We are seeking a sharp, highly data-oriented, and tenacious Fraud Specialist to join our team. You will be part of a company that is the category leader in Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), an organization working with the largest customers and partners, and a team of operators and former consultants that have delivered exceptional impact. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Advise account managers, accounting, and management on best practices to handle billing disputes
Negotiate with customers and carriers with an understanding of resolution levers available as per contractual terms and industry norms
Identify, analyze, and handle fraudulent misuse (such as Artificially Inflated Traffic) and billing errors (such as rate differences) with both vendors and customers
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and vendor disputes from intake of disputes to initiating disputes, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, documented resolution
Uncover and resolve discrepancies, overcharges, and unpaid balances with carriers and customers due to quantities, rates, currency, and other root causes
Dig into call and messaging data to identify why bills don’t match or find evidence of fraud
Build dashboards that communicate key metrics related to the lifecycle of disputes
Read contracts and interpret what should be the invoice versus what it is
Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate dispute resolutions, settlements, and payment terms in accordance with company practices
Partner closely with data analytics, engineering, and accounting to reconcile accounts
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Experience in project management.
Experience wrangling data with Excel / Google Sheets, Looker or SQL.
Desired:
Understanding of the A2P SMS ecosystem, international traffic routing, international revenue share fraud (IRSF), artificially inflated traffic (AIT) and the ecosystem profit chains.
Understanding of industry standards with respect to AIT and fraud handling such as frameworks from i3forum, GSMA, MEF or ITW Global Leaders’ Forum.
Understanding of Call Detail Records (CDRs) and ability to build strong dispute case files.
Experience working with workflow platforms like Airtable or building dashboards.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will lead some of the company’s most critical leadership searches, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth.
You will own searches from initial scoping through close, partnering directly with executives and senior leaders across the business. You will be expected to develop real fluency in each area you support, translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, and bring an independent point of view on talent.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong at research, assessment, stakeholder partnership, and closing. You should be comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating sensitive and confidential searches, and creating structure without slowing the business down. You should be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds pipelines from scratch, and takes ownership of moving searches forward even when the role, target profile, or process is still taking shape.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Director-level and above roles across G&A and business functions, from intake and market mapping through offer and close.
- Develop real fluency in the functions you support and quickly build context when taking on a new area, so you can identify the signals that distinguish exceptional leaders beyond title, company, and tenure.
- Build proactive pipelines through market research, targeted sourcing, referrals, and thoughtful engagement with passive candidates. Independently build momentum on confidential searches where broad outreach or an existing pipeline may not be available.
- Develop assessment approaches that surface a candidate’s leadership effectiveness, functional expertise, and ability to operate at Ramp’s pace and scale.
- Move fluidly across functions, evolving role definitions, and competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for talent, execution, and candidate experience.
- Exercise discretion throughout sensitive searches, managing candidate information and stakeholder communication with sound judgment.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A track record of independently leading complex senior-level searches from initial scoping through accepted offer.
- Ability to advise senior leaders, challenge requirements, and influence hiring decisions through clear communication, market insight, and data.
- Demonstrated ability to build fluency in unfamiliar functions, context-switch across very different searches, and maintain strong judgment as priorities and scope change.
- A high level of ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You can turn an open-ended business need into an actionable search, build a pipeline from scratch, and drive progress without waiting for direction.
- Strong closing skills, including experience navigating competing offers, senior candidates, and sensitive searches.
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience in executive search or a dedicated leadership recruiting role, particularly across G&A or business functions.
- Experience partnering directly with CEOs or other C-suite leaders on critical hires.
- Experience improving interview architecture, scorecards, market maps, or recruiting processes where structure was limited or still being built.
- Experience developing AI-enabled recruiting workflows that were adopted beyond your own individual searches.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
- You’ve worked directly with Product and Engineering teams on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
- You’re ambitious and want substantial ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
- You learn quickly and can get deep into an unfamiliar product, workflow, or technical system.
- You can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working, then determine what action to take.
- You are collaborative by default and can align Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams without detailed instructions and keep the work moving.
- You’re a strong writer. You can turn a complex decision into a clear doc, launch pre-read, or update that people actually read.
- You take responsibility for outcomes and stay with problems until they’re resolved.
- You have a strong work ethic and a low ego. You’re willing to do detailed, repetitive, or messy work yourself when it needs doing.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

- Connect the Dots: Participate in weekly calibration sessions with your peers to share findings, spot new card testing (BIN) attacks or merchant scams, and help the team stay one step ahead of the fraudsters.
