Role Overview
You own a shift. Not a zone of it, not a function within it — the whole thing. Roughly 140 operators, 13 Cell Leads, and 3 Operations Supervisors collecting robot demonstration data, and you are the single person accountable for what that shift produces, how good it is, and whether everyone goes home safe.
The shift you own runs whether or not the Production Manager is in the building. That's the job: your shift should be indistinguishable in output and quality from the one before it and the one after it.
What You Will Do
Own your shift's production plan end to end — accepted episodes, first-pass acceptance, utilization, and labor efficiency against target.
Manage 2–3 Operations Supervisors; own their performance, their development, and the quality of the Cell Lead bench underneath them.
Run shift start-up, mid-shift review, and a documented handoff — you receive the shift before yours and hand off cleanly to the shift after.
Make the real-time calls: redeploying staff when a cell goes down, resequencing work when a task type stalls, flexing coverage when attendance comes in short.
Own safety on your shift — daily walks, protocol enforcement, incident response, and the expectation that your supervisors use: their stop-work authority.
Partner with Data Quality on your shift's acceptance rate; drive root cause into retraining and process rather than into a rework queue.
Escalate equipment and rig issues to Lab Engineering and keep staffed-but-idle hours visible.
Handle performance management and employee relations escalations from your supervisors, partnering with HR.
Hold California meal, rest, and overtime compliance across every non-exempt employee on your shift.
Report your shift's performance and variance daily, with the explanation and the fix, not just the number.
What Good Looks Like
Your shift hits plan without overtime surprises or last-minute heroics.
Handoffs are clean enough that the next shift starts producing immediately.
Your supervisors make decisions without calling you, and your Cell Leads are being prepared for supervision.
Quality on your shift doesn't vary from the other shifts — consistency is the whole point of this layer.
Problems reach the Production Manager as "here's what happened and here's what I did," not as an open question.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or lab operations, including 2+ years managing supervisors or team leads.
Experience with full accountability for a shift or a production area of 75+ hourly employees.
Track record owning daily output and quality targets, and explaining variance credibly.
Experience with performance management, attendance, and employee relations for a non-exempt workforce.
Working knowledge of California wage and hourly requirements for non-exempt employees.
Available to own an assigned shift (day, swing, or night) onsite in Santa Clara.
Preferred Qualifications
Robotics, hardware, AI data collection, advanced manufacturing, or technical lab background.
Experience in a quality-gated operation where output is inspected before it counts.
Promoted from a supervisor role, or has promoted supervisors from their own team.
Comfort pulling and interpreting your own shift data from dashboards or spreadsheets.
Continuous improvement background — Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent practical experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite robotics lab and warehouse environment; the majority of your shift is spent on the floor.
Assigned shift, with occasional cross-shift coverage during ramps, launches, and handoff issues.
Must be able to stand and walk the floor for extended periods.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
Why This Role Matters
Consistency across shifts is what turns a lab into an operation. This role is the reason the third shift produces like the first one, and the reason problems get solved on the floor instead of escalating.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment
- IT Equipment

- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA

WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Sr. Developer Relations Manager
Backblaze — Remote, US
Compensation: $172,000–$215,000 base + equity
About Backblaze
Backblaze is the object storage layer for AI and data-intensive workloads, fueling customer success with cloud storage purpose-built for scalable performance and economics. We make customers unstoppable by solving their toughest storage challenges.
Today we manage nearly 6 billion gigabytes of data for 500K+ customers across 175+ countries with fast growth among Neoclouds, GenAI companies, and companies reliant on data–heavy workloads. Developers are at the center of our next chapter, and we're serious about earning their trust.
About the Role
Developer relations is evolving quickly. Coding agents, informed by reference architectures and machine-readable documentation, are increasingly making integration decisions on behalf of developers. And trust, transparency, and human interaction are more important than ever as open source ideals and corporate agendas are weirdly attacked, limited, or promoted by unexpected sources and trends.
Backblaze B2 Cloud storage was launched as a result of developer demand and has been committed to the developer ecosystem since day one. Today, we are seeking a leader who can help us become more present and trusted than ever before in this space, both as the storage default for agent-led projects and as a leading source of support, inspiration, and enablement for developers who need storage for whatever they’re building.
