ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go deep on a few accounts. Learn each customer's business well enough that you could be wearing their badge in their hallways
- Own the end-to-end technical pre-sales process by scoping customer use cases, articulating business value, designing and demoing Sierra’s incredible platform, leading technical and architecture reviews, and serving as the trusted technical expert throughout the sales cycle
- Decide when to bring in Agent Development, Product, Security, Legal, and Sierra leaders, and what each of them needs to do. You keep everyone aimed at the same goal
- Raise the bar for the SE team: mentor others, set standards for demos and pilots, and write the playbooks for Strategic deals and GTM processes
- Stay with the account after the sale, through the Agent Development handoff, launch, and expansion to new use cases
- Share what you see across your largest accounts with Product leadership and inform roadmap
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7+ years experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical sales
- Experience in leading the sales process with Strategic customers with deal sizes of $1M+ consistently
- Past experience in demo building, and presenting, and working with customers or clients in the GTM function
- Strong experience in relationship-building with prospect stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Experience leading architecture, integration, and security discussions with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and security teams
- Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently as a regular part of your technical sales motion — discovery prep, solution design, demo and prototype building, technical proposals. Importantly, you own the accuracy of anything you put in front of a customer, whether or not AI helped you build it
- Experience growing accounts past initial sale and defining customer roadmaps to facilitate growth
- Bachelor's Degree or above; bonus if in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience translating code, technical logic and user requirements to product and engineering requirements
- Selling a technical AI product

- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers, with role-specific tracks
- Deliver onboarding live and asynchronously: cohort sessions, workshops, certifications, and role-plays
- Introduce what AI Fluency means at Sierra and how to incorporate it into daily sales activities (account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, etc.)
- Make sure every seller can explain, demo and stand behind how Sierra uses AI, so they can speak credibly with customers who are learning to deploy AI themselves
- Establish baseline ramp metrics (time to first meeting, first deal, quota attainment, SE readiness) and set targets for reducing them
- Use AI tools to scale enablement itself: faster content creation, AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and self-serve answers to seller questions
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Sales Engineering to keep content accurate as the product and market change
- Recruit subject-matter experts, including top sellers and SEs, to teach and coach in the program
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers, and iterate on the program quarterly
- Build the global program so it can be adapted for regional teams, including our London office
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in sales enablement at a high-growth B2B software company, with hands-on onboarding or training experience and experience managing cross-functional programs
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding for both quota-carrying sellers and technical sellers
- Track record of prioritizing competing requests from senior stakeholders and saying no with data
- Track record of tying enablement work to business outcomes, not just completion rates
- Strong facilitator, comfortable teaching experienced sellers and executives
- Willing to do the hands-on work in the early months, not just manage it, and comfortable building from scratch with limited process and few resources
- Able to learn a technical product ([AI agents / enterprise software]) well enough to teach it credibly
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience running sales kickoff or product launch enablement
- Experience selling or supporting sales in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., [Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, Gong])
- Experience running onboarding through rapid headcount growth, or handing a program to a successor

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.

An overview of this role
As a SLED Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to State, Local, and Education customers in every state east of the Mississippi River: state agencies, counties, cities, special districts, community colleges, and public, private, and research universities. These organizations deliver services residents and students rely on every day, often with lean IT teams, aging systems, fixed fiscal-year budgets, and growing cybersecurity threats.
You'll show them how GitLab's DevSecOps platform and AI capabilities, including the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, help them modernize legacy applications, protect sensitive resident and student data, meet state and sector compliance requirements, and do more with the staff they have. You'll own the technical evaluation and validation stages of the sales cycle, guide customers through proofs of concept and value, and translate platform capabilities into outcomes that agency leaders, CIOs, CISOs, and procurement officers can defend in a budget request or an RFP evaluation.
You'll partner closely with SLED account executives, channel partners, and systems integrators, provide technical guidance from first conversation through successful deployment, and bring the voice of the SLED customer back into Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Location and travel:
The territory covers all states east of the Mississippi River. The candidate must reside in the Northeast part of the United States. This role requires up to 50% travel.