Who you are:
- The Transaction Detective: You have incredibly high attention to detail. You love looking at authorization data, spotting anomalies, and solving the puzzle of how and where a card was compromised.
- Objective & Analytical: You balance deep empathy with strict risk protocols. You rely on hard data (IP addresses, device IDs, entry modes) to make fair, evidence-based decisions rather than just taking claims at face value.
- An Empathetic Communicator: You know that behind every dispute ticket is a real person. You excel at taking complex payment network rules (like why a chargeback was won or lost) and explaining them clearly and calmly to our clients.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct fraud or disputes experience (experience specifically touching card chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard network rules, or transaction monitoring is a massive asset!).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of fraud management frameworks, controls, and prevention systems within the financial services and payments space.
- Analytical Chops: The ability to collect, organize, and analyze datasets with precision and accuracy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
At Wealthsimple, we take our clients' security seriously. The Fraud Investigations team is the front line of defense within our Security & Risk group. We are looking for a sharp, decisive, and detail-obsessed Team Lead to oversee a pod of Fraud Investigators.
You won't be tied to just one type of fraud. As a Team Lead, you will be the player-coach guiding the detectives who protect our platform from everything from complex account takeovers to sophisticated money mule networks. You will act as the ultimate escalation point, drive team performance, and ensure our defenses stay one step ahead of the bad actors.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a pod of Fraud Investigators. Conduct 1:1s, run side-by-sides, and actively coach your team to elevate their investigative techniques and decision-making.
- Oversee complex fraud queues, ensuring the team strictly maintains case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without sacrificing investigative quality.
- Step in on the most complex, ambiguous, or high-dollar investigations. You are the final set of eyes when an investigator needs help navigating a tricky bank indemnity, a complex crypto trace, or a sophisticated identity ring.
- Lead weekly calibration sessions with your pod. Spot emerging fraud typologies across the platform, document trends, and partner directly with Risk, Compliance, and Product to build better automated defenses.
- Ensure your team’s case documentation is flawless, empowering client-facing teams with exactly what they need to manage the client relationship during high-stress situations.
- Serve as the chief quality-control officer for your pod, establishing investigative playbooks and ensuring all decisions align with Wealthsimple’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in backend fraud investigations (e.g., banking/fiat fraud, account takeovers, payments, or digital assets).
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, or leading peers. You know how to build a culture of psychological safety, calm, and focus in a high-stress environment.
- Deep understanding of fraud typologies and financial ledgers. You can look at complex data (IPs, device IDs, transaction metadata) and instantly spot the behavioral anomalies.
- Strong bias for action. You make sound, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and you know exactly when to escalate and when to hold.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can translate complex fraud investigations into clear business impact for leadership and partner teams.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
This is a chance to build the frontier LLM evals that shape the next generations of flagship models.
Could a model design a computer chip, or find the backdoor an attacker left in a network? Public benchmarks can't tell us, as they're generally not a good measure of real work.
As an Evaluation Engineer, you'll own evals from start to finish. You'll run workshops with customers, industry experts and our customer-facing teams to understand their most important industry use cases (e.g., an engineer updating a part in CAD software), and help decide which are worth building first. You'll also look beyond today's use cases and design moonshot evals for work no model can do yet, so Mistral gets there first. Then you'll turn each one into a benchmark, often one where an agent has to do the work inside real software. You'll source the data, decide how to score it, and run it on every new Mistral model and on competitor models.
When our models fall short, you'll work with the post-training teams to close the gap. When they catch up, you'll make the eval harder. You'll write up and present your results so senior leaders can act on them. They also give our go-to-market teams evidence of where Mistral leads.
You'll learn new fields quickly. One month you might be learning how chip designers check their work, and the next how a bank investigates a flagged payment.
The team is new and fast-paced, and you'll have a lot of autonomy. You'll spend a lot of time speaking with people across Mistral to work out what matters most, then decide what to build.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run discovery with customers, industry experts and teams across Mistral, then help decide which use cases are worth building first.
- Design new benchmarks for industry use cases and frontier capabilities, including how they're scored.
- Build evals where agents work inside real software (e.g., CAD and simulation tools), and run them on our models with checks that the results stay reliable over time.
- Stress-test existing evals to find flaws and bugs before we rely on them.
- Source data with expert vendors. Where customer data can't leave the customer, build realistic proxy or synthetic data instead.
