ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our General Analytics team: the analytics lead, an analytics engineer and you. Product teams have their own analysts; we take the research questions they cannot answer on their own, and we own how analytics is done across the company.
The core of the role is research: high-uncertainty product questions where the answer is the estimated effect of a specific factor, not a dashboard. Whether to extend the game's lifecycle, how to tell that a new giant feature works, how to run experiments on veteran players spread across hundreds of kingdoms. Alongside it you own the methodology: how experiments and effect estimates are done at Scorewarrior, and whether a number is good enough for a decision and useful to other analysts afterwards.
It is a senior individual-contributor role: close work with the analytics lead, short cycles with game designers and product managers. Pilots of the infra components (experimentation platform, visualization system, AI analyst assistant, ELT) are driven by the analytics lead and the infrastructure itself by the data tech lead; you join as the customer, not the builder. Game industry experience is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Take high-uncertainty questions from product teams (Old Players, New Players, Quality of Life, Platform) from a vague question to a decision the team acts on.
- Design and analyze experiments in non-standard setups: delayed treatment for veteran players, kingdom-level (cluster) tests, small samples, heavy-tailed revenue. Own variance reduction, outlier handling, permutation tests, MDE and power, reporting rules.
- Estimate effects where a classic A/B test is impossible, using causal inference and quasi-experimental designs, and turn one-off solutions into methods other analysts reuse: reference documents, dbt data marts, Tableau dashboards.
- Be the last check before the business acts on a number: the assumptions behind a metric, a test read-out or a pilot's output.
- Use Python inside research when SQL is not enough: a graph algorithm over clan and kingdom networks, an optimization problem, a simulation.
- Specify logging for features shipped by teams without their own analyst, and cover their ad-hoc questions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience running research with high uncertainty end-to-end, from problem framing to a decision the team acted on.
- Hands-on causal inference and quasi-experimental methods (difference-in-differences, synthetic control, matching or similar) on product questions: you can say what breaks an estimate and how you checked it.
- Hands-on A/B test design and analysis, and the applied statistics behind it: distributions, power and MDE, variance reduction, heavy tails and outliers.
- Strong SQL on an analytical data warehouse; ClickHouse is a plus.
- Working Python for research: you can implement an algorithm or a statistical procedure that has no ready-made library call, and you understand what your code, or your AI assistant's code, does and whether it can work. No production services expected.
- Clear, concise communication in writing and in person: you fix agreements, and you say so when a result cannot be trusted, including to the people who asked for it.
- English at B1 or above.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Data science background alongside analytics: modeling, segmentation, validating assumptions with statistical tests.
- Experience building or improving an experimentation platform, or setting methodology that other analysts followed.
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Tableau.
- Understanding of F2P economics, network effects, social or competitive systems; you play games and are ready to play Total Battle.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A team of professionals with a passion for gamedev and a drive to make Total Battle the #1 MMO 4X strategy game.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea.
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.
- A sports and fitness allowance.
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.).
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth.
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations.

Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity, and we would be interested in applicants located in the US or Canada.
The Opportunity:
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on real-time data from across the enterprise. As part of this initiative, we are building an AI-native data intelligence system that gives agents reliable, governed access to enterprise context. This system helps agents retrieve the right data, metadata, definitions, lineage, quality signals, and institutional knowledge without every agent builder having to maintain their own brittle context files. The principle is simple: the context system retrieves, agents decide, and data teams maintain the intelligence.
The new team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Senior Software (Database) Engineer to help build the underlying storage system for our general purpose data platform. The database layer has both OLAP and OTLP capabilities to support classic analytics queries while also serving up freshly stored data. It embraces the separation of compute and storage and is designed to run on multiple cloud providers. This is an early-stage role on a high-autonomy team, so you should be comfortable working through ambiguity, making pragmatic architectural decisions, and building systems that can evolve from internal dogfooding to production-grade SaaS. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
What You'll Be Doing:
Take ownership over and build one or multiple parts of the database: Design, implement, test, and operate ingestion, query planning, distributed query execution, data formats, storage formats.
Create a scalable SaaS foundation: Help define and build the architecture for a multi-tenant database service, including tenant isolation, usage tracking, quotas, audit logs, background jobs, and reliable service boundaries.
