Alvys is building modern infrastructure for the logistics industry. Our cloud-based TMS (Transportation Management System) powers freight operations with intuitive workflows, real-time visibility, and deep automation—helping carriers and brokers scale faster and operate smarter. We’re a fast-growing startup backed by top investors and are passionate about solving real-world problems for an essential industry. We’re looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Accounting Manager.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for establishing scalable processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, and enabling operational excellence as we grow.
Role overview
Alvys builds the transportation management platform that carriers and brokers use to run their businesses. As we scale, we’re building a finance function that is rigorous, hands-on and increasingly automated. We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to take ownership of the accounting engine behind that growth and work closely with the Head of Finance as the senior accounting lead on the team.
You’ll own the full accounting cycle — month-end close, general ledger, revenue, AP, payroll, tax and audit readiness — with responsibility for producing a clean, accurate and defensible set of books. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the ledger deeply enough to explain what changed, why it changed and what needs attention.
You’ll run the close end to end, review the work prepared by the team, own the areas that require judgment, and step into the details when needed. You’ll also help develop the team, strengthen our processes and continue building the automation layer behind the finance function.
Key responsibilities
Month-end close and general ledger
Own the close calendar end to end — task assignment, deadlines, review, and the close results package delivered to the Head of Finance.
Review and post the journal entries prepared by the team, and prepare the entries that carry judgment — commission and bonus accruals, payroll true-ups, and period-end reclasses.
Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations covering cash, AR, deferred revenue, prepaids and accruals.
Run flux analysis (MoM, YoY) across the P&L and balance sheet, and write variance commentary that explains the movement.
Maintain the chart of accounts and product master lists, and keep reporting mappings current.
Revenue reporting and billing oversight
Review and approve the monthly revenue close prepared by the billing analyst — the reconciliation of subscription and non-subscription revenue across Stripe, Salesforce and QuickBooks Online, and the entries that come out of it.
Own revenue recognition policy under ASC 606 and make the judgment calls: usage overages, multi-element contracts, contract modifications, concessions and early terminations.
Own annual recurring revenue reporting (ARR and CARR) — the monthly build, the roll-forward of new, expansion, contraction and churn, and the tie-out of that roll-forward back to booked revenue in the general ledger.
Connect recurring revenue reporting to Salesforce pipeline and contract reporting, reconciling bookings, billings and recognized revenue with the billing analyst.
Oversee invoicing, collections and the dunning cycle. Approve concessions, credit memos and refunds, and review the deferred revenue schedule against the billing system.
Accounts payable, expenses and payroll
Oversee vendor bills, payment runs and employee reimbursements in Ramp, in partnership with People Operations.
Partner with People Operations on domestic and international payroll — review the runs, journalize them, and reconcile the clearing and benefits-payable accounts.
Review commission calculations and book the corresponding accruals and true-ups.
Financial reporting and expense forecasting
Update the monthly expense forecast off closed actuals — run rate by department and GL account, vendor and contract commitments, headcount and compensation roll-forward.
Maintain the amortization and accrual schedules that drive forward-looking operating expense, and carry the changes into the forecast as they’re booked.
Explain spend variance against budget at the account and department level, and keep the supporting detail current for leadership reporting.
Tax, compliance and audit
Coordinate with our external advisors on federal, state and franchise tax filings.
Own sales tax, 1099 and entity registration compliance.
Run audit readiness and execution: PBC lists, supporting schedules, and auditor questions.
Team and process
Manage and develop a small analyst team covering AP and expense operations, and billing and AR.
Serve as backup across the team’s work, and as the Head of Finance’s delegate on accounting matters.
Own the accounting SOP library, the close checklist and the task repository, and keep all three current.
Find manual and inefficient processes and eliminate them as we target an “autonomous close.” Our close, billing and reconciliation processes already run on a growing set of automations, and this role is expected to extend them.
Minimum qualifications
Experience
6+ years
of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a full close cycle and hands-on balance sheet reconciliation.
Solid full general ledger background — you’ve prepared and reviewed entries across payroll, accruals and revenue, can defend a balance, and understand how accounting activity flows through the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Revenue recognition experience under
ASC 606
in a subscription business.