What you'll do
Engage SLED customers onsite and remotely, from state capitals to university campuses, with tailored demos, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops that tie GitLab to their mission.
Partner with SLED account executives to shape account strategies that align with each customer's fiscal year budget cycle, legislative appropriations, IT modernization plans, and grant or federal pass through funding.
Own the technical evaluation process, including proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) design and delivery, and provide technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and security questionnaires.
Support purchases made through cooperative purchasing agreements and statewide contract vehicles by working with channel and reseller partners.
Guide customers through state and sector security requirements, such as GovRAMP and NIST frameworks, and show how GitLab's built in security, auditability, and deployment options reduce compliance burden.
Help agencies and institutions modernize legacy and mainframe applications, such as unemployment insurance, tax, DMV, benefits, and student information systems, using GitLab and AI-assisted development to lower risk and offset shrinking pools of legacy skilled staff.
Advise customers on adopting AI responsibly, including the GitLab Duo Agent Platform, in line with state AI policies, governance boards, and data privacy requirements.
Lead the creation of Customer Success Plans that capture technical success criteria and handoff details, ensuring a smooth path to deployment and adoption, often for IT teams with limited capacity.
Work alongside Account Executives to build data driven business cases that quantify delivery bottlenecks, giving customers a defensible basis for budget requests and clear evidence of return on taxpayer investment.
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, agency directors, enterprise architects, faculty, research computing leaders, and procurement officers so they become advocates for GitLab, including across agencies and campuses that share services.
Collaborate with systems integrators and state IT shared-services organizations to scale GitLab adoption across multiple agencies, local governments, or campuses.
Serve as the SLED customer advocate internally, channeling feedback on procurement, compliance, and deployment needs to Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Stay current on GitLab and related technologies, and create reusable SLED demos, reference architectures, and assets for customers and partners.
What you'll bring
Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles serving state agencies, local governments, or public, private, and research universities, where you guided customers through evaluations and solution design.
Working knowledge of how SLED organizations buy technology: RFP and RFI cycles, cooperative purchasing agreements, statewide contracts, fiscal-year budgeting, and the role of resellers and systems integrators.
Hands-on experience using GitLab and familiarity with modern software development and operations practices, such as CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automation.
Experience with cloud, hybrid, and self-managed deployments in regulated environments, including government cloud regions, and an understanding of data residency and sovereignty concerns.
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks common in SLED, such as GovRAMP and NIST SP 800-53.
Ability to connect technical solutions to mission outcomes, such as resident service delivery, cyber resilience, cost avoidance, and workforce efficiency, and to advise senior stakeholders on tradeoffs and options.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including presenting to both technical teams and non-technical leaders such as agency heads, procurement officers, and university administrators.
Openness to learning, seeking feedback, and building new skills, including familiarity with GitLab's Solutions Architect handbook and related resources.
Nice to have
Prior experience working in or for state or local government IT, or a university IT or research computing organization.
Experience with legacy or mainframe modernization programs.
Familiarity with AI governance practices in the public sector, such as AI use-case inventories, acceptable-use policies, and risk assessments.
About the team
The SLED Solutions Architect role is part of GitLab's Public Sector Solutions Architect team, a group of trusted technical advisors who help government and education customers understand, evaluate, and adopt the GitLab DevSecOps platform. The team is distributed and collaborates asynchronously across time zones using GitLab and our handbook-first practices to share knowledge, reusable examples, and best practices.
On the SLED team, you'll help customers solve challenges unique to state, local, and education organizations: protecting resident and student data, modernizing mission-critical legacy systems, buying through public procurement processes, and stretching limited IT staff and budgets. You'll also bring SLED customer insights back to GitLab to shape product direction.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.
- Define and document CMF specifications with the precision required for engineering handoff, colour, texture, durability, finish codes specifications etc…
- Work closely with Industrial Designers, Fashion Designers and UX Designers to ensure material decisions reinforce, not contradict, the product's form language and functional context.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to validate material feasibility within programme timelines and cost envelopes.