Power agent-facing retrieval workflows: Build APIs and database interfaces that allow AI agents, MCP tools, CLIs, and internal applications to retrieve data quickly.
Work across product and infrastructure: Partner with the team to make practical tradeoffs between fast experimentation and long-term reliability, especially as the project moves from prototype to production.
Operate what you build: Instrument database services with metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards. Use observability tools to understand system behavior and improve reliability.
Contribute to technical direction: Help shape the architecture, service boundaries, storage choices, API contracts, deployment patterns, and engineering practices for a new product area.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the database solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Experience with distributed systems, catalogs and table formats, query engines.
Mastery of a programming language like golang, C++, or Rust
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Bonus Points for:
Experience building distributed query engines.
Experience building data warehouses and/or data lakes.
Experience building tools for data engineering.
How we work:
We are a remote-first team that meets regularly over video and does most of our work asynchronously, in writing. We value creativity, diverse perspectives, and clear communication. Tempo is relied upon by prominent global organizations to monitor critical applications and infrastructure, and we expect everyone on the team, including our Staff engineers, to contribute ideas that make it a more reliable, more useful, and more loved product.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is $
164,490 - $197,389.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Marketing Analytics Lead at Anthropic, you will own how we measure marketing. You'll build and run a single measurement framework that shows how marketing activity turns into pipeline, revenue, and product usage, and you'll make that framework something marketers and executives actually use to make decisions. As our marketing programs grow across enterprise and product-led motions, your work will determine whether we invest in what works.
In this role, you'll own the marketing measurement framework end to end: the metric definitions, the data models behind them, the dashboards that surface them, and the insights they produce. This is a hands-on individual contributor role; data science and data engineering will support you, but you'll do the core work yourself. You'll partner closely with field marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, finance, sales strategy, sales development, data science, and data engineering to align on definitions and keep the whole organization working from one view of the funnel.
Key responsibilities
Own the marketing measurement framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and product usage
Set the direction for the framework and extend it to programs it doesn't cover yet
Define marketing metrics clearly and get cross-functional teams to agree on definitions early
Build and maintain the data models that power marketing reporting
Develop dashboards that marketers and executives rely on in their weekly reviews
Teach marketers and executives how the metrics work, and keep teaching as the metrics evolve
Lead adoption of the framework so that both marketing and executive teams use it as their shared source of truth
Partner with finance, sales strategy, and sales development to connect marketing measurement to the broader revenue picture
Find and share the insights nobody asked for, turning analysis into recommendations that change what we do
Write analytical SQL on large datasets to answer questions about funnel performance and attribution
Track framework gaps and data quality issues, and work with data engineering to resolve them
Present findings to marketing leadership and executives in clear, decision-ready formats
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience with marketing analytics, including lead funnels, attribution to enterprise pipeline, and product usage measurement
Have designed metrics from scratch and know what makes a metric trusted and useful
Can write analytical SQL on large datasets with confidence
Have built data models in tools like dbt and dashboards that many people use daily
Are comfortable setting direction without waiting for a plan to be handed to you
Can turn vague questions into clear, measurable definitions
Work well across functions and know how to get teams aligned on definitions before problems surface
Enjoy teaching others how metrics work and helping non-technical audiences build data fluency
Finish what you start, from first definition to adopted dashboard
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience building marketing measurement for both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their practical tradeoffs
Experience presenting metrics and insights directly to executives and shaping how leadership reviews performance
A background in data science, analytics engineering, or marketing operations
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data, such as Salesforce and related tooling
Experience standing up a measurement practice where one didn't exist before
Familiarity with how finance and sales strategy teams think about pipeline and forecasting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEY THERE
You've spent the last few years as the analyst sitting alongside a mobile squad—close to the tracking, the experiments and the numbers behind their decisions. You've also been leading a small team as well for a while now, and you don't want to give up either half.
Good, because this role doesn't ask you to. You'll lead our squad analysts, and you'll also be the hands-on analyst for Monetization. Roughly half your week in each role, at least at the start. Stepping up to lead here doesn't mean handing the interesting work to someone else.
You'll be building solid data products, helping our Monetization team optimize conversion and revenue, but you'll also be responsible for ensuring that our product and engineering teams own the quality of the data they produce. Building this culture is a big part of what we're hiring for.