Experience managing, reviewing and developing other accountants.
Systems
QuickBooks Online — required.
Daily hands-on experience: chart of accounts, journal entries, bank reconciliation, reporting.
Stripe — required.
Subscriptions, invoices, credit memos, disputes, payouts, and reconciling subscription billing activity into the general ledger.
Advanced Google Sheets. Pivots, lookups, nested logic, data validation.
Salesforce
is a significant plus.
AI fluency and automation — required
Demonstrated, current use of AI in your accounting work. Be ready to tell us what you’ve automated, what it replaced, and how much time it gave back.
Comfort writing prompts, iterating on output, and knowing when not to trust it. Everything AI produces is reviewed before it touches the ledger.
Our finance function runs on a library of custom AI workflows built in-house. You’ll use them daily and be expected to build on them.
Preferred
CPA or active CPA candidate — someone committed to a career in accounting and finance.
SaaS or technology industry experience.
Prior exposure to a modern expense, HRIS or close-management platform.
Personal attributes
Hands-on by instinct. You review the work, and you prepare it yourself when the cycle calls for it — working a reconciliation, chasing a variance or covering a teammate’s queue during close week.
Comfortable operating on a small team where the person who owns the number also understands and builds the schedule behind it.
Growth mindset. This role is deliberately scoped to expand, and we’re looking for someone who wants that.
Clear written communication. A large share of this job is explaining a variance or accounting issue to someone who does not work in finance.
Why Alvys
Ownership.
You’ll run the close and monthly financial reporting, with direct review from and partnership with the Head of Finance.
Modern stack.
A cloud-native finance stack — QuickBooks Online, Stripe and Salesforce at the core — with an AI tooling layer we build ourselves.
Proximity to decisions.
You’ll work directly with leadership and have real influence on how the accounting function is built as the company scales.
Growth.
This role is designed to expand in scope, with a path toward Controller as the business and finance organization mature.
Collaborative culture.
Mission-driven people building the future of logistics technology, grounded in trust and transparency.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers its members to improve their health and perform at a higher level by providing a deep understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
The Health team develops the algorithms and features that expand WHOOP's health sensing capabilities. The work spans women's health, wellness and longevity, member insights, emerging health signals, and software as a medical device. Applied ML Scientists and ML Engineers work as a production unit: scientists own problem framing and modeling; engineers own the path to production.
As a Senior Manager, Machine Learning on the Health Insights team, you will own delivery and people outcomes across a mixed team of scientists and engineers. You will translate department strategy into clear quarterly plans, develop senior ICs (and, as the team grows, the next layer of managers), hire against a high bar for both crafts, and partner with Product and adjacent Health partners on what is worth building and what the data can support. You will stay close enough to the ML lifecycle to evaluate the team's most important decisions without becoming the default contributor.
Success in this role requires enough ML and health-domain fluency to earn trust from senior ICs, plus the people-leadership skill to grow that team, hold delivery across multiple workstreams, and make prioritization calls under uncertainty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own delivery, team health, and people outcomes across Health ML workstreams on a mixed Applied ML Scientist and ML Engineer team.
- Translate department strategy into quarterly plans, milestones, and success criteria; keep the team on the highest-leverage work and adapt deliberately as priorities shift.
- Build the team: lead hiring across science and engineering roles, calibrate the bar for each craft, and shape onboarding, leveling, and growth practices.
- Develop the next layer of leadership: coach senior ICs (and managers, as the scope grows), manage performance with clarity and care, and create the conditions for people to operate above their level.
- Set the standard for how Health ML gets built: work quality, evaluation rigor, review practices, and an operating model that holds as people and workstreams change.
- Partner directly with Product (and with clinical, software, and Digital Health partners as the work requires) to align on roadmap, evidence, and sequencing; broker trade-offs between iteration speed, scientific integrity, and member value.
- Own the risk posture for the team: anticipate execution, technical, and people risks, design mitigation into how the team operates, and keep senior leadership clearly informed of the most consequential decisions.