As Sr. Developer Relations Manager, you'll work across a strong set of existing assets — a mature docs team, an engineering team focused on AI ecosystem integrations, our Flamethrower Startup Program, a content org, and an outward-facing SE team — and coordinate their outputs into a coherent, credible developer presence that earns mindshare where it matters most.
This is a program-defining role for someone who thinks in systems, works backwards from adoption goals, knows how to make a company technically credible with developers who haven't heard of it yet, and is comfortable both channeling and being the face of developer relationships at Backblaze.
What You'll Own
Developer Presence in the Agentic Stack
The primary goal of this role is to ensure Backblaze B2 is the best storage layer for developers and for their agents. That means understanding how AI coders discover and evaluate infrastructure tools today: through MCP servers, coding agent contexts, reference architectures, SDKs, and machine-readable documentation. You'll work with the internal AI team to define what "agent-ready" means for Backblaze and drive execution against it across engineering, docs, and content.
Cross-Functional Coordination
This role starts as an individual contributor, but you'll have real influence over a strong set of resources: an engineering team building integrations into AI tooling (MLFlow, ComfyUI, Hugging Face, popular agent frameworks), a docs team that can be directed toward structured, agent-consumable formats, a content org that can amplify what you build, and an SE team that can extend your enablement work, among a number of others at the company. Your job is to coordinate these teams around a unified developer strategy, keep that strategy moving, and share its outputs with the broader world.
Community and Ecosystem
Developers trust other developers. You'll underscore Backblaze's credibility in the communities where AI builders live: GitHub, Discord, open source projects, developer events, and the growing ecosystem of AI infrastructure tooling. You'll elevate internal technical voices, use their expertise to build your own thought leadership in the space, and partner with ecosystem players, and show up in a way that is earned, not marketed. Critically, you should have a presence in this community before coming to the role.
Developer Feedback Loop
You'll maintain a tight feedback loop from the developer community back to product and engineering — surfacing adoption friction, unmet integration needs, and emerging patterns worth prioritizing. The Flamethrower Startup Program gives you direct access to early-stage builders who can serve as signal-rich canaries for what's working and what isn't.
Metrics and Program Accountability
You'll define what success looks like — developer signups, activation rates, B2 adoption in AI frameworks, community engagement, content reach — and own progress against it. We're building this program to drive real revenue, and you'll be expected to connect the dots between awareness and conversion. Success in this role opens the door to bringing on, or from elsewhere in the company, developer resources to grow the program.
What We're Looking For
Meaningful DevRel, developer marketing, or developer experience leadership at a cloud infrastructure, open source, or AI tooling company. You've built or significantly grown a developer program, not just contributed to one.
Understand how agentic workflows are reshaping how developers discover and integrate infrastructure tools — and you have opinions about what that means for DevRel strategy.
Technically credible. You can read a codebase, evaluate an SDK, write a working integration, and have a real conversation with an engineer about tradeoffs. You don't need to be a full-time SWE, but you need to have been one, or close to it.
Worked, or started, without a large team. You know how to amplify yourself through cross-functional relationships, external partners, and community rather than headcount.
Strong communicator — to developers externally and to leadership internally. You can write a crisp technical tutorial and a clear exec summary with equal ease.
Existing presence in developer communities. A following, conference talks, open source contributions, a technical blog — some signal that developers pay attention when you show up.
Strong plus:
Direct experience with model training, data processing or generative media
Familiarity with how coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) surface and recommend infrastructure tools
Experience working with or building on top of open source frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem (MLflow, DVC, Ray Data, WebDataset, and MosaicML Streaming)
Prior experience running or contributing to a startup/developer program (accelerator, cohort model, or similar)
What You'll Have to Work With
You won't be starting from scratch. You'll work closely with:
A mature, capable
docs team
that can be directed toward agent-consumable documentation formats and structured reference content
A strong
engineering team
dedicated to integrating Backblaze into the AI tooling ecosystem — building connectors, working on external integrations, and driving internal product improvements for developer use cases
Flamethrower
, our startup program, which is already generating community energy and early-adopter signal among AI builders
An outward-facing
solutions engineering team
that can extend your enablement work with hands-on technical support
A
content org
that can help produce and amplify developer-facing assets
Active strategic work from
Rawkode Academy
laying the DevRel foundation: audit, persona validation, content models, and engagement strategy
Why This Matters Now
Developers are making storage decisions earlier in the stack than ever before — often before they've spoken to a salesperson, often through a coding agent recommending a reference architecture. Backblaze has the right product, the right price point, and a growing engineering investment behind this motion. What we need is the person who can translate that into developer conviction at scale.