- Lead CMF reviews, presenting direction clearly to design leads and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to garment/soft goods material decisions where CMF and wearable design intersect.
- Build the CMF process from the ground up ; standards, workflows, review cadences & governance.
We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City
About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Engineer to lead the design and development of Vercel's Financial Data Platform, the foundational system that powers revenue reporting, consumption-based billing, financial forecasting, and compliance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts.
Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs.
Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms).
Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale.
Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness.
About You
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $264,000 - $396,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Munich, Germany
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours, not weeks, when shortages occur.
- Set stock levels and material availability plans for development and prototype builds.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Own relationships with PCB fabricators, electronics manufacturing partners and component distributors, and work with them to understand lead time constraints, manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications and fast-track build options.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate priority build slots, allocation and expedited shipments, and secure prototypes under compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.

- Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, IVR modernization, and in-app assistants.
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within the Swiss consumer and retail sector, navigating complex procurement and organizational structures.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding, deployment, and expansion of accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Well-connected in the Swiss consumer and retail landscape, with an existing network of senior individuals and strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; ability to translate complex technology into business value.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Switzerland, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity within complex organizational structures.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment, including building new playbooks and iterating quickly.
- Passion for voice and audio AI and how it can unlock transformative value for customers.
- A hybrid of customer and product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction and scale.
- Swiss German is the preferred default language for this role; fluency in both Swiss German and French is a strong plus given Switzerland's multilingual market. Strong English is also required for internal collaboration.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll join a full-stack data team building the systems making our AI agents measurably smarter with every interaction, building the real-time pipelines, analytics products, and deep personalization primitives that turn millions of conversations into business outcomes. You’ll work across these areas:
- Data Foundations: Architect and build our core platform to handle data at scale with low latency. This includes our real-time eventing infrastructure, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and our Iceberg-based data lakehouse. You will own the systems for interactive OLAP querying, orchestration, and experimentation, ensuring our data is trustworthy, fast, and easy to use for the entire organization.
- Memory & Personalization: Power the next generation of intelligent experiences. You will develop the systems for long-term agent memory, build reusable Customer Data Platform (CDP) primitives, and implement the optimization loops that allow our agents to personalize interactions and demonstrably lift business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We’re excited to meet candidates who bring depth in one of these areas:
Platform Engineering
- You have designed, built, and operated large-scale data systems, processing terabytes or petabytes of data with technologies like Spark, Flink, Trino/Presto, and data lakehouse formats like Iceberg or Hudi.
- You possess strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals in a language like Go, Scala, or Python. You understand the trade-offs of different storage engines, query plans, and data serialization formats.
- You have a history of implementing pragmatic data governance, lineage, and testing. You’ve built platforms that are cost-aware, highly operable, and a delight for other engineers to build upon.
- You're well-versed in data modeling best practices (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, slowly changing dimensions) and know how to optimize analytical query patterns for both traditional OLAP systems and modern cloud data warehouses.
Product Engineering
- You have a portfolio of shipped data products, including analytics dashboards, data visualization tools, or alerting and exploration systems.
- You are a skilled full-stack engineer (e.g., TypeScript/React and a service layer like Go), with a keen eye for performance, API design, and polish.
- You excel at turning ambiguous questions into clear, intuitive interfaces. You have strong product sense around information architecture, handling empty states, and making complex data explainable.
- You have practical experience with ML-powered product features, such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
Shared Qualities
- Strong software engineering background with 4-7+ years of hands-on development experience in building and shipping production systems or products.
- A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
- High agency and a bias to action in a high-autonomy environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- Deep experience with event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis) and real-time data processing.
- Experience with modern data visualization libraries (e.g., ECharts, D3.js) and the principles of building performant, reusable charting components for complex data.
- Production experience with recommender systems or optimization loops (e.g., multi-armed bandits, ranking).
- A track record of leading complex technical projects or mentoring other engineers.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