- Define and own the operating model: planning cadences, design reviews, decision forums, and quality gates appropriate to member-facing health ML.
- Build and continuously raise AI-enabled workflows that create measurable leverage across the team, for development, evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Represent the team's work credibly to executive and cross-functional audiences with brevity, evidence, and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, applied science, or software engineering, with 3+ years managing engineering and/or science teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated track record managing highly senior ICs: hiring, performance management, and developing people who in turn raise the bar around them.
- Deep familiarity with the ML development lifecycle (data collection, model training, evaluation, validation, deployment, and monitoring), sufficient to evaluate the most important technical and methodological decisions the team makes.
- Experience shipping algorithms or ML-enabled product in health, wearables, digital health, or a closely related applied domain.
- Demonstrated ability to set direction and make timely prioritization calls under uncertainty, keeping team focused on the highest-leverage work.
- Demonstrated AI-tooling sophistication: a track record of building or adopting AI-enabled workflows that materially improved team speed, quality, or decision confidence.
- Clear, high-signal communicator who can move fluidly between technical ML discussions and executive-level summaries of risk, trade-offs, and direction.
- Depth in a Health domain WHOOP already works in preferred (member insights, women's health, cardiometabolic or respiratory health, sleep, strength / healthspan, neuroscience, or related physiological time-series work).
- Preferred experience as a counterpart to Product on ambiguous health or member-insight problems: scoping, sequencing, and pushing back when a claim is not supportable.
- Familiarity with clinical validation, evidence packages, or Digital Health partnership on higher-stakes health features preferred.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic high growth accounts and existing customers with 501-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex multi-product platform opportunities, expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business and secure new logos to add to our customer base.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
The Senior Commercial Account Executive role also requires experience selling to financial-services organizations headquartered in or operating from New York City. You will bring sector fluency and demonstrated experience and understanding of how to navigate and win within complex financial institutions.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York metro area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, including travel to New York City as required.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 6+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 501-2,500 employees, with 2+ years of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1.5M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1.5M-$3M+ range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling multi-product platforms and broader solution transformations, rather than only transactional or standalone point products.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Established, credible relationships with enterprise CISOs, CIOs, senior security and IT leaders, IAM leaders, and identity/security architects within the territory or relevant named-account segment.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans across your customer and prospect book.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.

Put validation, checks and monitoring in place so data problems are spotted before they spread.
Make sure the day-to-day data lands correctly and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Must have
In-depth knowledge of SQL — you are confident in writing and debugging complex queries, and you understand the underlying data.
Substantial experience working in a production environment with ELT pipelines, data integration and data modelling.
A deep understanding of the principles of data quality assurance and data warehouse design.
Reliability and independence — you are able to take responsibility for resolving data-related issues and see the task through to completion.
Nice to Have
Experience with designing and building data models in dbt.
Comfortable using Python to move and integrate data across GCP services.
Practical experience querying and working in BigQuery (or a comparable cloud warehouse).
Solid grasp of star-schema design and semantic modelling for Power BI.
Confident with version control and CI/CD workflows, GitLab a plus.
Background working with brokerage, banking, asset-management, payments or fintech data.
We Offer
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
Flexibility that fits your life — work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits package — choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work — an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning — ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure — work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.

FP Markets Group of Companies
is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Paid Social & Mobile App Growth Manager.
You will own two of our biggest growth levers: paid social across web and app, and mobile app growth from install to first-time deposit (FTD). Sitting in the Growth Team (Global Paid Growth), you will set strategy, run a multi-channel budget and decide each month where spend goes, web sign-ups or app installs, based on cost per FTD and return on ad spend (ROAS). You will own the numbers from impression to FTD and beyond.
How success is measured
Leads and FTDs from paid social (web) and from the app, by source and region.
Cost per install, cost per registration and CPA per FTD against target, by region and platform.
Install-to-FTD conversion rate.
30 / 90-day ROAS on web and app cohorts.
Spend within the approved monthly budget.
App store conversion rate (page view to install), keyword rankings and average rating.
Responsibilities
Strategy and budget
Own the paid social and mobile app acquisition strategy, budget and forecast across all target regions.