The window to establish Backblaze as the default AI storage layer is open now. This role exists to make sure we don't miss it.
Backblaze Perks
Healthcare for family, including dental and vision
Competitive compensation and 401K
RSU grants for full-time employees
ESPP program
Flexible vacation policy
Maternity & paternity leave
MacBook Pro plus a generous workstation stipend
Childcare bonus
Fertility treatment and support
Learning & development program
Commuter benefits
Culture that supports a healthy work-life balance
Pay Transparency
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
The expected salary range for this role is $172,000 - $215,000 plus 20% target annual bonus and RSUs.
At Backblaze, we value being fair and good to our customers, partners, and employees. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our values. We are committed to fostering a workforce where all employees feel a sense of belonging regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, socio-economic status, ability, veteran status, and education. We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Location: Lisbon
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Business Development Manager, Missions - Portugal
- Location: Portugal
- Department: Mission Sales
- Reports to: VP Missions Sales Spain & Portugal, dotted line to CEO Portugal
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (Lisbon office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. Portuguese national security clearance and SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Business Development Manager, Missions – Portugal, you’ll help accelerate ICEYE’s sovereign satellite and ISR mission growth in Portugal.
This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action: engaging customers, following up opportunities, building pipeline, keeping Salesforce accurate, supporting bid activity, and helping ICEYE show up strongly in the regional defence, space, and dual-use government ecosystem. It is also a thinking role: you define the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO, ground it in analysis, and execute it with discipline. We are looking for someone analytical and paranoid about disciplined sales execution: every opportunity qualified, every follow-up on time, every record accurate.
You will work closely with the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal as a trusted partner in day-to-day commercial execution, with dotted-line collaboration with the ICEYE Portugal CEO to ensure strong local alignment. By helping manage customer engagement, regional opportunities, events, and cross-functional collaboration, you will directly support ICEYE’s ambition to become the global provider of turnkey ISR infrastructure to allied nations. While Missions is your line of business, you represent ICEYE as a single company: you quickly identify opportunities outside Missions – satellite data, analytics solutions – follow up on them, and connect them to the right ICEYE teams.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Co-develop the Portugal go-to-market strategy together with the ICEYE Portugal CEO and VP Missions Sales, and translate it into campaign plans, target accounts, and a disciplined execution rhythm.
- Develop and qualify commercial opportunities in Portugal, supporting the growth of ICEYE’s Missions pipeline.
- Engage with government, defence, space, and industry dual-use stakeholders, end-users, including ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, primes, associations, and commercial partners.
- Support the VP, Missions Sales Spain & Portugal with customer follow-up, meeting preparation, opportunity tracking, and regional account activity.
- Maintain accurate and timely Campaign plans and Salesforce records, including pipeline updates, meeting notes, next steps, and opportunity status. Run a disciplined execution cadence: no stale opportunities, no missed follow-ups.
- Quickly identify and follow up on opportunities outside the Missions line of business (e.g., satellite data and analytics solutions), and bring in the right ICEYE teams so nothing is dropped – ensuring customers always experience ICEYE as one company.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering and other internal experts to support bids, proposals, customer presentations, and technical-commercial responses.
- Help coordinate ICEYE’s Portugal commercial presence at regional events, sectorial associations, regional or local exhibitions, industry forums, and customer-facing activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Missions, and other teams to ensure joined-up customer engagement and strong regional positioning.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to support regional planning and prioritisation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or capture within defence, aerospace, space, ISR, NATO, or other high-technology environments.
- Experience working with both government/public-sector customers and commercial or industry partners.
- Familiarity with the defence and space ecosystem in Portugal, including relevant government bodies, agencies, primes, integrators, or industry associations.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage opportunities in a structured way, including lead qualification, stakeholder mapping, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical by default: you build the territory and account case with data, qualify rigorously, and are paranoid about disciplined sales execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal, Finland or other ICEYE locations.