- Write up and present what you find so leaders across Mistral can act on it.
- Help other teams build their own evals, with tools and guides they can reuse.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of industry experience (e.g., in software, AI, or consulting), or a PhD.
- A software engineering or research background, with experience writing code that others can build on.
- Experience working directly with customers, industry experts, or other teams (e.g., through consulting, solutions engineering, or research collaborations).
- Experience building something with LLMs.
- Comfort working with large datasets, including building and cleaning them.
TECHNICAL
- Strong Python skills.
- Comfortable working in a large, shared codebase and getting your code through reviews by other teams.
- A strong understanding of LLM training, inference, and evaluation.
COMMUNICATION
- You enjoy speaking with people and are good at it.
- You write clearly. A short doc or deck from you is enough for a busy leader to make a decision.
- Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
HOW YOU WORK
- High energy, and you don't need a roadmap. You move independently and handle uncertainty with confidence.
- Proactive and high-agency. You spot what needs doing and get it done.
- You make good decisions about what to build first and can explain why.
- Low-ego, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Curious, with a track record of learning things outside your work or studies. You can get to grips with a new field in a few weeks.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building AI evaluations, especially for industry applications.
- Published research on evals or contributions to open-source evaluation frameworks.
- Experience building datasets, generating synthetic data, developing labelling guidelines, or working with annotation vendors.
- A background in an industry outside software (e.g., engineering, finance, or science).
WHAT WE OFFER

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, 3P Revenue Accounting & Reporting to join our Accounting team. You will own revenue recognition, month-end close and reporting for Claude sold through our cloud service provider (CSP) channels: AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Azure Marketplace. These channels are among the fastest-growing revenue streams at the company. They run on consumption-based, partner-reported data that changes every month.
You will be the accounting point of contact for the finance and partner teams at AWS, Google and Microsoft. Internally, you will partner with Finance, FAB, Engineering and business teams to turn partner billing feeds into accurate, auditable revenue. You will also lead the automation of a close that is still heavily manual. If you want to build the financial infrastructure behind a fast-growing AI company, come join us in our mission to build safe, beneficial AI.
Key responsibilities
Lead the revenue close for cloud service provider Marketplace within a listed company timeline.
Prepare and review revenue, revenue-share, reserve journal entries, accruals and true-ups including memos for accounting assessments and judgments.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, reserves, and the usage-to-invoice-to-cash bridge.
Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and prepare flux decks for leadership.
Own quarter-end deliverables, including footnote disclosures, flux commentary and presentations to leadership and Corporate Accounting.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
Review the work of accountants and contractors, set the close calendar, and keep close packages complete and audit-ready.
Own monthly and quarterly 3P revenue reporting for leadership and FP&A, by partner, model, product, region and customer.
Review partner usage, invoice, disbursement and fraud reports each month, and resolve data issues before close.
Serve as the accounting point of contact for the finance, engineering and product teams and drive reporting improvements that support an on-time close.
Apply ASC 606 to 3P arrangements, including principal-vs-agent, variable consideration and reseller arrangements.
Estimate and document reserves, including credit loss (ASC 326).
Assess the accounting for new 3P products, programs and billing changes, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Partner with the Engineering teams to automate manual close processes, including SQL-driven workbooks, automated reconciliations and system-generated journal entries.
Own 3P SOX controls, including design, documentation, gap remediation and audit evidence.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, AR and business teams on forecasts, cash and partner disputes.
Minimum qualifications
Have strong ASC 606 knowledge, especially principal-vs-agent, variable consideration, consideration payable to a customer, and consumption-based revenue.
Have owned a month-end close with tight deadlines and reviewed journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis.
Have built revenue reporting from large, imperfect third-party data sets and reconciled it to the general ledger.
Have managed external partner relationships where you depended on their data, and pushed for fixes.
Have strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar) and experience automating close workbooks or reconciliations.
Have designed or operated SOX controls and supported external audits.
Communicate clearly with accounting, finance, business and engineering teams.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being built.
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years managing revenue accounting or close teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent (ACA, ACCA).
Big 4 audit experience combined with industry experience at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Experience with cloud marketplace, reseller or channel revenue (AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace, Azure Marketplace).
Experience with usage-based and subscription revenue models.
Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, NetSuite, Numeric, Hex or similar close and reporting tools.
Experience with IPO readiness.
Experience using AI tools to automate accounting and reporting work.

As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
