By integrating performance marketing with advanced lead conversion technology, they solve complex systems problems through high-intent lead generation, automated follow-up sequences, and transparent, data-driven reporting.

In this role, you will oversee the deployment of "AI employees"—automated systems designed to scale businesses efficiently. This is a unique hybrid position that requires the presence of a client-facing lead and the technical logic of an entry-level AI engineer. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their AI systems are functioning at peak performance while managing the project lifecycle from onboarding to optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client onboarding sessions to gather requirements and define project scopes.
Set up and manage complex AI workflows and automations using platforms like GoHighLevel and n8n.

Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and prioritizing bug fixes.
Collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to facilitate more complex technical implementations.
Manage timelines and expectations to ensure projects stay on track and deliver high ROI for clients.
Requirements
Background in software, automation, or AI system management.
Technical proficiency with tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and the principles of effective prompt design.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to organize multiple workstreams.
Excellent English communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking presence.
Ability to work comfortably within EST business hours.
A "solution-oriented" mindset with the technical literacy to discuss AI architecture with both developers and clients.
Previous experience in an agency environment or a high-growth startup.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sentry already has a startup program: credits, partner deals with YC and a16z, a landing page with a terminal theme that developers actually think is cool. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is making this program a real growth engine.
That's this role. You'll own startup marketing end-to-end: the partner ecosystem, the community presence, the acquisition programs, the brand in rooms full of founders and early engineers. You'll take what exists today and turn it into something that makes Sentry the default monitoring choice for every new company shipping code.
This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (yes, we get how this can be confusing, but she’s pretty cool) and works across Growth, Product Marketing, and DevEx. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy and build programs from scratch – but you'll also need to execute quickly, (kind of – we can explain more) measure what works, and kill what doesn't.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be the face of Sentry for Startups. Represent Sentry at YC Demo Day, accelerator demo days, founder dinners, and SF and NY Tech Week. Partner with our events team to design founder-focused events worth showing up to. Build relationships with the people building the next generation of companies
- Bring the partner program into existence. Turn our YC and a16z Speedrun type programs into a real partner program across accelerators, incubators, VC platform teams, and startup deal aggregators. Bundle partner benefits into one offer that makes Sentry's credits program a no-brainer inclusion in every startup perks stack.
- Tell the builder stories and to establish the Sentry for Startups brand. Showcase the companies in our program with case studies, launch shoutouts, social, video. Founders and early engineers don't read whitepapers (we don't write them either).
- Run the program. Own day-to-day program ops: applications, eligibility, credits, onboarding, etc. Evolve the credits structure and advocate for what startups actually need from Sentry. .
- Own the startup acquisition funnel. Design programs that move early-stage companies from free plan → credits → active and successful paid.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You've built a startup marketing or partnerships program at a company that sells to developers or technical teams, and you did it from close to zero.
- You're a growth marketer who also knows how to work a room. You can run a paid campaign and also have a genuine conversation with a founder at a YC demo day afterparty.
- You think Sentry's startup help center page that says "Open a DM to your best developer friend and type 'hey is Sentry good?'" is the right energy for this audience.
- You'd rather launch something scrappy on Monday than present a polished deck about it on Friday.
- Your career path has a few unexpected turns in it, and you think that makes you better at this job, not worse.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years in marketing, growth, or partnerships, with significant time spent working with or inside early-stage startups
- Experience building programs from scratch – not inheriting and optimizing, but actually standing something up
- Track record of working across growth, brand, community, and partnerships (not just one lane)
- Familiarity with the developer tools or B2B SaaS ecosystem
- Experience managing partner relationships (accelerators, VCs, deal platforms) and getting real results from them
- Bonus: you came to marketing from somewhere unexpected – operations, policy, legal, engineering, and it gives you a different lens on the work
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
As Linear moves upmarket, the gap between deal close and successful enterprise rollout has become our most important surface area. We're hiring an Implementation Manager to own that gap. You will be the single point of accountability from signed contract through successful go-live, coordinating across CSM, Solutions Engineering, Customer Education, Sales, and the customer's own teams to make every enterprise rollout repeatable, on time, and high quality.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. EST time zone is preferred for this position. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end implementation plans for enterprise customers: timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder accountability
- Run the handoff from Sales at deal close in partnership with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering: validate services scope, timeline commitments, complexity signals, and migration readiness
- Coordinate workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams (SSO/SCIM, Slack, GitHub, Jira sync, custom integrations) across customer IT, Solutions Engineering, and engineering escalations
- Build the enablement calendar in partnership with Customer Education, drive persona-based training plans, and run wave-by-wave rollout planning
- Own go-live execution and the first 30 days post-launch: adoption tracking, rapid issue triage, and a structured handoff to the CSM
- Define and enforce the services engagement model so every enterprise deal has a clear scope, deliverables, and boundaries before kickoff
- Build the implementation playbook: turn each rollout into a documented, repeatable framework that scales with the business
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding at a B2B SaaS company
- Track record managing multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts (1,000+ user deployments preferred)
- Deep fluency with structured project management: implementation plans, dependencies, owners, risk tracking
- Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning the technical execution directly
- Strong executive communication: comfortable running a steering committee, delivering a VP-level status update, and working with a customer IT admin in the same day
- Experience defining and enforcing services scope: scoping engagements, setting expectations on hours and deliverables, and managing scope creep
- Bonus: familiarity with enterprise migration patterns, SSO/SCIM provisioning, integration configuration at scale, or experience working alongside Solutions Engineering or Professional Services
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As one of our first Data Scientists dedicated to policy work, you will play a key role in ensuring Anthropic's work is understood by policymakers around the world. You'll sit at the intersection of data science and public affairs, transforming internal product usage and survey data into clear, accurate, and consistent evidence the Policy team can use to inform its positions, demonstrate Anthropic’s relevance to policymakers, and measure the impact of its work.
Your analyses will directly inform how legislators, regulators, and the public understand Anthropic's footprint and contribution. This is a highly cross-functional role that is foundational to Anthropic's mission of bringing powerful AI to the world in a way that benefits humanity.
Key responsibilities
Partner with product and business teams across the company to produce supporting analyses and data collateral for specific policy position papers and partnership conversations
Determine which metrics faithfully represent our company to legislators, regulators, and the public
Own the dashboards and pipelines that keep externally-shared numbers consistent, so the Policy team can move quickly without creating discrepancies
Use AI tools to aggregate news, policy developments, and other public data sources to track trends and provide a clear picture of the evolving regulatory landscape
Develop measurement frameworks for policy communications, paid media, and public-affairs campaigns
Design and implement policy analyses to support internal position development or measure the impact of policy implementation for external audiences
Minimum qualifications
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools, with experience working with external and public data sources
Experience producing analysis that reaches external audiences such as policy, communications, investor relations, public affairs, or published research
Applied causal inference using quasi-experimental designs (e.g., difference-in-differences, regression discontinuity, synthetic control, instrumental variables, or matching) to measure policy or program impact from observational data
Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for audiences with differing levels of technical fluency
Preferred qualifications
6+ years of hands-on data science experience
Direct experience supporting a policy, government affairs, or regulatory team with data and analysis
Familiarity with investor-relations or financial-disclosure data standards and the consistency requirements they entail
Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where creating clarity and driving progress is part of the role
A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe and beneficial AI
Deadline to apply:
None. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$285,000
—
$380,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