- Experience supporting bids, tenders, capture plans, gate reviews, or proposal development.
Nice to haves:
- Previous military, government, or defence-sector experience.
- Exposure to earth observation, satellite systems, or defence intelligence solutions.
- Existing network across ministries of defence, space agencies, ESA-related stakeholders, local primes, or defence and space associations.
- Experience applying GenAI or AI-enabled tooling to business development, sales, market intelligence, CRM hygiene, proposal preparation, stakeholder mapping, or other commercial workflows.
- Sales training in Miller Heiman, Korn Ferry, Shipley or similar.

Workplace: on-site
Mayflower is a technology company building high-load products used by millions of people worldwide. Operating at the scale of one of the world's top-50 websites, we solve complex engineering challenges and create solutions that power real-time entertainment for a global audience.
We are looking for a Lead ML Engineer to own a new ML stream focused on fast delivery of applied machine learning solutions across different product and business domains.
The stream will work with a broad range of ML challenges. Some initiatives may be relatively small and delivered within a few weeks, while others may prove their value and grow into larger dedicated projects.
This role combines hands-on ML engineering with end-to-end technical delivery ownership. You will receive product problems and expected outcomes from Product or internal stakeholders, clarify the technical requirements and constraints, define the implementation approach, coordinate execution within the stream, and bring solutions to production readiness and launch.
This is a highly hands-on role. The stream will not have a dedicated software engineer for every initiative, so we expect Data Scientists and ML Engineers to be comfortable working beyond experimentation and contributing directly to production code.
The role is not tied to a single ML domain. We value strong ML fundamentals, engineering skills, pragmatism, and the ability to quickly understand new problem areas more than deep specialization in one particular class of models.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Delivery Ownership
Turn product and business problems into concrete ML implementation plans.
Clarify requirements, constraints, available data, integrations, and success criteria together with Product and relevant stakeholders.
Define technical scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery estimates.

Keep delivery on track, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate dependencies with other teams.
Provide Product with clear technical options, trade-offs, estimates, risks, and experiment results required for product decisions.
Support production rollout and iteration based on observed results.
Hands-on ML & Engineering
Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models across different domains and problem types.
Write production-quality Python and contribute directly to implementation.
Build APIs, batch jobs, data-processing pipelines, and ML services required to deliver solutions where appropriate.
Work with classical ML, deep learning, and foundation-model-based approaches depending on the problem.
Process and transform large production datasets using Python and SQL.
Integrate models into existing production systems.
Implement appropriate testing, monitoring, logging, and observability for delivered ML solutions.
Work within the shared ML infrastructure, architecture, and engineering practices used across the company.
Collaborate with Data Science, Backend, Data Engineering, and MLOps specialists when deeper domain expertise or infrastructure changes are required.
Stream Execution
Break initiatives down into concrete technical tasks and coordinate execution within the stream.
Coordinate the work of Data Scientists and ML Engineers contributing to stream initiatives.
Review technical approaches, experiments, and implementation.
Keep the team focused on the agreed scope, priorities, and delivery timeline.
Identify technical risks and dependencies early and drive them to resolution.
Escalate architectural, infrastructure, or methodological questions when broader alignment is required.
Help prepare successful initiatives for scaling or transition into longer-term ownership if they grow beyond the scope of the stream.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Independently gather the technical details and constraints required to execute on a product request.
Communicate estimates, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
Work directly with Engineering and other internal teams to unblock implementation.
Challenge technically unclear, contradictory, or infeasible requirements and propose practical alternatives.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or ML Engineering.
Strong hands-on Python programming and software engineering skills.
Experience taking ML solutions from a product requirement through experimentation, implementation, integration, and production.
Strong understanding of machine learning methods, statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation.
Experience writing maintainable production code rather than working exclusively in notebooks.
Experience building APIs, services, batch processing, or data pipelines.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large production datasets.
Practical experience with Docker and production deployment environments.
Ability to turn partially defined problems into concrete technical plans.
Ability to estimate work, identify dependencies and risks, and drive technical execution against a timeline.
