Finance, BI, and Technology, bridging financial requirements with technical implementation.

Final scope will weigh your background, but the mandate is consistent: build institutional-grade products that compete on infrastructure, economic design, and reliability — and translate that into measurable growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex changes that institutional counterparties trust and rely on.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES, drive its evolution and turn client and partner requirements into shipped features. Grow the client and partner base. Optimize operations through self-service portals and process automation.
Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy, revenue, and competitive position. Build and continuously evolve AI agents for competitor intel, liquidity analysis, fee and rebate simulation, and program operations.
Own the commercial logic of your product lines. Build ROI-grounded business cases for product and partnership investments; quantify revenue and AUM impact to drive prioritisation;
Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes. Navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US) and balance trade-offs between speed, scalability, and compliance.
What We Look For In You
PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or at a custody, or background from traditional finance on Collateral / Tri-party / CCP solutions. Deep market knowledge and an end-to-end grasp of how counterparties, custody, execution, and settlement connect.
Solid understanding of liquidity dynamics and how institutional crypto markets actually work. Prior hands-on experience managing fee schedules or designing incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates) is a strong plus.
Proven experience of leading strategic business reviews, facilitating on-site requirement discovery, and converting client feedback into prioritized product initiatives. Strong track record of partnering with Sales, BD, and Relationship Management teams in a B2B institutional setting.
Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to complex problems, align senior stakeholders across functions, and drive decisions and execution. Able to communicate complex strategies and trade-offs with clarity and influence, producing high-quality strategy documents, product plans, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations. Demonstrated effectiveness leading and influencing globally distributed teams across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for market research and product operations. Building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Product Director (P7-1). Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.

We are looking for a modern, highly proactive
enterprise freight sales leader
to build our direct-shipper contract pipeline from the ground up.
This is not a traditional freight sales role focused on maintaining an existing book of business. Your mission is to
get Spotter's 600-truck fleet in front of high-volume enterprise shippers and into their RFPs, mini-bids, pilots, and contract freight programs.
You will identify high-value shippers, reach transportation procurement and logistics decision-makers, navigate carrier onboarding and qualification processes, and turn those relationships into real freight opportunities.
Initial Market Focus
This role will initially focus on
local work around Joliet, IL and long-haul freight originating from the Joliet area.
What You'll Own
Identify and map enterprise shippers with meaningful freight volume in the Joliet market.
Build relationships with transportation procurement, logistics, and supply chain decision-makers.
Identify upcoming
RFPs, mini-bids, pilots, and contract truckload opportunities
.
Get Spotter through shipper and enterprise-broker
carrier onboarding and qualification processes
.
Position our 600-truck asset base for high-volume freight opportunities.
Build a qualified pipeline with clear next steps, stakeholders, timelines, and freight volume.
Work with operations and pricing to turn opportunities into actionable lanes and awards.
Develop direct-shipper relationships that can grow into recurring contract freight.
30-Day Trial Targets
This position begins with a
30-day trial period
with clear, measurable expectations.
By Day 30:
40
Joliet-area enterprise shippers fully mapped
10
conversations with transportation procurement / logistics decision-makers
6
qualified direct-shipper opportunities with a concrete next step
3
new vendor onboarding / provider qualification processes initiated
3
shippers agreeing to include Spotter in an upcoming RFP, mini-bid, or pilot
2
live direct-shipper RFP / mini-bid / pilot opportunities received
200+ lanes
of actual Joliet-origin/local freight opportunities Spotter can price
1
pilot or lane award
$10M+
annualized direct-shipper freight represented by accessible Joliet-area opportunities
These are
outcome-based targets
, not activity quotas. Success in this role is measured by creating real enterprise freight opportunities and moving them toward bids, pilots, and awarded lanes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in
enterprise freight sales, transportation procurement, contract truckload, brokerage, 3PL, or strategic accounts
Strong understanding of how enterprise transportation procurement works
Proven ability to reach senior logistics and procurement decision-makers
Experience with shipper RFPs, mini-bids, carrier onboarding, or contract freight
Ability to build a pipeline from scratch rather than rely on an inherited book of business
Strong commercial judgment and ability to qualify opportunities based on actual freight volume and fit
Comfortable working with data, transportation technology, CRM systems, and digital freight platforms
Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable being measured by outcomes
Why Spotter
Spotter operates a
600-truck asset base
, giving you the capacity and operational foundation to pursue meaningful enterprise freight opportunities.
Your role is to connect that capacity with the right shippers, procurement teams, and contract freight programs — and turn those opportunities into
lanes, pilots, and long-term strategic accounts.

Here’s what we're looking for:
Experience in the field:
— Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O).

You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.