Let's shape the future of nutrition together and make Yazio the most successful nutrition app worldwide!
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.
YOUR MISSION
Our product generates billions of data points every month, and our development teams run hundreds of experiments a year. In your first year, you'll:
- Lead a small team of analysts embedded in our product squads. They're the ones measuring the impact of what engineering builds and helping figure out what comes next
- Be the analyst for Monetization yourself. You’ll handle tracking for new features, the experiments behind our conversion funnels and the reporting the squad runs on
- Set the example for how the work gets done. You'll write less production code than the analysts in your team, and the way you solve problems is what they'll pick up
- Set the data quality bar: what gets tested when data comes in, what gets tested once it's transformed, what gets tested in the reporting layer and what anomaly detection catches before a stakeholder spots it
- Move that responsibility upstream to the teams producing the data. Expect pushback from people who haven't had to think about it before
- Own the path from raw event data to curated, ready-to-use datasets in our self-service BI tool
- Take on the strategy side of squad analytics: how PMs and engineering managers use data when they make decisions
YOUR PROFILE
You'll feel at home here if:
- You've been the analyst inside a mobile product squad. Event tracking, funnel and user journey analysis, experiments. You plan around release cycles and handle old app versions as a matter of course
- You've managed analysts without stepping away from the work yourself
- Experimentation is where you're strongest. You’ve run plenty of A/B tests, and you can talk through bandits, quasi-experiments and where Bayesian and frequentist approaches part ways
- You've built a data quality regime. You've held a number back because it didn't reconcile, then gone and fixed whatever let it through
- You write SQL all day and Python when you need it, and dbt is how you transform data
- When you take an analysis to a PM, it comes with what you'd do next. And when a number turns out to be wrong, you say so and change the process that produced it
Bonus points for:
- Experience with subscription businesses, including the mobile gateway SDKs (App Store, Google Play)
- A strong statistics background
- Dagster or Airflow for scheduling
- Data catalogues like DataHub
OUR CORE TECH STACK
Here's what we run in production:
- Warehouse: Snowflake
- Transformation & orchestration: dbt, Dagster
- Experimentation: GrowthBook
- Self-service analytics: Omni
- ML workflows: Prefect
- GenAI: Claude
If you've worked with a cloud warehouse, dbt and an experimentation platform in some form, the patterns transfer. AI is part of how we work here: writing and checking code, summarizing data and keeping documentation current. We'd want you to be critical about what it gives back.
WHY US?
- An exciting product with millions of users in over 150 countries, driven by our mission to transform the world through healthy eating
- A remote-first setup: work 100% from home, join a co-working space, or work abroad for several weeks per year
- 30 vacation days to relax and recharge, plus 5 child sick days if your little one needs you
- A focus-driven culture that values efficiency over long hours - no overtime expectations, and if it happens, you get that time back!

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re growing our Data team and are looking for our first few key hires to build self-serve data tools and drive business strategy in the right direction.
The mission of the Modal Data team is to make it easy to track company goals, make evidence-backed decisions, and prioritize the right work. We do this via:
- Self-serve AI analytics tools (Hex, Snowflake)
- Embedding with teams as a “data adviser,” providing strategic analysis and consulting
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:

- Influence work on new products like LLM Inference Endpoints https://modal.com/blog/qwen3-8-2-4t-a95b-now-available-on-modal through product analytics tracking
- Identify millions of dollars of cost savings and optimization across our tools and financial operations
- Write data pipelines that power the operations of our business, such as our cloud compute economics or sales comp
- Create foundational datasets that can be used by people and AI tools to answer questions around product use cases, financial reporting, and marketing campaigns
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You’re fluent in SQL and proficient in Python
- You have professional experience with at least 2 of the following tools: Snowflake, dbt, dlt, Modal, Hex, PostHog
- You extend your work beyond just data reporting and into action and impact
- You have high attention to detail
- You’re an excellent and precise communicator
- You’re personable and great at building relationships
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with AI products, especially LLM inference and sandboxes
- Experience in fin ops, fraud, sales ops, or risk, especially in the context of AI (e.g. token cost optimization)
- Project management skills