Decide each month how spend splits between web and app objectives, based on cost per FTD, ROAS and install-to-FTD conversion.
Manage monthly budget pacing with Marketing Operations, reallocating spend weekly based on CPA, ROAS and cohort quality, and report performance against objectives.
Paid social (web and app)
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn and Reddit, for both web leads and app installs.
Own account structure, audiences, bidding and campaign naming across all paid social platforms.
Optimise beyond installs and leads to registration, KYC completion and FTD, using value-based and event-based bidding.
Run a continuous creative testing programme with the Creative and Content teams: briefs (video, playables, static, store assets), variants, learnings and fatigue tracking.
Mobile app acquisition
Plan, launch and optimise app install and in-app event campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns (UAC) and selected programmatic / mobile ad network partners.
Source, onboard and manage app networks and agencies, with strict fraud controls.
ASO and organic app growth
Own App Store and Google Play optimisation: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos and localisation for priority languages.
Run store-listing experiments (Google Play Experiments, Apple Product Page Optimisation) and Custom Product Pages aligned to paid campaigns.
Grow ratings and reviews through in-app prompts and review management.
Drive web-to-app and cross-channel installs with SEO, Content, CRM and Partnerships (IB/affiliate) teams, including deep links and QR flows.
Measurement and attribution
Own mobile measurement through our MMP (AppsFlyer): SDK events, deep links, SKAdNetwork / AdAttributionKit, Google Privacy Sandbox for Android, and UTM / tracking-link standards.
Keep web (Meta Pixel / Conversions API) and app (MMP) attribution aligned and deduplicated, so paid social results are counted once.
Work with Data Engineering on cohort, CAC, LTV, ARPU and ROAS reporting (30- and 90-day) that ties installs and sign-ups to FTD and net deposits.
Keep event tracking, postbacks and attribution windows accurate across all partners.
Funnel and conversion
Partner with Product and Dev on onboarding, KYC and first-deposit flows in the app to lift install-to-FTD conversion.
Work with the CRM & Lifecycle manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) on push, in-app and email journeys for new app users.
Compliance
Ensure all ads and app store assets meet the requirements of each regulator (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA and others), platform ad policies for financial products, and Apple / Google app store guidelines, including risk warnings and country restrictions.
Out of scope
Organic social and community (Discord, Reddit communities, Telegram), owned by the Organic Social & Community Growth Manager.
Candidate profile
Must have
4+ years in paid acquisition, covering both paid social (Meta, TikTok and at least one other platform) and mobile app user acquisition.
Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto: you understand regulated, high-CPA acquisition, deposit-driven funnels and the ad-platform restrictions these verticals face.
Hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget of USD 250k+ a month.
Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, MetaAds, LinkedIn, X and ASO, with proven results on both App Store and Google Play as well as driving Web/Desktop Leads and FTDs
Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer preferred), SKAdNetwork, post-ATT measurement and deep linking, plus Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling, incrementality thinking and ROAS-based budget decisions; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards.
Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit), not just clicks or installs.
A track record of running structured creative testing at scale.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience with programmatic and mobile ad networks.
Experience with Snapchat, Reddit and other social or new ad channels such as ChatGPT.
Knowledge of financial-promotion rules (ASIC, CySEC, FSCA) and Apple / Google policies for financial apps.
SQL or BigQuery; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A second language relevant to our key markets (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Thai or Vietnamese).
Personal attributes
Commercial and numbers-driven: you decide on cost per FTD, not clicks or installs.
Comfortable owning a large budget and explaining every euro of it.
A fast tester who learns from failures and scales winners quickly.
Collaborative with Creative, Product, CRM and Data Engineering.
Our offer
A welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership.
Real autonomy over a large growth budget, and the chance to contribute to a dynamic business in a growth phase.
Support for your ideas and room to put your expertise into the company's best practices.
Continuous personal development, a training and development budget, growth with the company and the opportunity to learn from industry leaders.
Competitive remuneration, regular salary reviews and performance-based incentive schemes.
A vibrant company life: from team activities to global celebrations.

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
